I ordered one earphone ptron hbe9 headphone in ear earphone with 3.5 mm jack for oneplus6 (Black) under electronics category at latest one.com website.
But when i track the then i saw that delhivery company update on there website that they delivered product to consignee on 6th sept but still i m not getting my product.

I waited for few time, but still the product was not delivered.
Kindly register my complaint for refund of money for order.

      I don't know what is the time by my voice because it is saying always wrong them don't know what kind of what has been given to me I just want I just want this that my was supposed to be replaced or it is all my money supposed to be given back as soon as possible I have been searching the number customer care number of this website but I could not get and if I got then the number was not working it was showing that it is invalid number then tell me what should I do however I have got it but don't know what it work or not however I just want this that my voice is supposed to be replaced or it is supposed to be given me after repairing but whatever you want to do you have got to do as soon as possible

                I have purchased new one ptron tangent bluetooth sports headset date on[protected] evening but after open this box i have charged head set through changing cable which is provide with ptron set no any charging indication show on headset when i want to use this ptron head set after charging it was not working.                           Recently and for the first i have given one product from your website, it is very disappointed service and you people made me to call you several times although i get the same repeated answers from the customers and aramex courier service also instead of order delivery. For your product should i remind you every time. People coming after office timings end who will stay in office till 10:00 p. M same thing happend two times, and before come to my office that people should call me. Why he did/nt??... Do your business like business, don't made your business like kirana shop. Ok...

                            Only one day i was able you tslk using the hearphobes.
                            Mic is not supporting since 2rd day.
                            The people i am calling said that they are not able to listen my voice when i am talking using my hearphones plugged in.
                            Only songs i am able to hear but that to not clear.
                            Only for one day it was working fine it started giving trouble since 2 nd day itself.

                                Bought a product from
                                Latest one and is under warranty. When i asked them to replace the item is warranty they stated inwpuld need to send it
                                Back to them. Plus as per the return policy on their website claim for all electronic items replacement as per manufacture warranty. They are not ready to get it picked up from my place and also not ready to reimburse me for the courier charges if i send it across to them. Pls don’t buy any products from such websites as they are liars and cheating customers and their licence be revoked

                                  I have online purchasing ptron magg headphones by latestone.com company. I have given rs. 229 online payment by credit card bank of baroda.
