i immediately opened & tried to connect the same with my cell phone, but unable to connect. the product is defective & need replacement.

I placed a request for a Samsung charger i got the delivery on the time but after 5 days the charger automatically burned and there is an short circuit in my house but its our goodness that the tripper got down so electric connection got disconnect other wise it could very harmful for my family i want my refund with new order other wise i will file the case.. in consumer court.

I hv purchased above product vide order no. SO1544971, delivered on 01 March 2016. As per advertisement the product is not supporting my both Motorola phone & volume control buttons & one side headphone are not working.
