They have the worst customer support service ever..they ask to create ticket and assure to resolve query within 48 hours all false claims it's been 4 days I have lodged my complaint for the defective earphones I received I haven't received any call from their helpline numbers and no matter at what time you call the helpline number they are never gonna entertain you....
