Am not Satisfy with this product, when i called to you support number there said that within 5-6 days it going be return back but i dint get any call from you, kindly loo into this and get back me ASAP.

        The range of the Bluetooth is not good and camera is not able to work properly. I have even contacted one of your employee on 25th Feb 2016. He said the product will be returned in a week and will arrange the pickup. Six days have past but none of the employees have made contact. Kindly return the product and refund the amount

        They have contacted me and told me that they are going to arrange a pickup through courier within two days and it's one week past niether a courier person have contacted me nor they. Right now there phone too is not reachable. It's saying the number you have dialled doesn't exist. What to do? I have even asked that should I send the product to your address but they denied.
        They are not responding back. Neither you. Whatnis this system?
        Please arrange for the pickup of the product and refund. I have ordered for PTron power charger adapter which is not working and the customer care lines are also not reachable.

          They have the worst customer support service ever..they ask to create ticket and assure to resolve query within 48 hours all false claims it's been 4 days I have lodged my complaint for the defective earphones I received I haven't received any call from their helpline numbers and no matter at what time you call the helpline number they are never gonna entertain you.

            Myself amit mishra placed order for sony experia m2 dual flip cover universal case blue vide order no. So1573292 dated 3/2/2016 and delevered to me vide invoice no. Pot -1121411 but it is found that the cover is not suitable and compatible with sony experia m2 set and ut is totally unusefull and i want to return it

                      A samsung travel adapter (model ETAOU10IBE) was ordered from Latest One online shopping site.The same was delivered on 20th March, 2016(order no UNIPLDC137107 ).After just one day o[censored]sage the charger burst open emitting fumes and foul smell.It was just a matter of chance that no person was injured . Such poor quality product was not expected from a reputed brand such as your . The product must be replace or the money refunded .

                          This device is faulty and is not getting charged at all for me to even check how it works. I have been struggling to get this charged. But it just does not happen. Extremely annoyed.
