I have purchased power bank for apple 5S on 18th Feb 2016 with order number SO1493694 with LatestOne.com

The item is not performing as expected.

I want to return the item back to you and get my refund back which is of Rs 999

The tried reaching their customer care[protected] several times but they didn't answer my call.

I also tried reaching them through their email which was :[protected]@latestone.com, But my email got bounced back.

So let me know what should be done in this case for my refund.

I have ordered a smart watch, it got delivered to me but it was kinda damaged.
I have requested for return the watch. they accepted that it is damaged but even after multiple chase up they are not taking it back.

they are not replying now of my queries.

I Have ordered Universal Wireless 4 1 Mini Bluetooth Earphone on 11th Feb 2016 & i received the same on 25th Feb 2016.

I have ordered a dock charger and adapter i also returned it to company. Company told to share my bank details i dont have any bank details i told them to send another good i.e (wireless bluetooth ) and now company is not responding against it

Ordered mobile phone cases last month till now there is no response from them nor the product reached me, kept calling customer care but none received the call

This is Hemanth, i have ordered ear phone from latestone online shopping website i have received the product but it was not working and after that, with help of the latestone website itself i returned the product they assured me that the product will be replaced within 7 days but till today ( ie one month )i didn't get my product back or the refund amount

I ordered an ipad keyboard from this sight now i wanna return it but i'm feedup calling them in their costomer care number but still no respone.. worst site i have ever been through..!

They have designed a cover which is not suitable for anything. In the website pictures are looking good. Thats it there is no usage. I dont know which fool is designing these items. They should have at least common sense.
There products are very bad. Please publish it as much as possible so that many people's money can be saved.

On 14 feb 2016 I ordered a Samsung charger from ur website.
On 20 th feb 2016 I got delivery of the said charger.
When I check the charger then I understood that the charger which u hav delivered is faulty. It does not work properly.
Its totaly faulty.
When I call to the customer care they don't respond.
What should I do?
Plz reply as soon as possible.
Otherwise company will not refund me.

Should I go to the consumer forum?
