I have placed one order on your website with order number (#SO1418556) on 05.02.2016 but till date 20.02.2016 m not received my order. i have allready paid for this with online banking after that i am complaining to customer care regarding for the same with ticket number 274636 but no revert from your side kindly see this matter and do some needful.

Not working well since very frist day...called to custumar care to take back...they ensure me that our person will come to you to take it back and your account will credit for the same...but no buddy come even after 2 or 3 remminder...plz do needfull its not a perfect business to irritate your customar...thanks

I had complained about my watch which i had purchased a month back..I asked for the refund and their executive had came to pick the watch before a week..And i have still not got my money back..Neither in the latestone account or not in my bank account..I want this to be proceed as soon as possible....

2-3 days ago a person from tour courier service came and took the product from us ... and about 7 days ago i have spoken to your customer care they told that they will transfer the money in the bank account but they have not yet told me about it ... and now im trying to call them then they are saying that all are busy at this moment......

I ordered the phone case on 07/02/16 but till now there is no information about the shipment. I asked the customer to refund the money but they always told me your order has been approved. I want my money back....

I have returned my product which i have ordered from latest one website. That courier guy gave me one recipt and said just call latest one and tell them recipt no. And they will refund your amount. But when i called on customer care number my call have been on waiting for 15 min and nobody was answering the call. Could you please help in getting my refund???...
