I ordered a charger form latestone.com a week ago.. It was not working.. I registered a complaint against it but no response came from their side.. and also they are not picking up the calls.

I have orders Lence for phone and I got the damage peace and send them many mails and now c Wat they are saying...if they can deliver to me then why not possible to take back from me discuting please don't buy anything from Latest One its all 3rd Class Product

I got the product cash on delivery of Rs.348/, But the product is not working properly I think it is not branded it is duplicate. I am not satisfied with this products. On 27.01.2016, I lodged a complaint with latest one that the above said item sent by them is not working properly . On 29.01.2016, I have received a reply that their courier person will come to my place and pick up the said item within seven working days but in spite of my reminders no one has come for pick up till date.

I purchased an Bluetooth wearable smart watch from latest one.com.it delivered to me on 9/2/2016.I opened the box and take out the watch I'm shocked because that watch doesn't works.there is no display.so please return the product and refund my money back .

I have purchased ptron Droid PC Smart TV Box Android 4.4 Kitkat H 265 WIFI 2.4GHz LAN 4K Hdmi 1G RAM 8G ROM. order no SO1371257 on[protected] & received it on 1st February 2016.
When I opened the package the box was wrapped with rubber, box is not sealed & the box was teared, when I connect it to both of my tv with HDMI cable or AV cable it wasn't working (No display)(kindly find photos below). I think it is a used one.

It has been more than 7 days but no one has came for reverse pickup. When I inquired with Aramex courier they told me that there is some problem & they will not come for pickup. Kindly contact latestone.com. But no one from latestone.com is responding to my emails

I want to return the product & refund.

I had orderd a y ureksa mobile screen glass and back cover on 02/02/16. and upto till this end i haven't received any delivery or any status of my delivery.

I had bought the product -'PTRON Classy 16800 mAh Slim Power Bank White Black', order id SO1319483
It was delivered on 21/01/2016. I had bought the same as I was going for a trip to Kerala on 23/01/2016 till 04/02/2016.
The power bank was fully charged as per the advise given in the website. But I was very disappointed when my mobile having the battery of 3000 mAh was charged only once by the power bank after which the battery of the power ban was exhausted.
I paid for a power bank having a capacity of 16800 mAh not 3000 mAh.
I don't want this product and expect full refund against it.

I have booked the power bank of 12000mAh last weak and i got it today and there is no chargrr and cable only powerbank and its not working also i want my mony back its cost Rs999 i dont want it if i take from flipkart they will give me the acessories of the thing which i have ordered

I was purchase a power bank from latestone.com order no.SO1319530 at 18 Jan 2016 and they delivered to me 22 Jan 2016 but power bank could not taking charge then I will inform him so they reply to me return my money in few days but they can't do

I ordered product and paid by netbanking. but my order is not delivered to me. Courier company says the product is returned to the company but seller says your order is dispatched from our side.

Most 3rd Class customer service I have ever received.

I have wrote more than 30-35 emails since last two months.
And have not received my refund for the order yet.

No one is taking this as seriously as it should be taken.
I have a feeling that this website is making malice practice of fund capturing.
