I had bought the product -'PTRON Classy 16800 mAh Slim Power Bank White Black', order id SO1319483
It was delivered on 21/01/2016. I had bought the same as I was going for a trip to Kerala on 23/01/2016 till 04/02/2016.
The power bank was fully charged as per the advise given in the website. But I was very disappointed when my mobile having the battery of 3000 mAh was charged only once by the power bank after which the battery...

Most 3rd Class customer service I have ever received.

I have wrote more than 30-35 emails since last two months.
And have not received my refund for the order yet.

No one is taking this as seriously as it should be taken.
I have a feeling that this website is making malice practice of fund capturing.
