Sir i ordered a petron headphone through latest one online shopping app and the time of return or replacing the item was within 10 days. I tried thier hepldesk number bt not talked than i mailed to their email i'd with my order number within 10 days and then they told that call them to their help desk number and told that " sir the time period of return or replacing items is over now i'cant help you... I have the proof that i send him mail or tried for phone call..
Sir type of cheating done by latest one company so please i request you to help a normal civilian to get support by consumer forum platform...

I received a "original dazon orb turntable dial quartz men's fashion genuine steel strap watch (Black[protected], hsn code 9102 on 16 mar 2018 but when i opened it and i tried to use it then i saw it looking like as a very old and dirty and get rusty also it was not working. So please solve my problem because i paid for this.

I had tried a lot to return it but they didnt do that. I had sent them an email about replacing it or give tefund to me. But none of them happened. I want refund. Its dial is too small than its in the photo. Its belt is also loose. These are some of the reasons why i am complaining about latestone. Their customare service is very bad. Please work as fast as you can.

Refund of only product is done for rs 300.
Since courier service was not available at my pin for picked up the product so i returned the product from my side by courier dtdc, awn - m61830487 for rs 150.
But as mentioned in the mail that courier amount that i have paid rs 150 for returning the product is not paid from your side so kindly do needful for above issue

Its not work properly maximum talktime is 2 hours maximum standby time is 5 hours in this produc cover company mensioned 12 hours talktime and 180 hours standby time.
