Please solve refund of my defective product quickly, and also i was communicate with your support team they will taken 6 days to solve. what is your problem refund of my amount Rs- 299/- .

Your courier person was not come till 6 days to get back defective my product.

I am not suggest any of my friend to buy your product in future any way one not solved my issue.

Did you pickup my defective PTRON ear phone for your side or not or else i will send, if i send to you please return of my product refund with courier charge.

The Final thing is that I want to return the smart watch and I want my monet back asap . That is a final possible thing for me and I did complaint for this but didnt got any response so I need toh have some information asap.

I have purchased MI earphones from Latestone, I have opened the parcel now and see that both the earphones are faced at same direction, they should be oppositely faced but both are similar. Right side is correctly fitting, but left is not fitting correctly. Its almost 25 days I have raised complaint on Latestone site, getting only auto-replies from them, but not useful replies. Left earphone is also not working and not at all compatible with Xiomi phones for which I have bought.

I have bought power bank from Latestone.com and it is not working.
It is not getting charged and am not able to use this to charge my i[phone.
Have receievd this on 18/01/2016 and raised the complaint on same day and again raised a complaint as i have missed the complaint number.
New complaint number is 873667 no one has responded on this .
I am trying there customer support continuesly, not able to get in touch as it is giving busy msg.

Request you to help on this, it is the worst online buying exeperience i had ever .

They have 7 day return policy and 5 days past now, they are not giving any response and once this will cross 7 days they will not return anything as per policy

I have buy Ptron 16800mah power bank from Latestone.com but after charging the power 12(as per said)
It can not charge my phone twise also.
It shutdown and showing empty power.

Ordered for a apple charger received a lg ear phone.Already complained via ticket no 236198 but no response obtained since 3 weeks

I placed my order on 10th of jan and paid through paytm. Amount of rs.377 has been deducted on account of this transaction and i got the confirmation message for the order but have not yet got my products. Nobody is rplying to my mails and phone calls.

When sales person came for deliver headset, do not check the product.
