I had placed an order for Mi PTron Bluetooth Mono HM on 18th of January 2016 and I received the product on 21th of January. as soon as I opened the seals box. I found that product is defective. It was not attaching on my handset and when attached to other phone it was showing sound balancing defect. Therefore I want my paid money Rs. 900 back as soon as possible.or else I will take some serious action...

I have ordered one smart watch from LatestOne.com.
I request them to pick up back from my door. After 2 week they have picked up the parcel and assured me that, they will refund my money back in next 3 days once they will get parcel.
Cost of watch was Rs1599.
Whenever i call there customer care number it always show all our user are busy and call get disconnected automatically after 2 mins and 32 sec. Just after first ring IVR start and no response.

I have file a complain on there website also but i haven't got any any call from there end till date.

Very disappointed with your service, my order id is S01315888, i had ordered apple iphone 6 cover and i received an apple i phone 6plus cover instead which is of no use for me. On 15th of November I book a complain /ticket because it was not working any more. ( ticket no #942301).
