    Soon after purchasing mobile handset, body of mobile is getting bend. Also screen broken today by falling of mobile and camera is not working properly.

    After repeated complaint, problem not resolved.

      Customer care executive have not answer properly and not satisfy the customer requirement. The lava customer care is totally worst service.

      I brought 499 rs headset of lava brand. After that the head phone get damage so i given for replacement warranty after they give me 399 headset. And then i asked customer executive there's not proper answer with them. He's only skip the call

        I have purchase lava x 81 in the month of july 16, now phone is not start after discharge, and charging, indication of charger connected showing but phone display not show any picture on screen.
        This phone was purchased only for my wife and it's only use to call as well as internet surfing, fb, wa, etc.

          मैंने दिनांक 10/11/2015 को एक xolo black 16 gb mobile, lava international ltd से snapdeal के माध्यम से खरीदा था. फ़ोन की डिटेल्स - imei no 1 - [protected] imei no 2 - [protected], serial no - black 415g0017366, invoice no - sc4a72/15-16/38621.
          लगभग ग्यारह माह के उपरांत फ़ोन का touch pannel खराब हो गया, कम्पनी ने फ़ोन को खराब घोषित करते हुए दिनांक - 24.10.2016 को मुझे doa certificate no[protected] issue किया और मुझे फ़ोन replacement के लिए snapdeal से संपर्क करने का निर्देश दिया.
          Snapdeal ने बिना किसी स्पष्टीकरण के, एक तरफा फैसला लेते हुए, फ़ोन के replacement से साफ़ इंकार कर दिया.
          Xolo से पुनः संपर्क करने पर उन्होंने मुझे snapdeal से फ़ोन वापस माँगा कर, xolo से संपर्क करने का निर्देश दिया.
          फ़ोन वापस मंगाने के बाद, xolo ने मुझे local dealer के पास जाकर फ़ोन का replacement प्राप्त करने का निर्देश दिया. लोकल xolo डीलर ने मेरे साथ किसी भी प्रकार का सहयोग करने से साफ़ इनकार कर दिया.
          अब xolo कह रहा है कि फ़ोन online खरीदा गया है, अतः डीलर फ़ोन के रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए बाध्य नहीं है.
          अब कम्पनी ने मुझसे सभी प्रकार के संपर्क समाप्त कर लिए है. कृपया मेरी मदद करें.

            Took Lava X81 mobile 1 month back simple features are not working like live wallpaper, apps lock, individual ringtone setting. took to service centre twice but twice returned back the mobile saying issue is resolved. But still the issue persist and they are not ready for replacement of mobile instrument. Even service centers not aware of the issue and not ready to resolve it. Request pls don't cheat the customers.

              I have purchased one Lava V2 3 GB mobile at Saravana Stores, Chromepet on[protected]. While using it was found to be overheating while charging and operating and while using dual sim calls were disconnected automatically and hence i have taken the mobile to Lava service centre M/S Venus Cell Point, Ayyasamy street Tambaram for repairs [work order no.[protected] dt[protected]]. The mobile was checked and formatted to load new software however i am not satisfied with the repairs and want to exchange the mobile.As such, I request you kindly to give consent letter or instructions to exchange the repaired mobile at M/S Saravana Stores, Chromepet immediately and oblige. A copy of cash receipt and workorder invoice are attached for your kind reference

                  In my lava flair z1 mobile... The apps like gua, musical, toosl, ...n many more are installing when mobile data is enable and slowing down my mobile... Because of those rubbish thing ...virus is also being attacked to my device...

                  So far I have lost data balance of 2GB...with this automatic installation o[censored]seless apps...

                  Plz give the way.. As soon as possible..

                    I bought a Lava Iris Atom3 model phone during Jan-2016 thru flipkart. It started giving problems very soon in 8 months after purchase. The wifi turns on automatically even it is set to off. If internet is on, then lot of junk sites open automatically and download unwanted stuff by itself which consumes high data usage and exceeds the 1 GB data limit within few hours. Phone also operates very slow. Touch is very poor. The performance is very bad. Not completely satisfied with the product. We don't find any service centre and no body responds properly in mobile shops for lava phone.

                      I bought my Lava A72 mobile on 28 may 2016. From day 4 there was problem with camera. I dont know how but there is always dust present in my rear camera. I went to the service centre they just clean it and give my mobile back to me. From june 4 to 25 Oct 2016 i went 9 times to the service centre with same issue. By 25th oct 2016 there is virus or i don't know what issue came that unnecessary games keep donloading and also cleartrip and some other apps keep downloading without my permission. I again went to the service centre on 28th Oct 2016 they again clean the lens and update the software. I asked them to replace the camera but they denied. The problem with camera is still there and downloading issue is still here. Now another issue occured with my phone. it switched off itself and then when we switched on it the display disappears. Now My request is that i don't want to go the service centre. I request you to replace my phone as soon as possible. I know there are many problems in the queue but i seriously want to get over it. I am a middle class women who cannot effort a new phone every mont. YOUR LAVA LETTING ME DOWN VERY BADLY either you change your add or change my mobile to discontinue the problem.

                            I bought a Lava phone A71 on 23/05/2016 from International Value Retail Pvt. Ltd. (Mobiliti World) Vikas Marg-1, Store No. A-61B, Main Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 vide invoice no. SP/VIKAS/MW0024/00276/2016-17. Just after two months from purchase date the phone stopped charging through its original charger. I visited the Lava Service Centre (Sai Communication, U-196, 2nd Floor, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092) in the month of august 2016. Then they accepted that the charging system was faulty and repaired the phone in warranty. They did not provided me the copy of repair jobsheet. Now, not even before the completion of 6 months from the purchase date and just 2 months after repair, the same problem reoccurred.

                            I again visited the same service center. On examining the phone they stated that said that the USB connector PIN is physically damaged and it will not be covered under warranty. I protested this statement and insisted them as the PIN was changed by them in the earlier repair and if the same problem has arisen again then it is the fault of either hardware in the phone or the Charger. These things as per me are manufacturing defects and should be repaired without any inconvenience to me. But to my surprise they refused to accept this and forced me to believe that it my induced fault and it will not be covered in warranty. On my repeated arguments they accepted to replace the charger but refused to repair the hardware unless I pay for it. When I asked them to state these facts (for not repairing the phone in warranty) to me in writing they bluntly refused and asked me to do whatever I can. Since, no other option was left with me I deposited the phone & charger with them.

                            To me it is cheating on the part of the company to deny repairs from manufacturing defects even under 6 months of the warranty. It is my biggest fault to buy a LAVA phone. I was foxed by MS Dhoni's advertisement that best part of the LAVA phone is after sales service. To me this is blatant violation of consumer rights to deny the warranty and a strict action should be taken against the service center.

                              Dear sir,

                              This is regards to lava pixel v2 mobile complaint no - 1813892 which was damaged by the service center executive at pune service center mobile link hadapsar on 17th of october 2016 and till now we have not received our phone the spares are yet to be arrange by lava service center.

                              We were having battery related issue but the service center executive damaged the outer body of the mobile phone and sill we have are unable to get the desired date when our phone will serviced and ready already 17 days have passed. we had a very horrifying experience with lava after sales service also the service center is very pathetic.

                              We do not have any escalation matrix for the services center or services available for customer is totally helpless.

                                i have purchased lava iris 404 flair in january 2015 and my phone is overheating during warranty period and i go to service centre and they said that no problem with battery.suddenley yesterday my phone is switched off and would'nt turn on.an i go to lava service centre and they said that phone's motherboad is defected.it would cost rs2300/- .and my phone is got out of warrannty period i belong to middle class family and i not afford to buy another phone.sir please help me because i am a student i really want of android phone

                                  Purchased lava ivory m4 t80 - silver from gomobile nehru place in march 2015.

                                  I am having problem in charging the tablet. Once i consult to the service center executive at sai mobile junction mahipalpur, they submitted my tablet for further repairing process as per the warranty period. Now when i called to them after 12 days of submission, executive asked me to deposit 4200/ rs for repair and told me that the part which was affected is not under warranty and now they are saying that it is physical damage.

                                  They are very frustrating and i am totally unsatisfied with their product and warranty process.

                                  Please help me in this regard.

                                      I purchased a mobile hand set model atom (N) bearing imei _1 :[protected]

                                      On dated 24.5.16 from dhamija communication yamuna nagar but since purchase the hand set giving frequent problems and not woking properly. I contact so many times at your service center at nehru park market yamuna nagar but all in vain. The hand set is still under warranty please provide the replacement as i faced a lot of ppromlems

                                        Firstly I would make it clear that the Mobile I bought was a faulty piece, from the day one I was facing problem with the Mobile, you can see my mobile service history that it has been serviced more than five times for same issue (low voice and audio issues), and at last they have replaced the board and even now the problem exist, i know that the warranty has expired but why you can't able to resolve the issue during warranty period, you can't able to find the exact problem or your service people can't able to rectify it, they will not rectify it even for ten years. I have all the service records and proof for same issue occurring many times, I want to rectify the issue with free of cost or replace my mobile.
