I have tried 5 times in lava service centre. And now they are saying its a defective peice. So is it some lucky draw of mobiles that u r lucky to get good phone and so sad u r unlucy i[censored]r phone stops working on very next day. Then why the warranty u are giving that to be of 2 yrs. This is the last time m submitting the complaints. Next time i will be submitting it in consumer forum, better i[censored] fix ur mistake now, before it went off your hands

I have problem in lava v2 phone my issue is motherboard not working display led dead within warranty but service centre take 5000 charge please help it's a humble request kindly resolve my problem and i want my refund i don't want exchange and servicing because i don't want to use this company phone and take strict action for service centre employee they destroy our trust please

I bought a lava x17 handset on 24 july 2016 from a mobile store located in gole market at 142 bhagat singh market, gole market, delhi, 902, 110001 and i have been facing issues with the handset from day 1 like the internet is not working, calls not going etc. I visited the mobile store and they said that the issue is with the airtel sim and not the handset so i went to the airtel store and they said that the sim is absolutely working fine and the problem is with the handset. I then went to the mobile store again to get the handset replaced however they asked me to go to the service centre of lava at darya ganj so i went there and submitted the handset on 08 august 2016. They returned the handset to me on 19 august with nothing being resolved. I am facing the same issues again so i called the customer care of lava at [protected] on 20 aug to file a complaint and get the handset replaced however they said that they do not have any record that i submitted my handset to their service centre and asked me to go to the service centre again which i am not interested to go as they are good for nothing.

I request you all to kindly either replace the handset or refund my money asap.

Unsatisfactory service by the authorised service centre of LAVA, I simply went to service centre after my cell got hanged and they said it has no warranty and you have to pay Rs 500 and took Rs300 from me with out doing anything. Not only I m the victim but most of the customers from this area are fluently cheated by the Service centre (MOBILE ZOOM) of Sundargarh. Kindly take necessary action against such activities or else LAVA will loose it's reputation.

Sms showed that it has only 100 Rs of labour charges..

I changed my lava iris x5 battery at the lava service center for 850 rupees. They also gave me a bill mentioned the cost as estimated cost. But i had received messages from lava for mentioning the battery price is only 640.56.
Then i completly checked the bill and found that in the bill they mentioned labour charge as 250 but in the message labour charge is mentioned as zero.
The service man fooled me.

Dear, i have lava iris x5 mobile phone. the problem is from the date of purchase 31 july 2015 when i trevel any where still from my home to my company 6 km, the signal hang. then restart the mobile and then signal fetched. other wise no incoming ang out going will execute. i have service this set 3 times and the service centre told me, that the set is ok now. but they never told me problem..till times. after warrnaty end i again reach at service center for this complaint, then told me to change "pcr" thorugh which never signal interupt or hang,

so my set is not in warranty, its end on 1 july 2016, please change my pcr in free of cost, because in warranty they didn't do this... so plz solve out my problem. still wait for positive response. contact me on [protected]

I visited thane service center two times, but problem solved there, but when i come home again problem remain with camera not working every time, i can say i am handling this mobile with assuming no camera smartphone i have, kindly i am again going tomorrow service center there and the purpose of writing is i want to know the procedure of replacement of phone, only two months warranty remaining, reply me on email..,

I had given my tab t80 ivory m4 on 27/7/2016 with a problem of not charging to serivice centre (Rishi communication, mancherial dist: adilabad. -504208) [protected].

They told that there is a problem of pcb and told that it will be done in week days. Today is 8/8/16 without having tab, on which i work reg for sending information to my boss.. I am going regularly to service centre, they are telling pcb was not recieved. Satuarday i called customer care, they are telling part was not yet dispached.

Lava customer care.. The worst customer care i had not seen this type of service in my life. If we ask any query they will write it down, no solution with customer care.. For which we need to pay call charges.

They dont know whether pcb was sent to service centre or not, they dont know when pcb will be couired. What is the fun in having customer care without details, they are just working as attender to notedown the complaint. They dont know how to resolve the problem.

Would you like to sadly inform to you that, Last month 4th jul, I have bought a lava Iris Atom (Black) from online shopping Indikart.com and their battery backup is only an hour on stand by mode.
Also facing hanging issue and my device is automatic getting switch off.
I am totally disappoint to this product.
Kindly provide me proper solution or change my product.

I have bought xolo black in may 2016 .but after two months its screen gets blank while operating .I went to service center thrice also but the problem doesn't get sought out .In fact they told me that there is no solution for this problem, we will mail regarding this issue and you have to wait until a revert mail .I also called to your customer care but they didn't give me any satisfaction regarding the issue .please solve my issue

Dear sir, i bought a mobile handset of lava company on dt 05.01.2016 model :spark284 from amit electronics situated at our own city. It was working good but unfortunately since last two weeks, i got irritated with that mobile set as it drains battery too fast even 90%battery charge becomes switched off after 2 to 3 hours. I complained to the concerned retailer, but there was no response from them. I also contacted to the service centre but all i got negative replies.
Though the handset has not crossed its warranty period, the retailer as well as the service provider lava company are not taking any responsibility to make their valuable customer satisfied with the company services.
All i want to repair my mobile as soon as possible otherwise provide me with a new handset of the same model.

Hi, I am facing trouble in installation of Facebook and Facebook messenger. I tried many times but it is showing error 504.
I have space availability also and followed so many actions to fix it but nothing happened still showing the same error.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on july 2016.


Last 14 Aug 2015, i bought a phone (Lava X9) & in June 2016 phone creating Charging problem thn i went Lava's service Centre Laxmi Nagar Delhi( Sai Communication) 3-5 times.


on the days after the service the phone developed serious fault( Blicking, Hatching)

again i went lava service centre sai cummunication, Laxmi Nagar Delhi, they said to me Mam go other Lavas service centre we cant help you anymore, after that i went noida sec 15 omkara communication lava service centre.

they told me last service of phone was very poor, they damaged my phone.

I trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers— have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further.

I have given my lava iris x10 mobile to lava service centre located in perambur chennai. I accidentally dropped the mobile and my screen was cracked so i asked the service centre person to replace the required parts to change the screen and front panel what ever require she also agreed for the same and told i need to pay 2600 for repair i also agreed for the charges today i went to service centre to collect my phone i noticed it was not properly repaired so i asked person why they did not replace correctly he was very abusive he started shouting me they can not do anything else because previous person might given wrong info about part replacement finally i called lava customer care and spoke to manager and also spoke to service centre manager (Imran) however no body helped me at all they want me to pay extra 260 to replace the required parts imran also offered 50% discount for replacement front panel also i need to wait for another 2 to 3 days. I am not at all happy with product and service i will not recommend lava product at all also i am going to make negative feedback online across online forums about lava products.

While using my phone lava pixel v1 stopped working and while i visit the service center they mention that its motherboard some part got damaged so it will not be covered in the warranty... But as i using the phone and stopped working display gone black its neither fall not pressed... And service center guys demanding 4700+service tax...

I bought this LAVA IVORY + Tab in Sep 2015, from 1st day till today i.e.,[protected] it is heating up if plugged only for 1 hour to charge from 0% and messaging that over temperature, remove battery the dealer said it is common with LAVA, I was shocked.
And the volume buttons stopped functioning the Local engineer surprised that particular component is not in the items list to order and requested to send the Tab in physical, the issue was - just if you place your finger lightly, the volume raises - sent to CARE, repaired and working fine now, But after it returned from LAVA CARE started Tab wake up issue with Brightness in Auto mode, Sleep after 15 seconds of inactivity, even after several power off and on it did not worked out, sent for repair multiple times to LAVA CARE but they could not resolve and repair the issue.
Either the local engineer is unable to communicate the issue in English to them or they are not skilled to rectify after several up and down still the issue is not rectified. I request the LAVA to check the issue with Deccan Mobiles Ameerpet, Hyderabad and arrange for the rectification at the earliest.

I have visited in luxmi services service center gurgaon 30 june 2016. I'm facing the charging ic problem then he asked me the charge 1500rs then given the charge 1500. Then again facing the same problem once again visited in luxmi services service center thay have collect my phone after 3 hrs he has change my phone i told her it is not my phone then kamlesh told me no it is your phone after that ravish brother came they argument with me. Then i contact the customer care i informed everything they are it not possible to are end.
