I give my lava Pixel V2 mobile to service center (Devansh enterprise, vastrapur ahmedabad) on dated 08/09/2016 due to MIC problem,
where they told me ur moble take 3 days to repair but after 3 days on dated 12/09/2016 i contact to service center they tell me it will further 3 days to repair
plz solve my problem, without mobile i face many problem

I have lava iris x10 mobile phone last six month when reliance launched jio service I also get jio sim after that I can use free voice and data service but I don't take benefits of free video calls without app so please provide us to letest update version for lava Mobile to make video calls. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I have a Lava A79 mobile phone, which I bought during June 2016.
    Initial 1.5 months the phone was working perfectly fine. But for the past 2 months, the phone started to get discharged within half a day, even with no usage. This problem has aggravated, and currently the phone gets discharged from 100% to 0% within 1 hour, with no usage.
    Basically, we now have to keep it plugged in at all times!!
    I have checked that there are no / very few apps running in the background. Is this a known problem with the battery?

      I bought a lava A71 phone from Asansol DigiTal express shop, Murgasol in month of may"2016.But same got switch off on 2nd sept"2016.I have given it to Lava service center Asansol.I M very much disapointed with this service.till date i have Not received My phone.plz call [protected]
      My phone heated too much, my phone always hang its ram is 2gb but muy device always hand some time its works good but some time it works very slow i requested to you plz regester my complain and send engineer soon.

        I am Mohammed Rafeeq Purchased a Lava Fuel F1 Mobile few Months ago and the .

        I gave my mobile 2nd time on 08/08/2016 to Your Authorised Service centre "Deccan Mobiles" in hyderabad as the mobile was not getting charge and not starting and Mobile is in warranty period.

        Date of Submission to service center: 08/08/2016.

        33 days completed after submitting mobile Till now I did not got my mobile back from your service centre. I visited 2 time but they are telling that they are waiting for parts. When ever I am call them they are not lifting my call.

        I have also registered complaint to your customer care number, but till now did not got any response from the service centre.

        If you prove such type of servicing no customer will purchase your mobiles. This is the worst servicing I ever have seen in my life. You people dont have any control over the service centre they are behaving as them want.

        I am very serious you should take action on service centre, If not I will spread bad publicity of your mobiles through social networking.

        If you continue doing like this you will loose what ever you got some Name in the Market, I want my mobile back as fast as possible.

            Hello,
            I had bought a lava flair z1 phone on 6th dec 2015 from spice hotspot, behala, kolkata. Not even an year has passed, phone has started showing problems. It is draining charge too fast, 10%in 5mins. Also, the phone doesn't get charged and charging stalls at around 30%. Somedays, it stops at 18% too. I had taken the phone to a service centre at thakurpukur, kolkata

            They say that there is some software glitch and load a new software. But after reaching home, the problem remains. They are not potent enough to repair. My 61year old father travelled so much to get his phone repaired, but every time he is sent back saying the phone is alright. I am writing this mail to make you aware of your incompetence and the inability of your service centre personnel who keeps on harassing their customer.
            I have given the details. Hoping that necessary actions would be taken.
            Also, i hereby inform you that lava phone has shown worst performance. Within 6 months the phone got crippled. Your service too has been disgusting. I regret buying a phone from your company.

              Purchased lava phone x17 on 8th august from mobile store gole market. Its a faulty product as internet and network is not working since day 1. Contacted mobile store for the same and they asked to check with lava directly.

              Lava is not helping in this case, as we have submitted 4 times to lava centre and still the issue not solved. Lava service centre not able to replace or repair the phone.

                I have purchased Lava pixel V2 about a month ago and in the beginning itself I noticed that the battery was draining fast.But I ignored thinking it's due to the continuous internet usage.But later on it got worst, it's draining super fast, mobile gets heated up without much usage.
                I've to keep phone on charging for almost 24hours now!! Regretting on my decision to go for a lava phone.
                Expecting a good customer support!
                And hope the complaint will be taken seriously!

                  I purchased lava c 180 in april month from amazon online, after some time its keypad button got started to get chocked, i went to lava service centre triupati service centre at ganpati plaza jaipur, they just make clean its keypad and it started fine to work, but just after 1 day again its keypad continued to get chocked, i again went this service centre and complained abt it, they again just clean it, i asked them to change keypad parts but they said that they didnt have the parts, this time also it started to fine work but again after 4, 5 days it also started to get chocked, so basically i have went service centre 4 time but still problem persist, i m totally fed up of it, i want to replace my handset, my contact no is [protected]

                    I am using lava irish f1.After 6 manth i have aproblem in my mobile.Some time my phone's back key autometickly pressing continously.I can't even stop it.And another problem is when i conect my phone with my lava charger then sim 1 network left..I mean dont showing.But sim 2 have good network & when charger conected mobile auyometicly heat.So how can i solve the problem..Plz tell me

                      This is Ravichandran from Tiruppur again, ..Based on the - Present - LAVA Area manager Mr. RAJA's adv. I keep my Hand set for 10 days time to check ...
                      Again I found the issues ..like ..Display issue ...Battery issue and hanging some time .. It was advised to give the HS to Local Service center..to re-pace by Mr. Raja

                      Yesterday ..I had given the HS to Tiruppur Service center...and get the Manual Work-order, not Computerized one - They told, " will check and come back " like
                      Today ...Morning !..One girl called-up from the Center and inform me .." there is a Charges of INR 350 ...the HS is corrected and I can collect that...Like

                      I inform the same to Mr. Raja ...after some time...One more call and told, " The Hand set is Ready to collect " Like ..
                      ​Then I called-up Mr. Raja ...and discuss all
                      - Till last 12th August ...the hand set was given so many times...that times all there will be no issue and HS was on correct condition
                      - After the Warranty Period..its converted as Chargeable...?!?!?

                      This is one type of Cheating ..!
                      When I discuss with Mr. Raja ..he put conference with Service center Owner ...He told, " There is no problem with HS ...its found Okay..."
                      Then I told, " I will give the HS to some other Service Center to repair ..what ever happened ... the Same should accept by Service Center owner ..." Like
                      Then Mr. Raja adv. him to do the Proper repair and confirm ...if any further problem ...they can arrange for the Re-placement...Like

                      I loss my trust on " LAVA "
                      How you​ are going to take ..!

                      Can somebody call and discuss on this !??!

                        Hi Kuldeep, as your device has been repaired in the local market, it cannot be considered for warranty.
                        Mobile has sensor problem & charging connector problem . Service centre not giving mi proper answer. Contact no is switched of after saying call back u. Total estimate is high upto 5000. No one is responding as customer representative.

                              I have purchased a LAVA Mobile LAVA KKT PLUS BLACK+GREY Batch No. [protected] from the Authorized Dealer of Lava International Ltd named M/s Sai Smart Zone situated at Opp. Sai Mandir, Kankarbagh, Patna-800020 (Bihar) Ph.No.[protected] and Email ID- [protected]@gmail.com by paying a sum of Rs 1250/- as a cost of the Lava Mobile on[protected] but the Tower of the lava mobile set has not been showing continuously in the mobile set since the date of purchase . In this connection, I have already visited to the Service Center of the LAVA INTERNATIONAL LTD situated at Kankarbagh, Patna-20 (Bihar) two to three days for corrections of defects persisting in the set but despite the rectification of the defects, the problems are still continuing . Thus I have been facing a lot of problems due to disruption in catching of Tower.

                                I bought lava iris x1...the mobile performance is awesome... but after sometimes it arises problem with switch off automatically...once it switched off it won't switch on again... I have contacted the nearby service centre and informed about its problem... they said that the mobile ic has been shorted(pcb problem) and advised to change the total motherboard... Note : "The handset is not subjected to any physical damages or water lag problem"... and they said if you changing that pcb means it will cost higher range... what's the use in buying that mobile... I will not come under customer careless for damage... what's the solution to this... at least can I get a reply from this... I want my handset to be solved or replaced or refund...

                                  Dear concern,
                                  I am facing lot of problem with the jack of charging. It breaks automatically. I purchased this mobile from the mobile store ambedkar road ghaziabad at 18/12/2015. Its charging jack break after two month which is repaired by lava service centre through the mobile store. Ghaziabad at chargeable bases. But it broke once again it means there is some problem with its charging jack.
                                  At this time i will not pay any charges against this because its fault of your product. I use mobile of other company's also but this kind of problem i did not face still. Please do the needful.

                                    I have given my mobile at Vashi Lava Service Center for Touch Screen issue, they have replaced the same but touch screen is not proper, it has marks internally which can be clearly visible and also they have broken the side black ring of the phone and not ready to replace the same. My warranty period is ending on 27 Aug 2016. Also when spoken to them they are not ready to accept their fault of broking the side ring of the phone. I have agreed for small side silver ring dents to may phone which was done from my end but they are not agreeing that they have broken the black ring of phone and unduly asking charges to replace the black ring.
                                    So request you to again replace my touch screen & replace the side ring broken by the Service center peoples.

                                    Kindly suggest & request a call back for resolution of the same.

                                    I would also like to thank Mr. Vishwas Pawar for his kind support for resolving the query on priority basis.

                                    Today dated 29th Aug 2016, I have submitted my mobile again to Vashi JP Telecom for proper resolutions of the queries, i.e. Display issue and side balck ring broken by service centre peoples.

                                    They have given me the attached Manual Job Seet as their SAP System was not working and they have comitted me 2-3 working days time to resolve the query.

                                    Also I have requested them not to create any further issue.

                                    I will update you further after servicing if any issues found.

                                    Again thanking you for your sincere support and promt replies for query resolutions.

                                      With due respect i want to convey that i had purchased lava phone (Irisfurl f1) eight months back and unexpectedly its battery got burned today, luckily i was not carrying my phone in my pocket saving me from a serious disaster.

                                      Though my phone has a warranty but still if your company products are getting blasted without no good reason then who will be the concern person taking the responsibility. I just thought to make you aware about the worst condition of your product before filing a complaint against your company.
