Sub phone is dead slow and unsatisfied with response
I am charles (Bought lava a88 4g) from univercell stores. The day i brought it and inserted my sim, within two hours started hanging and running dead slow, the name is 4g but not able to connect to 4g at all. I escalated the same to mr. Shekar at lava sri mobile point authorized service centre (At flat no. 103b, 1st floor, arena multimedia building, above digjam show room, dilsukhnagar, hyd 36. (Ph[protected].
For my surprise, i had a bad experience with the in-charge mr. K. Shekar (Said he was the manager). He did not even try to show a bit courtesy to ask what went wrong. His behavior was very bad. I tried to convince him that i am not at all happy with this phone, please give me doa so that i can go for another mobile, but he refused abruptly. I called and informed the same to customer care where executive really understood customer's problem and tried to solve with mr. K. Shekar through telephonic conversation but still he was adamant and refused to do so.
I asked him to provide hierarchy details to contact, he said i am the only one who is taking care of this center, later on he was talking to some asm. I requested to give his number. I spoke to asm mr. Prashanth (Phone [protected]), who sung the same song as mr. K. Shekar. I am not satisfied with the customer care service neither with the phone.
I have deposited my mobile with charger and earphones with box to the person mr. K. Shekar and got the acknowledgment letter too.
Please find the attached pictures and details. I urge you to please value for customer's time and money. Totally unsatisfied with the phone and customer's service.
Hope you will consider my issue seriously and do the needful.
It has been a month since i have raised this issue through mail and calls to lava customer, no one is bothered to solve this.
