I purchased my mobile reliance lava c 180 from amazon online, after some time its keypad started to get chocked, i repaired it 2 timed on lava service centre they repaired it but after 2 days its problem seems continue, i m totally fedup of this mobile, i want to my refund now.invoice no is rj-sjaa[protected], mob no [protected]

I bought lava iris phon.. I thought one year warranty means one year. But i guess lava dosent mean that. My phon had charging issue nd i gave to service center.. They are asking for charges now. I suggest that u wont give warranty if we have to pay for that..
Still i didnt got reply from reliance, now i m switching case in consumer forum offline

    Dear lava customer care team,

    I am the genuine customer of lava till now. i purchased lava iris x9 in shasta mobile, pondicherry on 29.06.2015.

    While purchasing this mobile. i heard that lava mobile is very best. i also really felt the same and i purchased this mobile much happier. but now am got very much stress because of this service center.

    Before 6months, i got networking problem in this mobile, till date it was not at all rectified.

    Problems in this mobile are networking problem, only one sim is working, display problem, charging problem, hanging problem, white screen, power button not working properly using internet very slow, side locking button not working properly, etc..

    Because of these reasons i gave this mobile to the guna lava service center, pondicherry four times and i went there many more times regarding the issues i mentioned above. because of this i got stressed lot.

    After long struggle finally they agreed to give me a new mobile as replacement. you communicate this by oral but i asked you in written format but you said that you are not having rights to give like that.

    But last 6months i got many problems and stressed because of this handset problem.

    One day i called to the lava customer care they gave me a complaint no.1402267 but till date there was no response from the customer care team.

    On 20.06.2016 finally i gave my handset to guna lava service center, pondicherry but till now my problem wont rectified. work order no. if[protected].

    Lava is a branded company and i know that you people will understand the feelings of the customer.

    This replacement is not a big matter to lava, but for me its a matter. so kindly give me the replacement of my mobile into a new sealed mobile.

    I need the acknowledgement for about the replacement of my handset into new handset in written format.

    Immediately send me the acknowledgment in e-mail.

    Kindly do me the needful and relief my stress. i hope that lava will care about customer. lava knows that customer is god and they only made lava as king.

    May i know why you are taking this much time to give resolution to me.

    Guna electronics pondicherry said that they are going to give me replacement of my handset. but yesterday evening i got a call from customer care and said that "as per the follow up done with relevant department the expected delivery date of your handset is 02/07/2016".

    I think that there is much communication gap in your service team and the customer care.

    May i have your managing director, owner and higher official contact no. and email id's for further clarification about my handset and the pondicherry lava mobiles quality.

    I already send emails to you customer care and i went several times to your pondicherry service center and got highly stressed.

    For that i plan to go for consumer court and got my justice.

    Am having all the evidences about the response about my handset from your side.

    This is the final reminder to you and lava service team for give me the proper response about my replacement of my handset in written format.

    If you are going to give a replacement means i don't want the refurbished and used handset. because ultimately i got stressed, again and again i don't want to remain same.

    So i need the proper working new branded sealed handset as replacement.

    I need all my handset service work order no. along with date which i gave and got my handset for service. its must and urgent for me.

    Kindly give me the acknowledgement letter about my handset and the reference numbers for proceedings as per the court of law.

      I am using lava iris x8 from 1.5 yrs. But from that my charger pin broken by many times. Moreover & times, my charger pin was broken. Your charger pin model is too bad. Its getting too irritation. Just light harsh move from charger, charger pin was broken. Its getting too bored. Please tell what can i do.
      Having too problem from when this mobile i bought. Some time charger pin broken, some time mobile hanged fully. Lava performance is too bore

      I had given my phone lava iris x8q to service center for repairing my phone under warranty. But they are not repairing and asking money ( 3 thousand rupees). Why should i give money if the phone is under warranty. I have bought the phone fron E MAX in carrefour.

        I've bought xolo black 1x handset 6 months ago.
        I'm experiencing display problems. The display goes blinking out or flickering continuously while data connections are on or while receiving calls or messages or performing any operations on the device.

        I am not even able to attend calls during the situation. At first time i've given the handset to the customer care under warranty and they have done a software flash or software update but the problem still persists.

        And for the second time they sent my device to xolo with workorder number:[protected]. I have receive the my mobile few days ago but i'm still facing the same problem.
        If you people can't fix problem can you replace the device or else refund the amount.


        Please help me fix the problem as soon as possible.

            I have bought 2 xolo black 1xs not even 9 months back whenever a call is received or net is put on the screen starts flickering and it becomes impossible to check who is calling or picking up the phone, over and above the concern of screen brightness reducing and increasing.
            As the phone has not even covered one year till now. Return of the handset and refund my money back to me.

              I having lava iris x8. I am using this mobile from 1.5 yrs. Currently i have problem about some application (Sexy drom, 9apps, etc) downloaded automatically while i open net. This virus affected my total phone memory & sd card memory. So i given mobile to shop for flash the mobile. Flashed it. But till now i nave that problem. Please help me for recover my problem.                 I purchased this phone on 17th june from a retail shop. Since first day mobile showing so much problematic.
                1. It is lagging so much even in the normal actions like unlock, call, no heavy application is running (Even uninstalled bot applications) no internet use. It is taking 2-3 seconds for a single touch and some time touch is not even captured.

                2. Wifi is not getting connected once wifi router is switched off then switched on. Handset restart is required to get connected again.

                3. Battery is draining so fast need to charge in every 12-14hours. Only basic applications are running whcih comes preinstall and can not be uninstalled, no internet usage over wifi or data.

                I should not buy this mobile. Just ruined 7000 also i gifted this mobile to my father on their marriage anniversary.

                So much disappointed with the handset

                  I have facing many type of problem after purchasing this mobile.
                  1) auto heat mobile
                  2) press auto back button
                  3) after 3-4 hour battery fully discharge.
                  4) hang many time.

                  I went to service center but they were not able for solving this type of problems and they told us if you want solve this problems then you will paid 2 - 3 thousand rupees then and only then solve this type problems. This mobile is in warranty period but they want money what i will do.

                    problem:- mobile screen frequently out for 3-4 second.

                    i have xolo black 1x under warranty. my mobile screen out for 3-4 sec and than come back. i approach to sai communication ghaziabad three times but problem is still same. there is no improvement. i describe my three attempt to lava service centre as given blow:-
                    1st time- they update software.
                    2nd time- they said that we have another latest software. than they again update software.
                    3rd time- they send my phone to company. they said that mobile screen changed.
                    after 10 days my phone come back from company. i start my phone but problem sill same. it not have 1% improvement.

                      Sir i baught mobile lava iris x5 last year. but its stop working properly few months ago then i go to service center and they take my mobile And send that to delhi . After about20 days me received my phone back n service representative told that my mobile has been replaced because. My mobile cant be repaired... after few days my mobile again stop working then i again go to service center then they take my bill with mobile and they gave me mobile and says it will now work properly ...but its again stop work after 10 days but now my warranty period already over ... ... sir i want my mobile repaired properly because it stop work within warranty period And even its replaced that not work ... I hope your company help me soon.

                        My phone is downloading unwanted applications while connected with Internet. Most of them are sex applications and porn applications. It makes me to hide it from public. It is disgrace for me. I can't use or show it in front of my friends. I strongly need to take legal actions against the company and I recommend all others not to buy any LAVA phones.

                            We have submitted our mobile xolo black for repair on[protected], but yet we haven't received it. Many queries have been made from your head office about repairing, but they show no interest in it and do not respond. Many a times we visited xolo care, but apart of being polite they became rude and arrogant and also misbehaved with us. We received many messages that our mobile has been repaired but as earlier it would become only a myth. Executor and chief executor were also failed to solve this problem and they said your mobile will bWe e given to you on this or that day.
                            Please do something about it because i am much worried about it.

                                My lava f1white fon automatically download and install porn apps and automatically shut running apps. I visit to panipat salamkha service center but they not solve the prob. I am facing the same prob again and again. I am completely fed up with this company and going to complain in consumer court for such a worst ton and service. If you can't solve the prob then why opened service centers and why manufacturing the defective ton.

                                  Unfortunately i am also a lava mobile customer. I have submitted my phone on 3rd june 2016 to lava service center yamuna vihar c - block delhi-110053 whose manager is mr. Rahul. I have told the executive that my phone's charging jack is not working also some problem with my phone's touch. They checked it and submitted my phone. At that time phone is under warranty period. My phone is only 3 months old. The service center technician checked my phone and says that your touch screen and charging jack have some problem so they need to replaced and you need to submit your phone for 4-5 days so that it will be repaired. I submitted that on 3rd june 2016. On 5th june 2016 i got a call from service center that your phone is repaired you can collect it from the service center. I have visited service center for collecting my phone on 6th june 2016 around 5:45 pm. Service center told me to pay 850 rupees for repairing. I have asked service center that my phone is in warranty period why i have to pay for it? They tell that your phone is liquid damage but at the time of submittion they checked my phone and didn't said that your phone is liquid damage. My phone does not have any liquid damage. These all the worst things did by service center by taking money from me and also misguiding lava by showing to lava that phone is repaired under warranty. If my phone is liquid damaged then why service center didn't tell me on the submittion of phone. Atlast i have given 850 rs to service center and takes my phone back. I asked for the payment slip but they denied to give me the payent slip by saying that the slip is not available to the service center. Then after 5 minutes i went outside the service center and then i called customer care center of lava. They tell me that your phone is repaired under warranty period. At that time customer care executive logged a complaint against fraud happened with me by service center taking money of rupees 850 from me. Customer care told me that your phone is repaired in warranty i have logged a complaint against the service center. They provide me complaint number is 1328651. After 10 minutes i again visited the service center and i told all the things to the service center manager mr. Rahul that customer care told me that your phone is repaired under warranty and then why you took 850 rs from me. Mr rahul haven't give any answer or response for that question to me because its true that he repaired my phone under warranty thats why he doesn't provide me payment slip that i have made to the service center some minutes ago. After some time mr rahul ordered one of his executive to create or update my phone warranty status. They update my phone status as liquid damage. So this was happened with me in this service center.
                                  They updated or create another job sheet by changing status of my phone is just to protect service center because earlier they takes payment from me and updated that phone is repaired under warranty and after some time when i told service center that i have logged a complaint against you then they change the status to liquid damage. Very very bad service center i ever visited in my whole life.

                                    I have a lava smart phone (Model : lava iris pro 30 plus), i visited lava service center on 04.05.2016 to purchase new battery of this model (W. O. No.[protected], ankita soloution, malda) but battery of this model was not found and also contact lava helpline and lava customer care executive replied that "our company has stop to production of this model, so battery has not available." now my phone battery is totally dead and i felt difficulties in between 2 years after purchase a product from lava. Neither lava service center nor lava customer care not co-operate to replace the battery of my handset.

                                    I already contact with your Lava care team (above mentioned e-mail) but can not get any fruitful solution. Neither your service center nor lava care solved the problem o[censored]navailability of battery of this model in between 2 years of manufacturing of this model Lava iris pro 30 plus. After rise complain Your customer care executive told me by telephone that " we stop the manufacturing of this model so battery of this model not available, visit open market to purchase battery." If after 2 years of purchase any set from Lava (market price above 12000/-) parts/battery has not available to manufacturing company this is not a good sign to customer.

                                        I had bought" lava iris x8" in nagapattinam Uma communications, 5 months back, in which i had got infected by virus . so i had given to a company service of lava which belongs to uma communication.


                                        when i got my mobile after service they lost my sim tray 2, and they are not even responding properly.


                                        Iam in a huge stress for past 1 week, i need my mobile phone to be replaced properly and take a suitable action, otherwise iam ready to file complaint against your service and your product.
