I have bought a lava iris fuel f1 smart phone from jain's mobile store on 28.12.15, invoice- 12132 at 14:03. Details of phone:-

But problems have been detected after two months.
* problem-- automatically minimizes and vanishes open pages or windows and the 'back' button automatically working even when no one touches. This problem occurs mostly when i open pages or websites using internet. Sometimes the back button works automatically like it has become mad. I can't do anything with the phone at that moment. Recently i can't use internet completely with the phone.
But the last time as on 16.05.16 when i submitted the phone at lava service centre, kharagpur, west bengal, they took two days to repair the phone. They delivered it to me on 18.05.16 (Working order no:[protected] although they had done nothing with the phone and i realised it at the time o[censored]se although they claimed that they had changed the touch pad and software of the phone. Next time i had once again showed the phone to the centre yet the result is same. So, i am worried about the co- operation and technical
Assistance from lava service centre. I think the phone is disturbing
More than earlier after the repairement at lava service centre.
I have mailed to lava care but they recommended me once again to submit the phone at their service centre.
When they are using crore of rupees on advertisement of mobiles, why are they manufacturing faulty mobile phones?
I only want the replacement of this faulty phone.
