I, jai shankar mishra had purchased a lava mobile bearing model no. Lava iris x1 atom s from flipcart. After 5 months of the purchase of the phone, the touch screen of the phone was not working and i have visited your authorized service centre at ambe electronics, j5, sector-15, baisoya complex, noida, ph. No. [protected] (Tin no. [protected]) on 05th march, 2016. On 12th march, 2016 i got a call from your customer to collect the devise. However, i visited at ambe electronics and they denied to provide the devise and replied that the mother board of the phone is not working properly, so they had forwarded the same to the repairing centre in the company. Today, on 18th march, 2016 at 5.00 p.M. I, had a conversation with your customer care executive mr. Kamlesh kumar (He denied to provide his designation) and he conveyed that the devise has already been sent to ambe electronics having serial no. 1x1aso15ha259506, but at ambe electronics mr. D. S. Mehra straight away refused and said that the devise has not been received by him and he can not guarantee the return of phone, it takes time to return the phone in a threatening tone. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from an internationally reputed company is not expected. Customer satisfaction is your prime motto.
