I bought a new lava x8 new phone on 14 march 2016. In 20 days i found a problem in handset that in sim slot 1 no sim card detected. Then i go to lava service center for repairing. Staffs will says me to wait few minutes and in 10-15 minutes they come and says mobile can't be repaired. And says that if you want to repair pay money then i say why i pay money because my phone is in warranty. He says if you don't pay money it can't be repair. I talk with him nearly 10 minutes but these staffs says no way i can't repair without paying money. And they update in system that mobile was out of warrenty and can't be repair in any service center. And says go and do wwhat you can. Then i call to lava mobile helpline and says my problem then he sys send a email at lava care and then think what can be do.

    My lava iris 300 got repaired around 4times and i have serviced only with the lava authorised service centre,
    the last time I gave it to the service centre the mobile was 11months old and they do took it for servicing it.
    but its been two months and they are saying we cant service it.
    but when I gave them it was within warranty period only

      I bought lava a71 4g mobile phone last month just before holi, but when i used it got auto switch off problem in my phone from first day.
      i submited this phone to the lava service centre and they take my mobile phpne for 7 days for repairng my phone.
      but when i recieved this phone yesterday i am still facing auto switch off problem.
      when i called to the lava coustomer care they arey again and keep saying that, go to service centre and submit.

          i am using LAVA iris X8 mobile for 1 year.. for the last two days i am facing problem from your server.
          problem: 1.the unwanted apps are automatically download
          2.the phone works misbehavior like it is stuck when internet is ON
          3.the sexy images and apps are automatically download and display
          icon on phone screen.
          4.one more phone of my friend is also facing same problem. so the problem is from LAVA company side so please rectify it.

            I have purchased mobile lava iris x1 selfi on december 2015. After 3 months the mobile was hanged then switched off (Mobile dead). I went to lava authorized service center chennai. They received the mobile and given me the job sheet. 5 to 6 hours back i got a call from service center they asked me "did you given any other service center". I said "no". Then he said "no... The seal is opened so you have to pay 3500 rs for board". I asked to the seller, where i bought the mobile. They asked the job sheet after they said "see the job sheet. Your mobile is under warranty". Then i asked the service center they said after that only i have checked your mobile the seal is opened. I said i can not pay the amount you just give me the mobile. After that i called up to the customer care they told me to go to another service center i went to the another service center they said the seal is open i can not take the mobile for service. Then i called up to the customer care he said just give the mobile to service center head i have given to him after he spoke him he asked me did you given any other service center here is also telling the same the seal is open. So many times i said "no". He is not understanding my side.

            This is under warranty mobile why i want to go any other service center. Somebody cheating me from lava.

            One thing i want to say to the lava. Worst service center. Worst customer care. I wont suggest any one to buy lava mobile.

              Hell! I am r.R. Dakhane purchased a mobil on 26.04.2015
              Xolo-q1000s plus imei no. [protected]
              But within a week i found that the mobile is scrolling automatically, switching off automatically, not reading the sim card, so on 5th of may i returned the mobile to shop, the shopper said it will take few days to repair but they took a month and gave the mobile back but again the same problem started again i rushed to the shop in june 15 the shopper said it will take 8 days but at this they took around 40-45 days saying that it requires to replace the motherboard and same is not received from the company at the end of july they returned me the mobile but the problem of sim card not read persist i was frustrated and being in power sector always busy in work could run to shop every now and then finally i made a complaint in jan 16 which was responded with a phone call telling me about lava gallery in boisar and asked me to take the mobile their i went to gallery shown my mobil and came to know that the mobile was send only once for repairing and not much was done it was shocking, the mobile was given twice and the problem of scrolling and switching off was sort out and there i was told that the mobile requires major repair and it will cost 6500/- .I don't understand that what type of services they provide to the people living in remote area like boisar ..

                I have purchase a CDMA Reliance Lava C181 Black handset for my postpaid connection since then with in a week it started restarting and finally stopped working i submitted my mobile in service center in kolkata, BDR communication after for 15 days i received it and when i used it for 3 days the phone goes dead again i have submitted informed the customer care by calling[protected] they said as you already submitted it will surely get fixed, but after i received it again its the same issue continued i have done this 3 times submitting and receiving form service center with no servicing done. now again i have submitted it and informed the customer service they took complain and informed me will receive a call back from complains team but its been a week no call received.

                    Dear lava team,
                    I'm from nepal, i purchased lava iris x5 on november 2014 from retailer at banbasa, india. After 3 month 3g network problem occur in it. It is the warranty period of 1 year. So, i visited nearer authorized service center at khatima, india. They show the problem of network chips and told to send set at company. After 45 days i got my mobile set with repaired. As your convenience please check it on your system if possible (Color: gray, imei_1:[protected], imei_2:[protected]). But on october 2015 power problem occur in it. It means auto switch off while calling or operating it, charge of 100% became 23%, 5%, 90%, 100%, 13% as it is in different manner. Again i visited at authorized service center within warranty period. They told me it's the battery problem without checking mobile set. After that it works properly for 1 month without replacing battery. But again same problem occur. I replace the battery but problem is not solved. Now warranty period is finished. What is the actual problem of the set. Please inform me as soon as possible. If any defects on set from company, please what we have to do? Waiting for your reply.

                      Ive bought Lava Iris 352 flair an year ago. For some reason my phones few parts r broken. Its back cover. one of the sim tray. and power key,

                      Ive approached Sai Mobiles in Hardy complex secunderabad on 22nd March 2016. They told me withiin 3 to 7 days time i wud get my spare parts. After that ive been calling to Sai Mobile Lava care center and Mumbai Lava care center for fast delivery. Ive been calling both places continuously almost daily. Lava Care Mumbai customer care always promised me to arrange a call back within 24 hours . but they always failed. They never called me to explain my status.

                      On 31st March i got a call from sai mobles and they said that i can take my mobile back as they dont have spare parts available with the company. I got angry and called Lava care Mumbai and they said the same thing that they would enquire about it with sai mobiles and call me back for which they failed.

                      When i called them they told me to go to Sai mobiles and call Lava care Mumbai and make them talk from my phone. i did it and was told that they dont have spare parts available/

                      My question is if i buy lava phone and just after an year they dont have its spare parts then why should i buy lava phones again. why will i recommend anyone to buy. what service are they providing.

                      I request the authorities to look into this matter and do the needful.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have purchased Lava Pixel V1 mobile after happy use of XOLO q 800 for 3 Years with similar expectations.


                        I have attached bill and also a screen shot of mah of battery.


                        Complaint :To my surprise mobile battery used to go down so fast that i could hardly use it for longer period and more talk making the mobile only a show piece.

                        I dragged and started searching for alternate mobile thinking this is how it works and i was just to drop continue use of above said mobile.

                        One of friend advised to check the actual mah of battery and er confirmed that software shows realistic mah and tested in other mobile too.

                        To my surprise the mobile which i am using is of low mah i.e 1728 against claimed 2650 mah.

                        I thought o[censored]sing the phone for min 2 years and made extended insurance too. But all looks was waste.
                        Mobile was purchased from Mobile store Mumbai. When contacted he said to visit service center.


                        Kindly advise what i should do as most of the time i have charge mobile to keep it in a healthy battery status

                          I purchased a Lava KKT20i just one year back display was damaged when i contact your amalapuram dealer Madhu Varshitha Communications its not come under warranty . I gave it for repair. Just two days back i received message from you total fee including servicing charge of Rs.311 but the dealer Madhu Varshitha communications demanded me for Rs.461/- how far its correct.                               I had brought this phone couple of months ago started giving problems very soon i rushed to the nearest service center four genius they did it but pretty slow then again my camera gave some problem so the nearest which is mira road, mumbai where i reside they could not do it so i went to shardha telecom in santacruz they didn't even have a phone charger, they tried and could not do it either . then they told me to keep the phone with them for 8 days which after 4 days i get a call that they can't handle it and they are sending it to delhi for repair which i agreed, and the toll free customer care no. doesn't exist, lava is a very poor in terms of quality yet they praise themselves for rendering better quality in low price which i recently saw in a interview.its been 12 days now no response just fake hopes on how they are gonna help me but none till now i appreciate the services that other brands offer which atleast have value for money. this is my contact no.                                 After two days the the crome (all side of platic) has shown layer . Nobady will help me to solve the problem.There is no screech on mobile body.                                   I, jai shankar mishra had purchased a lava mobile bearing model no. Lava iris x1 atom s from flipcart. After 5 months of the purchase of the phone, the touch screen of the phone was not working and i have visited your authorized service centre at ambe electronics, j5, sector-15, baisoya complex, noida, ph. No. [protected] (Tin no. [protected]) on 05th march, 2016. On 12th march, 2016 i got a call from your customer to collect the devise. However, i visited at ambe electronics and they denied to provide the devise and replied that the mother board of the phone is not working properly, so they had forwarded the same to the repairing centre in the company. Today, on 18th march, 2016 at 5.00 p.M. I, had a conversation with your customer care executive mr. Kamlesh kumar (He denied to provide his designation) and he conveyed that the devise has already been sent to ambe electronics having serial no. 1x1aso15ha259506, but at ambe electronics mr. D. S. Mehra straight away refused and said that the devise has not been received by him and he can not guarantee the return of phone, it takes time to return the phone in a threatening tone. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from an internationally reputed company is not expected. Customer satisfaction is your prime motto.

                                    Phone started giving probem after 2 months it got hung up during a update and bricked then they resolved the problem in mir road mumbai service center then after month later the camera started giving problems and the service center in mira road refused to repair it i travelled twice to santacruz and they too couldn't so the phone is sent over to the company the service is very bad so as the quality of phone...

                                      Model iris pro 30.I visited ur service centre at shop no.42, ganjawala apt.Ganjawala lane, opp.Petrol pump, borivali w, mumbai 92 in january, 16.On 29/01/16, i received your message as follows ~wo:[protected] is repaired out of warranty, prt replaced:iris pro30/pro20 battery part chrg:rs.768.00 vat 96.00, labour chrg.Rs.0.00 total 865.00pls call[protected] for any assistance. However, the cervice centre charges me rs.1222/-.I asked him to give proper bifurcation in bill. He prepared another bill in which he mentioned batter charge 864/-, vat12.5% 108/- service charges (Fitting battery) rs.250/-.I want to know why i am charges fitting battery charges rs.250/- and vat rs.108/- again.
                                      According to your message, which i showed to the person on counter, i should be charges only rs.865/- however he said i will have to charge vat again. & battery is inbuilt so you will have to pay fitting charges which is contradictory to your message. He was not ready to listen to me. Kindly arrage to refund me rs.357/- excess charges to me.
                                      Should i tell my friends that don't go for iris pro as they charge heavily just for replacement of battery as it is inbuilt?
                                      Kindly help me in this respect.

                                        This phone after formatting once does not create further Google account and thus no apps can be downloaded. After this it does not support some apps so app cannot be downloaded and so needed to be taken from some other phone. Also whenever I go to the service center they say only one thing "format the phone". Please do something..
