LAVA produced its Wifi enabled Handset LAVA B8 in market, but Wifi function is just for advertisement only. Wifi doesn't work and if you want help from company, would not get any reply of email/call.
I have committed a mistake of purchasing Lava B8.
So please avoid Lava.

    Please kinldy note that Indian Mobile manufacturer named "LAVA" is not mainting his own quality aspects their developed products. The product is getting so many compalints, like batter backup, software bugs, supplied earphones, chargeing socket on mobile handset. Infact the mobile been purchased on 01.04.11, is giving so many problems, there was no service centre existing,...recently they got tie with some local proprietry own firm on franchise based on.....probelm is been reported to this party to sort the mobile with the above mentioned issue. But due to inedquate knowledge of the serivce person in service centre, the mobile phone is completly got screwedup, now is in complete dead condition. For this due deligence of the service perosnal has give irresponsible answers at the same time....there was no responce from LAVA manufacturer I have addressed my problem to them at their

    so I have suggestion to my fellow indians. to stop buying the products from LAVA manufactures. I have been looking serveral difective handsets coming to the service centre a lot with in my short span of time at the service centre....I don't know how put cases for cheating with non qualititave prodcuts for producing and not maintaing proper after sales support .....on these kind of manufactureres...

    Lava is a cheat company and doesn't reply.
    Buyers please be careful...lava is actually producing none other than third quality china mobile, keeping their logo on it...but no proper after sales support???

      I have bought LAVA KKT30 on 25.5.2011 and data cable of the said handset not working from 6.6.2011 and I contacted the local service center, they told me it is more than two months from now they had received data cable from the company. I do not know what to do, since the said cable is working as both charger and data cable. Kindly take up the issue with appropriate persons.

        I HAD PURCHASED LAVA A-9 MOBILE ON JULY 2010. IN THE FIRST WEEK OF MAY , MY MOBILE KEY PAD WAS NOT WORKING, I HAD GONE TO LAVA SERVICE CENTRE TO REPAIR .IT IS UNDWER WARRENTY.SERVICE GUY SIMPLY CLEANED THE KEY PAD GIVEN TO ME.AGAIN ON 27TH MAY IT STOP WORKING. I HAD AGAIN GONE TO SERVICE CENTRE. THEY TOLD ME THAT KEY PAD CIRCUIT HAS TO BE REPLACED, IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN WEEK. AFTER 17TH DAY ,MOBILE WAS NOT REPAIRED, SERVICE CENTRE SAYING THAT TALK TO LAVA HIGHER PURSON, I TRIED TO CONTACT BUT NOT RECEVING THE PHONE.
        PLEASE DO NEEDFUL IAM A SERVICE BOY I CAN'T AFFORD NEW PHONE IN ONE YEAR.

          Hi ! I am shocked to know that no one has replied back to me from LAVA even after a specific mail had been sent by me . The matter of concern is I had purcased a LAVA A9 mobile set from a store in B'lore everything seemed fine untill i had this issue with charger or battery as im not clear about it that's why i had decided to send a e-mail to Lava . I wantd to kn ow whether the problem was with the battery or charger . As i had learnt from the store after i called them that charger came with warranty only for 6 months which was really disappointing as it was never shown on the bill . Here im stuck without knowing what to change . plz help
          You alone are responsible for this because who would by a LAVA phone. It is a CHINA phone with a changed name and some advertisements. It's substandard product man. Just think that you have bought a CHINA phone then there will not be any hard feelings.
          Hi ! I have known that LAVA mobiles is make from India that's why i went for that mobile. I just wanted to clarify are u any one from Lava company ? How can U tell that its a make from China as I have gone throughly on the box & it no where shows its from China ; Neither did i find it printed on the Hand-book !
          r u so dumb to believe that crap? No mobile hardware are produced in India except the Nokia's assembling plant at Tamil Nadu but no harwares from they also.

            I have submitted my LAVA A9 handset imei no. [protected] on[protected] at lava service centre frasline tech care, shop no. 3, ratnadeep co-op society, carter road no. 1, borivali(e), mumbai, maharashtra.
            i have made hundreds of call to the service centre but till date my handset isn't repaired. i have also made several calls at lava customer care but it seems they are too irresponsible in their job. i feel very irritated by them. Kindly reply what to do in this particular case.

            Infact they provided me much more older & defective handset against my handset.
            Why r u peoples so reluctant in resolving my issue.

            FRASLINE TECH CARE _ BORIVALI(W)
            This particular handset which I mentioned earlier was been changed by LAVA peoples but even after changing motherboard, some network issues still exist. I mean to say same SIM card shows week network in this handset compare to other genuine handsets.


            I will give one last try to get this handset repaired at my own cost.

            My suggestion at last will be not to buy LAVA products as there are peoples who don't wanna listen or resolve your issues & performance of their handsets is also worse.
            I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY WONDER GT-I8150 from Muscat Oman. IMEI # [protected] in SEP 2012.
            This phone hangs a lot. I even formatted my handset twice. But if I install more than 5-6 applications, this phone works like hell.
            I was not expecting this type of phone at all from market giant like SAMSUNG.
            Kindly let me know whether there is any solution to this problem.
            I lost my Bill in Muscat itself & now I am in India. I am ready to get it repaired at my own expense as I am not having any proof of purchasing the said handset at present.

              I purchased Lava B8 with facility of Wi Fi, but the handset is not working WiFi. I called Customer care Number[protected], but the call was put on hold and I had to disconnect the call after 15 minutes due to increasing my call charges.
              I had written to company through email [protected]@lavainternational.in, but no one is ready to hear.
              The company is cheating with cunsumers, by providing wrong information and ignoring the grievance of consumers after purchase of product.
              Please guide me.

                    Service centre said there is a problem in PCB of handset and will be change by a week,But still it comes to 3 months they do not have pcb to repair or any part to be changed at time,

                        My complaint against 'LAVA' Mobile and some of other mobile phone and to all body deodrant like SETWET, AXE avertisement etc... because of those uncivilised advertisement agency our children and our society affected and facing lot of problem day by day.... . people should think about for these type of slow poisions which is really harmful to our society......

                        What about our censor board department ???

                          Dear Sir,
                          I Had purchased the Mobile from Reliance dealer in HRBR Layout
                          nearly six months back. Now the Charger for the same is not working and I have been running from pillar to post to search for the same. Even in the company website the list of service centres 99% of them do not pick up the phone or the phones are switched off. I was able to contact the Service Centre at Vijaynagar,Bangalore, but their response is also very arrogant. Sir having spent Rs 4500 for the mobile and unable to use the same is very irritating.
                          Please do help me out in this respect.

                            Sir,
                            I had purchased a Mobile Model No KKT 30 from Reliance outlet in HRBR Layout,
                            in Bangalore about 6 months back.The charger is not working and when I am trying
                            to get one in the market nothing is available.The service centre Nos given on Lava's
                            website 90% we get the information pls check the number and other places they
                            are least bothered.Fifteen days back I had complained to the company thru Email
                            but of no use.
                            Sir after having spent Rs.4500/ for the hand set and if the spares are not available
                            pls inform me what is to be done.

                              I have purchase lava b8 on 31dec 2010. after few days i have found many issue in this.

                              1. When i Send sms it continuous show"Sending message". i leave it in night and check at morning. it is showing the same.
                              2. Home button stop working some times, after restart it work.
                              3. Intermittently All the application re start while use instant message..
                              4.Operamini browser is not properly installe. it alwas hang.
                              5. it is having 3.2 MP camera but the quality id very poor. chinees mobile is much better then lava.
                              i callled to customer care they try to resolve but not got success, then the lady Resham(CCE) provide the service center address called vidhi mobile point sec 15. when i visit it was closed, i called to cust care to ask time of SVC again reshma told me the timing 9:30 to 6:00 PM. but service center open at 11:30 Am he told this is the time to open.
                              Great thing is this svc guys told me it is new mobile we dont have sw tools of this.visit after 7 days.

                              I wish to inform you that I have purchaed one Lava-B8 Dual Sim Mobile set but i m facing lot problem in this set some time some button stop functioing and phone hang no dial and no incoming calls recd after so many reseting it starts working i m facing very critical problem in this set now this set is totatly dead no button is in function i went to purchase shop NIT-5 nos FAridabad he told go to Lava service centre i went to Lava service centre Gurgaon Rajeev colony they told that they have not the sapre of this after that went to Balbhgarh Faridabad Ravi communication centre he told that his techn ician was on leave and he will come back after 16th August so that ultimatly i m suffering and there is no positive response from Lava service centre I found no sufficient service centre in this NCR area out of this I don't how u provide some solution. I want to ask the Lava team tell me any rectification soltion `for this. I request pla. replace my this hand set at earliest bcz my both sim are block due to this problem. I m waiting for ur quick response. I hope u definatly provide some alternate solution. Thax,

                                i bought lava kkt30 mobile handset after 10 days it got a camera problem, i search the service centre i give to them after that they said that no camera is not suitable with this phone then i want to shop where i bought the mobile then he said that i will send a complaint to lava company distributer then they gave me a new handset. then i said to shop owner i want change the mobile company then he said that the lava customer service centre is not near by it is located in rajahmundry so it is soo far from this so that i want change mobile company so,please take action on this and reply me.

                                      it is under warranty. i have given it in service center because of network problem before 1 month. now i got mobile from service center but still its not working properly. it still has network problem. i want you to change my mobile or give me proper service. and if i dont get it done proper before my warranty is over than i'll go in consumer court.
