Have been facing multiple problems with this product since the time of purchase. 1) Completely hazy screen. Unable to even switch off. Completely unresponsive till battery drains. 2) No network. The same sim provides/reflects full network in another device of different company. 3) Touch screen dead/unresponsive. The hazy screen and no network is a recurrent problem. Hazy screen 4-5 times & not network 2 times till date. The device has been take to The Mobile Store from where it was purchased in September last year. They say that the product cannot be replaced only repaired. Even after repair, the same problem persists. In fact, new issues arise. As I type this complaint, the product is with the service centre for the touch screen issue. I expect a replacement for this extremely faulty irreparable device which has caused a lot of inconvenience. PFA the invoice for your reference along with snapshots of the hazy screen. 8 out of 10 times when I want to call, I cannot see either contact names or call history, I have done power off / restart several times, it seems your phone has manufacturing fault.

I have get my phone repared from you people thrice and I am fed up of this problem.
Either give me a replacement or face me in consumer court.
I am not going to get it repared again.
LAVA, please take a note of it.
