[Resolved] Lava Mobiles — Lava irish x10 / poor product quality and service | |||
Hi team, Please refer work order#[protected]. I have given my lava iris x10 mobile to lava service centre located in perambur chennai. I accidentally dropped the mobile and my screen was cracked so i asked the service centre person to replace the required parts to change the screen and front panel what ever require she also agreed for the same and told i need to pay 2600 for repair i also agreed for the charges today i went to service centre to collect my phone i noticed it was not properly repaired so i asked person why they did not replace correctly he was very abusive he started shouting me they can not do anything else because previous person might given wrong info about part replacement finally i called lava customer care and spoke to manager and also spoke to service centre manager (Imran) however no body helped me at all they want me to pay extra 260 to replace the required parts imran also offered 50% discount for replacement front panel also i need to wait for another 2 to 3 days. I am not at all happy with product and service i will not recommend lava product at all also i am going to make negative feedback online across online forums about lava products.
