Hi,
I purchased Lava Arc Blue on 15/4/2017 from flifkart and it's tracking ID FMPC[protected]. I am facing noise problem while speaking. Voice is not clear some sound is coming. Unable to hear voice also. We are not able to use this mobile. So please replace this mobile. We never face this issue earlier from flifkart. We requesting to replace this mobile.

Today evening while my Xolo 1010i was charging, All of sudden house was engulfed in smoke and peculiar smell, immediately we unplugged phone Isolated phone in open balcony. Major tragedy averted.
