I placed an order on 6 january 2022 Order Number - [protected] using an offer of HDFC debit card. I was supposed to receive a Cashback of Rs 5000 in my HDFC account within 30 days which I haven't received yet.

I have purchased Lenovo laptop. After few days My laptop earphone stopped working . When I contacted support they said its accidental damage. My laptop earphone stopped working while watching movie. Without anyone visiting and checking my laptop they are saying accidental damage .And they are covering under warranty .

I ordered A customized Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 on "August 02, 2021 3:54 PM" Using HDFC Credit card, still not received the cashback [order no [protected]]

I am not getting proper onsite service support. every time, i was diverted to online support which is complete wastage for my system problem

Bought Lenovo laptop on 19th January 2022 from nehru place lenovo showroom, but not yet received cashback. The sales person said you will receive cashback on Amazon within 2 days. It's almost a month now but not received. And the sales person said "ki main apni jeb se nhn doonga"

It is to inform you that Lenovo employees of kormanagla Bangalore is insulting in kormanagla and they are insulting to all walkin customers.this incident took yesterday night 8 o clock when i was planning to purchase Laptop which is latest version and I was discussing about that, when I was planning to see other laptops I saw there is a chair was there for customer sitting purpose and I was trying to sit there but staff is behaved rudely and tryed to hit me this is very rediculus and shame on that staff which they are behaving with jeneral public I demand to remove the staff from kormangal near Sony signal.

There is no bluetooth device in my window 8.1 pc. When I tried to install bluetooth from google it failed many times. so please help me how to install bluetooth in my pc.

I call customer care 100 time but received no call from there sides so i visited the customer service branch in mithanpura they received laptop give it back after one month saying that the problem is resolved but i resubmitted two more time but problem remain the same.
i request to please replace my laptop so that my kids can attend their classes and show their presence in class while studying on laptop.

Since I've purchased Lenovo IdeaPad slim 3 laptop, it's speed is getting slow day by day. It's been 9 months I'm facing this problem, got laptop to my nearest croma store from where I've purchased it, got it updated with windows 11 and now I'm getting very furious with this laptop.
I'm regretting purchasing this brand.
Do something with my problem, I can't Able to work on this laptop.

The lag in laptop is increasing day by day which is affecting the overall performance and I'm not able to do my work properly.

to cancel me because I did not answer on a Sunday morning is crazy!
I asked them to return a call but nothing, I was on the phone for well over 1.5 hrs to file this complaint. Why was a direct phone number left?

I believe that the hard drive is about to give up...continual problems of shutting down

also, because of where i live and low cell service we need to be contacted by email, and a direct phone number and time to call back

Maine apna lenavo ka laptops service me diya, after service Maine apne wife ko laptop lane veja waha se jab laptop lai to sirf corner pe hi nut laga hua tha and sab me nut gyab tha or to or dublicat oprating software dal k de diya mujhe jab ki mera laptop guaranty me tha

I purchased the lenevo legion Y-540 in October 2019 and after just 2years its display is lost.
Service centre told me that its graphics chip is not working that's why display is lost. I need to change the whole motherboard which is way expensive. I purchased it around Rs57000 and its not worth to change the motherboard neither I have money.
I am very disappointed by the poor performance by such a high rated laptop.
Please do something.

I was purchased lenovo laptop on 20 dec 2021. After that I have facing lots of issue in the laptop however, I asked to customer care they said to upgrade ram of the laptop then I was visited to the lenovo service center for ram upgrade but they still unable to help they said I will solve your issue today or tomorrow It going on couple week after that my laptop hard disc has been gone. Now they said wait 3 to 4 days. What should I do. You can return this I don't want this laptop.

My laptop's battery is draining too fast... If I charge it 100% then too it won't function for 30 mins
