Dear sir

It is to inform you that Lenovo employees of kormanagla Bangalore is insulting in kormanagla and they are insulting to all walkin customers.this incident took yesterday night 8 o clock when i was planning to purchase Laptop which is latest version and I was discussing about that, when I was planning to see other laptops I saw there is a chair was there for customer sitting purpose and I was trying to sit there but staff is behaved rudely and tryed to hit me this is very rediculus and shame on that staff which they are behaving with jeneral public I demand to remove the staff from kormangal near Sony signal.

          I call customer care 100 time but received no call from there sides so i visited the customer service branch in mithanpura they received laptop give it back after one month saying that the problem is resolved but i resubmitted two more time but problem remain the same.
          i request to please replace my laptop so that my kids can attend their classes and show their presence in class while studying on laptop.

            Since I've purchased Lenovo IdeaPad slim 3 laptop, it's speed is getting slow day by day. It's been 9 months I'm facing this problem, got laptop to my nearest croma store from where I've purchased it, got it updated with windows 11 and now I'm getting very furious with this laptop.
            I'm regretting purchasing this brand.
            Do something with my problem, I can't Able to work on this laptop.

                Hello folks

                to cancel me because I did not answer on a Sunday morning is crazy!
                I asked them to return a call but nothing, I was on the phone for well over 1.5 hrs to file this complaint. Why was a direct phone number left?

                I believe that the hard drive is about to give up...continual problems of shutting down

                also, because of where i live and low cell service we need to be contacted by email, and a direct phone number and time to call back

                      I purchased the lenevo legion Y-540 in October 2019 and after just 2years its display is lost.
                      Service centre told me that its graphics chip is not working that's why display is lost. I need to change the whole motherboard which is way expensive. I purchased it around Rs57000 and its not worth to change the motherboard neither I have money.
                      I am very disappointed by the poor performance by such a high rated laptop.

                        I was purchased lenovo laptop on 20 dec 2021. After that I have facing lots of issue in the laptop however, I asked to customer care they said to upgrade ram of the laptop then I was visited to the lenovo service center for ram upgrade but they still unable to help they said I will solve your issue today or tomorrow It going on couple week after that my laptop hard disc has been gone. Now they said wait 3 to 4 days. What should I do. You can return this I don't want this laptop.

                                Just after three months of bringing its battery is dead its camera is not working and has got locked and these lazy people are neither fixing the problem and nor responding. My laptop is in warranty. Ban this Chinese company in India or help me.

                                  Computer not updating Windows Cumulative updated after owning for year (which is why I purchased Premium Care)--also can't use FastStart or the computer automatically restarts after turning off. Had same update issue after one year with my previous Lenovo. After several calls to Premium Care, Premium Case wanted to change out motherboard in my home, but due to Covid surge, I cancelled appt.
                                  Gave one more try & called Premium Care on 12/18/21--spoke with Swapnil Thakare--he remoted accessed computer & tried several things that had not been tried before. Wanted to run a scan which would take some time & asked to call him back in an hour. Rather than connect with someone else & start all over again, I asked him to call me & he agreed. After the scan completed (about 45 mins), I noticed Swapnil working on the computer & figured he would call soon. The next time I looked at the computer, he had disconnected the remote access, but I did not receive a call. Tried multiple times to call Premium Care, but when the recording said it would transfer me to an agent, nothing happened. Later that day, I opened a chat with Ron (or Rod), who said they were having phone issues & that Swapnil had tried to call me 5 times (my phone was not busy--perhaps he could have e-mailed me). I said I would call Premium Care the nest day.
                                  On 12/19 at 3:44 pm (MT) I spoke with Chris at Premium Care. He emailed or somehow contacted Swapnil--said Swapnil will call on 12/20 & asked what time was convenient. I initially said 10 am but changed it to 9am so I would hopefully be Swapnil's first call of the day since that is when he started his day.
                                  Waited until 10:55 on 12/20 & finally called Premium Care--rep said Swapnil would call with an hour. Swapnil did call back 5 minutes later at 11am. He remote accessed computer & again tried various things while on the phone with me. I said to him that with all these issues (and the fact the same thing happened with my first Lenovo), I felt a replacement was in order. He told me he was surprised I didn't ask for that sooner--I mentioned I had requested a replacement but none would be given. At that point, Swapnil put me on hold so he could speak with his supervisor about a replacement. He later typed via remote access that his supervisor was also remote accessing & would try to help fix the computer. I let them work on the computer & remained on the phone--at 12:08 pm I noticed the remote access had been disconnected & while the phone line appeared to be open (but on hold), no one responded when I asked several times if he was still on the phone line. I immediately called Premium Care back to try to get connected to Swapnil, but rep said supervisor said 'No' to replacement I should be transferred to Microsoft support.
                                  Is this what I paid for Premium Care--to be disconnected without any explanation? If the disconnection was a mistake, I should have been the courtesy of a follow-up phone call. This customer service was appalling & if this is the best Premium Care Lenovo has to offer, it has a lot to be desired.

                                      Lenovo is the worst company that I have come across. It sells defect products that do not work even after 1 month of purchase and there zero customer service. I request the buyers the do not go with the Lenovo machine even better to go with any new company, but not with Lenovo.

                                      They don't know actually what customer means. They are just sitting to generate the revenue and make the fool of the customers.
