I purchased laptop on Dec 20 2021 since from day I’m facing problems I spoke to customer care they tried to reboot and add software but even that didn’t help I even mailed them for replacement or refund got no response from them

      Just after three months of bringing its battery is dead its camera is not working and has got locked and these lazy people are neither fixing the problem and nor responding. My laptop is in warranty. Ban this Chinese company in India or help me.

        Computer not updating Windows Cumulative updated after owning for year (which is why I purchased Premium Care)--also can't use FastStart or the computer automatically restarts after turning off. Had same update issue after one year with my previous Lenovo. After several calls to Premium Care, Premium Case wanted to change out motherboard in my home, but due to Covid surge, I cancelled appt.
        Gave one more try & called Premium Care on 12/18/21--spoke with Swapnil Thakare--he remoted accessed computer & tried several things that had not been tried before. Wanted to run a scan which would take some time & asked to call him back in an hour. Rather than connect with someone else & start all over again, I asked him to call me & he agreed. After the scan completed (about 45 mins), I noticed Swapnil working on the computer & figured he would call soon. The next time I looked at the computer, he had disconnected the remote access, but I did not receive a call. Tried multiple times to call Premium Care, but when the recording said it would transfer me to an agent, nothing happened. Later that day, I opened a chat with Ron (or Rod), who said they were having phone issues & that Swapnil had tried to call me 5 times (my phone was not busy--perhaps he could have e-mailed me). I said I would call Premium Care the nest day.
        On 12/19 at 3:44 pm (MT) I spoke with Chris at Premium Care. He emailed or somehow contacted Swapnil--said Swapnil will call on 12/20 & asked what time was convenient. I initially said 10 am but changed it to 9am so I would hopefully be Swapnil's first call of the day since that is when he started his day.
        Waited until 10:55 on 12/20 & finally called Premium Care--rep said Swapnil would call with an hour. Swapnil did call back 5 minutes later at 11am. He remote accessed computer & again tried various things while on the phone with me. I said to him that with all these issues (and the fact the same thing happened with my first Lenovo), I felt a replacement was in order. He told me he was surprised I didn't ask for that sooner--I mentioned I had requested a replacement but none would be given. At that point, Swapnil put me on hold so he could speak with his supervisor about a replacement. He later typed via remote access that his supervisor was also remote accessing & would try to help fix the computer. I let them work on the computer & remained on the phone--at 12:08 pm I noticed the remote access had been disconnected & while the phone line appeared to be open (but on hold), no one responded when I asked several times if he was still on the phone line. I immediately called Premium Care back to try to get connected to Swapnil, but rep said supervisor said 'No' to replacement I should be transferred to Microsoft support.
        Is this what I paid for Premium Care--to be disconnected without any explanation? If the disconnection was a mistake, I should have been the courtesy of a follow-up phone call. This customer service was appalling & if this is the best Premium Care Lenovo has to offer, it has a lot to be desired.

        1/20/22 When will I receive an answer from Lenovo? I submitted my complaint on January 14. Will the reply come to my e-mail or will I have to keep checking this website?

            Lenovo is the worst company that I have come across. It sells defect products that do not work even after 1 month of purchase and there zero customer service. I request the buyers the do not go with the Lenovo machine even better to go with any new company, but not with Lenovo.

            They don't know actually what customer means. They are just sitting to generate the revenue and make the fool of the customers.

              I purchased a new laptop 3 month back, before purchasing i go through the attached PDF file from Lenovo website. PDF file clearly mentions that Slim 1-14AST-05 Laptop (ideapad) is compatible for SSD. So I purchased this laptop. But while I went to the service center they told me that there is no connector to upgrade the SSD.

              Now my Laptop is running very slow, even requiring 10 min to join a Zoom meeting.This laptop is very slow and unable to do any work on that.

              I have been a genuine customer of Lenovo for the last 15 years. Very much satisfying with ThinkPad.Looking at brand equity I have purchased a new series Idea pad. But it was very slow working like 20 years back.

              My Machine serial no is R911G037, and I have purchased this from croma outlet.

              Now my request is kindly replace my laptop motherboard with SSD compatibility, if there are any additional charges I will pay as per terms and conditions. So upgrading the SSD and laptop will work smoothly.

              I am attaching the Lenovo idea pad Slim 1-14AST-05 manual brochure which I downloaded from the LENOVO website. If this model is not compatible, why is the company mentioned in the brochure.

                I had bought a new laptop from lenovo website, since I was out of station I opened the box after a week and saw that it has screen bleeding issue, I contacted support and provided all the details and they were convinced that the laptop is defective, but they say that they cannot replace or return the laptop as it is 7 days are over.

                  I have been a customer of Lenovo for two and a half years and have faced many problems related to the laptop i have during this time. I have a Lenovo ideapad S340 having serial number MP1JS2BE. there have been several issues with the laptop like continuous hanging, black screen, mother board and camera not working. My whole time is consumed in complaining about the laptop and talking to the customer care for solution which they do provide but it is only for temporary basis since the problem arises after every 15 20 days. I am fed up of complaining so now I want a permanent solution by replacing this system with a new system as i am college student and I could not give exams due to the camera issue and again my exams are approaching starting from 10 January so I request you to replace the system before that asap. We have been dealing with the problem since I have bought this laptop and the warranty is going to end in 7 months. The last complaint was made by me for the camera issue again today i.e. 29-12-21 and before that was yesterday on 28-12-21 which was resolved but again the camera stopped working today so you can clearly see that how just within the day of getting the problem corrected I had to face the same issue. I have few complaint numbers also with me.

                    Got an onsite service on my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 laptop 2 months ago, the service guy lost two screws and I lost two more after a few days. The entire panel has started coming out since a few weeks. This is the third time I'm filing complaint, all my previous complaints went either unanswered or responded once and then abandoned. Please take action, my laptop is in a very difficult-to-use state, even picking it up makes the panel come out.

                        I have Lenovo laptop bought 5 months back still i have warranty, Now I'm facing Turn on button issue due to that I'm unable to Turn on my laptop for that I contact 4 times Lenovo customer support this is the case number ([protected]) but still issue not resolved, poor customer support they have not arrange service to resolve issue

                          I purchased laptop on October 30 2021 and during purchase they said I am eligible for cashback offer of 10% that is 4300 Rs if I use yesbank credit card during festive sale offer
                          But after purchase they said I am not eligible for the offer. This kind of attitude is not good for prestigious company.
                          Please check my order and take action on manager. Or give my cashback.

                                Sold Defective Product, and did not fix the problem in after sales service.
                                Gave the troubleshooting that was no helpful to fix the problem
                                Gave no proper solution everytime, and no interest to support the customer.
                                After the warranty is expired, giving this as excuse so they cannot support.

                                I do not understand from Lenovo support what is the solution but I am asked to pay for many parts
                                they are supporting on trial basis with no concreate way...
                                Do you need expert help in gaining access/passwords to Facebook, gmail, Instagram, yahoo-mail, snap-chat, twitter, Hotmail, various blogs, icloud, apple accounts etc. Password retrieval, smartphone, tablet portable device hacks, ip tracking and general tracking operations...contact: hack.truth77 AT g mail . com I got access to my email stolen after 48hours.

                                    I purchased webcam of Lenovo .it worked for two months now it is not working .I took it to Lenovo store they gave me customer service number i called but some of their numbers not working finally i got customer care representative he told me that i have to call the spares department gave me number but this number doesn't go trough .i bought this cam for my daughters online classes but it is lying idle .bought this product trough amazon called up amazon they say contact Lenovo i don't know if this representative are making fun of its customers. let me see now how and when this webcam will be replaced by Lenovo before warranty or after warranty.

                                      Purchased a new Lenovo Ideapad GAMING 3 Laptop (i5/8GB/1TB/GTX1650) on 5/11/2021, where-in after 25 days the entire keyboard stopped working, and after submitting it to the Lenovo Authorised Service Centre Dadar, they had to completely format the system stating it was some operating issue.
                                      Now after losing all the data and having it formatted the laptop is just not functioning right. It is lagging throughout all simple operations, doesn't start fast and functions miserably, keeps on hanging and loading throughout, unable to carry out simple internet surfing.
                                      As termed by the company it is a gaming laptop but it has become extremely difficult for me to carry out basic chores on such a high-performance, expensive and new laptop.
                                      I am highly disappointed with the performance/ the customer-care and service centre experience.
                                      I would want to have my new laptop being diagnosed properly and made perform to its full abilities or either a new device.
