Complaint regarding defective product delivered Lenovo M8(serial number HA1GNPSP) :
I already calls/send the complaints about Lenovo Tab M8 purchase from Flipkart for delivered defective product on dated 28/10/2021 and after complaint the same is replaced on 30/10/2021 .
But after few days the delivered product Lenovo Tab M8 is not charging from last 1 week, charging is back going while charging the tab and Power Adaptor/cable is also not working. In this connection I have also call many time to Flipkart but no action taken, and my issue not solved and said to contact lenovo customer care. So I contact to Lenovo customer care center on dated 26/11/2021and complaint the same for return the defective product delivered on 30/10/2021 .
Please return the same immediately. I am also filing a case against Flipkart/lenovo in consumer forum for delivering the defective product.

    This case was filed because I have issues with my desktop, and I've tried getting tech support with Lenovo AND Microsoft for WEEKS.
    What's even more frustrating is I was forced to buy the extended warranty, which charged me $78.00 for the stupid performance and smart assist programs within the Lenovo Vantage. NOW Lenovo keeps saying I have to wait 30 days for the extended warranty to be activated, and they're not going to help. My computer is seriously damaged - I have MULTIPLE issues with the hardware not being recognized, the PowerShell showing corrupt files within the hard drives, and many other problems I've been trying to fix. Lenovo should NEVER have canceled this order because they never helped!

    FURTHERMORE, I've tried canceling the ### services FIVE TIMES, and not a single refund has actually been processed.
    I'm about ready to file reports for fraudulent transactions and look into my legal rights regarding the 1-year manufacturer's warranty and how that process works since I DID renew my subscription BEFORE it expired, but I used the wrong email; therefore, it wouldn't accept the warranty!

      It is supposed to be a brand new laptop. It takes 30-40 minutes to load. The warranty is of 1 year but it shown that only 360 days remaining.

      The laptop is super slow, I doubt if they have put second hand hardware in it. I need complete refund, I asked but they are trying to troubleshoot & fix the issues.

      My question is why shall I fix a brand ### new laptop??? When you buy a phone and that doesn't work, do you go to service CENTER or ask the seller to give another once or refund?

        requested, the Lenovo service center boy not refunded my moony 400rs.

        I have going to 22.11.2021 to Lenovo service center for mobile charger and I have submit form for new mobile charger, he tell me total amount 900rs and I have given 400rs but telling me not refunded your charger and money. but I have not given charger and no logo on mobile charger at company . can I collected mobile charger, center boy tell me 24.11.2021, mobile charger not refunded that is company rule, please sir tell Lenovo company rule any product not refunded.

            Very disappointed with this product, I purchased this laptop(Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IML05 U1a Intel i3 8gb ram) a month ago it was working fine until first week of November. It had display issues showing lines and suddenly blacking out. Later this issue was fixed by replacing motherboard by a technician.
            The audio(both microphone and speaker) stopped working in this laptop after this repair. I tried updating the system and installing device drivers but none of them worked. And also I sent five escalations to Lenovo website. This computer has tons of problems which gave us headache and affecting my sister's online classes. I'm requesting refund for this laptop immediately. Work order no - [protected]

                My service request made on 11/11/2021 and is pending till now.
                Service request number [protected] generated from your end after resetting and online support got no solution of issue. Now got service providers call from contact no. [protected] that they get ticket number only and customer current address given in service request is not with him so he can provide service at my permanent address. I am at KOLKATA now and it has already more than 7 days. No mail confirmation of service request and only one way telephonic communication system from your end.
                Please provide me repair service as soon as possible.

                    I purchased my Lenovo Ideapad S340 a year ago but suddenly its fan stopped working and my laptop started overheating. I lodged a complaint for this problem a week ago. Since then no action has been taken, i am a student of class 11 and had to take online classes which becomes impossible when laptop starts overheating. Due to their negligence my studies are also getting effected. i request to take immediate action on my problem

                      Ok, so I ordered a custom laptop from lenovo on 12th October and they said that it will be delivered under 4 weeks.
                      My order ID was: [protected]
                      I received and an email on 28th October that my order has been packed.

                      Got no updates for 10 days then I asked by calling customer care 9th October. They said that order has been dispatched and said it will deliver in 3-4 days I called again on 12th November they said the same thing again I called on 15th November they said the same thing that it has been dispatched.

                      But all along the way they were COMPLETELY LYING the order wasn't dispatched it was still in the warehouse(they admitted and same information was on tracking page) and the courier tracking page showed no update.
                      They again said 5 more days.

                      So don't buy from lenovo they steal your money and don't refund and don't deliver product and don't even REFUND the amount they waste your time and do drama like order cannot be canceled after a few days.
                      And even their products seem overpriced given the horrible service quality.

                        Lenovo service center didn't resolve my laptop's issue during the warranty period

                          I had purchased a lenovo m10 fhd plus tab on sept 2nd. I used it for around 15 days and few horizontal lines started appearing over the bottom of the screen.

                          On enquiring with the service centre, i was informed that i had to give my tab to the nearest service centre pick up point (12 kms from my place) and that the issue was trivial and it would be included in warranty. I was promised that the issue would be resolved in a matter of days. I gave it on sept 22nd.

                          After repeated visits and calls to the service centre, my tab finally arrived on october 22nd, after a month of giving it for service . So, the service centre incharge informed me that once he checks the status of the tab, he would deliver it to me. But on checking, the tab wouldnt open and he said that the tab was a faulty one and that it was 'dead'. So he said that he has asked for a replacement of the tab to his company. He asked me to wait for a few more days for the arrival of the replacement tab.

                          But even after waiting for more than 20 days, there has been no update regarding that. After repeated calls, texts and direct visits to the centre, i was informed that the tab was put on dispatch and that the online status of the tab was "on transit" for more than 12 days.

                          I also tried contacting the south regional coordinator through calls and texts, but i received no response. All these days there has not been a single call or text message from the service centre themselves. Every single time they respond only after a number of phone calls or a direct visit. They are remaining ignorant amd responding very poorly.

                          Its been more than 50 days and I'm extremely frustated with this issue. Its high time that i get a proper response and a new tab in place of my old one as i hardly used that for 15 days.

                            I purchased a lenovo S340 laptop in july, from first week of purchase itself i started facing issue with the battery, it would shut down at 44% .they changed the battery but issue was not solved, then they changed the mother board and now i am facing issues with the mic.apart from that there are issues with the speaker of laptop. I received faulty laptop and i want a replacement.

                                On 7th Oct placed a order in Amazon for Lenovo Tab M10 FHD Plus Tablet with Invoice number FBLI-115806, IMEI Number of the product is [protected] and same was delivered on 8th Oct. We unboxed it on 10th Oct and it was working fine for next 3 days and due to Dussehra vacation, schools were off and we didn't use it for next few days. When we tried to use it on 16th Oct it was not getting on.

                                I checked with amazon and been told that return period is expired and need to check with Lenovo Support for service. Tried and contacted Lenovo technical support and was shared 2 authorised service centre details. The authorised service centre KRK solutions is more than 20kms from my place and travelled all the way and gave tab on 17th Oct.

                                After 2 days when i called and checked with Authorised service centre i was told there is a motherboard issue and same needs to be replaced and job service request is raised on same and will be providing tab in next 2-3 days. After 2-3 days i called and checked but been told that the part received from lenovo is also a defective one. From that day Continuously trying to get in touch with lenovo service centre and with authorised service centre but the service is pathetic and they are least responsible to update.

                                I had invested in the so called Lenovo brand for my son's online classes. Really frustrated and tired of all this. I had co-ordinated with Mr. Mahesh Chandra of lenovo service on [protected]@lenovo.com but he is really poor in serving. Its been month and my son is suffering because of their poor quality product.

                                My question to the Lenovo is- Will there be no Quality check done on products, i understand it is a electronic product and there might be such issues and in such case there shouldn't be a quick response as its a defective product shouldn't it be replaced.

                                I am sick and tired of this and lost complete Trust. I just don't need a repaired product for my hard earned money. Please provide me refund of the same.

                                  I bought Lenovo legion 5 and it was delivered to me on 10 Oct 21. Just after few days o[censored]se, a blue screen with error used to come multiple times which leads to laptop restart automatically. For the same reason I contacted Lenovo premium care on 31 Oct & a guy named "Ahmed Raza Khan [protected]@lenovo.com" picked the call and I explained him about blue screen, error & laptop getting restart. In order to resolve he took remote access for my laptop & I helped him for the same.

                                  He started updating drivers from the Lenovo website. Later he started BIOS update. I am not sure what the hell he did, but just after when BIOS update was installed & bar showed 100% completed, laptop screen went dead. From that moment keypad light, power light everything is working but still there is no response on the laptop screen. So in order to hide his mistake he created a ticket & said that a technician will visit at home & he disconnected the call so fast. Means it only took a minute or two & he created the ticket and disconnected the call. Means what the hell is this? Is this what Lenovo service & behaviour is all about?

                                  So again I tried calling & some new guy picked, I stated whole issue from starting and told that how one guy picked earlier & did all this nonsense. So the current support guy asked me to do few steps and after that he concluded that screen is dead and needs a screen replacement, for that he updated the existing ticket and said that we will send the required parts as soon as possible & technician will visit with those parts for repair. Technician came with new parts and started the screen replacement but even after screen replacement nothing changed. Technician said that may be there is some motherboard issue or something. So he told me that he is gonna ask for motherboard from the store & will then come again for changing it.

                                  So my question to Lenovo is this, that a laptop I haven't used for even 10-15 days had this much issue, still I didn't took any serious action I contacted Lenovo support & did everything that I could have done. But as I behaved so well, your support guy really made my new laptop which isn't even a month old look like a hell. Currently this laptop which cost approximately 70K is a piece of ###. Even after screen replacement nothing is changed.

                                  So in real World no one will even allow Laptop part replacement which is just few days old. Still I behaved so well & agreed for parts replacement. So how mANY TIMEs should I agree for parts replacement. I didn't pay this much huge amount for all this. I am asking and suggesting Lenovo team to replace my laptop but they are just giving useless excuse & denying the replacement process. I didn't buy this costly laptop so that they will keep on changing each & every parts forever.

                                  I just hope that someone can help me with this issue. As I didn't took Laptop so that I can agree for parts replacement for whole my life.

                                    I ordered a Lenovo's laptop from amazon on 1st march 2021 and got a defective laptop's charger cable then replaced it and I got an another laptop. i was using the laptop but after some months keys of the laptop weren't working then i went to Lenovo's service center they said your keyboard had changed and they gave a quote of rupees 19, 870on 6th august 2021 . and it was 10 times higher cost .at that time i gave the laptop after inspection they said your laptops motherboard got short-circuit . how it was possible while i gave on working condition . at last they said if you want to repair it you have to spend around rupees 40, 000 - 50, 000 . then i denied to repair that laptop now i want to to refund my laptop's price

                                      Cashback not received yet

                                      I placed an order on 4 october 2021 Order Number - [protected] using an offer of HDFC debit card. I was supposed to receive a Cashback of Rs 5000 in my HDFC account within 30 days which I haven't received yet.
