Dear sir, my lenovo mobile a-319 white (Under warranty) submitted for repair (Hardware problem) dated 02.05.2016 at their service centre nexon technologies, a/38-1, shaktidhara shopping centre, opp. Shukhsagar complex, lbs road, india colony, bapunagar, ahmedabad-380024. The delivery date was 10.05.2016. However even after my several visits, telephone call the mobile is not returned till date. The misbehave and does not say when it will be delivered. I asked for a service mobile due to delay which is causing lots of inconvenience. But they refused. Please help.

    Greetings of the day !

    I purchased a smart phone before 3months. Now issue find out & unable to operate the phone. Then I submit the phone & they opened the phone in front of me & said no liquid damage & phone is covered under warranty . After one day they called me & said there is a liquid damage in this phone . Then I said why you confirmed me before 1 day that no liquid damage. Then I escalated this to your area head Mr Jitender kumar & then they said we will manage.
    I got a call same day at 4pm & told that your phone is ready but when I received the phone the phone is not working then I called to Mr jitender & then it was re checked. Then they told me that speaker problem & it will take time. After 2 days no call from your side then I called now but I am surprised that now they told me this is a motherboard problem & it is not covered under warranty.

    Sir please look into the issue as I am harassing by your servicing centre & they people are not expert to handle customs as well as to resolve issue.

      I purchased lenovo a6000+ from flipkart, its warranty completes on this month (May/28/2016), i have a problem in mobile touch some place not work on[protected], i consult lenovo service center (Rk solution, kurnool) they can solved. After next day its over heating and slowly occurred a dispaly dark problem in my mobile again i consult lenovo service center but lenovo changed another service center. They collecting my mobile and given a receipt of mobile present problem states and said that we will change with in one week. After one week i consult (Anwar comunication, kurnool, andhra pradesh) they told me lenovo company not given display to you in warranty mode and collect mobile from our center or pay us rs. 3500/-. I am asking y not changing my display. They r not given answer and in receipt also not mention of any 10 digits service number for online repair checkup. No damage in my mobile, in service center also clearly mention as physicly no problem. I am reading so many comments about lenovo mobiles and their cheating activities. Who can stops this type of cheating. After that soo many coments y govt. Offices not taken actions on them. I kindly requested pls solve my problem as soon as possible. Me dusra mob. charging cable se charging karta hun to 1 se 2 din chalta he uske bad nehi charging hota he . Ek power bank Ambrane company se charging kiya usme v 2 din chal ne ke bad band higaya. Avi charging nehi hota he. Internal problem kya he mujhe nehi pata. Sayad cable sort ho jatahe. IC ka problem ho sakta he. Dusra charging cable se charging kiyun nehi hota he. Pls take necessary action.

          I bought a lenovo s90-a mobile from kolla innovatives infotech pvt ltd, on date-9april 2016.Invoice no - kiit/os/005. Buyer's order no-od[protected]. I never get proper service from this phone.In low battery it gets stuck on the logo. Please change my new mobile set or i want a cash back. I bought it through flipkart. Total value-17, 099/- please respond to this complain as early as possible.

            Lenovo is claiming battery back up of "thinkpad x1 cabon" up to 11 hrs however at some sites its 9 hrs and suprisely in usa 8 hrs. But in actual backup is only 3-4 hrs. I have compaint in march and they change the battery in 5th of may 2016 but still problem the same. I again drop the mail to customer care but they people saying that 11 hrs is standered. But my argument is - whether this differnce 11 hrs and 3 hrs is acceptable.

              Hi,

              Its being a nightmare for me to get my Lenovo Product repaired that too when the product is under warranty. My Lenovo Tab has being laying at the service center from last more then one month and I have being getting kicked like a football and not getting resolution to my issue.

              Earlier lenovo had some issue with my warranty which got resolved and now the service center is saying that part sent by the company was faulty and when he wrote this to the company there is no reply from their side.

              This clearly indicated that from now onward we should stop buying lenovo products because if a brand like lenovo have such a pathetic customer support approach and what to say about others.

              Can I expect some resolution to my issue.

                This mail is regarding a recent purchase from amazon.in. I received this order a Lenovo vibe s1 mobile IMEI no. [protected] on 28th April 2016. I updated this mobile just after 20 days of purchase as instructed. But, during the updation process, the phone got hanged and stopped working. I submitted this set at your service center on 21st may as your technicians claimed it to be a small software issue. Now after 2 days, they informed that its motherboard needs to be replaced and it will take one more week to get it done. My whole point of writing this mail is, on one go i paid for this set, now within 22 days, this set needs a major part replacement, which is totally weird and unfair. As i am not supposed to bear the burnt of your fault, i demand you to replace this set with the brand new one. Not forgetting to mention that this set is still in the warranty period. And i do have all the necessary documents.

                  My phone lenova A7000 haveing problem in incoming and outgoing voice very slow, I gave it in the service center CCI communication Solution Dated 10.05.2016 in Delhi they said the part is to be replaced and 12 days passed. I am not receiving any proper answer from them, I contacted in phone for 5 times. But there is no response. My Imei no is [protected] and my job sheet number is 322. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I (Mahesh) purchased a lenovo mobile (Model h 7000- black colour ime no.[protected]) on 22/07/2015. From the last month the mobile is not working. Charging was not possible. I tried to charge with an another charger made by the same company. But the handset was not responding.In addition to this complaint the speaker of my mobile was not functioning properly.
                      I handed-over my mobile to lonovo care (M/s dreams mobiles, kairali plaza, tc 20/30 (27), karamana p o, trivandrum -2, kerala) for rectifying the defects on[protected]. (Job sheet no.051-service engr:althaf)
                      Now the above said service center demanding me to pay service charge and cost of parts replaced with in warranty period.
                      Kindly issue necessary instructions to wave the un lawful charges levied with in the warranty period and follow the terms and conditions stipulated in the manufacture's warranty card.

                      even after a month the company not resolving the complaint. they diverting the issue by introducing new problems such as water log found in charging port .
                      i am forwarding a copy of my letter send to lenovo today.

                      thank you for your response. but I hereby intimating the following fact for your perusal..

                      1. The phone was in the service center from[protected]. On time of submission service center inform me that charging port has slight physical damage due to the use o[censored]n-authorized charging device. I handed over my charger, they certified that it is an original lenovo product and it was got along with the purchase of my mobile.

                      2. On that time until today they never pointed about the 'PRESENCE OF WATER LOG'in my mobile.

                      3. They have charged me Rs.680/-for physical damage of port now you you inform to pay Rs.450/- for water log.

                      4. No trace of water is seen found any of the internal parts of the handset or charger yet.

                      It is not the problem of paying money. It is the breech of belief in your brand name' LENOVO'

                      As being a bona fide customer think it is my privilege to go before the consumer protection court to comply the conditions laid in the warranty.

                      It is also inform you that, it is my responsibility to inform this issue of claiming illegal service charges by this company to the customers, through internet and costumer rating so as to give a warning to the buyers who think to purchase the brand' LENOVO'.

                      Any how this my last letter to your office regarding this issue, I think you might be look in to this matter seriously.

Then I again submitted my handset at new service centre at Okhla.They have replaced motherboard and network cable twice but still my handset is not working, My mobile handset is still in service centre since dated 05.05.2016 and they are still not able to resolve the problem and not giving any satisfactory answer about repair.                           Last year, around this time i bought lenovo laptop from amazon and it had btc (Back to college) offer in which i would've got plus 2 year of warranty and a lenovo bluetooth speaker for some money. This would've happened only if i had mailed lenovo my invoice and followed instructions. I followed every instruction and mailed them with my query and also i called them on a helpline number which was busy almost all of the time. Once they picked up and said i didnt provide serial number and they asked me to write it on the invoice and then send it. That's what i did, even then it was dismissed. And finally the date to avail the offer was gone. The dismissal was arbitrary and unjust. I lost much of my time and also, buying the lenovo laptop was a decision made after considering that offer. I am not sure about the compensation but at least i should be granted what i was promised.

                            It is to inform that my lenovo Z2 pro mobile is in service centre since last 40 days. Its display folder is to be changed. But all the response I am getting from the service centre is that the part pending. It means that they are out of stock and new parts are not there in the manufacturing unit.
                            I dont know how the parts of a mobile which was launched a year ago are not available even after such a long time. All what I am getting is suffering as everybody know that how much a phone is important for one nowdays.
                            Please do the right as soon as possible.

                              Hi,
                              I purchased a Lenovo laptop in the month of June 2015 from Reliance store Koramangala. The Lenovo laptop model G40 started freezing since beginning. The battery started loosing its charge very quickly. Video's kept freezing. I have reported this issue in the month of November to Lenovo technical team. I had a very bad experience with the Technical support as they kept disconnecting calls. They did not resolve my issue and i am still facing the same issues. They havent sent any engineer till now. I paid Rs 22000 as my credit card bill. The Technical support is useless.

                                  I bought a k3 note in august and d handset isnt showing any network now. I did go to d service centre n dey claim that motherboard has to b changd bt will charge a whopping 5500 bcoz der is a negligible scratch on d screen..
                                  Can sumone plz tell me why d scratch has to b considered fr no netwrk seen if im ok with d scratch n dont want it mended???
                                  Seriously... Lenovo seems to have employed sone big tym nerds at deir service centres who dnt really have a hang of wat to do... Can i expect any help from sumone here???

                                    On 14/05/2016 & 15/05/2016 i have sent many e-mail to all concern and on 16/05/2016 i have received two phone call from [protected] & [protected] in which i was told that another engineer will come to my house for replacing my mother board. Nothing found any engineer on 20.05.2016 i sent another email to your concern email id and then received a email from [protected]@lenovo.com with a free suggestion that “as per discussed over phone, we have concluded that there is no issue in your laptop” i. E. My so: [protected] has been closed. How? Is it possible without resolve my problem or any intimation? I can’t believe it. Then after my repeat email i received another phone call from [protected] and a email from [protected]@lenovo.com with a new - so [protected] service request - [protected] / [protected] also advised me another engineer will come to my house with a mother board.

                                        My laptop is under warranty and Lenovo is refusing to service because they claim it is not under warranty. I bought the laptop from Reliance digital and on 8.9.15 Which is less than a year old and at the time of selling they claimed 1-year warranty. Well, I have uploaded invoice copy and sent mail to [protected]@lenovo.in, but they are refusing to accept it as they cannot see details. It's becoming increasingly harassing as I have sent some 5-6 emails with different images which they claim is not clear to them. While everybody else can see the same around me (including my not so educated maid)
                                        There is no alternate process to show the invoice and get it serviced. The processes suck, and So does their customer service. They don't even share the escalation matrix and do not provide a solution.
                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
