I purchase lenovo k3 note on dated 21.10.2015 since then i have been facing problems with network, so I submitted my handset at Nehru place service centre.They changed the mother board, but after receiving the repaired phone set, ringer problem got generated, so i contacted the same service centre and submitted it again.But my problem still not rectified.
Then I again submitted my handset at new service centre at Okhla.They have replaced motherboard and network cable twice but still my handset is not working, My mobile handset is still in service centre since dated 05.05.2016 and they are still not able to resolve the problem and not giving any satisfactory answer about repair.

thank you for your response. but I hereby intimating the following fact for your perusal..
1. The phone was in the service center from[protected]. On time of submission service center inform me that charging port has slight physical damage due to the use o[censored]n-authorized charging device. I handed over my charger, they certified that it is an original lenovo product and it was got along with the purchase of my mobile.
2. On that time until today they never pointed about the 'PRESENCE OF WATER LOG'in my mobile.
3. They have charged me Rs.680/-for physical damage of port now you you inform to pay Rs.450/- for water log.
4. No trace of water is seen found any of the internal parts of the handset or charger yet.
It is not the problem of paying money. It is the breech of belief in your brand name' LENOVO'
As being a bona fide customer think it is my privilege to go before the consumer protection court to comply the conditions laid in the warranty.
It is also inform you that, it is my responsibility to inform this issue of claiming illegal service charges by this company to the customers, through internet and costumer rating so as to give a warning to the buyers who think to purchase the brand' LENOVO'.
Any how this my last letter to your office regarding this issue, I think you might be look in to this matter seriously.
