Myself daneshwar pandey, buy a mobile phone of your company model name lenovo 6000 in the june 25th 2015. But now days i am facing the problem regarding heating of mobile. So, i requested to you please arrange facility regarding the maintenance of my mobile phone as soon as possible. Please take it seriously.

    I bought lenovo K3 note on 26th October, 2015. In just 6 months it's touch screen stopped working. I went to service centre, they are saying it will take 15-20 days if it's within warranty and it will take 300-500 rupees. As they will have to send it to Bangalore. It is so much inconvenient for customers as the company is not looking into the issues. There are no service centers of lenovo in pune which I got to know from customer care of lenovo. It's really disappointing that company like lenovo has such a pathetic service and can't even concentrate on problems of their customers. It is a loss of customer all the time which is not good for your company's reputation at all.

    Lenovo company is violating my right to enjoy it's product as I am its customer. I have right to even take legal action under consumer protection act which I will if necessary. It's a duty of your company to fulfill demands of your customers. What I want is to replace my model as soon as possible as because such a big problem has occurred within warranty period and it is a fault of lenovo company overall. You are supposed take it seriously. Reply me as soon as possible.

      I purchased lenovo k3 note on 12th november 2015. Imei no. [protected] and [protected]. It worked well for 2 months and after that i started facing heating problem, touch screen issues and network related issues (No signals on the phone) with my device. I went to the service centre regarding this, they submitted my phone and after few days they returned it and said that, sir the heating issue was because of the charging jack and we have changed your phone's charging jack.

      After 2 3 days i started facing heating problem, touch screen issues and network related issues again. I went to the service centre again, this time they said that sir the phone has software issue and needs to be updated and they updated my phone's software.

      For the third time when i went to them with the same issue, they said that sir we need to check this phone thoroughly and you will get it back in 10 to 15 days. I agreed to them as i had no other option.
      On the 8th day they called me and said sir your phone is ok now and you can collect it. When i went to collect my phone i was surprised because the service engineer who called me to collect my phone said that sir i think this phone still has some touch related issues and its motherboard needs to be changed, i will register an email and as soon as i get an approval i will change its motherboard and you can collect it after 2 days.

      When i went to them after 3 days to collect my phone, to my surprise, they said ohh sir i have just got an approval to change your phone's motherboard and we need 1 more day to work on your phone. I was totally fed up of their reckless attitude and i said you just give me my phone back and i will register a complaint regarding this in consumer forum.
      Somehow they convinced me and i got my phone on the next day (After 15 days).

      This was not an end of my problems because i made a decision to purchase a worst phone (Lenovo k3 note).
      After a few days i again started facing touch related issues, this time they befooled me by a new software update that was marshmallow just 2 days back and this made my life hell as because of their so called latest version of software update my phone is getting shutdown automatically very frequently (20 times), it has too many bugs. Many a time the screen became unresponsive and on the screen i am only getting the notification saying, "unfortunately, the process com.Android.Phone has stopped." there are two options, ok and try to resolve. I have opted both the options for hundred times and not that has not resolved anything and even requires force restart (As i have to take its battery out and put it back).
      In the evening of 2nd of april it just shutdown and now its turning on, again my phone is with them.

      In last 2 months i have visited that service centre 6 7 times and everytime they assure me that sir, this time you will not face any problem. I am totally fed up of the lenovo brand and their services.

      Do i have a permanent solution for this. If any, please recommend me.

        About 10 days back there was a problem in screen where the display had lines coming in between. My wife went to your service centre Tech Solutions first floor, 7 A, Scheme 1, Tejaji Marg, Pilar no 120, new sanganer road, sodala, Jaipur 302019 mobile [protected].

        The person told there may be a problem in motherboard and you have to pay 3000 Rs and sent her back without any service request number or any kind of record.

        The phone being in warranty period and there was no problem from our side we made some enquiries. We called the service centre and the person was less than cordial this time. He started giving multiple reasons like the sound button is broken, there is water spillage.

        Where actually there was no water spillage and the outside black cover of the phone is broken from some time but there is no problem in the phone because of that.

        We were told to go and get the software upgraded and we got it done in the second visit to your service centre. Still no receipt or record was provided to us that we have visited the service centre.

        I do not agree with your process where there is no receipt given by your service centre. You give a 1 year warranty but when a person walk in with a problem you will try to hush the customer away.
        Further I want my phone to be repaired as per your warranty.

          I bought my lenovo yoga 13 laptop in august 2016. Just few months passed and it started showing all the possible problems. Touch scrren not workong, none of the usb portals are working, camera and bluetooth hardwares missing and what not! I had purchased this laptop from Dubai, UAE, from sharaf DG store. I had sent this laptop to the local service provider for Lenovo - Jumbo electronics and they said motherboard is faulty and would charge me lot more than the price at which the laptop was bought by me. I am fed up. This problem was detected in February. In less than 6 months if this is the case, what kind of laptop is this? I tried contacting your toll free numbers, none of which works!. Please revert back to me what can be done, else i will need to file a case against lenovo! Nothing less than that!

            I purchased lenovo k3 note smartphone on 9-jul-2015 with one year warranty and used to use 2 sims (Airtel & uninor).
            I think it was a very bad decision to purchase lenovo product.
            I won't purchase any product and suggest you all to keep away this careless company


            I faced (Noticeable) network related issues (Network fluctuation) first time on 20-feb-2016 and “no-signal” duration kept on increasing day by day upto 24-hours some times. I changed handset and surprisingly both the sims were giving full signal in my another samsung phone and htc as well. Then i approached your call centre on 26th or 27th feb, they advised me to change some network related setting but the issue remained unresolved and i was advised to visit service centre.


            I visited lenovo service centre on 28-feb, engineer asked me to leave handset at counter and come back after 1 hour however . I collected handset after 1 hour and engineer confirmed me verbally that he has updated software & changed some configuration and handed back the phone over to me assuring phone will work smoothly now on. I used phone for 3-4 days but no improvement was seen in network signals at all which have been completely removed from my device now (Not found even in settings).


            I approached your service centre once again on 4-mar, this time a job sheet was filled and they asked me to come after 6th mar. I collected device on 9-mar, engineer informed me that they have changed “” and issue has been resolved now. To my surprise the issue still persisted and i end up with losing all my hopes with you guys and i am tired now. And again i deposit mobile on 19 march 2016 and today 31march 2016 nobody giving me any update or any estimated time of problem resolution.


            I think i have explained my condition to you in detail and i hope lenovo understand my concern now. I simply do not expect you to reply like you replied in your last email: “we apologize for the inconvenience caused and please be assured that we will assist you to get the issue resolved. We would request you to visit the nearest service centre for proper diagnosis and resolution”. Did lenovo even read my email before replying??? I clearly mentioned that service centre team in not helping at all. They are saying that phone is ok but it’s not as per my experience.


            They guys are just trying to delay the matter until expiration of warranty period??? If so then beware, i am not going to let that happen. This is my request to lenovo that you resolve this issue at the earliest otherwise replace this phone with a new one.


            I wish to quote htc & samsung here, in terms are services, they are far batter that lenovo, i am having 2 samsung & 1 htc smartphone in my family and i have experience a wow kind of experience with their service centre. Is it my mistake that i changed from samsung/htd to lenovo and expected same services from you people? You guys need to do a lot more to earn trust of indian customers such as after sales service. I have gone through online forums, everywhere it is coming out that lenovo’s after sales service is damn bad.

              I purchased a lenovo k3 note from flipkart and after 2 months I am having the problem related to network, it had some time poor network and most of the time no service for both SIMs, I was thinking that there was problem with network but when i swapped the sim into another device, it was working fine. I tried every possible network setting in lenovo, but problem couldn't be solve. I tried to visit the center, and they returned it within 24 hrs saying it is now ok.

              When I cam back from there and made few calls, it was not working. it was the same problem to which I was facing and service center did nothing with my device.

              Now, Service center executive saying that after service, company will not be responsible for any problem within 3months of service. What kind of policy is this if lenovo service center did nothing and provided me the same faulty product.

                I approached the service center at thiruvananthapuram for the replacement of touch screen . At the time of replacement there were no complaint about the software. Due to their irresponsible work the software got damaged and for the software repair they have again charged . And for this i went their two times and spent around 2 hours. The performance of the service center at thiruvanathapuram is very poor

                  I'm unable to receive calls from my home. Whereas when I step out of my home I can receive calls. I contacted my network operator and they said this is not a network issue, as Im able to receive calls in the same sim from another phone. The phone earlier had issues with the data connection, the data would work only in the secure zone. And I had to factory reset my phone to resolve that issue. Now I'm unable to receive calls.
                  Please help me to resolve this issue.

                      I purchased a Lenovo A 6000 from a shop with 1 year warranty.After 15 days of purchase I found the phone becoming irresponsive.I rushed to their authorised service centre at Anna salai, Chennai where they updated the software and resolved the issue.After 3 weeks the problem recurred.Again I visited the same place and showed my dissatisfaction and they updated the software again.I have been chatting and speaking to their call centre and have been informing these difficulties.Now I wanted them to replace the phone.They were not agreed.The problem again started after 2-3 weeks.I visited a service centre of Vellore, who said it had happened because of the adapter of Sim and asked me to change the sim after serviced.Airtel had no stock and they said that the sim with adapter has no problems so far.Again after few weeks the problem came and being serviced by the service centre.How many more times I need to rush to the service centres.

                        I ordered a Lenovo Vibe K4 note and delivered on 9 Feb'16 but before a month completion the montherboard cruppted of this set as on 6 Mar'16. I am suffering alot dute to pathetic service of your lenovo care center. I visited lenovo care service center as on 7 Mar'16 then your employee comitted to return the set after 10 days but still i am following up with your team and they are still not given me any date of return of my phone.
                        Amazone required DOA for replacement of the set from lenovo care but your team refused to provide this also. If you can give the repair set and if again this problem will happen then who is responsible for my suffering.

                        NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION OR REPLY.

                        I bought my lenovo k4 note 3 month ago,
                        on 8th sept. 16 my battery will drain then I connect the charger,
                        after some time I will try to switch on the phone but it will not started
                        I was tried for full one day but it doesn't get response.
                        So I go to the customer care centre but it refuse it, reason is "your battery and motherboard connection is brake so we can't repair this type of the work." Then I told them to replace or repair it, he says motherboard cant be covered under warranty. . ????????????
                        what's that the main component is not covered under warranty then what will be covered😂😂😂😂...

                            I have lenovo k3 note, it's 5 months old. Starting 3 months the mobile was good, but later I faced issues with touch and battery. When I visited the service center they said it's software problem it will be rectified by NXT software update and on 25 th March I got a marshmallow update to my phone after updation the complaint was same, again I visited the service center they said there is official marshmallow update and as u updated it, there will be no warranty for your product.
                            I called the lenovo toll no. they talked with the service center and the person . He without even checking said it's not hardware issue it's software problem and return my phone.

                                I have purchased Lenovo K3 note few months back got a system update thru OTA to update the OS from Lollipop to Marshmellow. I went ahead and updated on March 1st. After that Wifi and Bluetooth are not working . There should be strict policy to check if everything working and then only these updates should be released. With this I cannot go back to old version and service centers are also not able to do anything. Request to please reset to Lollipop or exchange new phone.

                                  Problem- i have been facing the critical problem with the touch screen as home and back button not working. So submitted at dhara enterprise, alkapuri, vadodara.

                                  I am not getting proper response from the service center- dhara enterprise. They are unable to fix the issue with excuse they don't have the touch screen available with them to fix it. My k3-note is submitted with dhara since 19 march 2016. The service center is offering very poor service.

                                  Please look into the issue and instruct the dhara enterprise to fix the service record 9391 the quickest.
                                  I have been using the lenevo laptop and mobile from long time. But for the first time i am facing such a problem where proper support not provided by the service center.

                                      When I was working with it the screen is comming blur in red in colour and when I tried to play a game NFS most wanted but in another laptop whis was using my friend has same features for that it is comming I had checked the software also and there is no problem in it so please help me to solve the problem and I am facing difficulty with that problems

                                        I own lenovo k3 note and the updated my device with the recent marshmallow update provided by lenovo.
                                        However it seems to be the worst decision of my life . There are so many bugs in this update that it seems that lenovo provided the update directly to customers without ever trying it in testing phase .
                                        The wifi keeps on disconnecting itself and whenever i switch on the phone, the mobile data gets switched on automatically resulting in unwanted charges.
                                        The device seems to be a headache for me now .
                                        You people should fix these bugs and provide a new update as soon as possible.
                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
