When I opening the video, the mobile will start to scanning SD card . I tried to reboot and re set the mobile, but there is no any change the mobile will continuing the scanning and battery consuming much more, and mobile fully not charging .In the time of charging mobile becoming hot . Please tell me what is the reason....

I am using lenovo p70 with 4000mah battery capacity. When I brought it was totally good phone and battery was so good and the battery charge I will get 2 days . after getting the lollipop update the battery die fast and only half day I will get and my so many options gone after the lollipop update. The lenovo company is not done anything to fix this issue . I don't know what to do . if they did not solve this issue it will be a big problem...

I Bought lenovo A 6000 plus product 9 months earlier, product is good but somehow problem created in camera as well as charging, i took it to customer care faridabad sec-5, they took 10 days to get repaired but after few days later same problem raised i don't have too much time to keep visiting there pls. do help me regarding this.

I own a lenovo a7000 smartphone. One sim card was not snowing. I took it to dibrugarh's authorized service center (Pixma infotech) they said without a proper check that i have to change the motherboard.. Where in the world someone says that... Than they said its 6000 rs... Wen i put some pressure on the topic... They said they will call me if some other customer brings some similar product.. They will fix it in around rs 5000... All...

It worked well but the charging port has issues from the begining being very loose.

Now it became a dumb thing
not at all charging the port became loose

at odd times it's charging at a rate of 10% per 5 or 6 hours.

I had purchased Lenevo Vibe P1 and after 2 months, the touch screen issue started. I found a service center in Barrackpore, West Bengal. From[protected] my phone is at their service center, but still their parts have not arrived. They cannot guarantee me about the date of delivery. Whenever I ask them about the status, they are telling me repeatedly that the phone part has not still arrived and it's going to take more...

I bought lenovo vibe s1 smart phone and i totally fedup with this phone within a week itself . extremely disappoining item . The mobile network is not recognised in the phone .
all time there is no network in the phone . i have to go out to make a call and the same network works very well in the other phone . I am fed up with this phone.
phone cut button is not working most of the time . it hangs .there is no proper sound in...

My mobile is not working well. too many issues that cant explaine . cant swith off the mob.when we touch for something display showing other windows or any other applications, pictures etc. Cant control it. Mobile is running its own wish!!!
I think it's due to any virus. In thrissur town there is no lenova service centre with proper functioning. Iam helpless. Please do needful at the earliest.

The contact master is not working.. It take a very long time to show the contact details and sometimes it says that the contact master is not responding and closes the same... Do not know why .. I have only 414 contacts stored . It is killing in many ways . Urgently if you want a contact details you have to start hitting flies until the same appears...
