I have purchased handset of Lenovo a 6000+ from flipkart, my invoice date is 05/05/2015 & invoice no- #blr_wfld[protected] for 7499/- rupees .
I have problem with my hanset so I go to Lenovo care center at satara but the system of care center said my warrant finished at dec-2015 but my warranty date will finished at 05/05/2016, so please update ny warrant date in your system & Lenovo care center satara.

    I am user of lenovo k3 note. Mobile display suddenly not working from 2 days. Today's I went Service sentar rohni HCL Rohni Delhi
    No.156 aggarwal city plaza manglam Place sector -3 near m2k rohni Delhi 110085. They told to me your device is damaged by moisture. It will take around 8000 rs charge. Sir this mobile set is in under warranty period and no physical damage then it should be free. So please take action as soon as possible.

        The new marshmallow update that was released for k3 note has too many bugs. It doesn't reads your sd card, i can run new application that i download form play store and there are meant more issues. If it was so you guys should have written, so that we could not get fooled.Those who downloaded this update are for testing the new update. Do fix these bugs as soon as possible!!!
        I wasted my 1.6 gigabytes of data to use the new android version but it turned out to be a waste of time and data.I know don't want to use this phone also i won't recommend lenovo product to anyone because you guys are waste.

        Now I can't disable any pre installed apps which can't be uninstalled. The button not working and greyed.

        I agree with you. Today I am also facing same problem. I updated my system. After downloading I opted for installation and suddenly my mobile stopped working and can't even recognize the SIMs. Its now of no use. On the screen I am only getting the notification saying, "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." There are two options, OK and Try to Resolve. But I have opted both for thousands of time and not resolved anything. My SD card also not detected.
        Yup...i also agree. Updation is of no use & totally waste of time and data as well.
        After updating my Lenovo k3 note into newer android version( Marshmallow), my phone is getting heated soon, battery is discharging soon & it takes too much time to be charged.Over all, my phone is getting useless.

          Helo sir,
          a few months back i have purchased lenovo mobile a7000.. From the day i have purchased ihave facing the problem of touch . Touch pad is not working properly. I have sent my mobile to your service center at Vapi (Gujarat). But he cant repair my mobile.. He kept my mobile for approx 25 days and regularly saying that company is not sending me the new touch pad of lenovo a 7000.

          So i request you to repair my mobile as soon as possible within the warranty period. Otherwise i have not satisfied with your company.

            My lenovo ideapad's warranty had expired 1 month earlier as per my purchased date...and i also dropped a mail having photos of Sr.no. of laptop and Invoice to [protected]@lenovoreg.com 15 days before actual expiration of my warranty...i didn't get any response... I m sick of it...my pproduct is not working...i want extention of my products warranty for 15 days as compensation

              My lenovo laptop is under the warranty period but it's screen isn't showing anything .I need urgent solution to the problem in dehradun city .the new led screen be delivered to dehradn urgently!!!

              I bought a Lenovo N2845 laptop for my daughter for just over 5 months and now the screen went blank. This is the worst laptop that I have in my experience. My previous laptop were Toshiba, Asus and Acer. All these 3 brands had no problems since I bought 5 years ago and still working perfectly until now. I returned the Lenovo back to the seller for repair, and was told to wait 3 weeks. Totally disappointed, I gave up, I will sell the laptop for any reseller after repaired, for a salvation cost. I swear I will not consider this brand again. Even though, it carry the name ex-IBM. Its SUCKS.

                a few months back i have purchased lenovo mobile a7000.. From the day i have purchased ihave facing the problem of touch . Touch pad is not working properly. He kept my mobile for approx 25 days and regularly saying that company is not sending me the new touch pad of lenovo a 7000.

                So i request you to repair my mobile as soon as possible within the warranty period. Otherwise i have not satisfied with your company.

                        Hi I bought k4 note vibe theater max last month, I broke my screen even though it's Corning gorilla glass I went to authorised service center to get it changed, (servicenter opposite to Vijaya college jayangar next to McDonald, they charged 3500bucks which I paid after that there's a dot of light appearing in top middle of th screen, and charging isn't happening at all when complained to service center they say it's motherboard problem and they don't say I'd they can get it fixed with definite days already 15days gone through this.

                        Even though the glass had broken all functionality was working fine. Only when I charge by switching off the phone it wasn't getting charged I told this and they did something and it started working.

                        First of the service center people don't talk properly especially one woman called jhanvi.

                        When talked to the inharge he says first of all we should have rejected your case due to screen brokage PCB will effect, ID this was the case how it was working for over a week then with broken condition.

                        Pls let me know as I have bought this phone with much expectations and thru this incident really I am disturbed and disappointed.

                        Pls some genuine lenovo people please help me.

                        Or tell me it's because of broken screen motherboard got problem I will not buy any of the lenovo hence forth.

                          I chandan Shaw purchasing Lenovo a6000 by online with flipkart on 27.03. 2015, during the warranty period faced problems many times like. Four times mother board changed and speakers are dead. During visit at SYSCOMP ELECTRA (BARRACKPORE, 24 PGS (N), W B). On today service center demandInge R's 350 for checking Rs. 5671 for MBoard.

                              I bought Lenovo mobile phone Model A536 (Black) 8 months earlier. I am not at all satisfy the model which I purchased. After 3 months the mobile set giving battery and overheating problem and I went to service center (Sonali Infotech, Baguiati Kolkata) they took few days to get repaired but after few days the same problem is occurred and another new problems occurred like Touch Pad not working and throws some message (“Cannot generates Thumb Nail”), S/W issue etc. Again I went to the service center and after few days the phone is still not working condition. In this regards I would like to request please replace my defect mobile phone or repair efficiently. I am furnished the details of my mobile phone.

                                Yesterday I went to Lenovo customer service and had a very bad experience
                                ...
                                I bought my Lenovo K3Note from flipkart last week of December 2015
                                First few days it ran smoothly then after almost ten to twelve days the connectivity issue began
                                Whenever I am outside of my home or office premises or on the road I got the full connectivity but whenever I get to a little bit of interior the network is gone
                                On the first note I thought that it is an ISP that is BSNL network issue
                                I make a complaint at BSNL office changed my sim keeping the same number even taken a new sim of Airtel also but still the problem persist
                                I still thought that it will be the network issue of the service provider
                                So I checked both of the sim in a micromax set, guess what I got the network
                                I can make the call and use the internet from my home also
                                But again in my Lenovo the connectivity is gone
                                I explained the whole thing yesterday to the service executive of Lenovo customer Service, but she refused to understand the whole issue and was adamant it is the issue of network provider
                                And didn't book any complaint
                                Now I don't know what to do with this garbage which is known as "LENOVO K3 NOTE"
                                Any help?

                                    They have changed my battery . They have not given battery details on receipt. The battery i received is not the same battery and of different product. Please let me know what i need to do.

                                        Bought lenovo y50-70 (serial number-CB[protected] on dated 3rd march 2016 and found it malfunctioning and patches on screen. i took it service centre they said you can have DOA as its been a day only. your laptop will be replaced under DOA then they made me a service report and forward it to lencare for approval and then lencare rejected it after 3 days only then when i called and mailed them thrice and rejected my request without any explanation...
