I have lenovo k3 note, it's 5 months old. Starting 3 months the mobile was good, but later I faced issues with touch and battery. When I visited the service center they said it's software problem it will be rectified by NXT software update and on 25 th March I got a marshmallow update to my phone after updation the complaint was same, again I visited the service center they said there is official marshmallow update and as u updated it, there will be no warranty for your product.
I called the lenovo toll no. they talked with the service center and the person . He without even checking said it's not hardware issue it's software problem and return my phone.
on 8th sept. 16 my battery will drain then I connect the charger,
after some time I will try to switch on the phone but it will not started
I was tried for full one day but it doesn't get response.
So I go to the customer care centre but it refuse it, reason is "your battery and motherboard connection is brake so we can't repair this type of the work." Then I told them to replace or repair it, he says motherboard cant be covered under warranty. . ????????????
what's that the main component is not covered under warranty then what will be covered😂😂😂😂...
Very poor engineers can be handled by this bad company. ...
