I had purchased a Lenova k3 note in September month of 2015, online shopping through Flipcart, the shipment no:S[protected], paid on[protected]. Now my mobile is not working properly, i.e., it not deliver the sound of music/incoming voice of caller that means it not giving/produced any sound(audio) from the unit. her I am upload my device details

Now what can i do to rectify the problem.

i have a lenovo a6000 plus its not working properly its hanging and half of the touch is not working and the middle key of the cellphone is not responding any more i have already taken it to the service centre they kept my cellphone for 20 day nd after that they chenged its mother board but after changing the M.board its gone in worth condition now its hanging and apps are not working plzz help me my no. I have a problem in my lenovo handset's speaker so I go to lenovo service whose place at meerut mall Delhi road meerut the service provider not do fix my problem and they force me to go out( I surprised) they tolled me that your problem is fix and according to me it is not but I not accumulate power to go to again services center due to miss behavior please help me

I receive lenovo pa 10400 powerbank on 29/02/2016 it is a defective. it will charge my mobile only 10% and i give a complaint about it but they will not given a replacement or refund

Lenova vibe p1m, which i purchased from flipkart 28.11.15.
This phone have a mfg defect related to its software. Mobile data gets on automatically and balance deducted. This happened 4 to 5 times since dec'15.
Around 8000 rs deducted from my balance.

I have logged a complaint but not received a call from lenovo to resolve the issue.
Phone is under warranty, even then nobody bother to reply.

I bought k3 note last month.I found its touch pad is not working in left corner.when I tried to sign out gmail account its not working
Please resolve urgently.

My phone S90A 32G has lost display and brought to Lenovo Serv. Stn, Kollam on 22-2-16. It was told that the spare can be replaced on payment of Rs. 5150 and received Adv Rs. 1000. Also told that the phone will be ready in 10 days. On 3-3-16 asked for 2 more days. Even after 13 days they didn't do it and asks for 7 more days. SRIN[protected]

I am using Lenovo a7000 mobile handset and it is not working properly i have changed its screen twice within 6 months so for me it is worst phone i have ever used.

A suggestion for all people who want to buy Lenovo a7000, pls drop ur idea and go for other model.

My phone network has lot of problems.
It is too slow in Internet..
I think company is cheated me and my money is gone.

I have purchased this mobile on 18th February, 2016. if i run 2 to three application in my mobile it become so heat. even if i cannot talk up to half an hour.hot issue is the major issue in my mobile.i want to replace it.

I had purchased a lenovo a7000-a smartphone about 7 months ago and now it has got a lots of problems, it includes..touch not responding, always showing one or other apps unfortunately stopped, always stands responseless..i hereby regret that my 10999 rupee on buying this product was nearly wasted... i hereby request for a refund as soon as possible...in my opinion its a worse product

Extremely poor service with my monitor repair.Late /non existent call backs and follow ups. even after full cooperation..am being asked to produce more and more documents (even though they have been provided with all product details). All ways to avoid a proper see through.
Am not even expecting a reply to this complaint

I suggest to dont buy Lenovo Mobiles.

Its waste of our money.

I am Pained to write to you, that I had deposited my hand set to your service center at Nagpur on 22/02/2016 at the below mentioned address:-

When the manual material receipt voucher number : 1375 was given after taking the hand set, the support executive had told that the same will be ready in 7 - days and they will give a call on the update of the developments. I wish to inform you that neither they have given a call nor they pick up the phone which keeps on ringing and the mobile number provided is out of service.

When I called your toll free number from my mobile number [protected] @13.40 hours I am surprised to know from your Lenovo support executive that they are not able to find any records since I have a manual receipt voucher, and she is advising me to go to the service center, where your people don't have value of any of your customers time.

This is atrocious, means even after 9 - days your service center has not updated anything in the system. Like most of the shop people have displayed that not to go for Lenovo products In their shop, no I will also advice my circle of people to stay away from Lenovo

Out of one year 03 months the phone is just lying dead and the remaining time it has been giving problems. . It may not be hurting your people but I will be constraint to take some steps like knocking legal doors if this issue is not resolved.

I purchased Lenovo mobile last year.Its mic got faulty, the same was replaced by their service centre free of cost.

Now again after 2-3 months there is the same issue with mic.

PFA screenshots of firmware info and screen touch test performed in lenovo companion app.

I am facing this issue from November 2015 after upgrading to s228 firmware of lollipop. Centre of screen touch is not working. Unable to type and also many of the times touch happens automatically even if no one is touching the screen ( centre of screen at dialpad no. 2).

I want to know what is the exact issue ( is this a software issue or hardware issue?).

If software issue then will it be solved in a new update or if I downgrage to kitkat??

If hardware issue then I think it is problem with lcd screen digitizer ( but I dont think so many user can be affected with same hardware problem.)

Whatever the issue but please solve this asap as it is very disappointing issue for such a good phone.

-It was told to register the Laptop I purchased from Lenovo Store in one week. I am trying to register it on Registration page since 24th feb.. But, the MTM number of my laptop is not available in the list as available on the page.

As I have to register it in one week.. Tomorrow is the last date to do so. Kindly reply to my query ASAP.

My self Karthikeyan, on 16th feb 2016 i was gave my mobile (Lenovo K3 Note)to service center for the reason Touch Screen Not working properly, Still they told like that touch not received from HO, it is not my problem, stock is not available, when it wil receive, i will cal u. still wait like that.
on begining they talling it will take 1 week, after that 2 week, now they saying no TAT for this issue.

i made a cal to his customer service :[protected]. they are telling like that we are only support technical issue, this issue only can resolve through service center only. no next level is there.

Jan'16 only i bought my mobile, but more that 15 days they are kept from his hand for this simple reason.

I purchased Lenovo K3 Note on 27th Oct'15 from Flipkart however I am facing network issues from the beginning. I have visited a service center and they told me that motherboard needs to be changed which took almost 25 days and I got the delivery on 12 Jan'16. Within a month again I am facing the same issue as there is no network. I want this issue to be resolved asap.

I bought a Lenovo mobile the model number is A6000 plus which is really not been working and showing so many various problems. I visited the service centre thrice and they insist me that the problem will not occur again which I have been facing last 4 month and have not completed 7th month of purchased. So I am complaining because 4th time facing the same and they have no solution of the issue. I am totally done with the handset so I earnestly urging you please either refund my money or provide me new phone because I believe they don't have any solution regarding my issue. And I have all documents and accessories which comes with the handset. I am hoping that I will get appropriate solutions regarding the issue and it would be very kind step for me.
