We have purchased Handset K3 note online by Flipkart in July 2915, since few months i am very much tired by using this because;
i, for dialling takes several minutes for calling & searching of no is very slow;
ii. some times it hangs, it takes lots of time;
iii, Many times in urgency we could not call immediately.
We are very much familiar with lenovo & using labtop also, i was very much happy when new product K3 note was launched & sold by registration, i have registered with my son Keval Patel.
Please resolve my problem or exchange this instrument.

    I have purchased lenovo 5000 mobile from Mobilewala shop Vadodara Gujarat.They have taken RS.500 for downloading the software.my mobile is too slow and I have visited your staff at mobilewala for 5 times.and also your customer care.they are telling me to take the back up as format is required.since problem with software. not in a position to take back up.when your shop is taking RS.500 then why this problem every time.each time we should pay to you.I think I have made a mistake of purchasing lenovo.even you are charging for software. your software is always faulty.

      I am using lenovo a7000 mobile from last 8 month which is under warranty, bearing emei no. [protected] from last few days i am facing problem in touch screen, i approached to near by authorised service centre at nagpur named innovation computers.
      I was told by technician at service centre that the problem will resolve in minimum 15 days, while other companies service centre like samsung and motorola is taking just few hours to replace touch screen, it is very embarrassing to see such type of service by lenovo, also they are not providing handset to use temporarily.

        I have given my mobile for touch repair with warranty having a job order no. A2A/LO/15/01988 in the below given service center Absolute care, sampige road, malleshwaram, Bengalore.
        But after 1 1/2 month also they were telling me that "we are waiting for spare part" still how many days they want to clear my job
        Is this the way of responding to customer

                Sir,
                I purchased Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart on[protected]. I started facing the problem in the network detection in 2 months. I gave the phone in Nehru Place service centre (Touch ) on[protected], they returned it within 2 working days assuring that the problem has been solved.
                I faced the same problem again and gave the phone for repair on[protected]. The service centre people asked me to collect the phone on[protected]. Within 1 hour of collecting the phone I faced the same problem again.

                        Dear team,

                        I bought Lenovo mobile A6000 from Amazon on 26.10.2015.
                        once opened and started using with in 1 week i went to a concert and found
                        that video record by it when played back had noisy sound(not the background ).

                        reported it to Lenovo smartphone helpdesk and they did not reply .
                        then after some 2-3 months i found a service center and reported the issue.
                        there service engineer detected moisture and declare handset out of warranty.

                        i requested lenovo that there was substantial delay so they should cover this handset under warranty.
                        Please let me know.

                          Pathetic smartphone "Lenovo Vibe X2"
                          Battery drains out anytime. It always shows 99% even after full charging and even after using it full day. 7 days already it was there in service center, but i think they have just changed battery which is not a solution.
                          I am damm frustrated. Just bought this phone 2 months back. I want you guys to change this phone now and refund my money
                          This is heights!!!

                              Here on l will be forced to revert to online medias as no one here are interested to help a genuine customer. While contacting mobility service centre at tvm, they are still waiting for the spare part to fix the issue and still nothing is happening. Worst kind of customer service experience. The credibility of Lenovo is at stake. I wonder whether the customer service calls are monitored. I will soon seek a lawyer to get his opinion in this regard. I am also trying to approach a Lenovo corporate client to discuss this issue.

From the day I got it, it had problems with the tablet turning off by itself.Usually pressing the power button for sometime will solve the issue but now its not starting. I feel like they are not technically sound to handle the issue. I doubt the credibility of the lenovo service center. I work in an environment where I mingle with thousands of students in a prominent university. I doubt that I would ever recommend such a tablet to anyone of them.So I request your kind intervention to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Now the cost of the said mobile being shown on Flipkart web site for Rs. 7499/- which is less to Rs. 500/ from my mobiles cost. I have not received the delivery of the said mobile till date. Why the amount for Rs. 500/- excess recovered from me. i will not receive till the matter solved.

                                  I had purchased lenovo smart phone A 6000 Plus, once i repaired and changed the mother board it take arround 8 days for the replace of part.
                                  after 4 months of period again the problem started and i reach to service centre, firstly the service team is very rudely and not ready to cooperate and even says that you may complaint any where else. this time the again my phone had went for mother board replacement and the estimate time is given is of 1 month. it is very lengthy period to keep phone for servicing.

                                    This is in regards to my Lenovo S860 mobile service. My phone is in warranty and it's touchscreen became unresponsive. There is no problem which the display and no damage to the touchscreen. I gave my phone to the HCL BANGALORE service center and the next day they called me and told that its liquid-logging and hence they cant provide warranty on my phone. That is utter nonsense as the touchscreen became responsive while I was using it and there is no water-logging and also everything else is fine with the phone. Even the display is working fine. I bet that the Lenovo service center people have not even touched my phone and are saying that its liquid-logging and now they are demanding Rs[protected] for the repair. Why do you even give warranty on your products when all you have to do is just say that its liquid-logging or physical damage when it isn't? The current price of that mobile is Rs 9500 and they are charging me Rs 9000 for repair. What a joke? If you search Lenovo touchscreen not responding on Google, you will find plenty of examples which clearly indicate that Lenovo mobiles have an issue with touchscreen becoming unresponsive. I wrote to their services director also but he and his team also fooled me for two weeks and didn't resolve my issue. I would never suggest lenovo to anyone.
