I had purchased a lenovo a7000-a smartphone about 7 months ago and now it has got a lots of problems, it includes..touch not responding, always showing one or other apps unfortunately stopped, always stands responseless..i hereby regret that my 10999 rupee on buying this product was nearly wasted... i hereby request for a refund as soon as possible...in my opinion its a worse product

Extremely poor service with my monitor repair.Late /non existent call backs and follow ups. even after full cooperation..am being asked to produce more and more documents (even though they have been provided with all product details). All ways to avoid a proper see through.
Am not even expecting a reply to this complaint

I suggest to dont buy Lenovo Mobiles.

Its waste of our money.

I am Pained to write to you, that I had deposited my hand set to your service center at Nagpur on 22/02/2016 at the below mentioned address:-

When the manual material receipt voucher number : 1375 was given after taking the hand set, the support executive had told that the same will be ready in 7 - days and they will give a call on the update of the developments. I wish to inform you that neither they have given a call nor they pick up the phone which keeps on ringing and the mobile number provided is out of service.

When I called your toll free number from my mobile number [protected] @13.40 hours I am surprised to know from your Lenovo support executive that they are not able to find any records since I have a manual receipt voucher, and she is advising me to go to the service center, where your people don't have value of any of your customers time.

This is atrocious, means even after 9 - days your service center has not updated anything in the system. Like most of the shop people have displayed that not to go for Lenovo products In their shop, no I will also advice my circle of people to stay away from Lenovo

Out of one year 03 months the phone is just lying dead and the remaining time it has been giving problems. . It may not be hurting your people but I will be constraint to take some steps like knocking legal doors if this issue is not resolved.

I purchased Lenovo mobile last year.Its mic got faulty, the same was replaced by their service centre free of cost.

Now again after 2-3 months there is the same issue with mic.

PFA screenshots of firmware info and screen touch test performed in lenovo companion app.

I am facing this issue from November 2015 after upgrading to s228 firmware of lollipop. Centre of screen touch is not working. Unable to type and also many of the times touch happens automatically even if no one is touching the screen ( centre of screen at dialpad no. 2).

I want to know what is the exact issue ( is this a software issue or hardware issue?).

If software issue then will it be solved in a new update or if I downgrage to kitkat??

If hardware issue then I think it is problem with lcd screen digitizer ( but I dont think so many user can be affected with same hardware problem.)

Whatever the issue but please solve this asap as it is very disappointing issue for such a good phone.

-It was told to register the Laptop I purchased from Lenovo Store in one week. I am trying to register it on Registration page since 24th feb.. But, the MTM number of my laptop is not available in the list as available on the page.

My self Karthikeyan, on 16th feb 2016 i was gave my mobile (Lenovo K3 Note)to service center for the reason Touch Screen Not working properly, Still they told like that touch not received from HO, it is not my problem, stock is not available, when it wil receive, i will cal u. still wait like that.
on begining they talling it will take 1 week, after that 2 week, now they saying no TAT for this issue.

i made a cal to his customer service :[protected]. they are telling like that we are only support technical issue, this issue only can resolve through service center only. no next level is there.

Jan'16 only i bought my mobile, but more that 15 days they are kept from his hand for this simple reason.

I purchased Lenovo K3 Note on 27th Oct'15 from Flipkart however I am facing network issues from the beginning. I have visited a service center and they told me that motherboard needs to be changed which took almost 25 days and I got the delivery on 12 Jan'16. Within a month again I am facing the same issue as there is no network. I want this issue to be resolved asap.

I bought a Lenovo mobile the model number is A6000 plus which is really not been working and showing so many various problems. I visited the service centre thrice and they insist me that the problem will not occur again which I have been facing last 4 month and have not completed 7th month of purchased. So I am complaining because 4th time facing the same and they have no solution of the issue. I am totally done with the handset so I earnestly urging you please either refund my money or provide me new phone because I believe they don't have any solution regarding my issue. And I have all documents and accessories which comes with the handset. I am hoping that I will get appropriate solutions regarding the issue and it would be very kind step for me.

We have purchased Handset K3 note online by Flipkart in July 2915, since few months i am very much tired by using this because;
i, for dialling takes several minutes for calling & searching of no is very slow;
ii. some times it hangs, it takes lots of time;
iii, Many times in urgency we could not call immediately.
We are very much familiar with lenovo & using labtop also, i was very much happy when new product K3 note was launched & sold by registration, i have registered with my son Keval Patel.
Please resolve my problem or exchange this instrument.

I have purchased lenovo 5000 mobile from Mobilewala shop Vadodara Gujarat.They have taken RS.500 for downloading the software.my mobile is too slow and I have visited your staff at mobilewala for 5 times.and also your customer care.they are telling me to take the back up as format is required.since problem with software. not in a position to take back up.when your shop is taking RS.500 then why this problem every time.each time we should pay to you.I think I have made a mistake of purchasing lenovo.even you are charging for software. your software is always faulty.

I am using lenovo a7000 mobile from last 8 month which is under warranty, bearing emei no. [protected] from last few days i am facing problem in touch screen, i approached to near by authorised service centre at nagpur named innovation computers.
I was told by technician at service centre that the problem will resolve in minimum 15 days, while other companies service centre like samsung and motorola is taking just few hours to replace touch screen, it is very embarrassing to see such type of service by lenovo, also they are not providing handset to use temporarily.

I have given my mobile for touch repair with warranty having a job order no. A2A/LO/15/01988 in the below given service center Absolute care, sampige road, malleshwaram, Bengalore.
But after 1 1/2 month also they were telling me that "we are waiting for spare part" still how many days they want to clear my job

I purchased Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart on[protected]. I started facing the problem in the network detection in 2 months. I gave the phone in Nehru Place service centre (Touch ) on[protected], they returned it within 2 working days assuring that the problem has been solved.
I faced the same problem again and gave the phone for repair on[protected]. The service centre people asked me to collect the phone on[protected]. Within 1 hour of collecting the phone I faced the same problem again.

I purchased Lenovo K3 note in september 2015 from flipkart & facing touch & network problem. in december i submitted to customer care they gave me after 10 days but still faced problem related to same. again i submitted this phone to customer last week they exchange my phone with the same model.

My Lenovo 13000mah powerbank which was delivered by flipkart on 23.2.15 does not show full charged the last light of the powerbank keeps on blinking and never shows full charged.
