Hi all,
Here on l will be forced to revert to online medias as no one here are interested to help a genuine customer. While contacting mobility service centre at tvm, they are still waiting for the spare part to fix the issue and still nothing is happening. Worst kind of customer service experience. The credibility of Lenovo is at stake. I wonder whether the customer service calls are monitored. I will soon seek a lawyer to get his opinion in this regard. I am also trying to approach a Lenovo corporate client to discuss this issue.
Regards
Deelip.

Hi All,
Finally after a long time, I got an email from your service center as given below .It took nearly two weeks to say that my tablet is dead and now the battery strip is broken and it does not come under warranty. I am wondering what kind of troubleshooting was done for a dead tablet. It is also contradicting to note that when they were doing the preliminary step o[censored]pdating the firmware, the tablet turned on and off. How can a tablet with a broken strip turn on and off ??.I just can't think of any reason as to why I could not suspect that the tablet was mishandled at your end. Moreover your service personnel commented that it is a new product and they are not even sure whether the parts are available or not. With such kind of technical expertise and customer service, how can I say that your service center is doing a good job!!! No, I would not recommend Lenovo to any of my students unless a favourable resolution is reached.

Dear Sir,
I bought a lenovo Yoga tablet 2 on 7/12/2014. From the day I got it, it had problems with the tablet turning off by itself.Usually pressing the power button for sometime will solve the issue but now its not starting. Even though i kept on pressing the power button for long, but still no luck..so after contacting the online support (incident no :[protected] I brought the tab to the service centre at trivandrum in Kerala ( Mobility Solutions 1st Floor, Vijay Towers, Near, Prs Hospital, Karamana, Trivandrum 695002, India ) on 24/11/2015 to be serviced under warranty .They told me that they will check it and inform. With great grief even after two days they did not call.so I called and to my shock, for a tablet which is not powering on, they have started flashing the firmware and is in a continuous reboot cycle. They said that it will take a week to resolve it.It is totally outrageous! I feel like they are not technically sound to handle the issue. I doubt the credibility of the lenovo service center. I work in an environment where I mingle with thousands of students in a prominent university. I doubt that I would ever recommend such a tablet to anyone of them.So I request your kind intervention to solve the issue as soon as possible.
