      My laptop adapter is not replaced as it is in warranty period. I have enquired to their customer store, they have told me to go to shop from where you purchase it. As it is a Lenovo product so it should be replaced from any where in india .

          I had purchased Lenovo k3 note on[protected], After few days I encountered signal issue(No signal in mobile for both sim card).

          After that I submitted my mobile to service center and the issue was resolved only for few days then again problem was same, I again submitted the mobile to service centre then also problem was resolved for few days and now again problem is same.

            I went to a service centre to resolve the issue with my phone and to replace my charger. They gave back my charger saying warranty has been voided. But the phone got even more touchless than before. And even after a month they could not replace the charger. And finally they did, but they didn't give the cable with it. I have never seen such a useless service centre.

              Hi, On Oct 2015 I have purchased Phab in Amazon. After using 45 days mobile was getting so problems, Battery is big issue With in 4hrs battery dries to 0%. Once I gave the same to service center& they replace the battery. On that time also myself contacted Lenovo Care Team for replace my Phab but there is mo proper response. After getting my repaired tablet I spoke with Lenovo Care team they said that pls keep observe your phablet for few days if the same issue is araising means we will replace the Phab. Few days I have checked, same issue was repeatedly happend so again myself contacted Lenovo care team& inform with Screen shot but they easy toled to reach Service center& repair the phablet again. I was totally disappointed by purchasing Lenovo Brand Phablet. Now also the same issue araising but they negligate to replace my Phablet. Dear guys pls dont purchase Lenovo products. Customer support is very worst& they wont like to satisfy customer they fooling customers. Snaps attached for reference. 18, 500 Wasted from my side. This is my 1 st& last Product from Lenovo Brand..

                I have purchased two B40-80 notebook and 1-2 ThinkPad System from Lenovo in August 2015 but we are facing some issues with one of our machine which we have submitted at Lenovo Service Center. But the service center people is not addressing our issue properly and they haven’t listed out all of the issues at our “Pre Repair Acknowledgment Slip” and just returned the system back to us.

                Main Issues are :-
                1. Notebook USB ports are not working properly, External USB HDD / mobiles / other storage devices are not operating properly and sometimes system unable to detect the OTG devices.
                2. Screws are coming out of cabinet automatically (Quality Issue of the body).


                After 1 Month same issue is again highlighted within the system. I have addressed mail to Lenovo care and they are refusing to provide any support related to following :-
                1- Screws are not covered in warrentee .
                2- There is no service on the spot, we have to bring Notebook to service center.

                It is very strange incident that screws of laptops are falling automatically and compeny dosent treat this as an quality matter.

                    I have purchased Lenovo A6000+ mobile through flipcart on[protected].

                    There were continuous problems occurring from the day one. I have done too many calls to customer care centre, but I didn't get the satisfactory result. I have also gone to service centre of Lenovo in Vadodara i.e. Dhara Enterprise 4 to 5 times in 6 months but still I don't have my mobile OK right now.
                    There are several problems in my mobile from beginning that, mobile doesn't reply properly, system software misbehavior, hang up, very slow response, contacts problem in mobile etc. for this service centre has updated my system software 3 to 4 times but didn't get the problem solved.
                    So they told me now we have to replace your PCB (mother board) to solve this problem (Job sheet copy attached herewith). Again they took my mobile for 15 days & replaced PCB of my mobile. They gave me my mobile back on 9th February 2016. As I received my mobile I as checking all the things working good or not, currently they have kept basic version software in my mobile i.e. 4.4.4 (KitKat version), and there was update available for Lollipop version in my mobile so I was updating the system software from KitKat to lollipop as all the files downloaded from internet & when I press install all the updates the mobile android version get failed. Images of the failed android version are attached herewith. Again I went to service station i.e. Dhara Enterprise & they replied that your mobile is not compatible for lollipop version so don't try to update the same otherwise your PCB again get damaged & we have replace the same again (you have to keep your mobile for 15 days to replace the PCB). So to avoid this problem have not updated the version lollipop, I kept my old version KitKat.
                    Just before 2 days I am facing another problem that, when I open gallery my all folder & images display all the things well, but after entering to one folder & coming out from the same no folder displays any image videos & data. It just displays the black background. It shows that this folder contains this many files but it doesn’t shows the file while opening the same. Today also my mobile is in service centre (in Dhara Enterprise).
                    I feel that I have received a faulty piece from Lenovo as I am facing so much issues from the date of purchase I didn’t get solve that from customer care nor from service stating.
                    We purchase mobile to make our life easy but after purchasing this mobile my time get wasted just to call customer care about my mobile problem & go to service centre to get repair my mobile & wait when the service centre will give my mobile back after repairing.
                    Doings all these things I didn’t get the service & good mobile which can be used by normal people.
                    This is my humble request to you please please please look in to this matter seriously I am facing so much of trouble with is mobile.
                    I am completely dissatisfied with the online purchase as i have not got the proper product as i required.
                    Please give me replacement as there are continuous problems occurring in the mobile.

                      For the 3rd time, I purchase a #LENOVO laptop, G500 this time with a recurrent fail,
                      the articulation is so fragile and got broken,
                      2nd is the battery with a poor performance, dying too quickly,
                      quicker than is mentioned at its indicator duration.
                      The purchase was at Carrefour-Khobar-KSA,
                      almost 18 months ago.

                            My phone got complaint before 3 months o[censored]sing it and I gave my phone for servicing at Lenovo service centre in trivandrum due to some network issues.

                            They told me that they will give it after servicing within one week. But It’s been two weeks and still I did not get my phone serviced. When ever i call the service center they said some reasons and now they are not answering the call from my number.

                                  This is to inform you that the service of Lanovo mobile is very pathetic, I gave my mobile to you service branch of District Centre (Technocare Solution Pvt Ltd.)
                                  Work Order No- JNP/LO/15/01177.I gave my to the service centre on 25th Jan'16 & was told that I can collect my mobile after 7 working days.., but when i visited the service centre I was told to collect it after 2 day.. the same thing is been done to me yesterday. we all know the in India a company is well know & goes on top if the service is good... But in my case I don't think so that I can Refer any of my friends & family members to buy Lanovo Mobile again due to its service... the worst case is that your service in-charge was saying that the part was not available & he don't know when will it can be be repaired, when asked asked for the maximum time for the same he said it very rudely that it can even take months to resolve the issue.. if this is the kind of behaviour you team is gonna carry with the customers... I don't think that you guys can go long in this market as its a tough competition...Also please not that its been clear instructions given to the electronic companies in india that they have to give service to the customer for 5 years for the product sold, n if such a case goes to consumer court you know that what it leads too...

                                  Request you to please look into the matter ASAP as its been more than 21 days & the TAT for the same is 10 days as per you companies SOP..

                                    Worst service ever by Lenovo India.

                                    I have purchased a Lenovo 6000 Plus mobile from Flipkart 5 months back. Suddenly last month I had problem and suddenly it's switched off. It's in a warranty so I have submitted my phone with Invoice in SRI BALAJI TECHNOLOGIES, Dr.no 30-17-37, Vijayawada, Krishna Dist, Andhra Pradesh. Till now i have visited more than 20 times. It's been almost one month till now my mobile not in my hands. Initially they said problem with Software update waited for 25 days. Today i went to same service center to collect my phone now they are saying it's not software problem it's a mother board problem. Again how many days I have to wait i don't know. To understand the problem they have taken one month time. It's a worst service provided by Lenovo.Today i am very much frustrated and disappointed with Brand Lenovo. I will not suggest any one to this brand.

                                      Product is in warranty, Visited to Authorized service center (digital communication center, T.nagar. chennai) on 11 Feb, 2016. and kept the phone with them to check and on next day on phone the gave very long TAT, (because the spare pare which is not working need to be imported) to get it back after completing the repair work told come after 20-25 days. and on the other side on their job sheet only, they mentioned that the device should not to kept at service center at any cost for 14 or more days even if repaired or not repaired. feeling worried about the claims and resolutions. The policies are not clear from them. and company should have to take care about this things. please help me about this. whether i kept device with them or visit any other service center. call center executive is not helping in thsi issue.
