sir, i have purchased a mobile phone lenovo a6000 plus through flipkart. mobile has over heat problem i.e battery temperature reaches to 47.2°c. I have requested for replacement to customer care. she given some suggestions through SmartChk but my mobile has still same heat up problem.Till date mobile is not replace by flipkart.     First I would like to say that I never dropped my computer or mishandled it, and I am a high school student who can not afford not to have a computer. I bought a Lenovo Flex laptop because I thought that I would get a good enough quality for the price. After 2 months it did not charge so I replaced it with a new one because it was under guarantee however it took them almost 2 months to give me a replacement computer. However after 4 more months the screen of the laptop overheated and caused the screen to move out of the frame of the laptop thus causing the side of the frame went in between the back frame and the screen causing cracks on my screen diagonally... Afterwards, I realized that the screws that hold the motherboard and the keyboard together on the laptop fell off even after I re-screwed them in they kept on falling out.I gave up on this brand it is a total waste of money in my opinion. The only thing that I liked in the whole laptop and the experience is that it has a long range for WiFi access.I gave up and just decided to buy a new laptop because I can not wait for it to be replaced.

      I've purchased Lenovo A6000+, Major issues are tremendous heating and battery. I can't even hold the phone, that much heat is produced, and battery doesn't last even for an hour. I did Factory Rest as well as Hard rest as per, CS advices, still problem not solved, really disappointed with Lenovo, I don't know to whom I have blame, Lenovo or Flipkart?             Dear Sir I have purchased a Lenovo A808t mtk6595 Mobile from Aliexpress. When I got the delivery of the phone I found that it was a fake phone. But on Aliexpress it was written that it is Original Lenovo Mobile. I complained about this but no reply them. I request you to take a strict action against the companies who manu[censored]ture fake Lenovo mobile and sell in the market and doing fraud business. Customers know Lenovo as a leading brand and trust on it, but in Lenovo's name we are being cheated . If you want details of my purchase, I can provide you with it .               We had bought Lenovo Yoga 13 Ultra notebook last year from lenovo. Notebook cost was Rs.92, 000. Within year we have found the screen flickering issue and reported to lenovo. They sent engineer after 15 days and replaced the cable stating it will fix the issue and just reload the Operating system and case was under observation. We had reloaded the OS and after it the situation was same. We reported the case next to next day and they said the complaint is closed and need to generate new Complaint number. We agreed after many discussion and then they replaced the screen after 15-20 days and after so many follow-ups. After replacing the screen, orientation problem started and started showing the false battery indication. As per engineer once we will charge it will be OK. We had charged the notebook and during that found screen started flickering again. We reported the concern again and till now there is no response from lenovo. We had shared the video etc as they were require it for proof. Even the body color is faded and they are stating it is not under warranty. Whereas our notebook is still under warranty and have validity for next 2 years. We are feeling cheated as we had spent a good amount of money for this notebook as had many good features but doesnt worth as it is not upto the mark. Product Quality and service is really bad. it is very difficult to take the service from lenovo. Ideally lenovo must replace the entire unit as the product was under ADP cover. But they even could not provided the basic support as well.

                This is to bring to your notice about the lenovo phone I have purchased on 29.12.2014 .Attached is the bill details. The phone is having major network issues in 3G from the time I started using the phone.For others who are calling me I will be out of range or switched off.Since i was working in Goa and I have purchased the same from Kerala i was not able to give the phone back to the shop.After one month I have given the phone for repair to shop I have purchased and they asked me to come back after 2 days.After 2 days when I went back they asked me to collect the phone after one month.After one and half month I have collected the phone on date and was still found not working in 3G network.As per my conversation with the shop people they have told the motherboard has gone bad and they have changed the same.I checked with shop people how much I will get for the phone if I go for an exchange for which they replied 4000. This mail is for you to notice Lenovo about the issue I am facing in network and I want it either to be replaced or the money should be refunded as it is clearly under the warranty term.I have hardly used the phone for one and half month. I have been calling the shop for complaining about the phone service for past 1 week they were not co-operating as in they stopped receiving the call initially and they finally picked the call just to say we will get back to you.Till now I have not received any call which forced me to get in touch with you directly If you are not going to consider any of the above mentioned things within 15 days I will be forced to go for legal actions.

                    I want to bring to your notice a poor service experience I am currently undergoing. I have an issue with my LCD Cable with my laptop (see complete details below). My company (based in San Mateo, CA USA) has issued me this high end laptop as we use Lenovo PC company wide. I called Lenovo helpline which helped me with my local Ahmedabad contact Mr. Neel Modi at the authorized service center(Truvision Bodakdev Sales & Service). I am working almost 6 days a week and working remotely from Ahmedabad means laptop is the only way I can work. Mr. Neel that if this is a LCD Cable issue it will be taken care promptly at the Care In service center. On Wednesday 6th May before going down I called in the morning and Mr. Jasmine answered the call. I had called to ask if I can get an appointment and I will make sure to show up at that time – reason being me working on the laptop is very crucial for my business. My problems with the service quality stemmed once I reached your service center around 3 pm on Wednesday 6th May. Mr. Jasmine was on the front desk and he asked me to be seated. After about 10 mins, I requested if someone can look at my issue and I had explained the time criticality of the issue to both Mr. Neel and Mr. Jasmine. He did talk to me and look at the serial number and still had to call someone and ask the following question: “The laptop is under global warranty but does it mean India is covered?” I would not mind as he wasn’t asking this to me, but it took him 10 mins on the call to even get this answer. I would not know what kindof systems does he have to confirm this. I could quickly figure out my warranty on the Lenovo website with the below details. After that he saw the issue and he was confident that it an issue with LCD Cable. I was like great, that’s what the Lenovo agent told me too so can you replace it? He said that I will have to wait for an hour before his technician can replace it and it will take them 45 mins only to open the laptop. On my insistence that I don’t have that much time and that’s the reason I called so many times in advance. I find his scheduling and the estimates of 45 mins ridiculous. For a laptop as expensive as this the service quality has been ridiculous. He absolutely refused to help me or give me any solution. I later quizzed him if this could be a simple issue as fixing the LCD Cable or needs to be replaced, he said it could be fixed but as it takes only 45 mins to open, he said I would need to wait almost 2 hours. For a laptop 3 times the price of an iPhone, I don’t expect the service quality of an apple store but I do expect someone even opening one screw and checking on the problem especially when I called and travelled quite a while to reach your service center. It was obvious that I am from California and here for a short while so would need the issue addressed ASAP, however all Mr. Jasmine tried to do is push off and not assist. Finally Mr. Jasmine took down my details and he said someone would call me. I was given no proof of whatever request he took, no emails or sms also after that. Today its 11th May and 3 complete working days have passed and still no phone call and I am still struggling with the issue. I am frustrated with your service and the lethargic attitude of Mr. Jasmine which was everything but customer service or customer centric. I am hoping you could look into my complaint about the service experience.                             Dear Sir/Madam Bought Lenovo P780 Mobile in June 2013. Mobile got hung on fine morning in October & got to know mother board needs replacement, it took 35 days & after replacing mother board mobile is not catching signal & rested with service center for 27 days. This was the first encounter which took almost 2 months. Authorised service center for Lenovo in Hyderabad is Sri Vinayaka Electronics, they make you run around their service center atleast 6-10 times & they doesn't have a contact No to make an status enquiry, which means you need to travel all the way 25 KMs in city traffic in sun. Finally i got the mobile in hand & on 11th april while i was travelling mobile got hung once again & submitted in service center once again on 21st April and till date i have no clue of my hand set. In this journey i have roped in all the customer service guys & even the executive director of Lenovo Mr Sudipto to sort out the issue. They were explaining me the policies of the company, so i request you to show the power on customer & make my voice heard there & to compensate the mental agony which i have gone thru in penalty of buying a sub-standard product.

                              I have purchased one mobile S720 on 9th june2014. i found lineing on set and raise a complaint in authorise service center in varanasi. with invoice. cervice center has taken my set for resolving problems. yesterday i had called from service center mobile no-[protected]. they told me liquid damage found in my set. they also said that thatswhy warranty is void. i want to clear my words that there is no chance of liquid damage. because set was in working condition. its a clear cut example of lackness of company and service center. they dont want to give service to me under warranty. they are asking for charges to repair this set. pl. resolve this issue. i want to get back my phone and resolve under warranty enclosing herewith invoice copy and lenovo service record

                                I wanted to highlight the level of mismanagement and shoddy services at lenovo service center, Mysore. The lenovo K900 purchased by me was purchased on 4th of April 2014 (and delivered on 8th April 2014). Since last two weeks the mobile was continually having sparks while charging and finally blacked out totally. On my earlier visit to the service station, the technician was unable to pull up the information as systems were under downtime and told me to come again later. Didn't I pay the full price towards a fully functional device/mobile? Why should I visit again when he could have checked the details of IMEI[protected] later once the system are functional again and called me back on the status. I guess I committed some serious crime buying lenovo phone wherein I'm made to keep visiting the service center to repair the phone in the very first year of purchase. Today I visited again and was told that the guarantee is no longer valid on the phone. Now, the phone is not functional for more than a couple of weeks and I visited well within the 1 year guarantee period (basis my earlier visit when the systems were down at the service center), still because of your own methods of deciding and cheating customers, I will need to bear pay again for the service. Its not about paying but this is a corrupt and a unfair practice by lenovo and I strongly disapprove of such malafide, unprofessional and shoddy service standards. I instruct immediate servicing of the device failing which I will be forced to initiate legal action through appropriate means.
