    I purchased Lenovo k3 note thorough flash sale on 2nd Sep, 2015 .The touch screen becomes unresponsive very often. few months later my sister bought the same phone again and even she is facing the same issue. This is very bad and a kind of cheat Lenovo has done to its customers and a serious action needs to be taken on this,

      I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue.i had bought a lenova p 70 phone from a lenova dealer thrissur kerala(p70 -A BLUE [protected] ) . unfortunatly its mike is not working.but i cant produce phone with in seven days. because i was out of station.when i returned after my business i produced the phone and register the complaint before the dealer.it http://dealer.it was on[protected].but the dealer did not replace the phone.they sell me a complaint phone.As a customer i have rihgt to get new phone.i am going to file complaint in consumer court kerala.it http://kerala.it is shame to lenova a reputed company.i have been using your productd since 2006(laptop and computer).but this phone had complaint very first day. i hope to hear back from you about this incident.i
      want to replace my phone.now it is at your service centre thrissur kerala.

        I purchased lenovo idea laptop on jan 26 2016 for 27000, with in one week the laptop is not starting, when we went to show room to ask, they told it is software problem.And the dealer told, this laptop will not cost 27000. it will come for 21000 it self.
        I want my money back. lenovo is the worst ever i have seen.Please help me

          I have bought Lenovo vibe P1 in 24th Nov 2015. My complaint is about Lenovo Service centers & Lenovo itself. My display is broken which I know doesn't cover under warranty. But NONE of the Lenovo service centers in chennai seem to have it. Most of them adyar, mount road (hcl) don't even pickup phone for queries. On top of that[protected] doesn't seem to be working at all. This is pathetic service. When I go enquire directly to check when the stock will be available. They don't know or can't even say when the parts will arrive. I will post this review in every forum to make people aware of Lenovo's poor service.

          I have given my lenovo phone for repairing they had repaired the problem...but they have done physical damage into my phone now... Now they said that we will change physical damage part from ur phone...but now i dont believe them...very very poor service ...i must say ...the staff they hired for repairing ..they are just temporary type. I will give rate u in negative points...

              I purchased Lenovo G50-70model laptop having serial no. YB06493685 on 31st January 2015 but Lenovo company gives warranty till 14 Dec, 2015. Which is one and half month less than actual warranty period. My laptop has problem in display monitor. When I went to service center he didn't take my laptop for repairing and said that your warranty period has expired. When I show him invoice of laptop he applied for further updation of warranty and said that engineer will reach to your address. But after some days, I didn't get any response from lenovo, then I called to customer care services which I also recorded. They said that they could not update warranty period due to earlier entry of this serial no laptop before 31 Jan, 2015. Lenovo customer care executive said to talk from dealer not from Lenovo.
              Either Lenovo company or Lapcom dealer cheated with me and not solving my problem. I want early solution from your end.

              I have evidence of all fraud done by Lenovo company and Lapcom dealers. I have all recording of call details which I done.

                Model : K50A40 IN 16GB L
                I am facing Overheats C0024, Problem Code : P0024-Software.
                I put my phone to local service Centre. Service Record No.SRIN[protected] Dt.03.02.16. Repair Code : R0039-SW Upgrade.

                But still I am facing the same problem. Kindly arrange to resolve or replace the same and oblige.

                    I purchased a Lenovo mobile phone K50A40 Lenovo black [protected] from Orange Mobile Store, SCO 1050, Sec.22B, Chandigarh against retail invoice No. 260 dated 10.11.2015 for Rs.13000/=.
                    on my visit to Jammu on 01.12.2015 a snag developed in the phone as my voice was not being heard by the listener whereas, the listeners voice was audible. I visited the Lenovo authorised service centre "Maa saraswati Computers" 92A, Nr Gole market Gandhi nagar Jammu. and got the issue resolved. They asked me to produce the hard copy of the invoice. As the bill was not available with me at that time since i was on tour to Jammu, I requested the service center that the mobile stands registered with the company on my name and all other details are available on net regarding my name etc, but they didn't listen to me and said that the product is out of warranty. To take the delivery i had no other choice except to pay Rs. 300/= to the service center.
                    this is gross violation of the customers trust in the company.
                    Now, I want that the amount Rs.300/= charged from me fraudulently by M/s Maa Saraswati Computers, Jammu be paid me back and legal proceedings be initiated against the service center for violating the covenants of the agreement between the Co. and service center.

                      I purchased a Lenovo laptop for my son, Ideapad Y510 p, Serial No. YB02306359, through Flipkart on May 14th 2014. Within a few months, the laptop developed the problem of not starting up, even if it was shut down properly. It would start whimsically, so I took it to the Lenovo Service Centre in MP Nagar Bhopal in about January/February 2015 and I was told the mother board had to be replaced. They did this within guarantee.
                      But after about a month after receiving the laptop was returned to me, it developed the same problem again. The service centre told me that the laptop was now out of warranty and they would not do anything. In desperation, I took the laptop to another service centre in August this year, who repaired it, but the problem has returned again. I am told that my laptop is going to have this problem and cannot be repaired. Obviously this is a manufacturing defect which must be looked into.
                      I went back to the Lenovo Service centre and complained. I was told that since the laptop is now out of warranty they are not going to do anything. Any repairs must be paid for.
                      The laptop costs Rs.80, 090/- on MRP and we got it for about Rs.70, 000/- . It is a steep sum, and it is despairing that it should become obsolete within a year and half of purchase. The manufacturing date on the box is 17th February 2014.
                      I wrote to the cusomer care executive of Lenovo on 24th November, whose name I found on the company website. He immediately responded and instructed his services team to attend. By then my son had moved to Pune, where had got admission in a college. My son took the laptop to a Lenovo Service centre in Pune, where their team informed him that the laptop's mother board was burning out because of a defective heat sink. We were further informed that we would have to pay for the repairs ourselves because the laptop was now out of guarantee.
                      Today I have received a mail from them which informs me that I have to pay an additional Rs.37, 375.60/- for the parts which include a mother board, heat sink and lower case. These have a guarantee of only 3 months.
                      I expect Lenovo to replace the laptop or repair the laptop at their own expense. My expectation is that the laptop should not require any major repairs for at least 3 years, but I expect a guarantee of at least 1 year. Due to the manufacturing defects and subsequent incompetence of their service centre we have gone through a lot of trouble. 1. Not having a laptop in spite of paying a high price, which cannot be easily spent again and again.
                      2. Running around for repairs, losing work, worry and stress of not being able to work and spending time and money.
                      Instead of being a satisfying experience, the purchase of the Lenovo laptop has been a nightmare.
                      I request Lenovo to repair the laptop at their own cost, and expect that the laptop will not give us trouble for at least another 2-3 years.
                      If I am to pay for the repairs, I should get a guarantee for 3 years.

                          Hi, LenovoMobiles i have purchased Lenovo VIBE p1 (P1A42) in Nov 2015. Its not even 2 months and this mobile stopped charging. I took this mobile to lenovo service center in mallewsaram bangalore on Jan 8 2016. They said some parts is not working and needs to replaced with new one.
                          very very Sad news is that it is almost one month now and this is not reparied till today.Whenever i call service center, they say mobile part is not recived from the lenovo company so they are taking time.

                          Seriously, this is very much frustation and ambrassign thing that lenovo is the worst service thought i have seen when compare to other mobile service.

                          I request of all guys not to purchase this kind of irresponsible company mobiles other wise you have to waste your money and time

                            I sent my yoga laptop to be serviced for an obvious issue with the screen. This computer is used by an adult and to flip it over to use the touch screen is rarely used. The screen was opened and there was a small crackle heard. I didn't notice anything until I tried to flip it over to use the touch screen. The hinge appeared to be stuck and pulled apart from the frame. The defect in the hinge put pressure on the glass and the glass splintered. I received a phone call today and they are refusing to cover the repair. Asking for $650 to fix it. I am obviously extremely upset. The laptop is less than 6 months old and is not abused in any way. I would like to have this decision reevaluated by a supervisor immediately. My case # is cqh8hdw. My name is Christine Bushik. I have two more computers to purchase for my 12 and 17 year old children and I will not be looking at Lenovo for this purchase if we cannot come to a resolution. Thank you for your time.

                                      I bought Lenovo A-7000 few month ago, Which was getting problem in Touch Panel. I submitted same in Lenovo customer care centre Noida Sec 8. The phone was returned to me in 1 month, but after few days the same problem started again. Now already two months passed, I am not getting my phone back as they told me the supply of parts is not proper from Lenovo. For a company which have a well known name in market is unable to complete the supply of the parts. While you people are regularly launching the new phones.
