From all my past experiences o[censored]sing various brands of phones, smartphones and similar products and having availed their services, I can positively say that your services, be it online services, phone services etc are the worst of the kind.

I bought Lenovo smart phone handset (details mentioned below) through Flipkart in the month of November 2015.

I am give the mobile for repair touchscreen pad on 26.12.2015 but cannot response service center & mobile company customer center.
I want extend my warranty about 01 month more & mobile repair....

I have a complaint for my new lenovo 6000pluse...this phone is very bad.bcz charging losingg and very hotebl in back side ...am bring the lenovo 6000plus only one month is finished... Wht can I do......

Purchased laptop from Jumbo electronics Mall of Emirates Dubai and it is still understand warranty. I have purchased a new phone lenovo k3 note on 4 Dec. It charge to 73% and never go beyond that.My phone is not charging. I asked them to replace my phone but they say we can't do anything. Means they can't replace my Phone....

I have purchased a A6000 mobile in Feb 2015, initially it is working good but 2 months back the Android is upgraded from Kitkat to Lollipop version and it start troubling too much.
It is operating very slowly and some times not even displaying incoming call.
If mobile is connected to internet or WIFI then phone will be hanged for about 15 to 20 minutes.

I contacted the customer care person, he said again Kitkat...

I have brought lenovo k3 mobile Nov 2015. After one month i had an issue of touch on that mobile and has also gone. So i have given my mobile to lenovo service center APJ Technologies on dec 22 . Till yet today they haven't returned my phone. It's gonna be almost a month. To service a phone you guys take one month. What a waste customer service u have....

I have replaced the above model mobile display which was crashed by me from prompt solution at mithakhali Ahmedabad on 19/01/2016 vid their cm no 1102 the authorised service sentre of the company. very next day on 20/01/16 I go for a complain that they have replaced me a demage dispaly. but they are refuse my appeals....

I have purchased Lenovo K3 note from flipkart in the month of November-2015 and facing touch screen issue after 10-15 days, after that I visited Lenovo Service center Chandigarh (Sant Rameshwari) and they agreed their is touch screen issue and it will take 10 to 15 days to order or change the same and i submitted my phone on 28-Dec-2015.

But when I called them on 11-Jan-2016, they said part is not available and they don't know...

I had purchased the laptop from amazon company and after receiving the product i finds that the touch pad is not working properly . so pls do needfull as soon as possible....

Hello, Lenovo is not providing mobile service support, I never experience such hell support service from any one company, I recommend to buyer, never buy lenovo product....
