      Sir i bought the lenovo k4 note on 20th of January. Sir i have to say that i have got a defective piece. I just noticed it today, so i contacted you. My phone is bent a little. I first thought that it is design but my friend bought it yesterday and i compared the pieces. After getting the mistake in notice i checked it on the internet. And i caught the problem. Please help me. What to do.. I am from india.

        Microphone issues. The phone was in warranty and i got it fixed in service center and the issue started again. Icalled service center on[protected] for a replacement on 13/02/2016. They say that their product can only be replaced within 7 days and anything more it will be only serviced. If issue continues afte service then it will be charged. They sent a defective piece which did not last their warranty duration. This was the answer shared by the service technician and when i asked the same from the floor supervisor i got the same answer and he says that they sell electronics and they might not help with the defects from occuring and te only solution they have for me during the warranty if free service and post warranty a chargable service. So they want me to have a defective mobile phone and get it serviced for a cost to fix a same issue. They are not so helpful for a customer and they sound to have worst warranty rules ever. I requested for a replacement and not a refund. Butnow after the phone call i think i should ask for replacement becuase the warranty is a big problem

          I purchased laptop on 5th feb 2016, there is one white dot on the LCD screen, When i contacted them, they are asking me to go to service center and pay the money to repair it, who will go to service center with in the seven days of purchase?

          I need my money back, i don't want this defective product any more.

            I bought Lenovo vibe p1m phone 2 weeks ago. I thought 4000mah battery should last 1 day without charging. But i am very disappointed when it last for few hours only. I have to charge 2 to 3 times a day. I did not use phone for the whole day busy. Then also battery lasts early. It consumes 15% battery when the phone is idle. & more than 10% consumed by screen that's disgusting. I want my money back. Don't know what to do how. Can any one or flikcart suggest how can i get my money back.

              I gave my lenovo vibe Z2 pro mobile in jaipur service center on 22nd jan, 2015. my mobile has battery and display issue. they told me that your mobile will be repaired within 7 days but till today whenever i called them they gave just 1 answer that parts are not sent by lenovo. I contacted higher authorities, customer technical support, pre sales, customer care but they dont know who sends parts to service center. ridiculous... utter nonsense

                          I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue.i had bought a lenova p 70 phone from a lenova dealer thrissur kerala(p70 -A BLUE [protected] ) . unfortunatly its mike is not working.but i cant produce phone with in seven days. because i was out of station.when i returned after my business i produced the phone and register the complaint before the dealer.it http://dealer.it was on[protected].but the dealer did not replace the phone.they sell me a complaint phone.As a customer i have rihgt to get new phone.i am going to file complaint in consumer court kerala.it http://kerala.it is shame to lenova a reputed company.i have been using your productd since 2006(laptop and computer).but this phone had complaint very first day. i hope to hear back from you about this incident.i

                            I purchased lenovo idea laptop on jan 26 2016 for 27000, with in one week the laptop is not starting, when we went to show room to ask, they told it is software problem.And the dealer told, this laptop will not cost 27000. it will come for 21000 it self.

                              I have bought Lenovo vibe P1 in 24th Nov 2015. My complaint is about Lenovo Service centers & Lenovo itself. My display is broken which I know doesn't cover under warranty. But NONE of the Lenovo service centers in chennai seem to have it. Most of them adyar, mount road (hcl) don't even pickup phone for queries. On top of that[protected] doesn't seem to be working at all. This is pathetic service. When I go enquire directly to check when the stock will be available. They don't know or can't even say when the parts will arrive. I will post this review in every forum to make people aware of Lenovo's poor service.

                                  I purchased Lenovo G50-70model laptop having serial no. YB06493685 on 31st January 2015 but Lenovo company gives warranty till 14 Dec, 2015. Which is one and half month less than actual warranty period. My laptop has problem in display monitor. When I went to service center he didn't take my laptop for repairing and said that your warranty period has expired. When I show him invoice of laptop he applied for further updation of warranty and said that engineer will reach to your address. But after some days, I didn't get any response from lenovo, then I called to customer care services which I also recorded. They said that they could not update warranty period due to earlier entry of this serial no laptop before 31 Jan, 2015. Lenovo customer care executive said to talk from dealer not from Lenovo.
                                  Either Lenovo company or Lapcom dealer cheated with me and not solving my problem. I want early solution from your end.

                                        I purchased a Lenovo mobile phone K50A40 Lenovo black [protected] from Orange Mobile Store, SCO 1050, Sec.22B, Chandigarh against retail invoice No. 260 dated 10.11.2015 for Rs.13000/=.
                                        on my visit to Jammu on 01.12.2015 a snag developed in the phone as my voice was not being heard by the listener whereas, the listeners voice was audible. I visited the Lenovo authorised service centre "Maa saraswati Computers" 92A, Nr Gole market Gandhi nagar Jammu. and got the issue resolved. They asked me to produce the hard copy of the invoice. As the bill was not available with me at that time since i was on tour to Jammu, I requested the service center that the mobile stands registered with the company on my name and all other details are available on net regarding my name etc, but they didn't listen to me and said that the product is out of warranty. To take the delivery i had no other choice except to pay Rs. 300/= to the service center.
                                        this is gross violation of the customers trust in the company.
                                        Now, I want that the amount Rs.300/= charged from me fraudulently by M/s Maa Saraswati Computers, Jammu be paid me back and legal proceedings be initiated against the service center for violating the covenants of the agreement between the Co. and service center.
