For the 3rd time, I purchase a #LENOVO laptop, G500 this time with a recurrent fail,
the articulation is so fragile and got broken,
2nd is the battery with a poor performance, dying too quickly,
quicker than is mentioned at its indicator duration.
The purchase was at Carrefour-Khobar-KSA,
almost 18 months ago.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I receently bought a new laptop LENOVO IDEAPAD 500 with 4 gb ram and 2gb graphic card the laptop is getting stuck and its damn slow. please see that it gets rectified as soon as possible the laptop is under warranty.

        Hi,
        My phone got complaint before 3 months o[censored]sing it and I gave my phone for servicing at Lenovo service centre in trivandrum due to some network issues.

        Date of filing complaint and submitted phone at service centre : 3-feb-2016


        They told me that they will give it after servicing within one week. But It’s been two weeks and still I did not get my phone serviced. When ever i call the service center they said some reasons and now they are not answering the call from my number.
        I tried to contact Lenovo customer care number[protected] . But this call will never connect during working hours.

              This is to inform you that the service of Lanovo mobile is very pathetic, I gave my mobile to you service branch of District Centre (Technocare Solution Pvt Ltd.)
              Work Order No- JNP/LO/15/01177.I gave my to the service centre on 25th Jan'16 & was told that I can collect my mobile after 7 working days.., but when i visited the service centre I was told to collect it after 2 day.. the same thing is been done to me yesterday. we all know the in India a company is well know & goes on top if the service is good... But in my case I don't think so that I can Refer any of my friends & family members to buy Lanovo Mobile again due to its service... the worst case is that your service in-charge was saying that the part was not available & he don't know when will it can be be repaired, when asked asked for the maximum time for the same he said it very rudely that it can even take months to resolve the issue.. if this is the kind of behaviour you team is gonna carry with the customers... I don't think that you guys can go long in this market as its a tough competition...Also please not that its been clear instructions given to the electronic companies in india that they have to give service to the customer for 5 years for the product sold, n if such a case goes to consumer court you know that what it leads too...

              Request you to please look into the matter ASAP as its been more than 21 days & the TAT for the same is 10 days as per you companies SOP..

                Hi Team,

                Worst service ever by Lenovo India.

                I have purchased a Lenovo 6000 Plus mobile from Flipkart 5 months back. Suddenly last month I had problem and suddenly it's switched off. It's in a warranty so I have submitted my phone with Invoice in SRI BALAJI TECHNOLOGIES, Dr.no 30-17-37, Vijayawada, Krishna Dist, Andhra Pradesh. Till now i have visited more than 20 times. It's been almost one month till now my mobile not in my hands. Initially they said problem with Software update waited for 25 days. Today i went to same service center to collect my phone now they are saying it's not software problem it's a mother board problem. Again how many days I have to wait i don't know. To understand the problem they have taken one month time. It's a worst service provided by Lenovo.Today i am very much frustrated and disappointed with Brand Lenovo. I will not suggest any one to this brand.

                  Product is in warranty, Visited to Authorized service center (digital communication center, T.nagar. chennai) on 11 Feb, 2016. and kept the phone with them to check and on next day on phone the gave very long TAT, (because the spare pare which is not working need to be imported) to get it back after completing the repair work told come after 20-25 days. and on the other side on their job sheet only, they mentioned that the device should not to kept at service center at any cost for 14 or more days even if repaired or not repaired. feeling worried about the claims and resolutions. The policies are not clear from them. and company should have to take care about this things. please help me about this. whether i kept device with them or visit any other service center. call center executive is not helping in thsi issue.

                          Sir i bought the lenovo k4 note on 20th of January. Sir i have to say that i have got a defective piece. I just noticed it today, so i contacted you.                             Microphone issues. The phone was in warranty and i got it fixed in service center and the issue started again. Icalled service center on[protected] for a replacement on 13/02/2016. They say that their product can only be replaced within 7 days and anything more it will be only serviced. If issue continues afte service then it will be charged. They sent a defective piece which did not last their warranty duration. This was the answer shared by the service technician and when i asked the same from the floor supervisor i got the same answer and he says that they sell electronics and they might not help with the defects from occuring and te only solution they have for me during the warranty if free service and post warranty a chargable service. So they want me to have a defective mobile phone and get it serviced for a cost to fix a same issue. They are not so helpful for a customer and they sound to have worst warranty rules ever. I requested for a replacement and not a refund. Butnow after the phone call i think i should ask for replacement becuase the warranty is a big problem

                              I purchased laptop on 5th feb 2016, there is one white dot on the LCD screen, When i contacted them, they are asking me to go to service center and pay the money to repair it, who will go to service center with in the seven days of purchase?

                              I need my money back, i don't want this defective product any more.

                                I bought Lenovo vibe p1m phone 2 weeks ago. I thought 4000mah battery should last 1 day without charging. But i am very disappointed when it last for few hours only. I have to charge 2 to 3 times a day. I did not use phone for the whole day busy. Then also battery lasts early. It consumes 15% battery when the phone is idle. & more than 10% consumed by screen that's disgusting. I want my money back. Don't know what to do how. Can any one or flikcart suggest how can i get my money back.

                                  I gave my lenovo vibe Z2 pro mobile in jaipur service center on 22nd jan, 2015. my mobile has battery and display issue. they told me that your mobile will be repaired within 7 days but till today whenever i called them they gave just 1 answer that parts are not sent by lenovo. I contacted higher authorities, customer technical support, pre sales, customer care but they dont know who sends parts to service center. ridiculous... utter nonsense
