Dear Sir,
I purchased a Lenovo mobile phone K50A40 Lenovo black [protected] from Orange Mobile Store, SCO 1050, Sec.22B, Chandigarh against retail invoice No. 260 dated 10.11.2015 for Rs.13000/=.
on my visit to Jammu on 01.12.2015 a snag developed in the phone as my voice was not being heard by the listener whereas, the listeners voice was audible. I visited the Lenovo authorised service centre "Maa saraswati Computers" 92A, Nr Gole market Gandhi nagar Jammu. and got the issue resolved. They asked me to produce the hard copy of the invoice. As the bill was not available with me at that time since i was on tour to Jammu, I requested the service center that the mobile stands registered with the company on my name and all other details are available on net regarding my name etc, but they didn't listen to me and said that the product is out of warranty. To take the delivery i had no other choice except to pay Rs. 300/= to the service center.
this is gross violation of the customers trust in the company.
Now, I want that the amount Rs.300/= charged from me fraudulently by M/s Maa Saraswati Computers, Jammu be paid me back and legal proceedings be initiated against the service center for violating the covenants of the agreement between the Co. and service center.
