What a **** phone I bought waste mobile
Contacts are not appearing
Camera not working properly
Internet is not working properly
Internet or wifi connection lostswhile it is locked
Charging is heating a lot

I have purchased lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart. The phone is having a serious issue with the touch panel as it is not working at most of the times.

I have purchased it in September 2015 and i believe it is covered under warranty.

I have bought Lenovo K3Note in July 2015 via introductory offer at Flipcart via WS Retaile invoice no. DEL[protected], but there's manufacturing defect in the handset, by the time it's screen is fadeded yellowish from right side top and increasing day by day.
Would like to return or replace the same please advise.

I had given my smartphone lenovo vibe k910l titanium to service centre for camera problem.

Now it has been 25 days and i have still not received my Phone.
The Service centre people are rude and not at all cooperative.
I tolled them that it has been 3 weeks now, they replied, we have customers with more than 1 month here, what about you, We dont know anything you talk with company.
Is it right answer by the service centre?? this is not at all fair behaviour by Lenovo. They have made me helpless.
I am going to lodge a complaint against Lenovo for improper service.
I have lost my trust on lenovo.
Never recommend it to any one in the world, rather recommend micromax.

I had purchased new Lenovo K3 from flip cart, With in a month this phone was hanging and breaking network.
Due to this problem I had contacted to Lenovo care center but still there is no response.
This is Cheating with consumers. No one answering about the replacement or repairing. in this switch ovation how could we trust on the brand

I purchased a lenovo A7000 model smartphone last year in the month of April. Initially the phone's WiFi worked efficiently but now its not. Its WiFi's range has been reduced considerably and moreover it is now not able to grab as much speed as earlier from the same network. Moreover, it now takes longer time to connect to the same network connection and sometimes it is not even connected to the saved connection. There are instances when the connection is not even detected. Now it is troubling a lot.
In addition to this, there are cases when the phone's keypad stop working for a couple of seconds and causes delays in typing. Moreover, it sometimes gets hanged and i had to forcibly lock the phone so that it may work.
As the mobile phone is in warranty period i request you to do the needful. hoping for an early response.

My name is Subrat Satapathy from Chennai and please find the Work Order No: CTG/LO/15/00415 against my Lenovo K3 Note phone which I have submitted in the below mentioned Lenovo Service Center on 13th of January 2015.


I am not getting a proper reply from the Service Center on the exact status of my Phone. My phone is under warranty and the left side of the screen developed some yellow patches for which the Service Center person has told that they need to replace the complete panel and it will take 10 days.

Today while calling for the status i again got a reply that it will take 15days and they are asking me to write this to you.

WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER BUY A Rs.10K phone and the repair takes more than 15days under warranty. WHO WILL compensate me for the 15days as i have only this cell phone and i am managing currently with a very old phone.

I have called the Service Center on 25th Jan and they told that 27th Jan i will get the phone but today on calling they said it will take another 1-week or more and telling we cannot do anything and also said they have received spare parts which is for others. On asking some senior authority number they gave a number with Name : Mr. Vinoth: [protected]. I have tried about 10times to this number. The number is ringing but no one picking.

But unfortunately the said smart phone is not working properly. It is not detecting the memory card maximum time.

Last month i have complainted then after 20 days i recieved a call from company (lenovo) he gave me a number but this number is not working

I have purchased Lenovo K3 note from flipkart. facing touch screen issue after 10-15 days, after that I visited Shree services Lenovo Service center sangli ph.[protected] (maharastra) and they agreed their is touch screen issue and it will take 10 to 15 days to order or change the same and i submitted my phone on 26-Dec-2015.

But when I called them 5-6 time they said part is not available and they don't know when the part will be available and asked me to call Lenovo Customer care for more information.

But still dont know when will I get my phone

Pathetic service from LENOVO

In future I will not buy any Lenovo Product

.hoping lot it will get well good soon other wise going crime branch for frustration and consumer court for cheating ..

From all my past experiences o[censored]sing various brands of phones, smartphones and similar products and having availed their services, I can positively say that your services, be it online services, phone services etc are the worst of the kind.

I bought Lenovo smart phone handset (details mentioned below) through Flipkart in the month of November 2015.

From the time I bought it there was intermittent problem in the network services and also receiving data packet services. Thinking that is was the network service problem I had contacted them. They stated that the signal is good from their end; still based on my complaint they have been doing their best to fix the problem including changing the SIM card thrice.

However since it was not helping, I had then tried using the Phone with the SIM of another number and found that the moment the SIM was put in the phone the network goes off. It was the same with the other SIMs also. All these SIMs worked well in the other handsets, except the Lenovo handset.

Therefore, to reach out to your service center in Chennai I tried calling several numbers including your toll free numbers for the past two weeks. However, your office at Kuppu Arcade in Chennai did not lift the phone at all and your toll free number work well before 10 and after 10, it says that the number does not exist at all. Little did I know that in the event of service related issue I will be left high and dry by your people.

I am totally disgusted at the way things handled at your end for the people who would want to contact your service center. If no help is forthcoming from your end, I will have to dispose of your phone(No I cannot sell it because firstly I cannot sell a phone that has a defect and secondly I would not want another person to suffer with no possible service from your end) and advise people vehemently not to buy your product and seek remedy from the appropriate forum.

I am a professional who is very much dependent on my phone for my line of work. I have been greatly aggrieved both by the defective product and also the total disastrous after service system that you have.

As for Flipkart, I have now understood that the defective products are disposed off by the Manufacturers through the online shopping system. The time limit for the return of the product has lapsed since it took so long to understand where the defect was. I shall have to file a consumer complaint against both Lenovo and flipkart before the Consumer Redressal Forum for selling a defective product and denying the services for repairing the same and seek damages for the loss and mental agony and costs.

I am give the mobile for repair touchscreen pad on 26.12.2015 but cannot response service center & mobile company customer center.
I want extend my warranty about 01 month more & mobile repair.

I have a complaint for my new lenovo 6000pluse...this phone is very bad.bcz charging losingg and very hotebl in back side ...am bring the lenovo 6000plus only one month is finished... Wht can I do...

Purchased laptop from Jumbo electronics Mall of Emirates Dubai and it is still understand warranty. Has trouble in booting and when I approached customer care jumbo they say that the mother board is to be replaced as its usb is broken.They are asking for more then 1000 Dirahm to be paid by me as this is mot covered I warranty.I fail to understand that how something in my laptop break as it has never fallen or miss used. I am disturbed and need an investigation by the company and early repair of my laptop free of cost as it is still under warranty. Wish to hear urgently from Lenovo thanks Gorav Rawat
