Lenovo S5000 tablet ka rotation work nahi kar raha or reset Maa tabh bhi work nahi kar raha hai plze help or play store nahi chal raha hai

I was cheated by lenovo india not once but multiple times !

1) phone was kept in service center for 120 days

2) lied constantly by service center and lenovo operation head of east india mr shantonu majumder that motherboard and touchpad has been replaced but it was not(Have call recordings)

3) made me travel 1200kms saying phone has been repaired but it wasnt (Had gone for collecting but it wasnt reapaired although confirmed over call by senior and service center, since gave phone in another city since for work i was there and warranty was to expire in 3 days)

4)willfully marked in system that phone delivered in 7 days although given after 120 days

5) mailed lenovo after 25 days of submission that service center isnt repairing phone still they didnt tell me that as per system its showing delivered

7) if by mistake you mail them or post on facebook or twitter they will reply the same thing that you will get your phone back soon (120 days and still soon wow)

8)even after 50 days of disclosing the fraud to lenovo with all proofs still i havent been issued a replacement handset or any compensation for the harassement and loss of my time and money!!

9) had exchanged around 64 mails over these 50 days with lencare executive sridhar raghavendra ([protected]@lenovo.com) since he doesnt call or ignores mail most of the times

10) even crucial information which can be told over 2 mins of call lenovo executives stretch them over 7 to 8 emails in 5 hours

11) for eg lenovo executive wanted me to submit the handset today itself for replacement for which he didnt cal but mail and on top he gave only address but didnt provide the phone number of service center for which i had to mail him back twice and wait for 2 hours to get the phone number

My name is aditi i bought lenovo k3 note from flipkart on 19 08 2015 within 2 months the motherbord was damaged and the battery as well the service centre got it repaired for me, but as soon as the phone was repaired the speaker was giving me issues the sound that was produced by the speakers was completely cracked, i ignored it saying any way i dont use speaker, however i started experiencing the same issue for draining battery within 15 days . I returned the phone to service centre and they said that they need to change the battery and the motherboard again. Is that motherboard and battery going to work only a month or 15 days and do i have to replace it every month. Please help me i think the phone itself is defective i have checked the service centre and the lenovo customer care they say if the motherbard gets damaged 50 times we will change it 50 times . is that how the service . Hi this is Nivaan Bakhtiani I had purchased Lenovo A7000 from flipkart on 29/04/2015...since than i am using it i was satisfied with its performance but suddenly touchpad stopped working so i went to your service center at Thane west Krishna electronics on Jan 04 2016...The executive over there told me to cum and collect the phone with in 12 days so i went ther after 12 days but to my surprise or shock they told me to wait till January 30 as the parts werent available at service center...i told them if that was the case than y dint they inform me prior receieving my mobile for repairing they replied to me in a very arrogant way Hum Kya Kare jaake lenovo branch manager sey baat karo...They Gave me one Mihir shahs num [protected]...i called him he also spoke to me very arrogantly he told me jab aayega tabhi milega aapko what is this is this the way to talk to ur customer...I said that i will mail to ur superiors he said jisko mail karna hai karo...sir i am very disappointed with this kind of customer service u people are giving simply spoiling Lenovos Brand name...i want my mobile done asap...I request you please Look into my matter.I am emailing you the job sheet of the service center for your refrence. I've given my cellphone to HCL Bangalore Service Center (SRIN[protected] on 20 Dec 2015. They said it will take 5-7 working days for replacing the screen since the touch was having issue (common issue with most of K3 notes). Now they are not picking the call. Chat rep provided Supervisor's number ([protected]@+91-[protected]) who keeps disconnecting the call. Have tried calling his number for more than a week now with no luck. I need help in getting my phone back and also training people to answer customer calls.

When I register my new Lenovo laptop its nt registering.after entering the serial no and laptop no when I click continue its not going to the next page.Also sometimes its becoming very slow.curser is not responding.

We have been cheated!! We purchased NEW-Handset of K3 Note and upon delivery we discovered it does not work. Lenovo said it does not take responsibility during WARRANTY period. Cheaters!!! BIG CHEATERS!!! There is no transmission.. We tried different SIM Cards. Warranty period is still ON... No reply from Lenovo. Feeling Cheated... Very ANGRY!!! guess Lenovo does this for all their products!! Ridiculous company !!

This is to inform you that i have given my tab to service center for repairing in nehru palace new delhi but when i took my tab back the display was broken and when i told them replace it they miss behaved with me now i m helpless plz help me it is very dissapointing big company lenovo behaves with customers like this i ill never buy lenovo product again and also tell others not to buy

Sir, i am having problem in my mobile from last 2 months and also the mobile has deposited to service center in second time on 02 Jan 16 but yet, the defect has not been resolved and the service center is giving so many excuses ans still they are asking for more time but not exactly. still i am helpless what should i do pls guide.

I bought lenovo smartphone A6000 in november. I had a problem with phone so my product was replced. But now the replaced product is also creating problem.apps get automatically installed .even when they are uninstalled they again get installed. Speed of the phone has decreased. And customer care is not even answering our calls.poor after sale services. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I submit my phone to lenova autharised sevice centre, aluva because of dont work my phone right side touch on 19/12/15. They said they repair and give back within 7 days but they dont repair and give back till. I enqiury with the center they said they dont get the spair.they contact with the lenova company service center they replied that they send their spare before week friday. But today i call to the service center they sent the spair on next week. More than 150 mobile phones where have same complainted after december 14. I need to know that when spare will reach. Sir i have submitted my lenovo k3 note in lenovo service center at jhansi branch due to touch problm on date 18 dec 2015 Service Center Support Number:[protected] they are taking around 15 days to repairing my phone but after 25 day my phone is not repair and when we makes call them to know about repairing status they does dont provide any alternate phone for use till phone gets repaired they said that company is taking to much time for supply spare parts they said we have shortage of spare... I've recieved Lenovo A 7000 from flipkart on the 16 th of July 2015. Since December last year( 2015 ) half the touch screen was not working. I've mailed flipkart and they have informed me that the set has 1 month replacement warrenty which has expired but it was still under warrenty period, so I can submit it to any authorized service enter. The address of the service center which flipkart gave me was not their as I've tried calling them and was not able to find the service center:- R K SERVICES 1/1 HARI DUTTA, Chamaria Road. I found out an authorized service center :- Lenovo Exclusive Service Center 7 Khairu Palace Kolkata ( Near Ganesh Chandre Avenue, close to Broadway Hotel) Anirban Nag - [protected]. I was surprised by their customer service. I went to submit by mobile set on the 5 th of January and waited almost for 2 hours for my turn to come.Then finally when my turn came they said that normally for touch screen problems it takes 1 - 2 days but as their is lack of supply from the company so it will take 10 - 12 days. I accepted it and requested for a spare mobile set as it was not my fault if the company has a supply problem with the parts. But they behaviour which I've recieved was just not acceptable. I wanted to speak to the main incharge of the service center for a spare set. The main incharge named Anirban was very rude and said that he cannot provide me with a spare handset as the company does not gives it, so if I want I can keep my mobile set with them or I can take it with me. This is not a proper customer service. I've asked them to send me a text when its done as maximum time I spend in office and till date I've not recieved any update. Mobile is a very important part of our life and after spending Rs.8999/- on a set certainly after around 6 months this is just not acceptable. The product was not satisfying and so was the customer service. You pay for something and then suffer. I will not recommend Lenovo to any one.

Its been almost a month lenovo promised to replace my faulty speaker. Everytime i call them they say your complaint is in progress. 3 times they lied that my laptop part has been dispatched. Next time i call they said its not yet available. Its been 4 moths for my mobile and its in warranty. They are not ready to replace anything...

USB port deffective, Battery defective( discharged with in half an hour even discharge during log off of system) and internet not working in system
