I have purchased a new phone lenovo k3 note on 4 Dec. It charge to 73% and never go beyond that.My phone is not charging. I asked them to replace my phone but they say we can't do anything. Means they can't replace my Phone.

நான் கடந்த 23/12/2015 அன்று ஒரு 2010 மொபைல் வாங்கினேன் வாங்கிய முதல் நாளிலிருந்தே Tech not and working Hanging எனவே சென்னை T Nagar ல் உள்ள தங்களின் Service center க்கு 29/12/2015 அன்று சென்று மொபைல் கொடுத்து Mobile Replacement கேட்டேன் ஆனால் Soft Ware போட்டுக் கொடுத்தார்கள். அதற்கு பிறகும் அதே problem தான் இருந்தது. திரும்பவும் 07/01/2016 அன்று Service center க்கு சென்று கொடுத்தேன், அப்போது உங்கள் மொபைல் Tech not working and Hanging problem என்று மொபைல் வாங்கிக்கொண்டார்கள் இது நாள் வரை திருப்பித் தரவில்லை காரணம் அதற்கான SPARE வரவில்லை வந்த பின்பு தருகிறோம் என்று சொல்கிறார்கள். மொபைல் வாங்கி ஒரு மாதம் ஆகப்போகிறது எதற்காக எங்களை இப்படி கஷ்டப்படுத்துகிறீர்கள் என்று தெரியவில்லை
குறிப்பு - இதனால் என் நண்பர்கள் குறைந்தது 10 பேராகவது லினோவா மொபைல் வாங்கி இருப்பார்கள் என் மொபைல் problem என்பதால் வாங்கவில்லை.

    I have purchased a A6000 mobile in Feb 2015, initially it is working good but 2 months back the Android is upgraded from Kitkat to Lollipop version and it start troubling too much.
    It is operating very slowly and some times not even displaying incoming call.
    If mobile is connected to internet or WIFI then phone will be hanged for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    I contacted the customer care person, he said again Kitkat version need to installed and hand over the phone for a couple of days.

    I purchased the phone with lot of trust on Lenovo but now the support from lenovo team is very bad (not even expected such a bad service)

      I have brought lenovo k3 mobile Nov 2015. After one month i had an issue of touch on that mobile and has also gone. So i have given my mobile to lenovo service center APJ Technologies on dec 22 . Till yet today they haven't returned my phone. It's gonna be almost a month. To service a phone you guys take one month. What a waste customer service u have.

        I bought a lenovo laptop from KMD computer centre which has authorized
        With lenovo on 2015/May . After about 7months later, my laptop's screen was become black screen and I went to service centre of KMD, , , then they said LCD had a problem . I had 1year warranty and they fixed it and I took my laptop after 3weeks, and it took too long for me . Now the screen also like past I had, I have never open my laptop after they fixed it and I checked .
        I can't satisfied their service, I bought my laptop during higher exchange rate because I need it . I want a new laptop instead of repaired . I feel so sad that I bought a low quality standard and service . I want you to tell your authorised company to give me a newly laptop . Thanks

          I have replaced the above model mobile display which was crashed by me from prompt solution at mithakhali Ahmedabad on 19/01/2016 vid their cm no 1102 the authorised service sentre of the company. very next day on 20/01/16 I go for a complain that they have replaced me a demage dispaly. but they are refuse my appeals.

            I bought the Lenovo A6000 on Feb 15 during the launch of the set. I was quite satisfied with the performance of the above set. Recently I found that the viberation mode of the set is not functional, I exactly not sure since how long this problem persists in my set. So I decided to contact the service centre in Saharanpur (UP) to get the things repaired. I approach the AV Communications, Kiran Plaza, Court Road, Saharanpur-247001, on 25 Dec15. They just took the set and asked me to wait for a week as the part will be procured from company. It is now more than 10 days but there reply is the same, wait The Part is still to come from company. I wonder that the company is taking this much time?
            This was the complaint I wrote to Services_ED
            But the service centre at Saharanpur is still waiting for the spares.

                I have purchased Lenovo K3 note from flipkart in the month of November-2015 and facing touch screen issue after 10-15 days, after that I visited Lenovo Service center Chandigarh (Sant Rameshwari) and they agreed their is touch screen issue and it will take 10 to 15 days to order or change the same and i submitted my phone on 28-Dec-2015.

                But when I called them on 11-Jan-2016, they said part is not available and they don't know when the part will be available and asked me to call Lenovo Customer care for more information.

                Then I call lenovo customer care and registered my complaint (complaint no.[protected] they also said touch screen is not available and they also don't know when the part will be available.

                After that I send mail regarding my complaint to [protected]@lenovo.com, [protected]@lenovo.com

                But still dont know when will I get my phone

                Pathetic service from LENOVO

                In future I will not buy any Lenovo Product

                          I was cheated by lenovo india not once but multiple times !

                          1) phone was kept in service center for 120 days

                          2) lied constantly by service center and lenovo operation head of east india mr shantonu majumder that motherboard and touchpad has been replaced but it was not(Have call recordings)

                          3) made me travel 1200kms saying phone has been repaired but it wasnt (Had gone for collecting but it wasnt reapaired although confirmed over call by senior and service center, since gave phone in another city since for work i was there and warranty was to expire in 3 days)

                          4)willfully marked in system that phone delivered in 7 days although given after 120 days

                          5) mailed lenovo after 25 days of submission that service center isnt repairing phone still they didnt tell me that as per system its showing delivered

                          6) customer care number is not reachable at all (Video proof of 2 mins: https://www.youtube.com/watch?V=-2rktn_8a1o)

                          7) if by mistake you mail them or post on facebook or twitter they will reply the same thing that you will get your phone back soon (120 days and still soon wow)

                          8)even after 50 days of disclosing the fraud to lenovo with all proofs still i havent been issued a replacement handset or any compensation for the harassement and loss of my time and money!!

                          9) had exchanged around 64 mails over these 50 days with lencare executive sridhar raghavendra ([protected]@lenovo.com) since he doesnt call or ignores mail most of the times

                          10) even crucial information which can be told over 2 mins of call lenovo executives stretch them over 7 to 8 emails in 5 hours

                          11) for eg lenovo executive wanted me to submit the handset today itself for replacement for which he didnt cal but mail and on top he gave only address but didnt provide the phone number of service center for which i had to mail him back twice and wait for 2 hours to get the phone number
                          |Im facing a similar issue .
                          This is the third time im visiting the service center.
                          MR.Sridhara told me he has contacted service center regarding the issue, and when i reched the service center, they dont even know who Mr.Sridhara is. When i said his name, the service center guys told me he is not working in this branch.
                          Lenovo sucks.

                            My name is aditi i bought lenovo k3 note from flipkart on 19 08 2015 within 2 months the motherbord was damaged and the battery as well the service centre got it repaired for me, but as soon as the phone was repaired the speaker was giving me issues the sound that was produced by the speakers was completely cracked, i ignored it saying any way i dont use speaker, however i started experiencing the same issue for draining battery within 15 days . I returned the phone to service centre and they said that they need to change the battery and the motherboard again. Is that motherboard and battery going to work only a month or 15 days and do i have to replace it every month. Please help me i think the phone itself is defective i have checked the service centre and the lenovo customer care they say if the motherbard gets damaged 50 times we will change it 50 times . is that how the service .                                 Hi this is Nivaan Bakhtiani I had purchased Lenovo A7000 from flipkart on 29/04/2015...since than i am using it i was satisfied with its performance but suddenly touchpad stopped working so i went to your service center at Thane west Krishna electronics on Jan 04 2016...The executive over there told me to cum and collect the phone with in 12 days so i went ther after 12 days but to my surprise or shock they told me to wait till January 30 as the parts werent available at service center...i told them if that was the case than y dint they inform me prior receieving my mobile for repairing they replied to me in a very arrogant way Hum Kya Kare jaake lenovo branch manager sey baat karo...They Gave me one Mihir shahs num [protected]...i called him he also spoke to me very arrogantly he told me jab aayega tabhi milega aapko what is this is this the way to talk to ur customer...I said that i will mail to ur superiors he said jisko mail karna hai karo...sir i am very disappointed with this kind of customer service u people are giving simply spoiling Lenovos Brand name...i want my mobile done asap...I request you please Look into my matter.I am emailing you the job sheet of the service center for your refrence.                                   I've given my cellphone to HCL Bangalore Service Center (SRIN[protected] on 20 Dec 2015. They said it will take 5-7 working days for replacing the screen since the touch was having issue (common issue with most of K3 notes). Now they are not picking the call. Chat rep provided Supervisor's number ([protected]@+91-[protected]) who keeps disconnecting the call. Have tried calling his number for more than a week now with no luck. I need help in getting my phone back and also training people to answer customer calls.

                                      When I register my new Lenovo laptop its nt registering.after entering the serial no and laptop no when I click continue its not going to the next page.Also sometimes its becoming very slow.curser is not responding.

                                        We have been cheated!! We purchased NEW-Handset of K3 Note and upon delivery we discovered it does not work. Lenovo said it does not take responsibility during WARRANTY period. Cheaters!!! BIG CHEATERS!!! There is no transmission.. We tried different SIM Cards. Warranty period is still ON... No reply from Lenovo. Feeling Cheated... Very ANGRY!!! guess Lenovo does this for all their products!! Ridiculous company !!
