Sir i have submitted my lenovo k3 note in lenovo service center at rohini branch (Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi, India Service Center:HCL - Rohini Address:No.156, Aggarwal City Plaza, Manglam Place, Sector-3, Near M2K, Rohini, Delhi) Service Center Support Number:[protected] they are taking around 15 days to repairing my phone and they don not pick up call when we makes call them to know about repairing status they does dont provide any alternate phone for use till phone gets repaired they said that company is taking to much time for supply spare parts they said we have shortage of spare parts sir i think these conditions should be disclosed by them before selling the product that in case case of any fault in product we have shortage of spare parts and we will take atleast some certained no of days sir they are making unnessary delay in repairing

One month before i have purchase a lenovo A 6000 shot model and now the flash is not working properly.On enquiry with the service centre people they said that it was because of mother board complaint and the same need to be replaced. But I have to keep the mobile with the service centre till the time mother board is available with them since the replacement is made under warranty period.I requested the service people to arrange motherboard and to call me once the same is available with them so that I can get the motherboard replaced within two three days.but they are not accepting this saying that the company will not allow them to do so.I am working in banking sector and i cannot keep my phone with them for a indefinite period of time and i have no other smartphone available with me.kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

My self Mr Manjunath Binnal. i have buyed mobile Lenovo K3 note mobile phone arround 7 months ago... now my mobile phone camara not working. when i taken this issue to service provider, he declared its physical damage can not be serviced.. then issue has been taken to online support the didnt reply they just negelected... But it was not physically damage... i was trying to convince they didnt ageed i need your suooprt that my mobile need to be repaired with warranty aceptence and mean time it should teach lessen to them

I bought lenovo k3 note on flipkart October 20, 2015. The touch pad of this mobile is not working since 2 weeks. The IMEI no. is [protected] & [protected] & delivered date October 20, 2015. Hi, Within just 3 months my lenovo p70 is not working at all. I have showed to service centre, they repaired it and again after a week It had got a same problem. They told us to wait for 10 days but now after almost 22 days my mobile is not repaired. Whats the point if you are taking 1 month to repair that. 1 month warranty is wasted. I purchase new P70(Midnight Blue) of Lenovo on 15 July 2015 and after 5 month i face issue that my phone suddenly switch off. so i complaint in service center because my handset is in waranty. Service center receive my handset and told that we can not take ur handset because your mobile droped in water.But for your kind information my mobile never droped in water.I always taking care of my mobile.Service centre person said that you have to pay 2200 for that.Please solved out my issue imediately.Please take necessaryy action.My mobile is under warranty.Service centre is in Jamnagar Gujrat.

Hello Sir/Madam, I krishna purchased Lenovo K3 Note from flipkart. In the beginning i faced lots of problems but flipkart declined me to replace the product. Now i faced touch issues in my phone and hanging problem I gave my phone at touch one stop repair service And till now i have not get phone repaired and the service center owner is continuing declining me that the product will be repaired soon and telling that the product will get repaired soon because there is shortage of materials of K3 note. But I dont think that there is shortage of materials of K3 note because K3 Note is the most selling Lenovo Phone of 2015. I am attaching the JOB SHEET as provided by Lenovo Mobile Service center. Dear Team, I have purchased Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile to 22 june 2015 online at Flipkart. After two month of purchasing the mobile the problems started. My mobile was switched off automatically anytime and it is not switched on without removing battery. I have do many visits in your lenovo service center but the mobile problem is intact and your representative says that they are not facing any problem during mobile investgation and there are no problem in the mobile. But I am suffering this problem for 4-5 months and I has become fully upset. If you can do anything for me and my issue then I will be very grateful to you otherwise I have to complaint in consumer court. I have no other options. Please do something.

I purchase new smartphone of Lenovo and after 3 month i face issue in touch pad so i complaint in service center because my handset is in waranty. I submit my handset on DTD- 21 dec.2015 But still my handset is not repaire after follow up again & again he told me again waits for 25 days. i also mail to lenovo service team but no reply from there end. I have given my A6000 Plus phone for service at (Lenovo Service Center, AR Plaza, Opp to Allahabad bank next Manyavar Show Room CMH Road, Indra Nagar, Bangalore - 560038.) on 4th Jan with service id : SRIN[protected]. I have been trying to call the service center for status update but there is no response. either the phone will be busy or someone picks up the call but does not respond. Next moment after phone will be busy again. The problem with the phone was only display not working. This phone was purchased just 6 month and there was no accident happened which will cause issue to the phone. Not sure why the service center is taking time but main issue is they are not responsible enough to update the status of my phone. There is no update available online as well for the repair status. I bought lenovo A6000 plus on flipkart July 23, 2015. The battery of this mobile is troubling since 1 month. Fully charged mobile withstand the charge one or two hours only. Dear Sir, I bought lenovo k3 note on 18 nov 15 from ebay and on 21 Nov 15 its display started problem. Its touch didn't worked. After coming back from home on 21 Dec 15 i gave my mobile to Sachi Computers authorised service centre of lenovo in allahabad .Challan no. Is 13781 in the name of DC Singh and mob no. [protected].I called them 5 times and visited 3 times by road which is 20 km. away from my home. Its 20 days today they are telling it will take another 15 days. I am really disappoint by the lenovo brand and its service centre. Now i have no mobile since 2 month so i wll wait another 5 days and after that I will bought new mobile. Really i will always suggest friends and family never trust Lenovo brand. Really lenovo why dont you check your service centres performance and your after sale service. You need to review it. D/Sir, I have purchase a lenovo mobile A2010 Black(IMEI - [protected]) from computer centre, asansol on 04/12/2015 (bill no 5178, from the next day I found that the said set has manufacturing defect like screen tech problem, then I discuss with the seller who advice us to went to Service center (Electro Service Centre, Asansol) who fail to short out the problem & said that the parts is not available in the market & he still not reaper it & hold in there. Problem: Touch Screen - Fault Code - P0034 Repair code- R00112-REPL LVL 2 I bought my phone from #flipkart but from day one the phone was faulty. Requested flipkart to replace it but they refused it to do so citing reason that #lenovo has refused to replace. Then I went to the authorised service centre on 9/11/15 and submitted my phone for repair but till today i.e 09/01/2016 I have not received my phone back. Service centre is saying that they are helpless as Lenovo is not supplying them with parts and they asked to contact the customer care centre. I called customer care centre after many attempts i succeded to speak to the executive, even they expressed their helplessness citing that they solve only technical problems through online and can do nothing beyond that and directed back me to the service centre. On 31/12/14 I registered my complaint via email to [protected]@lenovo.com but still i did not receive any feedback from them except the acknowledgement of my compaint. Then i posted my complaint on their Facebook page but to my dismay again I did not received any feedback beside the acknowledgement. Please help. Now i contemplating to approach the consumer court. Sir I bought lenovo A6000 phone IMEI NUMBER1-[protected] IMEI NUMBER 2 -[protected] it is not working properly. Problems found.. 1-I have found battery discharging in 2-3 hours withount any working with phone. 2- Also excessive heating I have visited the nearest service centre but not found solution Vijay verma-[protected]

There is display problem in my laptop . i have been to lenovo service center two time, the problem is still occure .
i dont know what engineer doing there, the second time i have submitted my laptop for 7 days.After that problems is still there .

I submitted my mobile Lenovo A7000 to service centre on 30th December 2015 because of the touch screen related issue. They have noticed and verified the issue and told me to surrender the phone for 2-3 days maximum, we will rectify and give it back. After 2 days I called them then they told parts not yet come so it will take another 3-4 days. This game is still continuing. Today also I called them to their office no:[protected] the same dialogue they are repeating- again wait for 3-4 days since this is the common problem with the most of the model they don't have sufficient spare in their stock.
