I have given my A6000 Plus phone for service at (Lenovo Service Center, AR Plaza, Opp to Allahabad bank next Manyavar Show Room CMH Road, Indra Nagar, Bangalore - 560038.) on 4th Jan with service id : SRIN[protected]. I have been trying to call the service center for status update but there is no response. either the phone will be busy or someone picks up the call but does not respond. Next moment after phone will be busy again. The problem with the phone was only display not working. This phone was purchased just 6 month and there was no accident happened which will cause issue to the phone. Not sure why the service center is taking time but main issue is they are not responsible enough to update the status of my phone. There is no update available online as well for the repair status. I need an update about my phone. Request your help in this. Attaching the service request received from the service center.

    I bought lenovo A6000 plus on flipkart July 23, 2015. The battery of this mobile is troubling since 1 month. Fully charged mobile withstand the charge one or two hours only.       Dear Sir, I bought lenovo k3 note on 18 nov 15 from ebay and on 21 Nov 15 its display started problem. Its touch didn't worked. After coming back from home on 21 Dec 15 i gave my mobile to Sachi Computers authorised service centre of lenovo in allahabad .Challan no. Is 13781 in the name of DC Singh and mob no. [protected].I called them 5 times and visited 3 times by road which is 20 km. away from my home. Its 20 days today they are telling it will take another 15 days. I am really disappoint by the lenovo brand and its service centre. Now i have no mobile since 2 month so i wll wait another 5 days and after that I will bought new mobile. Really i will always suggest friends and family never trust Lenovo brand. Really lenovo why dont you check your service centres performance and your after sale service. You need to review it. Hope you will look into this and took action satisfactory. Yours sincerly Dc singh

        Hello Sir/Madam, I Utkarsh Jain purchased Lenovo K3 Note from flipkart. In the beginning i faced lots of problems but flipkart declined me to replace the product. Now i faced touch issues in my phone and I gave my phone at Bhopal service center on[protected]. And till now i have not get my phone repaired and the service center owner is continuing declining me that the product will be repaired soon and telling that the product will get repaired soon because there is shortage of materials of K3 note. But I dont think that there is shortage of materials of K3 note because K3 Note is the most selling Lenovo Phone of 2015. I am attaching the JOB SHEET as provided by Lenovo Mobile Service center. I hope for positive reply from you. And please take strict action that i should get my phone as soon as possible.           D/Sir, I have purchase a lenovo mobile A2010 Black(IMEI - [protected]) from computer centre, asansol on 04/12/2015 (bill no 5178, from the next day I found that the said set has manufacturing defect like screen tech problem, then I discuss with the seller who advice us to went to Service center (Electro Service Centre, Asansol) who fail to short out the problem & said that the parts is not available in the market & he still not reaper it & hold in there.             Service No. - SRB2X[protected], IMEI NO. [protected] Complaint submission date at Allied Services, Dadar East. mumbai - 09/11/2015. Problem: Touch Screen - Fault Code - P0034 Repair code- R00112-REPL LVL 2 I bought my phone from #flipkart but from day one the phone was faulty. Requested flipkart to replace it but they refused it to do so citing reason that #lenovo has refused to replace. Then I went to the authorised service centre on 9/11/15 and submitted my phone for repair but till today i.e 09/01/2016 I have not received my phone back. Service centre is saying that they are helpless as Lenovo is not supplying them with parts and they asked to contact the customer care centre. I called customer care centre after many attempts i succeded to speak to the executive, even they expressed their helplessness citing that they solve only technical problems through online and can do nothing beyond that and directed back me to the service centre. On 31/12/14 I registered my complaint via email to [protected]@lenovo.com but still i did not receive any feedback from them except the acknowledgement of my compaint. Then i posted my complaint on their Facebook page but to my dismay again I did not received any feedback beside the acknowledgement. Please help. Now i contemplating to approach the consumer court.               Respected sir/ma'am i live in guntur andhrapradesh and i bought a lenova A526 mobile set on 7-1-15 at Big C shop and my hung up on 5-1-16 and i gave it ur authorised service centre sujay communications on 6-1-16, they gave my phone back on 8-1-16 and charged me 600rs...i said that i would get 1year warranty but they said im not applicable for that... i, m enclosing the bills when i bought the device & service centre work order & bill and my bank a/c details pl do the necessary and pay back my warranty bill amount thanking u.. william.bandaru([protected])(william.[protected]@gmail.com)

                    I submitted my mobile Lenovo A7000 to service centre on 30th December 2015 because of the touch screen related issue. They have noticed and verified the issue and told me to surrender the phone for 2-3 days maximum, we will rectify and give it back. After 2 days I called them then they told parts not yet come so it will take another 3-4 days. This game is still continuing. Today also I called them to their office no:[protected] the same dialogue they are repeating- again wait for 3-4 days since this is the common problem with the most of the model they don't have sufficient spare in their stock.                       Hi, Lenovo a7000-a have great specifications but it doesn't support console controllers like Dualshock 3 or Sixaxis, please upgrade the firmware so it can support controllers. Most android device have a firmware that support controllers like Dualshock 3 via usb otg cables using Sixaxis Enabler app from google play.

                        Hi sir, I am using lenovo mobiles from last three years i use many lenovo mobile i happy always with lenovo but this time too much bad experience with lenovo mobile service center Chandigarh . I have a lenovo mobile model vibe z2 pro . i have some issue in mobile so i go to lenovo mobile service center :B2X-003 Sant Rameshwari Enterprises chandigarh. i submit my phone on 19 december 2015 at service center .i got a call from service center on 20 december they told me my phone now working fine but when i reched service center i found my phone body damaged so i did not accept the phone . phone damage by service eng. i re submit phone on 20 december . today its 8 january 2016 still i did not get my phone i call many times on service center but they say still they didnot get mobile parts also they did not know when the have mobile parts .its service center fault .now i want my phone in ok condition other wise i go for complaint at consumer court . narendra mobile model :- Lenovo vibe z2 pro imei [protected] custmer complain code : C0018-housing no.- SRB2X[protected] my contact number [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                            Respected Sir, Kind Attention Please I have unfortunatly purchased one No. Leveno Cellphone A7000 and after more than 04 to 05 months it occured defect in touch, I went to Service Centre Sriangar for its services, they gave back me it after 10 days that your touch has been repalced/repaird but unfortunately after half week of time (04 days) it again occured defect in its touch, I again went to Service Centre Sriangar, but I suprised that they inform me that we are not now Service Centre of Leveno becuase of some disputes, with the result I am suffering badely. It is as such requested to kindly take immeidate necessary action to redress my grievances and have the Company's image well.                               I bought Lenovo s90 from sharaf dj qatar .one month after that the mobile started getting too much hot and out of charge in few hours.I took for sharaf dj and they sent to service .17 days after that they gave to me with technical report .battery on, software update . Next day the mobile still with same trouble not repaired at all. I brought it back to sharaf dj and they Said again wait 14 days. Did I buy the Lenovo smart phone to suffer with it and it's bad service .the mobile will spend time in service more than in my hands. This is really shame.in such situation why no instant replacement or it is really bad Lenovo device . Hope to solve my issue My mobile number[protected]

                                I had bought a new lenovo A 7000 mobile on dated 29th Aug 2015. IMEI no is [protected]. But after some time problem in its touch had been observed and it stop working properly. For the repairing purpose I had submitted my mobile at the authorized service centre HCL Touch Faridabad on 14 Dec 2015. But same had not been repaired by them till 31st Dec 2015, even after continuous follow up. It had been told to me that lenovo was not providing the parts and ask to talk to customer care. When i complain the same to customer care, it had been told to me to take it to other service center. I had taken my phone immediately to the service center Janak communication NIT Faridabad as directed. My work order no is FAB/LO/15/00366 dated 31st Dec 2015. But even they did not do the repairing till now and when i follow up with them it had been told that it will take more 10 days in repairing. They also told that part will be provided by Lenovo and it will take 10 days minimum. Its been approx one month and still I did not have any confirm date by which my phone will be repaired. It is very bad experience with quality and service of Lenovo. I am totally frustrated with this and requested Lenovo to look into this matter. Please replace my phone immediately as it shown sign of faulty parts in such short duration o[censored]se and i had doubt on repairing quality considered experience till now. Even after registering compain on customer care by main no action taken and no response received. I want immediately replacement of my phone or return of money.

                                  Respected sir, I bought a phone lenovo k3 note on 08/12/2015, but within 3 weeks the touch screen was not working. on 29/12/2015 i given my phone to service center at Marol, Andher i(maharastra) that time they told will get the phone within 1 week. On 05/1/2016 i called them and asked about the phone that time they told will take 1 more week. and when i was asking regarding the service they cut the phone. its really unsatisfied and disappointed about your services

                                    I had purchased Lenovo K3 note (Month & year of manufacturing written on the Mobile box is Sep-15) on 16.10.2015 from flipkart under sale (Invoice no. is "del[protected]" and Mobile IMEI no. is "[protected]") which was delivered to me on 25.10.2015. Suddenly on 28.11.2015 (i.e. 34 - 35 days after its delivery) its touch screen stops working. I visited Lenovo's authorized service centre "HCL Gurgaon" situated at Gurgaon on 07.12.2015 and gave them for repair under job no. “SRIN[protected]”. They promised to change its touch screen within 5 working days maximum. After 5 days when I called them and asked for my phone they gave me fake excuse that screen is not available from the company and asked for 2-3 days more. I had again called them after 2-3 days but again same excuse. After that till 28.12.2015, I had called them 3-4 times but every-time they gave same false excuse and keep on lingering the matter. On 28.12.2015, when I again called the service center at their Landline No.[protected] and asked for my mobile, the person who picked up the phone showed very rude behaviour and put down the phone while I was inquiring for the solution. After that on 28.2.2015, I wrote my complaint on Lenovo's Facebook page and also sent an email at "[protected]@lenovo.com" and "[protected]@lenovo.com". After follow up and again complaining on facebook on 01.01.2016, I received a call from the company on 2nd Jan 2016 i.e. Saturday to collect phone from the service center on 05th Jan 2016. They also specifically informed me and gave assurance that the phone will be ready in any case till 05th Jan 2016. But again on 5th Jan 2016 while I am on my way to collect my phone from the service centre, I received a call from Mr. Puneet (Mobile No. +91-[protected]) representing himself as a senior officer from authorized service center “HCL Gurgaon” who informed me that my phone is still not ready and showed his helplessness in repairing the phone because of non-availability of parts from the company. He also informed me that he had already sent an email in this matter to the company and told me to get a NEW phone from a company as a replacement for my phone. The matter of fact is that Lenovo Mobile India is making me a fool. They are just wasting my precious time. I am going through very horrible experience and hard time. I cannot imagine such a poor quality product as well as horrible customer service from such a huge brand. This all causing me huge inconvenience. Now, I cannot stay without mobile phone anymore. I want a compensation. I want a NEW Phone, URGENTLY. They either give me a new mobile phone or fully refund my money back.

                                      I Had Purchase Windows Based Lenovo laptop and the same is in warranty period now my hard disk is not working but the company only change hard disk and not provide any windows related problem nor provide any serial key number or CD show that the same is recover. However at the time of purchase the authorised dealer told me that the Windows is inbuilt in Laptop so CD is not require and in case of any problem during Warranty period our executive resolve all your problems including Windows related problem but now they as well as company back from there word.
