I had purchased Lenovo K3 note (Month & year of manufacturing written on the Mobile box is Sep-15) on 16.10.2015 from flipkart under sale (Invoice no. is "del[protected]" and Mobile IMEI no. is "[protected]") which was delivered to me on 25.10.2015. Suddenly on 28.11.2015 (i.e. 34 - 35 days after its delivery) its touch screen stops working. I visited Lenovo's authorized service centre "HCL Gurgaon" situated at Gurgaon on 07.12.2015 and gave them for repair under job no. “SRIN[protected]”. They promised to change its touch screen within 5 working days maximum. After 5 days when I called them and asked for my phone they gave me fake excuse that screen is not available from the company and asked for 2-3 days more. I had again called them after 2-3 days but again same excuse. After that till 28.12.2015, I had called them 3-4 times but every-time they gave same false excuse and keep on lingering the matter. On 28.12.2015, when I again called the service center at their Landline No.[protected] and asked for my mobile, the person who picked up the phone showed very rude behaviour and put down the phone while I was inquiring for the solution.
After that on 28.2.2015, I wrote my complaint on Lenovo's Facebook page and also sent an email at "[protected]@lenovo.com" and "[protected]@lenovo.com". After follow up and again complaining on facebook on 01.01.2016, I received a call from the company on 2nd Jan 2016 i.e. Saturday to collect phone from the service center on 05th Jan 2016. They also specifically informed me and gave assurance that the phone will be ready in any case till 05th Jan 2016. But again on 5th Jan 2016 while I am on my way to collect my phone from the service centre, I received a call from Mr. Puneet (Mobile No. +91-[protected]) representing himself as a senior officer from authorized service center “HCL Gurgaon” who informed me that my phone is still not ready and showed his helplessness in repairing the phone because of non-availability of parts from the company. He also informed me that he had already sent an email in this matter to the company and told me to get a NEW phone from a company as a replacement for my phone.
The matter of fact is that Lenovo Mobile India is making me a fool. They are just wasting my precious time. I am going through very horrible experience and hard time. I cannot imagine such a poor quality product as well as horrible customer service from such a huge brand. This all causing me huge inconvenience.
Now, I cannot stay without mobile phone anymore. I want a compensation. I want a NEW Phone, URGENTLY. They either give me a new mobile phone or fully refund my money back.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
