I had bought a Lenove A7000 mobile on July, 2015. In October, 2015 I found multitasking problem in mobile, I placed it before authorised service centre for replacement of touch pad on 03.12.2015. I long time has been passed still I have not received my phone. Whenever I contacted to Authorised service centre he told me that company could not provide him a new touch-pad so they are unable to do any thing.

        LENOVO K3 series mobile was purchased online on 24th oct. 2015. Just within a week the problem started with it without any known reason to me. The problem was that my voice could not be heard on the other end. I approached the authorized lenovo service centre of Hisar (HRY)and it was told that the problem is with the microphone of the mobile and mended it there and then only with the assurance that it would not recur again. Just after a few days the same problem occurred and the same service center was approached again. The mobile phone was kept with them and was returned to me after replacing the microphone--the defective part after so many days. Again the same problem of not being heard on the other end while calling from this mobile set has occurred. This is causing me a lot of loss in my work. I request to replace my mobile set and either give me the new one or refund my complete amount of purchasing it at the earliest. I can't afford to waste more of my time and work to get it mended repeatedly with no good results at all. I purchased it through Flip kart ONLINE via order no. OD[protected] which was delivered to me on 24th October, 2015

This laptop no display issue.and 04 time change mother board but my problem is not resolved.laptop working 15 days only after 15 days same problem face.this time my laptop is no display .               I bought a Lenovo A7000 in june 2015, in the first flash sale through flipkart. But after using it for about 1 month, the phone's touchscreen started behaving wildly. Some areas do not respond on touching while some others keep responding without touching. .. I went to an authorised service center and got my screen replaced. But after a months use, the problems began as usual. The same cycle has been repeating 2 times. 2times alredy screen replaced, thirt time i went to servize center bause ia m facing the issue is speaker of phone, whish is got also repalced, and fourth time iam facing the same issue realed to touch pad which is take 12 days to resolve, i got my phone on 10 Dec, since yesterday iam facing the same issue realed to touch pad, as per per customer care pls viset your neerest service center for saem, as per that servise certer they dond have a touch pd in ther stock till 20jan 2016, , Kindly suggest me a remedy for this or refund me my money because my phone is mainly in the service center more than it is with me.Hope to hear from you.                 Have Purchased Lenovo A7000 from Flipkart on 15/04/2015. In Few months the handset started heating up and the touch screen was not working. Have submitted the handset with Service centre on 10/12/15 whereby I was told that the handset will be repaired in 10 days. Since then i'm following up with service centre and Lenovo Executive Director Services at [protected]@lenovo.com and Mr. Dineshra [protected]@lenovo.com. Request you to kindly look into the matter and get me my phone back at the earliest.

                  I have purchased a Lenovo laptop and has paid Rs1998/- under Lenovo BTC offer for 2 year extended warranty and 1 TB hard disk drive. I have received the extended warranty confirmation details but the 1 TB Hard Disk drive has still not been delivered to me. I have followup up with the Lenovo BTC team but there is no response from them over mails, even no one picks up the call at the specified phone numbers.                     This is to inform that my lenovo k3 note smart phone brought on 8 July 2015 IMEI No. [protected] is being submitted at one OF your trusted service centre HCL- JANAKPURI NEW DELHI ( CONTACT NO. [protected]) ON 3 of DECEMBER 2015 (JOB SHEET NO. SRIN[protected] with fully and detailed information about the fault of device resistant for charging from portable charger and the problem of battery draining very fast . These problems were explained by me to an engineer over there named SUNNY on my second visit to that service centre because at first they just did d software installation which was again and again denied by me. ON 7 DECEMBER 2015 as they said my phone has been sent to there head service centre noida, and as they assured me service within 7-10 DAYS I called at there office to check my phone's status, which was still pending after 5-6 days I again called and when I found that my phone's status is still pending I asked them to give me contact for the concerned centre and they straightaway denied and I was told that my part is pending from lenovo company itself and again I was assured service within 4 to 5 days. I was highly disrespected by giving no updates at all while again and again asking for the updates. On contact with them on 2 JANUARY 2015 when I tried to speak to the manager of that branch Imy call was been given to a guy named PAWAN who was an ENGINEER over there. He told me that their service centre had discontinued services with lenovo company although he said to look into it and give me update in 7 days about my phone. I have been In great stress and pain as I haven't been given any standby and also no backup for my data.. Which have been already lost.                           Whenever the laptop is moved from one place to another while working, the display gets disturbed or fluctuates producing disturbing sound.also whenever the cables are plugged in or removed, the displah gets affected. It also doesnot switches on instantly or takes quite a long time to switch on. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Company give warranty 12 months. and in 3 months my phone touch screen not work properly so I gave in lenovo service for station repair my phone and they gave promise to in 15 days repair my phone but up to today[protected] days over and my phone not repaired so please me claim on Lenovo company for extra days and in this days i am without phone me in very trouble so please help me.                                       I bought a Lenovo A6000 phone (IMEI - [protected]) in 27th of July, 2015. The phone was dead after 5 month and then I Submitted my phone to service centre B2X – 024 Cell point (Sahara mall, MG Road) and Enrolment No.- SRB2X[protected]. They told that it will take 3 to 4 days to fix the problem. Still I visited 3-4 times but every time they are telling give us 2 days or 3 days. I am fade up of this and executive behavior is also not good, He was telling take your phone as it is. I know Lenovo company is best but I didn't know the service is that bad
