I have a Lenovo laptop g50-30 (S.N.PF0441U2) is in the service centre for 3months please extend my warranty for 3 Months...

R/sir I purchased a phone lenovo a6000+ 5 month ago it is not working properly from beginning For solve this problem I visit service center 6-7time but my problem is not solved and the feedback is poor of your service agent please help me ... I hope you will help me

Whenever the laptop is moved from one place to another while working, the display gets disturbed or fluctuates producing disturbing sound.also whenever the cables are plugged in or removed, the displah gets affected. It also doesnot switches on instantly or takes quite a long time to switch on. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

I purchased Lenovo K3 note through Flip cart dated :[protected] Price Rs. 9999. Company give warranty 12 months. and in 3 months my phone touch screen not work properly so I gave in lenovo service for station repair my phone and they gave promise to in 15 days repair my phone but up to today[protected] days over and my phone not repaired so please me claim on Lenovo company for extra days and in this days i am without phone me in very trouble so please help me. Dear Sir, Customer care team is not responding properly in identifying the problem and unable to predict the time required for repair with Lenovo mobile Model A6000 plus, as the display is not happening which is under Warranty as the mobile is purchased in the month of April 2015. As I have purchased a phone via Flip kart in the month of August where I have faced a problem of display then it's been exchanged, after that two times of pcb problem now when I have been to service I had a reply is that the service center in not ready to service the phone due to non availability of part .SO advice what should I do as My phone is been under Warranty/Guarantee period. I bought a Lenovo A6000 phone (IMEI - [protected]) in 27th of July, 2015. The phone was dead after 5 month and then I Submitted my phone to service centre B2X – 024 Cell point (Sahara mall, MG Road) and Enrolment No.- SRB2X[protected]. They told that it will take 3 to 4 days to fix the problem. Still I visited 3-4 times but every time they are telling give us 2 days or 3 days. I am fade up of this and executive behavior is also not good, He was telling take your phone as it is. I know Lenovo company is best but I didn't know the service is that bad

Hello i brought lenovo s860 but i ve lotsof problem about your product. I really disappointed. Last month in November i repaired it in customer care . but after a week my mobile has startup problem.. Even today its not work And now it never start what should i do.tell me. Its really irritated..

This handset was ordered on 24th Oct. 2015 and received on 2nd Nov. 2015 via Flipkart. This drops the range of all providers intermittently which results in communication problem. We tried CellOne, Idea, Vodafone. Your Pune service centre kept this handset with them for 8 days but without any result. and after complaining, they ask to keep for another couple of weeks to get repaired. I request the refund of Rs. 9999.00

City:- Kalyan. Model :- Lenovo A6000. Issue:- when attached to charger battery drains instead of charging. Service centre name:- technotronics mobile service center, near bata showroom, Asyndicate, Kalyan west. The issue was addressed at Lenovo service center by their representative so called Pratik kapure, one of the worst service provider. He said that we should update the software and the charger is faulty and need to be replaced or u can use another charger of the same model. I preferred to use my nephew charger who used same model. And the complaint was said to be solved. Next day I tried charging the cellphone buy it was of no use. I reached the center again and told the issue, all he could say was the center is closed now and we repair mobiles which can breakdown or brick anytime. Its not our fault now. And on top of that I was challenged to complaint to the concerned Lenovo authority regarding him and do what so ever I can do. And go to hell. That's the disgusting service is been provided at Lenovo service center.

I wonder the function of rightest button of Lenovo A5000. I think it must be the button to show task manager instead pressing a long time to do that.

I have bought A5000 on oct 18, 2015 through on line. Since Ipurchased this phone, At the time of searching phone Number, system is hang every time &take to much time to search.Even ample space is available in the phone memory. My lenovo 6000+ phone ringtone not ringing, at anyone calling...and also in settings while selection of ringtone the ringtones are not playing to select the ringtone... how to do any one... i need a urgent solution ... plz send me

My Lenovo phone has been working very slowly . I have been to my nearest service centre in Bhilai, Chattisgarh ( Prisha Communication ) but I have not been satisfied with their service . They had my phone for 8 days but could not solve the issue . I thus request the company to take some appropriate action or replace my handset as it simply doesnt work alright . Well all i have to day is say no to lenovo.
I have bought lenovo's high end model in z51-70 laptop which is know to be one of the best.
But to my wonder right after 5 month adapter has gone and then battery died up and now the big joke is that lenovo exe. Says you will have to replace your mother board.
Mother board to be changed in 05 months wow!

Since i was having an on-site warranty to i asked for help and its been 20 days and i received lots of mail and various service order no. But no solution.

And if you check the status of service order it will say no record found (Lol).

In one word dont go this brand. Even though you might bt lucky to get good product but you wont by their worst services.

We have purchased A 6000 of IMEI :[protected] in the month of October 2015 at Visakhapatnam, within one month we have encountered touch screen problem. We have given to your servicing center at Visakapatnam for rectification on 10.12.2015 at 12:27:09PM of work order no. VZG/LO/15/00721. As on 30.12.2015 the component was received, we are unable to use the phone. This shows poor servicing etc. They are not confirming when my phone will be repaired, I don't have phone

I bought lenovo A6000 on 20/07/2015 with my first salary.It was just 4 months only i bought the mobile.The sound was suddenly hanging after reboot only it is working again .so I want my money back or correct mobile I want .I have send mail also to this id smartphone. ts @lenovo.com no reply from them .
