This handset was ordered on 24th Oct. 2015 and received on 2nd Nov. 2015 via Flipkart. This drops the range of all providers intermittently which results in communication problem. We tried CellOne, Idea, Vodafone. Your Pune service centre kept this handset with them for 8 days but without any result. and after complaining, they ask to keep for another couple of weeks to get repaired. I request the refund of Rs. 9999.00

City:- Kalyan. Model :- Lenovo A6000. Issue:- when attached to charger battery drains instead of charging. Service centre name:- technotronics mobile service center, near bata showroom, Asyndicate, Kalyan west. The issue was addressed at Lenovo service center by their representative so called Pratik kapure, one of the worst service provider. He said that we should update the software and the charger is faulty and need to be replaced or u can use another charger of the same model. I preferred to use my nephew charger who used same model. And the complaint was said to be solved. Next day I tried charging the cellphone buy it was of no use. I reached the center again and told the issue, all he could say was the center is closed now and we repair mobiles which can breakdown or brick anytime. Its not our fault now. And on top of that I was challenged to complaint to the concerned Lenovo authority regarding him and do what so ever I can do. And go to hell. That's the disgusting service is been provided at Lenovo service center.

I wonder the function of rightest button of Lenovo A5000. I think it must be the button to show task manager instead pressing a long time to do that.

I have bought A5000 on oct 18, 2015 through on line. Since Ipurchased this phone, At the time of searching phone Number, system is hang every time &take to much time to search.Even ample space is available in the phone memory. My lenovo 6000+ phone ringtone not ringing, at anyone calling...and also in settings while selection of ringtone the ringtones are not playing to select the ringtone... how to do any one... i need a urgent solution ... plz send me

My Lenovo phone has been working very slowly . I have been to my nearest service centre in Bhilai, Chattisgarh ( Prisha Communication ) but I have not been satisfied with their service . They had my phone for 8 days but could not solve the issue . I thus request the company to take some appropriate action or replace my handset as it simply doesnt work alright . Well all i have to day is say no to lenovo.
I have bought lenovo's high end model in z51-70 laptop which is know to be one of the best.
But to my wonder right after 5 month adapter has gone and then battery died up and now the big joke is that lenovo exe. Says you will have to replace your mother board.
Mother board to be changed in 05 months wow!

Since i was having an on-site warranty to i asked for help and its been 20 days and i received lots of mail and various service order no. But no solution.

And if you check the status of service order it will say no record found (Lol).

In one word dont go this brand. Even though you might bt lucky to get good product but you wont by their worst services.

We have purchased A 6000 of IMEI :[protected] in the month of October 2015 at Visakhapatnam, within one month we have encountered touch screen problem. We have given to your servicing center at Visakapatnam for rectification on 10.12.2015 at 12:27:09PM of work order no. VZG/LO/15/00721. As on 30.12.2015 the component was received, we are unable to use the phone. This shows poor servicing etc. They are not confirming when my phone will be repaired, I don't have phone

Dear Sir/Madam, I went through a series of mail communication regarding my laptop service before getting the display replaced in July 2015. Since, I bought my laptop in the U.S, they took almost a month to get parts to fix the issue. I lost one month of my warranty period. I requested for warranty extension for that period. Unfortunately my request was rejected. Three weeks ago, I faced similar problem(display turning off automatically) in my laptop. I took it to the nearby service centre(Lenovo Service Centre - 197, Waheed Somplex, 1 Floor, India Bank Upstairs, Dindugal Road). They said since the laptop was bought in the U.S they will not be able to get the spare parts locally. So they didn't even open it to identify the issue let alone resolving it. My work demands laptop and it is getting hampered because of the problem. I value time and I hope you too value it. I don't have a spare laptop to work. I am missing deadlines on the work and it already made a damage in my career. I am terribly dissatisfied with the customer service of Lenovo right from June 2015. I bought Lenovo laptop because of the brand value the company has. If I had known that they were one of the worst companies when it comes to after sales service, I wouldn't have considered this brand. I will never make such a mistake in my life again. Icing on the cake was, when the service centre returned my laptop covered with dust. When I enquired about the condition, they recklessly said "We keep all the laptops in open place like this only, yours is not an exception". I have bought Lenovo A6000 in the month of March 2015. I faced problem of wifi and network connectivity. Mother board of the phone was replaced by service centre and solve the problem of wifi connectivity. After several remiders to Lenovo officials on email and to service centre persons as well, i didnt get solution to the problem of mobile notwork connectivity issue. 3 times mobile submitted to Lenovo service centre but no solution found. Several mails were writtened to the Service Director and support team to replace the phone if no solution found but i didnt receive any reply from them. I need support from consumer support team for necessary solution from company.

I bought the Lenovo A6000 SMARTPHONE in April this year. The phone keeps on crashing once or twice daily. I have been to the Lenovo service center 4-5 times to get the issue resolved. But even after 4-5 visits to the service center I still face the same issue and although they claim every time that the issue has been resolved. They have tried installing fresh software to the device but the issue still persists which leads me to believe that it is a hardware issue. The service for the phone has been pathetic and I request you to look into this issue and either provide me a refund or a new device. I am done visiting service centers.

I hv purchased a power bank from flip kart n the item is not working properly...the flipkart site offered a 1 year warranty for the charging device...please help me out

I have bought New Lenovo k3 note on 9th Nov 2015 and within a month the screen touh is not functionality at all along with camera. i went to service center but they said dey will take 60 min days. now if it does not solve then ill lodge a complain to national consumer complaint.please look into it ASAP.
