Dear Sir/Madam, I went through a series of mail communication regarding my laptop service before getting the display replaced in July 2015. Since, I bought my laptop in the U.S, they took almost a month to get parts to fix the issue. I lost one month of my warranty period. I requested for warranty extension for that period. Unfortunately my request was rejected. Three weeks ago, I faced similar problem(display turning off automatically) in my laptop. I took it to the nearby service centre(Lenovo Service Centre - 197, Waheed Somplex, 1 Floor, India Bank Upstairs, Dindugal Road). They said since the laptop was bought in the U.S they will not be able to get the spare parts locally. So they didn't even open it to identify the issue let alone resolving it. My work demands laptop and it is getting hampered because of the problem. I value time and I hope you too value it. I don't have a spare laptop to work. I am missing deadlines on the work and it already made a damage in my career. I am terribly dissatisfied with the customer service of Lenovo right from June 2015. I bought Lenovo laptop because of the brand value the company has. If I had known that they were one of the worst companies when it comes to after sales service, I wouldn't have considered this brand. I will never make such a mistake in my life again. Icing on the cake was, when the service centre returned my laptop covered with dust. When I enquired about the condition, they recklessly said "We keep all the laptops in open place like this only, yours is not an exception". For the hassles I went through and still going through, I demand display replacement free of cost.     I have bought Lenovo A6000 in the month of March 2015. I faced problem of wifi and network connectivity. Mother board of the phone was replaced by service centre and solve the problem of wifi connectivity. After several remiders to Lenovo officials on email and to service centre persons as well, i didnt get solution to the problem of mobile notwork connectivity issue. 3 times mobile submitted to Lenovo service centre but no solution found. Several mails were writtened to the Service Director and support team to replace the phone if no solution found but i didnt receive any reply from them. I need support from consumer support team for necessary solution from company.

        I bought the Lenovo A6000 SMARTPHONE in April this year. The phone keeps on crashing once or twice daily. I have been to the Lenovo service center 4-5 times to get the issue resolved. But even after 4-5 visits to the service center I still face the same issue and although they claim every time that the issue has been resolved. They have tried installing fresh software to the device but the issue still persists which leads me to believe that it is a hardware issue. The service for the phone has been pathetic and I request you to look into this issue and either provide me a refund or a new device. I am done visiting service centers.

                  I have bought New Lenovo k3 note on 9th Nov 2015 and within a month the screen touh is not functionality at all along with camera. i went to service center but they said dey will take 60 min days. now if it does not solve then ill lodge a complain to national consumer complaint.please look into it ASAP.

Imei is [protected]. Now mobile is not working. Camera, auto rotation, and volume are not working. Service center is not ready to replace, they will repair. Only 7 days old this is mobile. I am facing like this problem. Very poor service. I don't wanna make repair. I wanna make replacement new mobile instead of it. Plz help me. No anyone helping to me.

                      I purchased a Lenovo Smart phone from Delhi on 03 Nov15. Within one month the phone developed an unresponsive touchscreen. I contacted the shop from where the phone was purchased, he advised me to go to the service center. I tried to contact the company through the contact no & the e-mail provided on the product, but both were unresponsive. As I was posted in Dharamshala, I was informed by a shopkeeper that the nearest service centre of Lenovo is in Una (04 hrs away by road). I finally deposited the phone in a Lenovo Service Centre in Bangalore when I was there on duty. I deposited the phone on 21 Dec15 and was assured the phone back in 04 days. Even after one week I have not recieved my phone. The service agent in Lenovo told me that the unresponsive touch screen was a common issue and will have to be rectified by changing the Amoled display. The defective product and the extremely tardy service by lenovo has caused me immense inconvenience and expenses.

                          The problem is that the touch is not functioning properly. I went to one of the Authorized service in Jayanagar, Bangalore by name ‘Pramanik Mobile Service No.84, First Floor, 27th A Cross, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore. Opp. BWSSB office, Bangalore, Karnataka, however, they denied to take it for repair stating that the server is down and they will take 25 days to get it repaired and directed me to other service centre by the providing the following address: B2X services, Koramangala 1st Block, next to wipro park, opp to Flip kart office, and they said that contact number is not available with them. I searched this address in your Lenovo support website, however this address is not available. I went by searching this address and since the contact number and the exact address is not available with Pramanik service centre nor in the website, and the landmark (flip kart office) provided by ‘Pramanik Mobile service’ that had 3 Flip kart offices in the same location, with great difficulty, finally I could somehow managed to find the address roaming in the streets to find B2X services, Koramangala 1st block. And none of the smart phone service centers are attending the calls, it will be either switched off or not reachable or they will not receive. I gave the phone to ‘B2X-008 RG Technical solutions India private Limited’, Koramangala 1st block, Ref no. SRB2X[protected] to get it repaired, however the gentle men who took for service told me that it will take 25 DAYS to get it repaired since they doesn’t have spares with them and even in INDIA, they have to get it from ABROAD, and the Touch Screen problem is there all ‘Lenovo K3 note’ phones and they are doing it for all phones since that model is having the touch screen issue and that’s why the stock got over and they have to get from outside INDIA. And said that they are putting the same quality touch screen again. So, if they put the same quality (poor quality) touch screen what if we get the same issue after warranty period? And this the quality that they are maintaining. I have raised a compliant and sent them an email on 18th Dec 2015, but still my phone is not repaired yet. Thanks, Sridhar Bangalore [protected]

                          Lenovo team... Your service is seriously too poor and frustrated one.. I have been searching for an option to do service for my lenovo k3note where my sd card slot is not working. So i went to pramanik at jaynagar. But they denied to do. I spoke to you chat support guys and cc too. Whatever the address contact no they are proving that either switch off or they will not respond the call. If somehow can reach out to them they are clearly saying the same thing. Why you guys are not updating your database. I am going to drop a brash mail to your support as well.

                          Rectify you website with exact details. If you can't then clearly mention we are unable to provide details.

                              Purchased Lenovo a7000 from Snapdeal site in the month of Sep2015. Started using the same in Nov 2015. But after some days it started hanging. Searched for service centre and found one. Gave the same. They said complaint with the software. They installed new software. But again started the same problem. When hangs, I have to remove battery and again put the same. Can you pls look into the same and help us in this regard? Location is in Trivandrum(Kerala). Snapdeal has a return policy of 7days only.

                                  Sir, I purchased Lenovo k3 note from flipkart on September. After 1month its display is not working properly. So, I showed it to one Lenovo mobile service centre pixma infotech, in dibrugarh, Assam on 31st Octobeter. They told me there is some internal problem, that display need to be changed. They will order online it and within 15days display will came, but 2months get over and display do not came yet. Mobile is in warranty period. I kindly request you to look into this matter.

                                    i brought your lenovo phone A-7000 on 28th august 2015 from belgavi and i found sum issew in phone about touch screen after 15 days. i gave it to your service center' wintech services belgavi' they give 10 days to repair.. i got my phone after some days..but again found same probleme after 15 days..my touchscreenis not working properly... i again gave my phone to your otharised service center 'wintech services belgav', but this time they say we need confermation from company to replace part or repair my phone. so please gave confermation to them to solve my phone probleme... i tried a lot to conect to your tool free no..but i get nothing responce... my IMIE 1 NO IS [protected] & IMIE 2 NO [protected] S/N: HA0DUFH5 why should I suffer for almost 4 month when there is a manufacturing defect in the phone. Please help me on this matter.
