    My name is Amit.I am writing this mail to you because I am totally frustrated with Lenovo and their services. I purchased a laptop from Lenovo registered local dealer at Uttam Nagar New Delhi. I purchase that laptop on price 23000 rupees. On the next day I seen running lines and gradients, pixelations on the screen. These lines are totally visible. It seems that Lenovo is using such a bad quality of display in this series of laptop. Then I reported again the dealer shop on the 2nd day after purchase and told them about these defects, then they checked it and remarked it with their technical person. Then they given me a conclusion that this was a factory default defect. They can't do anything they shown 2 same series models of laptop which have that running lines, pixelations, gradients ( same defects)on the screen. Then after that I checked Lenovo other models and laptops they all are fine and they doesn't have any defects on the screen like running lines and gradients. I also check the same series model with Intel I3 processor even it doesn't have any defects.It means Lenovo is using totally poor quality of display in the laptops only in this series.I was really shocked that Lenovo company done this. I don't know whether it's a fault of Lenovo company or Lenovo dealer or sales person but this is the big defect and for me I am a designer so I can't afford this. the lenovo salesperson Shahrukh told me that they have another pieces and that have also same problem.But they doesn't told me about this problem while i purchased it.They are selling these laptops by befooling customers as they put totally black wallpaper on the desktop of the screen. So these lines becomes hidden on black.Such a decieving trick they used.So if they replace it but it did not close my problem because another laptops of this series have same issue so they returned me.On next day i contacted salesperson Shahrukh again and told that I want to change that laptop I want refund or an upgraded laptop which fits on my budget.then the salesperson clearly told me that they does not do any help for it Again I was shocked. he told me to contact service centre and company this was really frustrating. then I gone customer service centre on the 5th day of purchase they collected my machine and I told them all of the issues with display I am getting from the laptop.The name of the technical person is Nadeem he examined the laptop then he collected my laptop and given me acknowledgement slip they told me to go home and also told me that he will call me once they get DOA certificate from the Lenovo Company.Hence now I am sitting in the house and crying why I purchase this laptop from Lenovo I paid everything, it was 6 day and I am still without laptop I called Lenovo call centre and told about everything to the executive then they told me it is a long process of 15 to 30 days then this was the third time I was really shocked 15 to 30 days such a big time for me, even i can't do anything.My projects still struggling without laptop but now I am frustrated and irritating and writing this mail to you to help me kindly help me I want my refund I don't want any relationship with Lenovo again and forever kindly initiate my refund please help me.

    after 15 days from date of purchasing laptop-
    I got DOA certificate on yesterday.But when i shown that
    certificate to dealer, then he is telling me that they doesn't give me
    replacement or upgraded model on the same day even they are not
    confirming me that whether they will give me upgraded laptop or a
    replacement..They are telling me that they will collect the defective
    laptop and all the accessories with box and give me the whole result
    for replacement on the 3rd day after submitting.They are also telling
    me that other laptops of this models they have in the shop, having the
    same problem...so i told him to give me an upgraded model and i can
    pay the existing amount.The most frustating thing is that the shop is
    too far from my house and they are not giving me replacement on the
    same day.If they doesn't able to give me replacement or other laptops
    of this series are defective so they can give me an upgraded
    laptop.Why they are not doing this???Kindly tell me is it my big fault
    that i purchased my fist laptop from lenovo???i purchased laptop on
    30th november, 2015 and i returned on 5 december and i struggled for
    DOA certificate at the service center.I also wasted my money and
    time...still now the dealer is telling me to wait for 3 days or
    more...Kindly help me sir to buy an upgraded laptop from the dealer
    on the same day when i visits there.other wise i struggled too much
    and the shop and the service center is too far from my house, i visited
    service center and the shop alot of times for justice but they are
    streching it lengthy and more lengthy and the last thing is coming in
    my mind is i[censored] are not able to give me justice then i have to go on
    consumer court for that...realy worst too worst replacement serviced
    from lenovo...u just think from my side how i am feeling after these
    thing happening with me by the dealer and the lenovo company
    ...Kindly help me sir...

    by lenovo...I dont want any replacement right now.I only wants to get
    a refund.I purchase this worst laptop by lenovo on 30 Nov 2015 & today

    and i always keep in my mind this whenever i buy electronics in
    future.


    So kindly initiate my refund.I dont want any relationship in future or
    in present with lenovo.

          Dear Sir-- I purchased a three brand new lenovo k3 notes in the previous month end. I am very much upset with it, out of three, 2 phones are with his huge problems such as --- network problem, Hanging, ic comes to heat very soon, less battery life, long charging hours, etc.. Sir, I think it's a big loss for me, I request you to kindly look against this and kindly do the need for me as soon as possible, so that all of his problems comes to an end!!

              I bought Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop about one and half month ago so i register for lenovo dewali offer i have to send my document 5 times which is very annoying so i tried to call the service centre but the contact numbers provided in the mail is always either not reachable or busy some times it says out of service it took 2-3 days to contact them after trying 5-6 times a day they took 1 and half month to verify my document after that when i tiered to call the dewali lenovo offer i called lenovo sales department as dewali offer is related to sales but they also enable to solve my problem after that i got the payment link but . . . when i clicked to the link it gives me the error page so again try to contact lenovo dewali offer . . and as usual hard luck i mailed them . .but no reply so i again contact to sells department to register complained agenst the diwali offer but they refused to register my complained . ..so i ask them to give me a higher authority contact number or email id so i can convey my issues to them they again refuse and also tell me that they don't have any complaint registration number or e mail id now they are saying you are not eligible for this offer .

                I ordered Lenovo K3 note music edition phone from "http://www.thedostore.com/lenovo-smartphones.html" and received the mobile on 23-Nov-2015. Right out of the box, the mobile has network issue. When the other person calls, he/she will get "Number busy" or "Not reachable". Lenovo suggest me to go Lenovo Customer care center, I went to customer care center, looking the issue they told that they have to replace motherboard. As visited the service center on 25-Nov-2015 which falls on 7-days replacement warrenty for hardware issue. I requested for mobile replacement. They refused as it is dealer who sold me has to replace. The dealer ( thedostore.com) refusing to replacement as they should have a 'Service job sheet' from the service center. The service center is refusing to give me job sheet as it is mobile replacement. Each one is blaming each other and providing me any solution till now.                   I purchased Lenovo K3 in July, Within 1 week I started getting problems in the phone, (Getting hanged, Heating). Some trouble shoot was done then it was ok for few days. Last month touch screen had a problem. I have given my phone to your service centre at Gera Imperial, Patto Panjim. They have told me 15 days to repair the mobile, today is 25th Day but they are still not sure when the phone will be repaired. Forget courtesy, your staff don't even listen to our query.                       I bought a Lenovo Tab2 A8-50 on 25 th Oct 2015 in Croma T Nagar and within 2 weeks the camera had a problem, any picture taken in the Tab had no clarity and had grains, I filed a complaint in Lenovo Customer care and they asked me to get help from service center and provided me with VeeTee Communications in Velachery. I gave my Tab on 23 rd Nov 2015 and still they say that the camera to change is in transit it is almost a month my Tab is with them and they are not responding properly to any query raised. I spent 14, 000 Rs and I have hardly used the product. Kindly help me with a contact details to whom I can escalate my complaint

                            I bought lenovo k3 note Nov 2015.touch is problem the screen is automatically moving without touching the screen.service center can't able to troubleshoot the problem they simply telling there will be minute scratch in side cover so they will asking money to replace the touch.there will be light sratch due to flip cover.but they not accepting the warranty. my dear friends don't buy lenovo mobiles in india.for me 10k is loss.

I TALKED TO Trupti S (Staff) BUT SHE CONTINUOUSLY SAYING VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, I HAVE VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS AN HARDWARE ISSUE, A PART THAT IS DISTURBING WILL BE CHANGED, AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE OPENED AND THEN WILL BE REPAIRED, BUT WHY I SHOULD LET ENGINEER TO OPENED MY NEW PRODUCT AS WITHIN 8 TO 9 DAYS OF BUYING IT THERE OCCURRED AN HARDWARE ISSUE SO WHY SHOULD I REPAIR IT I BOUGHT IT SO COSTLY OF RS20000 WHILE TRUSTING LENOVO BRAND, IT S A JOKE TO REPAIR IT, .                                   I booked a lenovo k3 note mobile on 29 Jul 15 through flipkart vide Order ID : OD[protected] and the same was delivered on 06 Aug 15. After some time I found that the result of the camera of the mobile has gone down and speaker of the mobile stopped working. I took the phone to the lenovo Service Centre, Janakpur, New Delhi on 28 Nov 15 where I was told that it will take minimum 2 days and maximum 20 days for repair of the mobile. After 09 days on 07 Dec 15, I got the call that my mobile has been repaired and I can collect the same. When I went to collect the phone I have been told that the MOTHERBOARD and BATTERY of the phone has been replaced. It was quite surprising that BATTERY which was not having an issue has been changed. Since the mobile was working, I collected the same vide SRIN[protected] dated 07 Dec 15. Again after 04 days on 11 Dec 15 I found that the touch of the mobile is not working properly. The letter 'R', 'D' and 'X' is not working.

                                    1. Not having any authorised service centre like Apple. The service centres are name sake, actual means it works like a third party- where not only Lenovo but other used computer models are repaired like dell, hp. 2. If any complain and repair has to be done. why don't you go by procedure stating, charged for this problem and submit same to the company head and to the customer in a bill. 3. Lenovo Product is worst. Just complicates by international n software warranty bases. If cannot solve any software issue why providing warranty? To cheat and make money from customers? 4. Based on all these problems I faced I want to speak a concern person or I want to exchange this product I have in any means though purchsed in international. 5. I don't have hope in Lenovo, after facing all problems with laptop and service centre... Don't just fool customers who trust n purchase a product.
                                    International company Lenovo running, cheap third party service centres.. provide proper service centre and don't cheat customers... go in proper procedure through company in actual means.

                                      Hi, Would like to inform you that i have brought lenovo k3 note 2 months ago and it started giving touch screen problem.(Atleast china phone will work more than 2 months) I have given it for repair in Sri Vinayaka Electronics Abids Hyderabad about a month ago. Firstly i have experience very bad service from Lenovo. every time Customer care support call no will be busy, if connected they will give area service manager no which is +91-[protected]. no body will pick up call on this no, i have call 1000 times.                                         I have given my K3 mobile for display replacement on 28/11/2015, expected completion was given was 16/12/2015 still i dint get my mobile and when i try to reach to Service center "Absolute care #135/2 malleshwaram bangalore " on contact no[protected] and owner no [protected], no one is Attending the call
