I bought a Lenovo Tab2 A8-50 on 25 th Oct 2015 in Croma T Nagar and within 2 weeks the camera had a problem, any picture taken in the Tab had no clarity and had grains, I filed a complaint in Lenovo Customer care and they asked me to get help from service center and provided me with VeeTee Communications in Velachery. I gave my Tab on 23 rd Nov 2015 and still they say that the camera to change is in transit it is almost a month my Tab is with them and they are not responding properly to any query raised. I spent 14, 000 Rs and I have hardly used the product. Kindly help me with a contact details to whom I can escalate my complaint

      I have paid 2099 for Diwali offer of extended warranty and power bank. But i received only extended warranty. I have called several times for asking power bank, every time they say will dispatch tomorrow. But even after 1 month they didn't dispatched it. now they are not taking calls also.

        I bought lenovo k3 note Nov 2015.touch is problem the screen is automatically moving without touching the screen.service center can't able to troubleshoot the problem they simply telling there will be minute scratch in side cover so they will asking money to replace the touch.there will be light sratch due to flip cover.but they not accepting the warranty. my dear friends don't buy lenovo mobiles in india.for me 10k is loss.

          Dear sir, this is to inform you that i want to replace my lenovo phab plus as there is an hardware issue regarding network not available showing when i am going to call . i do not want to repair it as when the service center team will open it and repair it some other problem may occur. As i have not given it to service center because when they will open it and it it is unable to repair, the company will not replace the product. finally i want to say that i have received the product on 11/11/2015, and on 19/11/2015 and i have lodged a complaint regarding network not available showing on when going to call on lenovo phab plus. i bought it so costly and not within the 8 DAYS it start getting problem. i trusted lenovo so i purchased. so i deeply request to replace my product as it is within 8 days started getting problem.i do not want to repair it. My product is just kept in the box i am unable to use it. I TALKED TO Trupti S (Staff) BUT SHE CONTINUOUSLY SAYING VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, I HAVE VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS AN HARDWARE ISSUE, A PART THAT IS DISTURBING WILL BE CHANGED, AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE OPENED AND THEN WILL BE REPAIRED, BUT WHY I SHOULD LET ENGINEER TO OPENED MY NEW PRODUCT AS WITHIN 8 TO 9 DAYS OF BUYING IT THERE OCCURRED AN HARDWARE ISSUE SO WHY SHOULD I REPAIR IT I BOUGHT IT SO COSTLY OF RS20000 WHILE TRUSTING LENOVO BRAND, IT S A JOKE TO REPAIR IT, . I WANT DOA CERTIFICATE FROM THE SERVICE CENTER AS IT VALID FOR 10 DAYS OF BUYING IT AND COMPLAINT LODGED ON 19/11/2015, WITH TICKED ID CQN[protected] AND[protected].GIVE UPDATION TO THE SERVICE CENTER FOR APPROVAL OF DOA CERTIFICATE ADDRESSED SHIVI ENTERPISES 87, CIVIL LINES NEAR PATEL CHOWK, BAREILLY, U.P.TELEPHONE[protected], [protected]. THE SERVICE CENTER PROVIDED ME MANUAL JOB SHEET WHICH IS PRESENTED IN THE ATTACHMENTS AND I AM ALSO SHOWING THE REALITY OF THE CAUSE WITH THE SAME REGARDING THE NETWORK..ONE MONTH HAD BEEN GONE IN DOING ALL THIS.               I booked a lenovo k3 note mobile on 29 Jul 15 through flipkart vide Order ID : OD[protected] and the same was delivered on 06 Aug 15. After some time I found that the result of the camera of the mobile has gone down and speaker of the mobile stopped working. I took the phone to the lenovo Service Centre, Janakpur, New Delhi on 28 Nov 15 where I was told that it will take minimum 2 days and maximum 20 days for repair of the mobile. After 09 days on 07 Dec 15, I got the call that my mobile has been repaired and I can collect the same. When I went to collect the phone I have been told that the MOTHERBOARD and BATTERY of the phone has been replaced. It was quite surprising that BATTERY which was not having an issue has been changed. Since the mobile was working, I collected the same vide SRIN[protected] dated 07 Dec 15. Again after 04 days on 11 Dec 15 I found that the touch of the mobile is not working properly. The letter 'R', 'D' and 'X' is not working.

                1. Not having any authorised service centre like Apple. The service centres are name sake, actual means it works like a third party- where not only Lenovo but other used computer models are repaired like dell, hp. 2. If any complain and repair has to be done. why don't you go by procedure stating, charged for this problem and submit same to the company head and to the customer in a bill. 3. Lenovo Product is worst. Just complicates by international n software warranty bases. If cannot solve any software issue why providing warranty? To cheat and make money from customers? 4. Based on all these problems I faced I want to speak a concern person or I want to exchange this product I have in any means though purchsed in international. 5. I don't have hope in Lenovo, after facing all problems with laptop and service centre... Don't just fool customers who trust n purchase a product.
                International company Lenovo running, cheap third party service centres.. provide proper service centre and don't cheat customers... go in proper procedure through company in actual means.

                  Hi, Would like to inform you that i have brought lenovo k3 note 2 months ago and it started giving touch screen problem.(Atleast china phone will work more than 2 months) I have given it for repair in Sri Vinayaka Electronics Abids Hyderabad about a month ago. Firstly i have experience very bad service from Lenovo. every time Customer care support call no will be busy, if connected they will give area service manager no which is +91-[protected]. no body will pick up call on this no, i have call 1000 times.                             Hi, i have purchased lenovo z services laptop in month of january from ws retail(flipkart).i found problem in machine i created request for return return was rejected by flipkart. some technical services was provided by lenovo. machine worked for some days only.After that again problem started and made the complaint to lenovo customer care . Engineer came to my place on different differnt date and replaced these given part on differnet differnt date .what was the excat problem their illitrate engineer also dont know.Did post portem of my newlaptop. 4 times touch pad replaced 1 time vessel cover replaced 1 time battery replaced 1 time lcd front cover replaced 1 Time motherboard changed i think i have not purchase new laptop its like second hand scrap item. enigineer coming wasting my time.still not working uptodate pls look forward and kindly replace my system i am suffering too much .my time is waste, loss of work.i need replacement immidiately i have already given alot of time to these nonsence people My machine serial no is YB05120102.                                 Initial Issue- Lenovo A6000 Camera Not working. 3rd time ( Date:18/11/2015), I have handed over my phone to BOSON Pvt.Ltd service center referred by Lenovo customer support. (Note: Last 3 months i am following the service centre for proper solution) After one month they have changed my A6000 mother board (based on WO#Fjt/L0/15/02001), Issue not resolved even Touch also not functioning properly after changing mother board. Last 1 month, my mobile sitting simply at BOSON Service centre, without any further move. Note: Lenovo reference number September month[protected], last three months i am struggling. Service center November month work order number - Fjt/L0/15/02001(mother board changed) Service center December month work order number -FJT/LO/15/02473

                                  I have purchased a lenovo P70 mobile before 4 months ago, there was a probldm that reciever volume very low.I had submitted the phone in lenovo service centre (sai communication -hubli), they checked and told it is motherboard problem we have requested for mother board and it will get ready within a week but after 20 days also it is not repaired and they are saying that the part not came still now i[censored] want calla and complaint at customer care.                                   As per them thex have requested part to company on that day only but still part not recieved.
                                  Pls inform me when it will be resolved?
                                  Otherwise give replacement of new mobile if you peoples not capable to resolve these kind of issues.

                                    Big problem is Punjabi language are not visible.almost all iphone provide the Punjabi landuage. Punjabi fonts are not visible in lenovo p1a42 .so please help me add Punjabi language to enjoy the apps like -facebook, what's app, etc so many things

                                        I have bought lenovo ideapad s510p laptop in month of July 2014.I have issue with this laptop. the battery which lenovo providing is not a quality one.the battery has worked good for 13 months. after 13 month that the charging is decreasing rapidly and i didn't understand for few days i just noticed and finally after 16 months it is asking me to replace a new battery and my laptop is getting power off suddenly.it is not working unless i put a charger continuously.so i have opened the battery and checked it. i have found a strange thing that the battery which lenovo has provided me is manufactured a long ago that is 09/2013 and i bought laptop in 07/2014 which is almost 10 months difference. And my laptop manufacture year is 05/2014.how can they give the battery of very old one.usually the battery works good for 24 to 30 months from manufacture.but already they have provided me a battery of 10 months old.is it any justice for my laptop and my battery which lenovo has provided.so i want my battery to be replaced by lenovo with another one.and i have made a extended warranty for my laptop for extra 2 years.so i have enquired it and came to know that they don't provide extende warranty for battery.it is injustice. but ok leave about the extended warranty no arguemet regarding it.but i want a new battery to be provided by lenovo for present battery.
