Dear sir, this is to inform you that i want to replace my lenovo phab
plus as there is an hardware issue regarding network not available showing
when i am going to call . i do not want to repair it as when the service
center team will open it and repair it some other problem may occur. As i
have not given it to service center because when they will open it and it
it is unable to repair, the company will not replace the product.
finally i want to say that i have received the product on 11/11/2015, and
on 19/11/2015 and i have lodged a complaint regarding network not
available showing on when going to call on lenovo phab plus. i bought it
so costly and not within the 8 DAYS it start getting problem. i trusted
lenovo so i purchased. so i deeply request
to replace my product as it is within 8 days started getting problem.i do
not want to repair it. My product is just kept in the box i am unable to use it.
I TALKED TO Trupti S (Staff) BUT SHE CONTINUOUSLY SAYING VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER, I HAVE VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS AN HARDWARE ISSUE, A PART THAT IS DISTURBING WILL BE CHANGED, AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE OPENED AND THEN WILL BE REPAIRED, BUT WHY I SHOULD LET ENGINEER TO OPENED MY NEW PRODUCT AS WITHIN 8 TO 9 DAYS OF BUYING IT THERE OCCURRED AN HARDWARE ISSUE SO WHY SHOULD I REPAIR IT I BOUGHT IT SO COSTLY OF RS20000 WHILE TRUSTING LENOVO BRAND, IT S A JOKE TO REPAIR IT, .
I WANT DOA CERTIFICATE FROM THE SERVICE CENTER AS IT VALID FOR 10 DAYS OF BUYING IT AND COMPLAINT LODGED ON 19/11/2015, WITH TICKED ID CQN[protected] AND[protected].GIVE UPDATION TO THE SERVICE CENTER FOR APPROVAL OF DOA CERTIFICATE ADDRESSED SHIVI ENTERPISES 87, CIVIL LINES NEAR PATEL CHOWK, BAREILLY, U.P.TELEPHONE[protected], [protected].
THE SERVICE CENTER PROVIDED ME MANUAL JOB SHEET WHICH IS PRESENTED IN THE ATTACHMENTS AND I AM ALSO SHOWING THE REALITY OF THE CAUSE WITH THE SAME REGARDING THE NETWORK..ONE MONTH HAD BEEN GONE IN DOING ALL THIS.
WHAT WOULD I DO NOW COMPANY IS NOT DOING ANYTHING REGARDING REPLACEMENT.
