Dear Sir/Madam, I have a Lenovo laaptop model no:- G500S, System Serial Number CB23883115 I had submitted the laptop in lenovo service centre (Creative Computers Noida), they checked and told it is motherboard & DC cable problem we have requested for mother board & DC cable and it will get ready within a two days but after 14 days also it is not repaired and they are saying that the part not came still now., they only give excuse about part order I am facing a lots of problem due to laptop. i am loosing Rs.5000/- every days in my business. please take action against Lenovo. Hi, i have purchased lenovo z services laptop in month of january from ws retail(flipkart).i found problem in machine i created request for return return was rejected by flipkart. some technical services was provided by lenovo. machine worked for some days only.After that again problem started and made the complaint to lenovo customer care . Engineer came to my place on different differnt date and replaced these given part on differnet differnt date .what was the excat problem their illitrate engineer also dont know.Did post portem of my newlaptop. 4 times touch pad replaced 1 time vessel cover replaced 1 time battery replaced 1 time lcd front cover replaced 1 Time motherboard changed i think i have not purchase new laptop its like second hand scrap item. enigineer coming wasting my time.still not working uptodate pls look forward and kindly replace my system i am suffering too much .my time is waste, loss of work.i need replacement immidiately i have already given alot of time to these nonsence people My machine serial no is YB05120102. Initial Issue- Lenovo A6000 Camera Not working. 3rd time ( Date:18/11/2015), I have handed over my phone to BOSON Pvt.Ltd service center referred by Lenovo customer support. (Note: Last 3 months i am following the service centre for proper solution) After one month they have changed my A6000 mother board (based on WO#Fjt/L0/15/02001), Issue not resolved even Touch also not functioning properly after changing mother board. Last 1 month, my mobile sitting simply at BOSON Service centre, without any further move. Note: Lenovo reference number September month[protected], last three months i am struggling. I have purchased a lenovo P70 mobile before 4 months ago, there was a probldm that reciever volume very low.I had submitted the phone in lenovo service centre (sai communication -hubli), they checked and told it is motherboard problem we have requested for mother board and it will get ready within a week but after 20 days also it is not repaired and they are saying that the part not came still now i[censored] want calla and complaint at customer care. You people (lenovo) least bouthored about the customer problems.What kind of service u r providing? The worst and delayed product service i ever seen. Big problem is Punjabi language are not visible.almost all iphone provide the Punjabi landuage. Punjabi fonts are not visible in lenovo p1a42 .so please help me add Punjabi language to enjoy the apps like -facebook, what's app, etc so many things

I have bought lenovo ideapad s510p laptop in month of July 2014.I have issue with this laptop. the battery which lenovo providing is not a quality one.the battery has worked good for 13 months. after 13 month that the charging is decreasing rapidly and i didn't understand for few days i just noticed and finally after 16 months it is asking me to replace a new battery and my laptop is getting power off suddenly.it is not working unless i put a charger continuously.so i have opened the battery and checked it. i have found a strange thing that the battery which lenovo has provided me is manufactured a long ago that is 09/2013 and i bought laptop in 07/2014 which is almost 10 months difference. And my laptop manufacture year is 05/2014.how can they give the battery of very old one.usually the battery works good for 24 to 30 months from manufacture.but already they have provided me a battery of 10 months old.is it any justice for my laptop and my battery which lenovo has provided.so i want my battery to be replaced by lenovo with another one.and i have made a extended warranty for my laptop for extra 2 years.so i have enquired it and came to know that they don't provide extende warranty for battery.it is injustice. but ok leave about the extended warranty no arguemet regarding it.but i want a new battery to be provided by lenovo for present battery.

I'm having lenovo ideapad 580 model Laptop, i'm facing nvlddmkm.sys Blue Screen error for last 2 years, I have complained about the problem to Lenove an as per their suggestion I year before I have given my laptop to one service center in Salem. They told like harddisk problem and they have changed the Hardisk. even though the BSOD issue not yet resolved. Again I have complained many times to lenovo, they are telling like some drivers issue. I have tried many things as per their advice. But Still no solution. Finally I have my Graphics card in my laptop and using it. I'm thinking like Lenovo people doesn't have any capable to solve any issues in their product itself. Is there any possibility to solve the issue?? I'm really disappointed with their service. Why should I pay 48+K for such kind of product ??

I had purchsed a lenovo mobile A 7000 through flipkart whose emie no. is [protected]. its touch screen does not properly. I have sent it for repair two times but still it is not working properly. I want its replacement. BECAUSE DURING WARRANTY THEY REPAIR FREE OF COST, BUT WHAT AFTER WARRANTTY EXPIRES

I just bought lenovo k3 note one month before.its touch is so bad .I hv gone to service centre they restored it and gave back to me .no solution was done.I hv wasted my money.and one more prblm after off mode "vibrate on touch " in setting .there is always touch at the time of dialing or chatting .no option is there to off it in k3 note .I hv talked in service centre also about this prblm they replied sir its headset model problem.no solution

I have purchased Lenovo Z51-70 laptop on 22/10/2015 and within your terms I have availed the promotional offer of 1TB Hard Disk .My token no. for the transaction is DWO170964 and registered mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. I have already made the payment of INR 649/- a month ago and its about 2 months and i haven't received any of the update nor can i track my product. This is very disappointing service from lenovo and i haven't expected such sort of inconvenience and nor the mail sent to [protected]@lenovopromo.net for enquiry gives appropriate reply. So can i expect my product be delivered or should i go for some legal actions? Thank you.

I have given services for my issues first I gave my mobile to service at mount road anna salai branch next 2 times I gave service to t.nagar but now itself my mobile cannot change into normal same issues coming so do the needful or replace mobile I purchased my mobile only on 19/10/15 only

My smart phone Lenovo A6000(IMIE No.[protected]) in warranty is lying in RDC Raj nagar service center since 28 Nov 15 but it has not been repaired till date.On daily basis quierry is being done with service center representatives, but no suitable response is received.Everytime new new pretendence is being created by service center and no positive response is given by them.Plz do the needful at the earliest to avoid any inconvience and lets keep our relation with Lenovo alive. We purchased lenovo A6000+ model mobile through amazon.com website. After 2/3 months the battery got dried and not supporting backup properly.As the mobile was in warranty period i went to local lenovo mobile authorized service centre in visakhapatnam named M/s Sri Sai Technologies in Dwarakanagar area and handed over my piece on 17.11.2015. Eversince to till date, my mobile was not got repaired and making me to roam around lenovo service centre from days together.This type of response reflects on overall companies fame. If the company's servicing is like this in major cities itself, then please imagine the problems being faced by rural areas.I think M/s Lenovo company never comprimise on degrading their brand name. Expecting quick response and delivery of my mobile at an early date.

After Lollipop update...unable to add APN details even after data reset...due to which unable to access mobile internet for last months and it irritates me a lot as during emergency (during flood in Chennai) time also we were not able to reach anyone . Kindly request you to look into this and resolve as early as possible.

Flickering laptop display, waiting on resolution for 2 months. After no satisfactory response from Technical Support team, Escalated to Support Executive Director Mr. Sudipto Ghosh (mentioned on Lenovo website), got assurance for laptop replacement/credit note, but he also disappeared lately and no response despite 4 reminders. Really feel sorry for the helpless Customer Support Executives, who do not have answer for any of my queries.
