I have purchased Lenovo laptop from Dostore directly. I was eligible for the BTC offer and accordingly I was asked to pay Rs. 1999/- . I paid them on time but have not received the 1 TB Hard disk, which I was suppose to receive in the month of September. As per the offer, on paying additional Rs.1999/-, I should get 1 TB hard disk and 2 years extended warranty. I received a mail for extended warranty but the hard disk is yet not received. The worst part is we do not get any answer either on Lenovo no. or BTC customer care. Even the attendants of the BTC customer care call are very rude and doesn't give satisfactory answers. They do not reply to any mails too.
Below pasted is the mail from Lenovo accepting my payment.
