I'm having lenovo ideapad 580 model Laptop, i'm facing nvlddmkm.sys Blue Screen error for last 2 years, I have complained about the problem to Lenove an as per their suggestion I year before I have given my laptop to one service center in Salem. They told like harddisk problem and they have changed the Hardisk. even though the BSOD issue not yet resolved. Again I have complained many times to lenovo, they are telling like some drivers issue. I have tried many things as per their advice. But Still no solution. Finally I have my Graphics card in my laptop and using it. I'm thinking like Lenovo people doesn't have any capable to solve any issues in their product itself. Is there any possibility to solve the issue?? I'm really disappointed with their service. Why should I pay 48+K for such kind of product ??

      I just bought lenovo k3 note one month before.its touch is so bad .I hv gone to service centre they restored it and gave back to me .no solution was done.I hv wasted my money.and one more prblm after off mode "vibrate on touch " in setting .there is always touch at the time of dialing or chatting .no option is there to off it in k3 note .I hv talked in service centre also about this prblm they replied sir its headset model problem.no solution

        I have purchased Lenovo Z51-70 laptop on 22/10/2015 and within your terms I have availed the promotional offer of 1TB Hard Disk .My token no. for the transaction is DWO170964 and registered mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. I have already made the payment of INR 649/- a month ago and its about 2 months and i haven't received any of the update nor can i track my product. This is very disappointing service from lenovo and i haven't expected such sort of inconvenience and nor the mail sent to [protected]@lenovopromo.net for enquiry gives appropriate reply. So can i expect my product be delivered or should i go for some legal actions? Thank you.

            My smart phone Lenovo A6000(IMIE No.[protected]) in warranty is lying in RDC Raj nagar service center since 28 Nov 15 but it has not been repaired till date.On daily basis quierry is being done with service center representatives, but no suitable response is received.Everytime new new pretendence is being created by service center and no positive response is given by them.Plz do the needful at the earliest to avoid any inconvience and lets keep our relation with Lenovo alive.               We purchased lenovo A6000+ model mobile through amazon.com website. After 2/3 months the battery got dried and not supporting backup properly.As the mobile was in warranty period i went to local lenovo mobile authorized service centre in visakhapatnam named M/s Sri Sai Technologies in Dwarakanagar area and handed over my piece on 17.11.2015. Eversince to till date, my mobile was not got repaired and making me to roam around lenovo service centre from days together.This type of response reflects on overall companies fame. If the company's servicing is like this in major cities itself, then please imagine the problems being faced by rural areas.I think M/s Lenovo company never comprimise on degrading their brand name. Expecting quick response and delivery of my mobile at an early date.

                After Lollipop update...unable to add APN details even after data reset...due to which unable to access mobile internet for last months and it irritates me a lot as during emergency (during flood in Chennai) time also we were not able to reach anyone . Kindly request you to look into this and resolve as early as possible.

                    Flickering laptop display, waiting on resolution for 2 months. After no satisfactory response from Technical Support team, Escalated to Support Executive Director Mr. Sudipto Ghosh (mentioned on Lenovo website), got assurance for laptop replacement/credit note, but he also disappeared lately and no response despite 4 reminders. Really feel sorry for the helpless Customer Support Executives, who do not have answer for any of my queries.                       I have bought Lenovo yoga 8 tablet is January 2014. After buying the tablet, the display starts flickering within a week. So, I have to send the tablet to customer care for repairing. They kept the tablet for 1 month and give me the table in bad condition. After 6 months, it again got some problem and this time they kept the tablet for 1 and half month. Right now, the tablet is stopped working and service centre people are saying to pay RS. 7000 for motherboard without any warranty. Please help me in this as they have given me a faulty piece.

                            I've purchased Lenovo A390 mobile set thru' Snapdeal. Within guarantee, its touchscreen did not working properly. Contacting Snapdeal, they suggested to contact Service Centre. Accordingly I visited Servochaya Computers, Dhanbad & They changed its motherboard. After receiving, we observed its charging is not working properly. Again, we complained to them (within guarantee). But after keeping 1 & 1/2 months(guarantee over) they returned & told problem has been solved. But after bringing it home, we observed, problem still persists.We don't have enough time to go again & again & complaint. We are facing a lot of problem. When we tried to contact them on contact no. they disconnect our phone.

                              My new Lenovo g50-70 laptop is not working perfectly touch pad is not working perfectly every time need to press Esc. Button to work touch pad, auto scrolling, auto shaking home screen, plugged in but not charging, hearing beep sound while restarting, etc…., I am really upset.

                                I have purchased a laptop of LENOVO G50 (intel core i3) company on 06/11/2015. In the starting it is working properly but soon after one week it started showing problem. It stopped connecting to internet (wi-fi ) connection.

                                I already send a mail regarding this problem at your customer care email id [protected]@lencare.co.in but nothing has happened and the problem is as it is.

                                This problem is effecting my work and i am suffering a lot because of this.

                                  Today i submitted my lenovo tablet at service center, C-10, Sector 10, Noida. I was informed by them that there will be charges as 90rs if changes in software done, 130rs, if changes in hardware done. Is this the customer sevice of taking charges?? My tablet is under warranty status and there is some issues of functioning of touch since the day i bought. Let me know how come lenovo take charges for tablet service when its in warranty.

                                    The Camera quality is too poor the rear camera is 13 MP but the picture quality is very pathetic. rear camera pics are very dark and even pixels break on zooming. I request everyone not to buy this lenovo phab plus. 1.Applications stopped 2.Restarts automatically. It will be a manufacturing fault. Hoping for a positive response from Lenovo team.

                                      I have purchased Lenovo laptop from Dostore directly. I was eligible for the BTC offer and accordingly I was asked to pay Rs. 1999/- . I paid them on time but have not received the 1 TB Hard disk, which I was suppose to receive in the month of September. As per the offer, on paying additional Rs.1999/-, I should get 1 TB hard disk and 2 years extended warranty. I received a mail for extended warranty but the hard disk is yet not received. The worst part is we do not get any answer either on Lenovo no. or BTC customer care. Even the attendants of the BTC customer care call are very rude and doesn't give satisfactory answers.                                         I bought a smartphone and within 4 months i am facing problems with the touchscreen and the service centre is saying that it will take 25 days for replacing the touchscreen in present era it is not possible to do without the phones and these companies are providing low quality products and taking outrageous time in servicing their faults.
