am a dealer, i sell a number of lenovo laptop and make them 2 yr additional warranty on offer time, Onlenovos BTC offer period i sell three laptops to my customers, and helped them to activate 2 year additional warranty, so i registered all laptop on my name, the actual issue is, one laptop have an offer 1998 for 2 year additinal warranty and one lenovo power bank, my customed said . its okey for him, and he give me money and i helped him to registering by my name, , and i paid 1998rs by online, but i didnt get the power bank yet, several time i mailed to curresponded lenovo BTC team, but they replied they have a issue with my name and contact number, i have several regisration, You right i have three registration, i didnt know lenovo dont like a dealer help their customers after this, but my customer asking powerbank regularly, what i do, please help me, am attaching a copy of all my mailing details, MY ticket number is BTC55228, THANKS
