I have bought Lenovo yoga 8 tablet is January 2014. After buying the tablet, the display starts flickering within a week. So, I have to send the tablet to customer care for repairing. They kept the tablet for 1 month and give me the table in bad condition. After 6 months, it again got some problem and this time they kept the tablet for 1 and half month. Right now, the tablet is stopped working and service centre people are saying to pay RS. 7000 for motherboard without any warranty. Please help me in this as they have given me a faulty piece.

        I've purchased Lenovo A390 mobile set thru' Snapdeal. Within guarantee, its touchscreen did not working properly. Contacting Snapdeal, they suggested to contact Service Centre. Accordingly I visited Servochaya Computers, Dhanbad & They changed its motherboard. After receiving, we observed its charging is not working properly. Again, we complained to them (within guarantee). But after keeping 1 & 1/2 months(guarantee over) they returned & told problem has been solved. But after bringing it home, we observed, problem still persists.We don't have enough time to go again & again & complaint. We are facing a lot of problem. When we tried to contact them on contact no. they disconnect our phone.

          My new Lenovo g50-70 laptop is not working perfectly touch pad is not working perfectly every time need to press Esc. Button to work touch pad, auto scrolling, auto shaking home screen, plugged in but not charging, hearing beep sound while restarting, etc…., I am really upset.

            I have purchased a laptop of LENOVO G50 (intel core i3) company on 06/11/2015. In the starting it is working properly but soon after one week it started showing problem. It stopped connecting to internet (wi-fi ) connection.

            I already send a mail regarding this problem at your customer care email id [protected]@lencare.co.in but nothing has happened and the problem is as it is.

            This problem is effecting my work and i am suffering a lot because of this.

              Today i submitted my lenovo tablet at service center, C-10, Sector 10, Noida. I was informed by them that there will be charges as 90rs if changes in software done, 130rs, if changes in hardware done. Is this the customer sevice of taking charges?? My tablet is under warranty status and there is some issues of functioning of touch since the day i bought. Let me know how come lenovo take charges for tablet service when its in warranty.

                The Camera quality is too poor the rear camera is 13 MP but the picture quality is very pathetic. rear camera pics are very dark and even pixels break on zooming. I request everyone not to buy this lenovo phab plus. 1.Applications stopped 2.Restarts automatically. It will be a manufacturing fault. Hoping for a positive response from Lenovo team.

                  I have purchased Lenovo laptop from Dostore directly. I was eligible for the BTC offer and accordingly I was asked to pay Rs. 1999/- . I paid them on time but have not received the 1 TB Hard disk, which I was suppose to receive in the month of September. As per the offer, on paying additional Rs.1999/-, I should get 1 TB hard disk and 2 years extended warranty. I received a mail for extended warranty but the hard disk is yet not received. The worst part is we do not get any answer either on Lenovo no. or BTC customer care. Even the attendants of the BTC customer care call are very rude and doesn't give satisfactory answers.                       Hello, I am Rajat porwal, I brought a6000 on 10 June 2015, my phone have some touch problem but by updating it they gone... But suddenly after few months the problem arises again so I went to B2X-kavya enterprises lenovo service center in pune.. And they told me that we will replace the touchpad and u will get your phone in 7 days BT its been 21 days aabd I haven't got my phone back when I call them they only said that parts are unavailable and we don't know when it will be available...
                      What should I do.. Please help me out...

                              Hi sir/ madam I have purchased a Lenovo P70 handset on[protected]. I have given the handset to 'Voice plus' (Lenovo service center, opposite Kaloor international stadium, Cochin) on[protected] due to power button issue. They told 7 days delay for solving that complaint, but I didn't get any call back or update from their side. I had contact them several times but didn't get any satisfactory answer from them/ they didn't attend the call. At last I have got my product back on[protected] in a very bad condition. Still its power button complaint is not solved, and found some new complaints like low battery back up; missing of some screws, etc. I have revisited the center again for solving these complaints, but their attitude was very very bad, they are not willing to hear my complaints, and the center Manager Mr. Samjith is used some non -standard words in his communication. Now they are not willing to solve the issues. What should I can do?

                                I had purchased a Lenovo CDMA handset A600E somewhere around in Jan 2014. It started facing issues in a couple of months due to which I had taken it to your service center in Andheri (HCL info systems ltd.) After 15 days I was informed that it had a manufacturing defect and would be fully refunded. I was asked to submit all documents ID proof, Original Invoice, Box, Handset & accessories. After submitting all details I was assured that I would receive the refund in bank account in the next 15 days. Despite repeated follow-ups I kept receiving vague answers. When I started rigorous follow-ups I was informed to resubmit my documents which I have done on[protected]. Today I was informed that the refund has been rejected.

                                        I bought 1 Lenovo Smart Phone on 17th July 2015 from Reliance But their are certain problems with the phone. It's in warranty but in service center still they said warranty is not activate. i already got mail from your side and warranty is attached in trail mail. 2 times i visited Lenovo service center but i am not getting any kind of replay even 2 Ladies who sitting on the counter they are so rude and they both are not giving any kind of proper answer to me even they both are so rude.and when i asked about manager she said you can't meet him without permission, and he is not talking to anyone without permission. I am already submitted my phone to Reliance on the date of :[protected] but still i am not getting any kind of replay from your side. Is this kind of service provide by Lenovo ?? i never expect this kind of service from Lenovo. There so many problem in the phone Data connection is not working, when i insert sim card in the phone it saws sim card Error that is not supporting, Restart Problem, When you touch the corner of the phone color come out on the ring. even when call is ended it never shows light an when i push side button 2 times that is not working properly.i given for repairing after 1 month they gave me my phone back to me and next day memory card was not supported from last 10 days my phone is in service center if that is not repairable so give me replacement for the same. lenovo given very pathetic service and phone also. i never buy again Lenovo Phone .
