I bought a set LENOVO A6000 in Feb 15 through FLIPCART.After some days this phone become hang and hang.I make complaint to LENOVO, he agreed that set is not good and we are trying to solve your problems and say to me to contect his service center.I go to service center and they format set but problems could not be solved. The issue is of substandard quality smartphone provided to me by Lenovo. I have purchased Lenovo S60A mobile on 03rd September, 2015 and am facing hardware related technical faults in the mobile since the date of purchase. Attached is the invoice for the purchase of handset. Within a span of 3 months I have submitted the mobile 3 times to the authorised service centre for hardware replacement issues. Three hardware replacements have been done/ recommended by S60 Imaging (authorised Lenovo service centre) in the handset bought by me. The mic and earphones have already been replaced and now it is advised that the vibrator also be replaced since that hardware has a defect. It is irritating for me to visit the service centre every second day for reporting a fault in the mobile as I have bought the mobile for convenience in communication and not for submitting it to service centre. I would also like to mention that the service centre takes its own sweet time for replacement of parts and providing service to the customer without any alternate device for temporary use.

I ordered Lenovo A 6000 plus mobile phone on 11/11/2015 on snapdeal.com and received the same on 15/11/2015. Inspite of new cell its battery backup is worst. I contacted to service center but no any action is taken by them. If you provide such faulty pieceses and can't provide good services then dont assure consumers about your products and services and stop selling such products.

I did not received my BTC Offer gift till now. Ticket Number is BTC51992 ...as informed by [protected]@lenovopromo.net that the "Gift returned due to no service" ...but our neighbor 'Shri Babulal Meena' had got his gift through courier service from our nearby courier center, co-ordination with "Sakshi Medical Store, Parasia, distt. chhindwara (MP)". ...my one more neighbor also waiting his gift named Shri Bachul Kumar Singh. I had purchased LENOVO VIBE Z2 PRO smart phone from Flipkart in Nov 2014 for Rs 32900/- and i had one year warranty for the phone. I found some problem with the connector on/off button in Sep 2015 and when i took to the authorized service center in Vizag for inspection, i was informed that there is a problem with the button and after 15 days they changed the button. The problem is repeated again after 4 days it is changed and when i took the smart phone to the service center, they confirmed that it is a mother board problem. they asked me to wait till the spare part is reached. After that, i started using the phone with the external power bank for switching on the phone as the on/off button is not functioning. I went so many times to service center for status of the mother board for my LENOVO mobile and i started contacting the company directly asking for replacement of the smart phone. But, they refused to provide new mobile. I don't have my smart phone which is lying with the service center in vizag and i am deprived of my right for providing me a new mobile as it is faulty. Please provide me justice.

I have purchase a Lenovo A7000 mobile phone on dated 16-July-2015, Order No OD[protected]. After purchasing mobile has not properly worked due to screen touch not work, I have many time complaint lodge but my complaint not resolve. Dear sir, i have purchased lenovo p780 smartfone on 4/8/2014. my mobile phone is showing zero network coverage right now. there is a network problem in my mobile phone. i have also visited lenovo service centre in Nagpur. but its already closed at that time in july. its still closed from july to september. currently the warranty period of my mobile phone is expired. then i have also visited another lenovo service centre in the month of august 2015. which is also closed. so i am totally fed up with this issues, , , i want to get my mobile phone repaired & want to solve network coverage problem. so im hereby requesting you to please kindly look into this problem & let me guide to repair my mobile from your service centre as early as possible you can. because your service centre here in nagpur was closed most of the time..so how can i repair my mobile. its your responsibility to help your customers, , so i am just hoping that you will personally look forward into this issue. I am not able to use my wifi network on my phone for more then one min. after 1 min i again have to close the wifi setting and turn it on again. the same continuous. i am feeling very irritated using lenovo phone. i have also done 2 time factory data reset, but no use. kindly provide me the necessary steps to be taken to solve this issue

Sir, It is intimated that Mr. Omanakuttan, Omanakuttavilasam, Chavara has been purchased a Lenovo Mobile Phone Model A 6000 for Rs. 7800/- from M/s Saaya Mobiles, Link Road, Kayamkulam on 23.09.2015 and thereafter, on 02.11.2015 15 days the subject set has been hanged. Thereupon same has been given to same shop for necessary action. The set returned back from same shop on 28.11.2015 but on checking the set by me, found same has not been worked. Subsequently, Shop owner received further repair. In this regard, it is also intimated that due to subject problem, I am facing more difficulties. Moreover, the repaired set may not require.

Earlier also I lodged a complain but no reply from this end.I appears that purchasing through Flipkart is useless.

I purchase a S8-50 tablet from flipkart on 29/05/2015 for Rs.15490/-, but recently tablet was not working from 07/11/2015.I contact with local service center at 233, D.H Road, near Pathak Para Bus stop, Behala, Kolkata-700034 before 10/11/2015.The service representative take 3 days to receive my set.After that they told me that mother board has damaged and told to deposit my tablet for repair for inwarranty period, but till now they cannot sent me any infomation .Hence please see this matter to take immediate necessary action to repair /replacemy tablet.A copy of receipt from

Hi Team I bought this phone(vibe shot) 4 day ago but I am facing lots of problem on this. 1. Battery is not giving backup for even haly day I have to charge the phone thrice a day. 2. Some thing unusual happening in this phone it is dialing automatically few no which is not even in my contacts, and this is happening very frequently. My handsets power switch is not working and in Surat there has no service centre, during communication their behaviour is bad with me and they do not extended my warranty period and do not able to solve my problem but told me our nearer service centre in Bharuch go and repair from their.

Sir, i took A6000 in d month of feb, its having vibration issues and d performance issues. contacted your service centers but they are not fixing the issues clearly. please help me to resolve the problems of my cell.

I had bought a lenovo mobile phone of Rs 8550 in April 2015 it is giving me problem since the 2 nd day the service centre are not giving me an replace as they had replaced its mother board 2 times almost every company swap if mother board is damaged . They had wrongly fitted the buttons and saying keep it for 2 days it will work . Out of 9 monts 3 monts it was in service centre and they are saying bring it as we had done 'Jugaad' I want a swap for mh obile I'm facing very much problem for this .

I have purchased a new Lenovo Laptop in croma retial shop at amritsar, this laptop series no. cb29512517 and modle no. Lenovo G405 dated 24/04/2015. after a weak mera laptop on nhi ho rahaa tha. then me aapke lenevo service center (ACCESS INFOTECH PVT. LTD., Mohni park, Opp. Apex International School, Amritsar-143001, Punjab) gia. vahha Mr. Mandeep Singh ne laptop check kiya or kahaa ki mother board is dead or hum aapki complaint registered kr lete hai. fir Mandeep Singh ne laptop apne pas lakh liya or mujhe customer Slip de diya. After 8 days Mr. Mandeep ne call kiya or kahaa ki uska service center shift ho rahaa hai jalandher, so laptop aa kr le jao. next day me Service Center gia or laptop(without solve mother board problem) le aaya. After 2 weak mujhe new lenevo service center( Add: A-Block Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar. Mr. Raghu [protected] ) walo ka phone aaya ki mere laptop ka parts (Mother board) aagia hai. Next day me Mr. Raghu se mila or laptop ka mother board change karvaaya, but Laptop phir bhi on nahi hua. Mr. Raghu ne mujhe kahaa ki aapki Hard Disk is dead or jab raghu ne Hard Disk check kiya to pataa chala ki Hard Disk change ho gai hai, Hard Disk ka sticker 500GB show kar raha tha per System me 16GB. fir Mr. Raghu ne Mujhse kahaa ki mere laptop ki hard disk pahle wale lenevo service center walo ne change kr li hai. jab mene Mr. Mandeep ki bat Mr. Raghu ke Engg. Mr. Ishant se karvayi to Mandeep ne mana ki usne Mother Board change kr liya hai or aap kisi tarah solve kr do. fir Mr. Raghu ne mujhe kahaa ki hum aap ki compliant nhi le sakte or aap apna latop le jao. Sir, Ab mera phone Mr. Mandeep nhi utha rahaa or Mr. Raghu meri problem nhi solved kr rahe. me aap ke service center walo se preshan hu, isliye aap meri problem ko jaldi se solve kare, me asha karta hu ki mere mail ka aap jaldi se jawab denge or solution nikalenge.
