I bought lenovo a7000 phone 2-3 months before.a black spot was found on my internal side of display.but i didn't took it seriously.again after some days some keys of keypad doesn't work properly.again i neglected.now again after some days when my phone was charging.my display starts blinking and some linings occurs on display.then i went to lenovo service centre.and there they told me that problem is in display and if your mobile is in warranty...

20 nov flipkart mail confirmation product is available i replied the same day by email kindly confirm to deliver i am ready to pay rs7999/ on delivery

while waiting i saw my complaint is marked resolved as not recd the product meant, nobody is responsible in flipkart.

1. Not able to operate the dial pad and cant send the message in whats app. 2. while part of the touch screen is not working. 3.not able to use the phone properly. 4.before the message completes its is delivered without our knowledge. 5.Some times touch screen is totally not accessible. I hope the company will resolve the issue and do the needful as soon as possible....

I were purchased Lenovo A536 as on 15 May 2015 from online (Flipkart) after that i was facing problem continuously during operation.

When first time I were faced problems to operate smothly than was submitted to Lenovo service center. and they were do some repair and give back to me.

but after that again some issue happen and than same they were repair and give it to me....

I had purchased lenovo A6000 on dt. 27/10/15 by flipkart whiten 2 to 4 days it has hanging problems thats why i show it to service center the person told me handset has mother board problem thats why pl change me that handset because after changing mother board it is not a guarantee to run properly pl accept my request and change it to me other handset ....

Phone is not charging, heat up issue, Charger is also not working, I went to lenovo service centre which is IT Care raipur chhattisgarh. They told that they had got mail from lenovo that charger warrant period is only for 3 months and Iasked for to show me the mail then they said they will show me later and they didn't. Refused to accept my charger. When I submitted my phone at morning and they told me that they will inform me after lunch....

My lenovo mobile speaker was not working ...when i kept in vibration mode i plugged in charging, when i recieved a call suddenly my mobile was hanging ...i quickly removed charger and removed battery ..again i switch on my mobile after sometime then i was known that my speaker was not working ...so after some days later i gave it in the store..they said thast it will take upto 10 days to complete ...but there way of talkting with customers...

I gived my my mobile for service 29/10/2015 at your vile parle west service center they told me they will return my phone in 10 day but now 21/111/2015 they are telling continue next week before 3 week also then not give stand by phone now I need a final Date if you are not able to give my phone on final date please I need refund or new phone without any excuse model no. I purchased a touch screen Lenovo I-FLex for my daughter on June 2nd 2015 for more than Rs 40, 000/-. Since October 6th the display is not working. Thrice service engineers from Lenovo came; replaced motherboard but were unable to fix.
