Hello, I am Rajat porwal, I brought a6000 on 10 June 2015, my phone have some touch problem but by updating it they gone... But suddenly after few months the problem arises again so I went to B2X-kavya enterprises lenovo service center in pune.. And they told me that we will replace the touchpad and u will get your phone in 7 days BT its been 21 days aabd I haven't got my phone back when I call them they only said that parts are unavailable and we don't know when it will be available...
What should I do.. Please help me out...

    Myself shivaji ingle from maharashtra buldana district today i have facing my mobile problem within 2 months. my mobile details is name of commodity.. lenovo mobile phone, model no.lenovo A6000+ colour black, so i kindly request to you please think and give me some suggetions about my mobile.i was take new mobile on date 4/10/2015 by mobile world shoppie jalna.Then from that date i have facing a lot of problems so accept my complents and give some suggetions.

          Hi sir/ madam I have purchased a Lenovo P70 handset on[protected]. I have given the handset to 'Voice plus' (Lenovo service center, opposite Kaloor international stadium, Cochin) on[protected] due to power button issue. They told 7 days delay for solving that complaint, but I didn't get any call back or update from their side. I had contact them several times but didn't get any satisfactory answer from them/ they didn't attend the call. At last I have got my product back on[protected] in a very bad condition. Still its power button complaint is not solved, and found some new complaints like low battery back up; missing of some screws, etc. I have revisited the center again for solving these complaints, but their attitude was very very bad, they are not willing to hear my complaints, and the center Manager Mr. Samjith is used some non -standard words in his communication. Now they are not willing to solve the issues. What should I can do?

            I had purchased a Lenovo CDMA handset A600E somewhere around in Jan 2014. It started facing issues in a couple of months due to which I had taken it to your service center in Andheri (HCL info systems ltd.) After 15 days I was informed that it had a manufacturing defect and would be fully refunded. I was asked to submit all documents ID proof, Original Invoice, Box, Handset & accessories. After submitting all details I was assured that I would receive the refund in bank account in the next 15 days. Despite repeated follow-ups I kept receiving vague answers. When I started rigorous follow-ups I was informed to resubmit my documents which I have done on[protected]. Today I was informed that the refund has been rejected.

              Sir, am a dealer, i sell a number of lenovo laptop and make them 2 yr additional warranty on offer time, Onlenovos BTC offer period i sell three laptops to my customers, and helped them to activate 2 year additional warranty, so i registered all laptop on my name, the actual issue is, one laptop have an offer 1998 for 2 year additinal warranty and one lenovo power bank, my customed said . its okey for him, and he give me money and i helped him to registering by my name, , and i paid 1998rs by online, but i didnt get the power bank yet, several time i mailed to curresponded lenovo BTC team, but they replied they have a issue with my name and contact number, i have several regisration, You right i have three registration, i didnt know lenovo dont like a dealer help their customers after this, but my customer asking powerbank regularly, what i do, please help me, am attaching a copy of all my mailing details, MY ticket number is BTC55228, THANKS

                I bought a mobile in flipkart.the order number is OD[protected] which is the battery is un stable . Even though mobile is going to swith off .and battery was discharched and mobile was heat & the mobile is going to heat while charging.Then i woulld like to change my mobile as soon as possible.please consider my complaint as request.

                  I bought a lenovo a6000 + mobile from flipkart on nov1st from starting I bought is heating slowly my use only on net after few days I had got problem is getting fully heated then I contact flipkart care they suggested to factory reset the phone it doesn't solved then they send me a link to download smart check app then they asked to use by following the options checked then same problem repeated again they told to visit authorized service centre then they taken mobile & told they update the problem then also not solved my issue then visited again they told we should change mother board why its new problem flipkart care told to submit mobile & get jobsheet but they r giving only a manual bill its in favour of their service centre name if I will get online job sheet flipkart is ready to help for exchanging new one I am from kurnool ap authorized service centre is RK SOLUTIONS UCON PLAZA KURNOOL-518001 pls help me

                    I bought 1 Lenovo Smart Phone on 17th July 2015 from Reliance But their are certain problems with the phone. It's in warranty but in service center still they said warranty is not activate. i already got mail from your side and warranty is attached in trail mail. 2 times i visited Lenovo service center but i am not getting any kind of replay even 2 Ladies who sitting on the counter they are so rude and they both are not giving any kind of proper answer to me even they both are so rude.and when i asked about manager she said you can't meet him without permission, and he is not talking to anyone without permission. I am already submitted my phone to Reliance on the date of :[protected] but still i am not getting any kind of replay from your side. Is this kind of service provide by Lenovo ?? i never expect this kind of service from Lenovo. There so many problem in the phone Data connection is not working, when i insert sim card in the phone it saws sim card Error that is not supporting, Restart Problem, When you touch the corner of the phone color come out on the ring. even when call is ended it never shows light an when i push side button 2 times that is not working properly.i given for repairing after 1 month they gave me my phone back to me and next day memory card was not supported from last 10 days my phone is in service center if that is not repairable so give me replacement for the same. lenovo given very pathetic service and phone also. i never buy again Lenovo Phone .

                        The issue is of substandard quality smartphone provided to me by Lenovo. I have purchased Lenovo S60A mobile on 03rd September, 2015 and am facing hardware related technical faults in the mobile since the date of purchase. Attached is the invoice for the purchase of handset. Within a span of 3 months I have submitted the mobile 3 times to the authorised service centre for hardware replacement issues. Three hardware replacements have been done/ recommended by S60 Imaging (authorised Lenovo service centre) in the handset bought by me. The mic and earphones have already been replaced and now it is advised that the vibrator also be replaced since that hardware has a defect. It is irritating for me to visit the service centre every second day for reporting a fault in the mobile as I have bought the mobile for convenience in communication and not for submitting it to service centre. I would also like to mention that the service centre takes its own sweet time for replacement of parts and providing service to the customer without any alternate device for temporary use.

                        After posting this complaint I got a fraudulent call from [protected], claiming that the person called from Lenovo and would refund the amount paid for the handset. However, even after providing the invoice the caller did not know the invoice details. He was asking me for the Bank details for refunding the amount, but as I asked him to identify himself he disconnected the call. Kindlt beware !!

                          I ordered Lenovo A 6000 plus mobile phone on 11/11/2015 on snapdeal.com and received the same on 15/11/2015. Inspite of new cell its battery backup is worst. I contacted to service center but no any action is taken by them. If you provide such faulty pieceses and can't provide good services then dont assure consumers about your products and services and stop selling such products.

                            I did not received my BTC Offer gift till now. Ticket Number is BTC51992 ...as informed by [protected]@lenovopromo.net that the "Gift returned due to no service" ...but our neighbor 'Shri Babulal Meena' had got his gift through courier service from our nearby courier center, co-ordination with "Sakshi Medical Store, Parasia, distt. chhindwara (MP)". ...my one more neighbor also waiting his gift named Shri Bachul Kumar Singh.                               I had purchased LENOVO VIBE Z2 PRO smart phone from Flipkart in Nov 2014 for Rs 32900/- and i had one year warranty for the phone. I found some problem with the connector on/off button in Sep 2015 and when i took to the authorized service center in Vizag for inspection, i was informed that there is a problem with the button and after 15 days they changed the button. The problem is repeated again after 4 days it is changed and when i took the smart phone to the service center, they confirmed that it is a mother board problem. they asked me to wait till the spare part is reached. After that, i started using the phone with the external power bank for switching on the phone as the on/off button is not functioning. I went so many times to service center for status of the mother board for my LENOVO mobile and i started contacting the company directly asking for replacement of the smart phone. But, they refused to provide new mobile. I don't have my smart phone which is lying with the service center in vizag and i am deprived of my right for providing me a new mobile as it is faulty. Please provide me justice.

                                  Dear sir, i have purchased lenovo p780 smartfone on 4/8/2014. my mobile phone is showing zero network coverage right now. there is a network problem in my mobile phone. i have also visited lenovo service centre in Nagpur. but its already closed at that time in july. its still closed from july to september. currently the warranty period of my mobile phone is expired. then i have also visited another lenovo service centre in the month of august 2015. which is also closed. so i am totally fed up with this issues, , , i want to get my mobile phone repaired & want to solve network coverage problem. so im hereby requesting you to please kindly look into this problem & let me guide to repair my mobile from your service centre as early as possible you can. because your service centre here in nagpur was closed most of the time..so how can i repair my mobile. its your responsibility to help your customers, , so i am just hoping that you will personally look forward into this issue.                                     I am not able to use my wifi network on my phone for more then one min. after 1 min i again have to close the wifi setting and turn it on again. the same continuous. i am feeling very irritated using lenovo phone. i have also done 2 time factory data reset, but no use. kindly provide me the necessary steps to be taken to solve this issue

                                        Sir, It is intimated that Mr. Omanakuttan, Omanakuttavilasam, Chavara has been purchased a Lenovo Mobile Phone Model A 6000 for Rs. 7800/- from M/s Saaya Mobiles, Link Road, Kayamkulam on 23.09.2015 and thereafter, on 02.11.2015 15 days the subject set has been hanged. Thereupon same has been given to same shop for necessary action. The set returned back from same shop on 28.11.2015 but on checking the set by me, found same has not been worked. Subsequently, Shop owner received further repair. In this regard, it is also intimated that due to subject problem, I am facing more difficulties. Moreover, the repaired set may not require.
