My hard drive failed for the second time in one year. I followed the instructions given by the case manager assigned to me, Terry Nesbit, and sent the machine to the repair depot. According to Terry, this was necessary in order to verify that the second "major" repalr was needed. After following his instruction, I received notice that the failing "part" had been identified but was on backorder. I was told in that communication that I would be given more information when it became available. After 6 days went by with no communication, I reached out to Terry asking for the status of my case, and made it clear I did NOT want the computer back. Here's his response: "Since I know we have available models that are comparable or better than your original machine, I can replace it, thus a refund cannot be offered. Once the Depot responds, I can move forward with a replacement option however based off of the information they provide. Once I get that information from them, I'll find a suitable replacement and will e-mail you the specs for approval. Once I get your approval on the replacement I'll move forward and get your case approved. Once your case is approved I'll send you an e-mail and let you know" This is followed by some back and forth on how I apparently misunderstood the option for a refund from two different people. I ask to speak to someone else and Terry continues to refuse to let me, etc. Keep in mind, this is all happening on the 11th of November, and only because I contacted Lenovo for a status update. Two days later, the old computer arrives at my house. IT WAS SHIPPED TO ME ON THE 10TH. Now, Terry Nesbit is telling me that since I did not instruct the repair depot to HOLD the computer and it was now back in my possession, I have missed my opportunity for a replacement. I'm not kidding. He is saying it's my fault that I no longer qualify for a replacement. Is this guy serious? I was following HIS instructions AND have proof that the depot told me to stand by for more information. That information never came. I didn't even know which part was replaced until the box showed up. How would it have been possible for me to give instruction to the depot to hold the machine (let's pretend for a second that Terry advised me to do that) when I am being instructed BY THE DEPOT to wait for more information about the mystery part? The best part is, Terry refuses (in writing) to let me speak to his supervisor or anyone else. ALL IN WRITING. I have the entire correspondence in email, and will be posting it on each and every complaint forum I can find.

    I purchase a lenovo A6000 plus ...it is of very bad quality...it is a defective piece...it not work properly it crashed 2 times within 6 months...I am very disappionted from u so take any action plz...or I can sue against u under consumer court

            One day in the month of October, 2015 mobile stopped working and i submitted my phone at Authorized service centre in ahmedabad at M/s Prompt Solutions, Arya Arcade, Nr C G Road, Mithakhali, Ahmedabad Ph [protected]/40371967. They reported me that problem was for "Lenovo Symbol Hang problem". I had submitted phone for necessary software repairs, I got it back after 4 days. After repairs, I found that the software was updated by service centre, from kit kat to lollipop. After repairs, WIFI function in my phone stopped working. On 28.10.2015, once again i submitted my phone to the said service centre for repairs. Today, on 17.11.2015, after continuous follow up and contact, i was informed that there is some Mother Board /MCB problem is there in phone and parts is not available at service centre. They also told me that the parts are already ordered in the company but not yet received by them. After waiting since 28.10.2015 till today, i didn't get my phone repaired.

              Hi..This is Vinod Kumar G, a customer who bought Lenovo P70A mobile on 14 Nov 2015 from Pai Mobiles dealer outlet( Pai International Electronics ), Ram murthy . I had bought the new mobile from them and when the shop keeper had inserted the memory card ( 32 GB) it is found that the mobile is faulty and they could not recover it. Now it is a pain for a customer like me that after buying a brand new mobile trusting the brand name of Lenovo..I have not got justice in sorting this issue. The Pai mobiles shop keeper had not even turned out to inform me the status of my mobile nor he is willing to give me a new handset. Please provide me justice regards vinod

                Initially I was having Camera Related Issues in my A-6000 from last 6 months and till date didn't get resolution even after servicing 4 times every time i visited the service center every time they Overwrite the Software and returned it back to me and also writing several mails to customer support, tech support and even to their Head Tech Support Mr Ghosh even he couldnt provide me the resolution and now my device is getting Hang and the Apps get automatically stopped and still my phone is with service center here from last 15 days and now loosing faith in lenovo because what happen if my phone gets out of warranty.

                  Sir I bought a phone but it was over heat. I got to service centre but they tell it was alright. But it was not ready pls help help I was very poor I want justice. When I on. Internet it WS heating and my hand was heating. Pls help me I was requesting you. Pls help me as faster than possible. The company was cheating me.what can I do pls grant my request.

                    I was complain about lenovo A7000 mobile product for touch plate not working proper condition then after some time they call me on this number [protected] and asking for refund amount they went to my debit card number and also went my card cvv number also how can i give my cvv number if any solution plzs inform me it fake or what

                      I buy a lenovo a7000 mobile after 4 month they not working proper i submit my cell phone in Allied service center for issue of touch plate not working problem they return my phone in 15 days after few day they have same problem sir i went to replace my cell phone otherwise i will throw out lenovo product and life time i cant buy any lenovo product. mobile no[protected]

                        Why the file manager in lollipop looks like Android jellybean.???? Instead o[censored]pgrading the device it has downgraded... It's better to have kitkat instead of lollipop then... Give an update for file manager... And the features like shake lock and all...

                          Recently I updated a software update named "kraft-a6000_s058_151030" in my lenovo a6000. After that update, mobile is not showing CHARGE symbol while charging. It takes too much time to complete charging (I.e., 12hours). After charging, it drops down (100% to 0%)the charge with in half an hour and get switched off. Plz solve the problem by releasing a new software update.

                              I bought Lenovo Vibe X2 of Rs 20k in February 2015 and i got some touch issue in August. After a 3 week time they return the phone and few week back voice from mobile stopped . So again from last 1 week it is in Service Centre. Both the times they never pick phone.I am in KOrba which is 250 Km away from Raipur IT Care Service Centre. Ureresponsible lenovo. I want them to replace the set with New Set and ask Service Centre to reply over phone.

                                I had purchased Lenovo K3 note from Flipkart vide order no.OD[protected] dated 24.09.2015 and invoice no. #BLR_WFLD[protected] dated 25.09.2015. The amount paid was Rs.9999/- The phone was working fine for a week and then it started showing complaint in the contact manager and the dialer. This issue was taken up with flipkart customer care and had requested for a replacement. But, they denied on the grounds that it needs to be first taken to Lenovo service center. As is was busy with my work I could not taken it to there service center. Subsequently, I started facing problem in the network. I used to get totally cut off from the network provider and was not able make the basic need of making call. Now, the phone never connects to the network and shows 'network error'. Now, I took it to their authorized service center at Aluva ( Touchess communications) on 9/11/2015. They inspected the phone have mentioned that motherboard is to be replaced and it would take more than 10 days. I was shocked to here that a phone which is only a month old has got motherboard complaint. I had requested for a replacement for this set or to refund the money back. They are not willing for these as they would only replace within 30days time. But, as a consumer I have been cheated by the Lenovo by giving such a cheap, low standard product. I have lost my status in the society because of this phone and its humility to me. Over and above that, I have lost my business because of not getting proper communication. I request proper action may please be taken against them for selling such sub standard product.

                                I got a call from a fraud no.[protected]...he was asking my debit card and credit card details. When I told I don't have. Then he started enquiring about my bank account details. Then I told him normally you refund money only after collecting the material...then he was saying material shall be collected subsequently.

                                This fellow is a big fraud!! Pl take action against him.

                                  I got a lenovo vibe x... few months back and suddenly it stopped working and i had submitted the same to the service ceter with a lot of trouble as it had taken more than 4 hrs ... am surprised now they are saying to get back it takes more than 15 days... and they never answer phones, they are so busy that i doubt whether they had verified my mobile or not. They are handling many companies as authorised dealers.

                                  Can in any way flipkart revert on this issue.

                                    I have purchased a lenovo p70 phone from lakhmi store, bhubaneswar from 3 month.suddenlly phone is switch off and did not work. Then I gave it to lenovo service centre bhubaneswar. They took rupees 2500 from me as repairing charge. After one day of delivery again phone became switch off. I can't aspect this type of problems from such a large company. Please solve the problem otherwise I will go against company.

                                      My lenovo mobile A2010 have display problem. I submit my mobile on 21 oct to ur service centre. the responsible person told it would take 10 days to sort out your prob.Today (9 Nov) they are saying parts r not available u can register complaint or whtevr u can do u do we r helpless I registered a complaint regarding this at ur toll free number (ref No.[protected]they did nothing. I also complain to Mr. Anurag ([protected]) on 30 oct he said parts will be avialble by tuesday (3 nov) u will get ur fon on friday or sat i.e 6-7 Nov. when i called him again to tell my prob is not sort out he refused to receive my call.
                                      m surprised how irresponsible employees r working with ur company nd ur officals who r not even response to complaint
                                      if i did not get any response from ur side i will do legal action against u

                                        Dear sir/ madam, i bought the lenovo y50-70 from thedostore after talking to their customer agents faiza and neeraj. Faiza offered me a lenovo thinkpad mouse as a free gift along with the purchase but i have'nt recieved it yet. Additionally i asked to send the side carry bag but which is not sent. On asking Lenovo is not responding to my mails. Is it that Lenovo customer agents have started cheatings and bluffing to sell products. On telephoning lenovo's customer care they are saying that the goodies are shipped but not giving any shipping details for past 7 days.These things are not giving me a happy purchase feeling and i am feeling cheated.
