The very first two submission was well within the warranty period. I had brought Lenovo G50-80 laptop under BTC offer and the I got the link for registering for Extended Waranty and a hardk disk as a free. The Extended Waranty has been entertained, However, the Hard disk has not been provided yet. Can you please look into this? I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad E450 laptop from Sharda computers Gurgaon on 10th Oct. I found the battery is not charging and I reported the same to Lenovo Support team within 2 days .I asked them to replace the system as it is a manufacturing defect system which is validated by Lenovo service engineer who visited to check.
