I bought Lenovo Vibe X2 of Rs 20k in February 2015 and i got some touch issue in August. After a 3 week time they return the phone and few week back voice from mobile stopped . So again from last 1 week it is in Service Centre. Both the times they never pick phone.I am in KOrba which is 250 Km away from Raipur IT Care Service Centre. Ureresponsible lenovo. I want them to replace the set with New Set and ask Service Centre to reply over phone.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Never Buy any Lenovo Product as they cannot maintain Customer Satisafaction

    I had purchased Lenovo K3 note from Flipkart vide order no.OD[protected] dated 24.09.2015 and invoice no. #BLR_WFLD[protected] dated 25.09.2015. The amount paid was Rs.9999/- The phone was working fine for a week and then it started showing complaint in the contact manager and the dialer. This issue was taken up with flipkart customer care and had requested for a replacement. But, they denied on the grounds that it needs to be first taken to Lenovo service center. As is was busy with my work I could not taken it to there service center. Subsequently, I started facing problem in the network. I used to get totally cut off from the network provider and was not able make the basic need of making call. Now, the phone never connects to the network and shows 'network error'. Now, I took it to their authorized service center at Aluva ( Touchess communications) on 9/11/2015. They inspected the phone have mentioned that motherboard is to be replaced and it would take more than 10 days. I was shocked to here that a phone which is only a month old has got motherboard complaint. I had requested for a replacement for this set or to refund the money back. They are not willing for these as they would only replace within 30days time. But, as a consumer I have been cheated by the Lenovo by giving such a cheap, low standard product. I have lost my status in the society because of this phone and its humility to me. Over and above that, I have lost my business because of not getting proper communication. I request proper action may please be taken against them for selling such sub standard product.

    I got a call from a fraud no.[protected]...he was asking my debit card and credit card details. When I told I don't have. Then he started enquiring about my bank account details. Then I told him normally you refund money only after collecting the material...then he was saying material shall be collected subsequently.

    This fellow is a big fraud!! Pl take action against him.

      I got a lenovo vibe x... few months back and suddenly it stopped working and i had submitted the same to the service ceter with a lot of trouble as it had taken more than 4 hrs ... am surprised now they are saying to get back it takes more than 15 days... and they never answer phones, they are so busy that i doubt whether they had verified my mobile or not. They are handling many companies as authorised dealers.

      Can in any way flipkart revert on this issue.

        I have purchased a lenovo p70 phone from lakhmi store, bhubaneswar from 3 month.suddenlly phone is switch off and did not work. Then I gave it to lenovo service centre bhubaneswar. They took rupees 2500 from me as repairing charge. After one day of delivery again phone became switch off. I can't aspect this type of problems from such a large company. Please solve the problem otherwise I will go against company.

          My lenovo mobile A2010 have display problem. I submit my mobile on 21 oct to ur service centre. the responsible person told it would take 10 days to sort out your prob.Today (9 Nov) they are saying parts r not available u can register complaint or whtevr u can do u do we r helpless I registered a complaint regarding this at ur toll free number (ref No.[protected]they did nothing. I also complain to Mr. Anurag ([protected]) on 30 oct he said parts will be avialble by tuesday (3 nov) u will get ur fon on friday or sat i.e 6-7 Nov. when i called him again to tell my prob is not sort out he refused to receive my call.
          m surprised how irresponsible employees r working with ur company nd ur officals who r not even response to complaint
          if i did not get any response from ur side i will do legal action against u

            Dear sir/ madam, i bought the lenovo y50-70 from thedostore after talking to their customer agents faiza and neeraj. Faiza offered me a lenovo thinkpad mouse as a free gift along with the purchase but i have'nt recieved it yet. Additionally i asked to send the side carry bag but which is not sent. On asking Lenovo is not responding to my mails. Is it that Lenovo customer agents have started cheatings and bluffing to sell products. On telephoning lenovo's customer care they are saying that the goodies are shipped but not giving any shipping details for past 7 days.These things are not giving me a happy purchase feeling and i am feeling cheated.               Against our order No. OD[protected] a K3 Note of LENOVO delivered on 6th instant.
              While checking the spare items it is observed that following items are not functioning -
              1. Screen Guard provided along with the Mobile set
              2. Air-tel Seam Card is not getting activated.

              Please guide me properly and/or arrange replacement of these two items.

                I installed a software update kraft-a6000_s056_150924 in my lenovo a6000.
                After that, system performance is very worst.
                Mobile Charging is not working, it does not show charge symbol while charging.
                It takes 12 hours to complete charging.
                Charging is also fastly drop down to zero .
                Plz solve the problem by releasing a new softwareupdate...

                    I updated my A6000 with Lollipop update... But this update has so many issues... I request you to share these issues with your technical team so that they can fix these in next update... (1)In this update there is no settings for Profile(General, Silent, Meeting Mode). How can you forget that. It is very important in day to day life. Plzz fix this. (2) The Themes(UI) are very poor. Themes in KitKat was better and after update they are gone. Plzz give them back. (3) The device is not running smoothly...(4) Old version of File browser. If you can't update then, at least, plzz don't downgrade. (5) No settings for pixel adjustment in camera app. And many more ... But these are very important... So, plzz share it with you tech team... And fix these issue at the earliest. Hoping for a quick resolution of these issues... Thanks.

                      Am using the mobile for the past three (3) months after few days i found few problems with the handset that as follows, * SMS not sending/receiving instantly it is taking at least 4 to 5 days of time to do the operation. * Making call also quite difficult because it is taking so much of time to connect or call drops without connecting/notification.

                            Dear Sir, Greetings !! I had purchased Lenovo Phone k900 in the year 2012 and found to be faulty. The said phone was given to the service Center four times, since then. The very first two submission was well within the warranty period. The Incharge of Service station told me that panel needs to be replaced as the circuit was faulty and told that they have given order to the company for Panel, but its not available . Second time also the same reply about panel not available and that they will call me once its made available. I never received the call in the meantime the service station got closed and even dealer of the company was not aware of new service station . I went out of country and again when I came back i had given it to the service station for which they said parts not available. How can the parts be not available in the very first year of launch of product?? Was it a delay tactis of the company to make the product out of warranty?? I had communicated with new service station and also with the Executive Director and certain mails transpired between us which can be shared .. Now The phone was not used since it was purchased and no body is giving a proper response in the matter neither replacing the phone nor repairing at their cost. Am I at fault by purchasing the phone from Lenovo ?? why I should be penalised when the fault is of the company ?? request you to kindly resolve the issue and also publish the facts of lenovo in the public Interest .                               I have a lenovo A6000 plus handset I purchased from Flipkart on June 29th 2015, after couple of months the charger was not working as the accessories warranty was still there I gave for repair to lenovo service center wireless communication on 12th Sept. 2 months gone no response from them. I called online support they just refused to help!!

                                Hi team this is Manikandan, After using Lenovo A6000 from past 1 month . I have been observe that Lenovo having very worst customer support . After 1 month my phone was getting over heat and not charging. i given my phone in authorize lenovo store in Adyar Chennai. And my mobile was lying from more then a month. They rectified the issue in phone after changing the motherboard of my phone . Still the problem is persist with new issue ( network Problem). At the same day after getting the delivery from center. Service given date: 27 August 15 They update the some software the Phone and they return my phone after 3 day's. 5 September 15 again given in Service center for Over Heating and Not charging problem and they delivered on 5 November 15 I am expecting proper response from Lenovo ..

                                  I had brought Lenovo G50-80 laptop under BTC offer and the I got the link for registering for Extended Waranty and a hardk disk as a free. The Extended Waranty has been entertained, However, the Hard disk has not been provided yet. Can you please look into this? Its been 3 months and i'm chasing them for the same and there is no response till now

                                    The offer is 2 year extend warrant (Rs 1499) + Godies lenovo power back 10300Mah(Rs 500)

                                    Me purchased Lenovo G[protected].6-inch Laptop (Intel Core i3-4030U/4GB/500GB/Win 8.1/without Bag), Silver

                                    And me register this offer on here www.lenovopromo.net . and also me paid 1999RS(1499+500). after one month me got 2year warranty on my this machine., But, still now not received my Godies lenovo powerbank.?? Once BTC Offer ([protected]@lenovopromo.net) team dispatched this item via DTDC courier dispatched AUG 8th this year(after contacted the btc team i got this details)..Then after many time i am contacted via email and mobile, they told to me it will dispatch Lenovo powerbank withing one week, once told withing 2 days, once told me dispatched i will give to you AWB No withing 48hours. still now not get any update regard this. And me also paid recharge 100Rs for calling the btc care. Now also me contacting...

                                    Sir, Give to me solution, where is my paid offer?Where is my lenovo powerbank? When will get this? Why not dispatch to me? why BTC care told lie?

                                        I had purchased two nos Lenovo vibe x2 mobiles and both of them had the same problem of the Display going blank.In both case I have experienced extremely poor after sales services. Presently, in one of the mobiles(IMEI No. / Serial No.[protected]) the screen has gone blank during usage andcon 02.11.2015 I had gone to the service center( M/s Krishna Electronics) at Thane, Maharashtra. After checking the phone the service center has informed me verbally to come after 15 days. Such kind of negligent and poor service by such a reputed manufacturer was never expected.This is happening for the second time with me with a Lenovo mobile.For a such a critical item 15 days service period is exceptionally high. Even after three days of submitting the phone at the service center they are still not providing any status on the same It is matter of great concern that alongwith a poor quality of the products, Lenovo is providing such a poor customer support. Lenovo does not provide any support and status update for any repairs in India. The customer is completely at the mercy of the service center. The is no complaint escalation matrix provided at site.
