I bought lenovo laptop on 14- Aug - 15. I got offer to get 1TB HDD and 2 years additional warranty. So I have paid amount for 1 TB HDD and 2 Years Additional Warranty . As of now i did not get anything . i tried to call BTC Bangalore and mail them. they are not responding through phone and mail. Kindly solve this issue

    Hi,
    I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad E450 laptop from Sharda computers Gurgaon on 10th Oct. I found the battery is not charging and I reported the same to Lenovo Support team within 2 days .I asked them to replace the system as it is a manufacturing defect system which is validated by Lenovo service engineer who visited to check.
    They asked me to send the invoice copy and service engineer report copy to [protected]@lenovo.com team who takes care of replacement. But Lencare team responded that it is not possible to replace system, they can only replace battery. I asked why should I take faulty manufacturing default system, but they are still not agreeing to system replacement. I am loosing amount of money as I took this for my business purpose.
    Can you please help me into this as I am not getting proper response from lenovo team and still following up from last 20 days.
    I am attaching invoice copy and service engineer report and the screenshot of battery defect.

    Please help me.

      I have purchased lenovo laptop & it got damaged within 4 months WITHOUT ANY PHYSICAL ACCIDENT, Laptop Serial no: YB10631563. Its hinges making sound & they are getting harder day by day. At the time of purchase they told me that they'll provide onsite service within warranty period. When i called there service center they told to visit the service center & not providing onsite service. Its not fare. They must have to provide onsite service as they promised at time of purchase. I did not purchased my laptop from any online shopping sites i bought it from reputed computer shop i have invoice copy. my mail-id: [protected]@gmail.com

        Service order number: [protected] Complaint: Motherboard not functioning Date of filing complaint: 26 August 2015 Myself Kumaran, I own a Lenovo L412 thinkpad. I filed a complaint with Lenovo that my motherboard is not working and after a big struggle on continuous calling over telephone and writing plenty of emails, I got the service person to take my laptop from home before 15 days and there's no update on my laptop. Today its 2 November and there is no sign of response from LENOVO. I've not been able to use my laptop for the past two months and I have plenty of data in it.

          I bought my Lenovo A 6000 plus from flipkart 2 months back.
          But currently from a week back, I am facing serious problem regarding its WLAN portfolios.
          I am unable to access WiFi networks.
          And also several applications working on WLAN are not responding, such as Xender, Zapya etc.
          These all are interrupting my day to day works
          I hope you will register my complaint and relieve me out of my problems.

          I have purchased Lenovo Computer vide Bill No.LN/9745 dated 17.08.2015 from party 3B's Tour & Travels addressed SF-44, Second Floor, Cross River Mall, Delhi-110092. Since purchased this computer it is not working and its USB also not working. Please supply other new Computer in place of dead computer at the earliest so that work could be done smoothly.

            I received k3 note smart phone on[protected] &from next day it does not support some functions like blue tooth, share it app, and what's app . Mobile was taken to your authorised centre (in visakhapatnam, A.P state). They said Software problem and is updated by them. Even though after keeping 1week with them, same problem repeated very next day. again they told mother board has to be replaced and keeping the phone with them till this date i.e[protected].                 I have applied for the lenovo btc offer on lenovopromo.Net in month of 17august. 2015. I have paid rs. 2000 for extended waranty of laptop g50 - 80 and external hdd. It is combo offer. They said it will deliver within 21 days now its about 2 months. But i didn't get my money or my parcel. If i have called customer service they said parcel is dispatched already you will get it in 2 days. Everyday they are fooling me.
                But i have decided to complaint here.

                  I have purchased Lenovo A6000 from Flipkart site. After 4 months battery draining automatically, heating problem, charging not proper. I had gone for service centre. After servicing, phone was ok for 15-20 days and again same problem happened. The same problem persists after 4 times of servicing also. Last time I had given for servicing and the service centre returned me the phone after one month. Phone working properly for 15 days and now again the same problem happened. I am so much frustrated with the lenovo phone.

Its costing 8999Rs. After some 3 months the touchpad and earphone socket is no longer working and even providing very slow processing. As my piece is in warranty period i approached there service centre SONY MOBILE (Address-Yeshwant Plaza, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001). I deposited my piece on 13th october 2015 and they said it wil got repair in some 15 days. And when i called them on 16TH DAY, they said we need one more week to dispatch your cellphone, we have ordered for some technical parts(motherboard) and Lenovo cant dispatch their parts. I have given my invoice details to the service centre.

                          I have bought a Lenovo laptop U41-70 on 18th Sep 2015. The laptop stopped working within 3 days and customer care told me that there appears a problem with motherboard. The lenovo customer care informed me that a technician will be visiting us with motherboard. It has been a month since then every time I call, I get the information that the parts has been delivered to service centre but no one has come from service centre, even service centre contact no. is not working. This looks so fraud and irresponsible on behlf of lenovo. I want a full return of my money from the company.

                            I have receiver problem in my handset, and they are demanding 10 days to correct it, and they told me that we send handset to company, other thing is that..on net its showing that service available from 9 am to 9 pm, but here it starts from 10.30.
                            Totally fake in all aspects, and the way they are responding is not respectable...thumbs down 👎 to lenovo service. Hope it will be corrected and provide satisfaction.

                                I received a call on 24/11/2015 and they have confirmed that a engineer will visit on 25/11/2015 by 16:00 hrs. I did call call center(Mr Dharmender [protected] ) to confirm the arrangement they to my surprise I got to know that Ms Rita Yadav has indefinitely postponed engineer visit regarding my laptop. They again confirmed that they will come on 26/11/2015 by 16:00 and as usual no one turned up nor any intimation and all this information was only received was only because of my constant followup with your non cooperative care team. Kindly escalate the matter to your higher authorities as my complaint is pending since ages . Need a remedial solution ASAP otherwise I will have to share my case with consumer forum. Revert awaited.

                                  I had purchased LENOVO A6000 PLUS mobile on 12/may/2015 from FLIPKART by paying 7500 INDIAN RUPEES.but since startingof OCTOBER i am facing trouble with its SPEAKER set. It becomes high discourage my expetation and money values. As i am today visited INDIRANAGAR, BANGLORE lenovo service centre people also SHOW EMPTY HANDS and asking to keep my mobile in their centre nearly 4 OR 5 days, But after also they are not sure about issue regard SPEAKER SET OF LENOVO A6000 PLUS. so i am feeling very sad to my helpless situation. please sir make me favour by register complaint agaInst LENOVO

                                    When buying my lenovo A6000 mobile, I was very happy due to physical appearance of this phone.. But meanwhile first it showed lot of hanging, struck ing, and now new problem has started battery problem... What is this sir.. Series of defects.. I feel really unhappy.. No good service centers also.. Please help me..

                                      I have purchased lenovo laptop z580 on 25 Aug 2013. .within few months it's touch pad started hanging.i complain about it at service centre but they said it's ok .After this one of its part has broken again I visited service center this time they told me that they don't deal with plastic parts. .now its screen led h's spots and they r saying it must have atleast 5 spots to get serviced even though it is in warranty period..now I am fade of this...don't know what to do...but panning to complain in consumer forum.

                                        i am using your lenovo a6000plus mobile, it gets totally hanged, phone doesn't get locked, saved contacts caller id doesn't shows, front and back camera picture quality is worst, i had submitted this piece for three times for 2 months in your care centre but very much frustated with your third class service and faulty mobile please give me piece to piece replacement or i have to take legal action aginst company my jobsheet no. is 'SRIN[protected]' MY IMEI NO, IS '[protected]'. please contact me on no.[protected] or mail me on [protected]@gmail.com.
