Date of depositing my phone: 13th october 2015 Phone number of service centre:[protected] Status checking number: [protected] i have purchased Lenovo A7000 smartphone online from flipkart. Its costing 8999Rs. After some 3 months the touchpad and earphone socket is no longer working and even providing very slow processing. As my piece is in warranty period i approached there service centre SONY MOBILE (Address-Yeshwant Plaza, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001). I deposited my piece on 13th october 2015 and they said it wil got repair in some 15 days. And when i called them on 16TH DAY, they said we need one more week to dispatch your cellphone, we have ordered for some technical parts(motherboard) and Lenovo cant dispatch their parts. I have given my invoice details to the service centre.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Their is no meaning of priority in this company ? They already take 2 months to resolve single laptop issue, til now they are unable to solve my problem..
    and i give suggestion to other people before going to purchase lenovo laptop please be sure about the service ...! because their service is totally ?

      I have bought a Lenovo laptop U41-70 on 18th Sep 2015. The laptop stopped working within 3 days and customer care told me that there appears a problem with motherboard. The lenovo customer care informed me that a technician will be visiting us with motherboard. It has been a month since then every time I call, I get the information that the parts has been delivered to service centre but no one has come from service centre, even service centre contact no. is not working. This looks so fraud and irresponsible on behlf of lenovo. I want a full return of my money from the company.

        I have receiver problem in my handset, and they are demanding 10 days to correct it, and they told me that we send handset to company, other thing is that..on net its showing that service available from 9 am to 9 pm, but here it starts from 10.30.
        Totally fake in all aspects, and the way they are responding is not respectable...thumbs down 👎 to lenovo service. Hope it will be corrected and provide satisfaction.

            I received a call on 24/11/2015 and they have confirmed that a engineer will visit on 25/11/2015 by 16:00 hrs. I did call call center(Mr Dharmender [protected] ) to confirm the arrangement they to my surprise I got to know that Ms Rita Yadav has indefinitely postponed engineer visit regarding my laptop. They again confirmed that they will come on 26/11/2015 by 16:00 and as usual no one turned up nor any intimation and all this information was only received was only because of my constant followup with your non cooperative care team. Kindly escalate the matter to your higher authorities as my complaint is pending since ages . Need a remedial solution ASAP otherwise I will have to share my case with consumer forum. Revert awaited.

                  I have purchased lenovo laptop z580 on 25 Aug 2013. .within few months it's touch pad started hanging.i complain about it at service centre but they said it's ok .After this one of its part has broken again I visited service center this time they told me that they don't deal with plastic parts. .now its screen led h's spots and they r saying it must have atleast 5 spots to get serviced even though it is in warranty period..now I am fade of this...don't know what to do...but panning to complain in consumer forum.

                      I Ravi Samnani bought Lenovo A7000 black colour model from Flipkart on 16/06/2015, after using it after 3 months its below touch buttons stop working.so i took it to a service center on 28/09/2015. i submitted my phone there and after 1 month after visiting 4 times they told me that your phone is read, but when i checked it, it was never repaired. when i told them they said that sorry our engineers left repairing it, it was our mistake. so i submited it again and till today i never got my product. whenever i call them they took me hold and cut the phone. my smartphone IMEI number is [protected].

                              I Had bought a Lenovo P770 smart phone in Dec-15. In the Month of August -15 LCD of the phone got damaged. I visited the Authorized service center of Lenovo and was promised that it will be repaired in a weeks time. I was told as the phone is out of warranty i would be charged Rs.2000/-. I agreed. However its been 3 months i have been following up with the service center and lenovo but they are just giving me fake commitments. Finally i had to buy a new phone .

                                Lenovo India is running a fraud campaign on www.lenovopromo.net. My acknowledge no is BTC50325. I had made payment more than two and a half months ago but did not receive any information on my product and in fact got call from them that they could not find my address which is a common tactic of product shipping companies. Flipkart, Amazon and India Post are often shipping items to my address how could they could not find it.This is a blatant lie. I would like to go to Consumer court because just for Rs 499 they think if nobody would be serious then they are taking it wrong. The money earned by me through hard work. I don't let some multi billion dollar company to rob me off even for even a single paisa.

                                  I brought a lenovo z 51-70 by snapdeal with a invoice of 30-jul-2015. within on month the laptop stops working and its main component motherboard stops working. i complain the lenovo through call at 30-aug-2015 and they give me a complain number-[protected]. they said that they dont have the part and i have to wait for it. after lots of effort from my side after 40 days or more they said they will replace my laptop and tell to request for it on [protected]@lenovo.com. i did the complain and they request me a copy of invoice which i provide but the did not take any action and now also after 60 days or more of the complain there is no responce from there side. i request you to please look into the matter and provide me my replacement as soon as possible.                                     I had purchased a lenovo A2010-a mobile handset from flipkart delivered on 17th September 2015.Unfortunately mobile stopped working all of a sudden.The mobile is in switched off mode and iam unable to power on the handset from October 2nd onwards.Please consider my request and take into account for replacing the mobile handset as early as possible..I hereby attach a copy of the lenovo service record of the handset.

                                      I purchased a lenovo laptop on 22 nd dec 2013 from autho dealer. I purchased care pack ( extended warranty for 3 yrs). Now i want to get my laptop serviced...i m told no extended warranty.dealer is threatening me and lenovo customer care is not responding to my mails. I hav tax invoice which mention care pack purchase and payment was done by cheque.dealer ate away that money and now lenovo despite providing all proof of purchase is not acknowledging extended warranty.worst part is nobody responding to my numerous mail.

                                        Recently I got update to my lenovo a6000 device and updated. After upgraded I'm facing below problems: 1) on calling, I am not able to see the called ui, I need to tap multiple times to start the call. 2) while using AppLications like whatsapp or facebook, if you get call then it is not possible to accept call. 3) I got around 20 new messages I'm not able read messages ( attached video Please provide update for these issue fixed
