I purchased handset model lenovo A7000 on may 2015 through Flikart. From the very date there was a problem in the handset and therefore I took the mobile to the service centre for the diagnosis of the problem. He changed the motherboard but still the problem exist and again when I said that the problem is still there but they refused. After regular argument they agreed to change the motherboard but till date they haven't change it and every time they are giving excuse that the board is unavailable. Old IMEI no.     I purchased my tab on 29 aug, 15 since then i was facing technical issues so i contacted to the toll free no mention at back twice, so i explained all the details to their executive and performed troubleshooting process twice but got no result my interaction code[protected] named abhijeet provide me the service centre detail Info care digital system house no 412 g.f sant nagar concerned person - ajab singh so i visited there i provided my tab on 14 octb, 15 till now i havent got any confirmed detail about the error, as my new tab is one month old i told them that i will not entertain repair of my new tab motherboard and demanded replacement or money back and one more thing ajab singh torned my service sheet on 15th octbr i put online complaints to [protected]@lenovo.com my mail refernce no is[protected]. my tab IMEI no [protected]

      I have given my lenovo A6000 mobile for servicing at sri vinayaka electronics on friday 16th octomber 2015 they told me they will repaired my mobile in 2-3 days but they are saying that parts are not came from lenovo & delayed response of repairing mobile.

          Based on our previous experience and in view of Good track record of the Company, On 10th May, 2014 our legal Firm Purchased Two Lenovo ideapad Flex 14, Black, Model Name 20308 each for Rs 48, 000/- in the Name of Mr P.D.Sharma and Mr G.S.Sarin from Atlantic Technologies, Chandigarh. Flabbergasted to note that on 31st May, 2015, the batteries of both the systems started showing alert " Battery Week, needs to be replaced" and after one month the batteries became dead.Then our hunt for battery replacement from Lenovo started.We could trace out Company address for purchase of Company battery.
          The Company provided contact numbers of Two Vendors at Chandigarh.Accordingly, we deposited Rs 4000 with Lenovo Service Center SYSNET, SCO 357, 2nd floor, Sector 32 D, Chandigarh on 02.09.2015.Today on 13.10.2015 we recd a telephone call from the said service center to collect Rs 4, 000/- from them as the Batteries are not available with the Company.Under the predicament pl advise us where to go and whom we should contact.If our grievances are not addressed with in 15 days we would be constrained to place the matter before the consumer Forum and Social sites.The Company has supplied us fake material which should be immediately recalled from the market to protect the interest of its customers.

            Flipkart is a fake website i bought a new lenovo k3 note phone on september 2nd 2015 it was delivered on september 8th 2015 upto september 20th 2015 it was worked and then it has stopped working i contacted your customer care people they said we can't do anything give it to flipkart authorized service center (sri sai technologies, vizag.) i given to them till now it was not came to my hand since 1 month my phone not there with me so i don't want this return my money back again i don't want to buy a product in your flipkart website. I want my money back otherwise i will complint to the government you bloody people cheated me. Take this damaged phone give my money back.

                I had Purchased P780 Mobile soon it started giving issues. I submitted it in service center but since 2+ months they are giving harassment. No Communication over email. I want file a case against the lenovo as they are irresponsible in all the way. I communicated more that 40 mails but no reply.

                  Hello sir, My self PATHAK SNEHAL. I have purchase LENOVE K3 NOTE phone through flipkart.com. It has 1 year manufacture warranty. After using that phone for near about 2 months i found some hardware problems in touch screen that it is not working properly. I gave the phone to nearest service centre of lenovo before 20 days approx. but still there is no reply from their side. It is limitless insult i felt. If they will not provide me the service anymore then now i am in the mood of legal actions. with regards, pathak snehal.                       i have buy a lenovo G5070 laptop about a 11 months ago, and now my headphone port of laptop is damaged and not working.I tried to contact lenovo care as my laptop is in warranty period but no one is responding and avoid complaint. is it really the way lenovo handles his customers . i was really expecting help from lenovo.

Its 3rd time extension of date is 11/22/2015. 1st ETA date 10/29/2015 2nd ETA date 11/02/2015 3rd ETA date 11/22/2015.) and not resolve problem till date only says awaiting part.

                          I had purchased my lenovo laptop with offer of hard disk at499 and made my payment on 20 August now even after 21 days there is no report on status of my product…… also lenovo btc help
                          line is giving no response.
                          lenovo company not send my offer of 1TB hard disk .

                            My ticket no: BTC62236 As per the criteria i should receive a 13000 mah lenovo power bank within 21 working days of payment received. On 03 september 2015, i got a mail that they have successfully received the amount of Rs 499/- for the offer. Till now there is no confirmation/status regarding the dispatch of my offer. The customer care people for Lenovo BTC Offer department are very harsh on there talking, they are not in a mood to talk to customer. Most of the times they are disconnecting the conversation in the middle. i have given number of mails, and they are not replying to the same also.. I have sent the email regarding BTC offre but i did not received reply from them. Also, customer care service is worse that i have ever faced. They have provided only two numbers to contact and those numbers are always busy. Request Lenovo to improve customer care services if they really care there customers.

                              I had purchased :Lenovo B40-30 (Serial No-CB[protected] on 06 May 2015. The said Laptop was sold along with licence version of Window 8 operating system having one year warranty. The Hard disk of laptop crashed and hence Window 8 become inoperative. The service centre replaced the hard disk but refused to install Window 8 therein on ground that Window 8 is not covered under warranty. We had requested the company customer care at Bangalore as well as service centre to provide us serial number (i.e Product Key) of Window 8 on ground that buyer has every right to know the details of there product. The Company have refused to provide the serial number (i.e Product Key) on the ground of confidentiality. They are saying that we could not give serial number (i.e Product Key) because it is confidential, It is very curious to note that how the product details are confidential to the owner of the product. Moreover they are saying if you want to install a window you have to buy a Recovery CD by paying Rs 2500.

                              The lenvo company is practising fraud, cheating and misrepresentation to their buyer. They are advertising that the aforesaid Laptop contains added feature of Window 8 however they are not saying that if something gone wrong with their product they will not give that added feature free of cost. They were even not said or instructed the customer to make a recovery kit/CD because it will badly affect the marketability and saleability of their product. . The company willingly conceal the significant information to promote the selling of their product by unlawful means. If the customer aware of these facts it will significantly affect the purchasing decision of the product.

                                  I Bought the Product in May 2015, but after use of 5 Month Mobile Getting Heating and Battery Drains very Quickly, I have Contacted the Local Authorized Service Center in Our Location Baroda, Gujarat "Dhara Enterprise" But they are Not Providing good Service for that, they are even not responding to teh query and not giving any proof of check out of Phone. None of there telephone numbers are working and after purchase of product the service center are not supporting also

                                    I Purchased laptop from Croma - Vadodara on Dt. 26th jan'2015 due to some Technical Problem i send my Laptop to Authorized Service Center in vadodara on dated :- 24th aug'2015. After sending my laptop continuously followup with customer care and they says parts not avelabel, after regularly followup they says still parts not avelabel, now i says pls. Give Replacement or my money back but they are not given any proper answer so pls. Do the needful pls.. It is al most 2 month.                                         I am r g kolhe in pune. Purchase the note k3 lenova mobile. Battery complement in three times and smart check also flipkard. Customer care agent says solve the problem.But battery totally damage and hang also mobile.And total data carpeted in all my mob.
                                        Request for the me. Replace the mobile.Otherwise refund the money.Complained three times in warranty period.
