I have purchase a lenovo a7000 hand set on flipkart on 13th may, 2015 and sold by ws retail services p. Ltd. And delivered on 16th may, 2015. Vide bill no. Blr_wfld[protected]. Hand set sr. No. [protected]. Within 4 months use hand set stop working and your service center at prompt solutions 201, aarya arcade, mithakhali six road, ahmedabad (gujarat) examin e the hand set on 30th september, 2015. And ask me to replace the mother board of the set worth rs. 5000/- what is this ? what about your guaranty/warranty ? i have notified the complain with flipkart but they are not solved the problem. Now what to do?

    Sir i am rakesh tiwary from jamshedpur. i have given my mobile to authorised lenovo service center. the address of service center iam mentioning it please go through it IT SERVICES, SAHARA BUILDING, SAKCHI, JAMSHEDPUR phone number [protected], [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com my job number is 19214 in the name of rakesh tiwary. the worst thing about service center they dont have any technical knowledge and the they take a lot of time i have given my mobile for update but after update in device information of mobile it is showing 1 gb and 16gb rom for this they have taken four days and now that is today thyey told me that they have to replace mother board for this they will take 25 days because pcb is unavailable to them, i want to say is it good for ur brand status if i am facing problem for a month for small issue because i dont have any mobile with me now . the phone number provided by service center is always unavailable or switched off. i already complained about this issue to the service provider but they are not accepting it.

        Hi, I has bought the Lenovo K3 Note around 75 days back through Flipkart online sale that had opened for a day. Initially the battery life was good. However, after near about 60 days it does not last for even half day. It needs to be charged again and again. I tried contacting the service centers for Lenovo but they are not at all supportive. Kindly provide me with a way out in terms who would be the right person to contact and how i can get my battery replaced. Hope you will help me in the same. Regards, Akshay AKulkarni [protected]

          On 10 September 2015, I was delivered three laptops (two T450 and one E450) at my office address under name of "Techpro Compsoft Pvt. Ltd., Laxmi Nagar New Delhi". Since the day and time of delivery one of T450 is not working at all and gets hanged soon after 5-10 mins and doesn't come back and has it hard booted again. Its nothing but a piece of crap material from Lenovo delivered to me. I have paid whooping cost of INR 85, 500 for each T450 and now incurring huge loss due to that faulty material. Since then your Lenovo Partner who delivered the laptop (mentioned below) has not taken any responsibility in getting this issue fixed and your support staff is incompetent to fix the issue or provide me with replacement.: Bluecom Technologies(I) Pvt. Ltd C 18 /A, LGF Kalkaji, New Delhi. (Near Kalka ji Police Station) [protected] +91-[protected] I request you to kindly look into this matter. If it is still not resolved then I have go to District consumer forum for money I paid for this faulty piece and compensation with legal procedures to follow. I have all mails and documents and photos and video which were submitted to Lenovo with me which will act as a piece of proof.

            Worst Handset I had ever purchase in my life & Worst service

            I had purchase LENOVO A7000 WHITE MOBILE PHONE, IMEI NO – [protected] on 10/08/2015 from Haresh Mobile stores Pune ( Copy of bill attached with this mail). After purchase of handset after 25 days touch pad having some issue and some keys are not operating then I visited Haresh Mobile store and inform them about this issue, they guide me that visit Lenovo authorized service center at Bundgarden road, Ashoka Mall Pune.

            Worst Service & Service center -
            Due to my busy schedule I visited service center on 10/10/2015 ( Since I am having holiday on Sunday and Service center also closed on Sunday) Person so called Service Engg. Of Lenovo Mr. Subhash told me that, touch pad having problem and need to be replaced and it will take one week submit your handset at our service center and it will be return to you after one week. I am surprised to listen this answer, new phone just a one month old having problem of touch pad and replacement period is one week. I told him give me your senior no, he refused to give any contact no or name. He just give me call center no and mail id. Apart from this he is not ready to listen my problem.

            Worst call center –

            The call center experience is also shocking, I called up to the call center on 10/10/2015 at 12.35 pm – no –[protected] and Mr. G.Naresh received the call and asked me my all details, I told him all the details along with my problem which I am facing from this handset and service center. He just hold the line for two minute and replied me that Service center is right and follow the service center guidelines, I told him to give me my complaint no or any senior officer name and no, he just adamant and not shared any no or not guide me, complaint no also not given. This is the first call center I had seen who is such reckless not bothered about customers and his problems.

            I had purchase this handset by seeing Lenovo brand name and quality in computers but I am sorry to say that it is the worst product, I had no time to give me the handset to the service center for repair for eight days and I am not ready to use such product which need replacement of touch pad in just one month. ( What happened after one year if such incidents is happen in just one month with this handset) so my request is to give me my entire money back or give me the new handset otherwise I am forced to take legal action and raise this issue in media.

                This computer is less than 2 years old, manufactured in 2013. I was working at my office, turned off the computer and closed the top of the laptop. I heard a crack and opened it up and saw that my screen had cracked in several places. I was in shock. I could see no reason for it to have happened. There were no objects close to the computer to get in the way or anything. It just happened. I called Lenovo and because it was out of warranty they could care less. So, there goes 900.00 down the drain. I have been using laptops for years and years and never had anything like this happen. I am always very careful with my laptops. I will never buy another one and as I come in contact with hundreds of people and many of them ask me to recommend a good computer, I would never recommend Lenovo to anyone. In my opinion the Lenovo website is user unfriendly as well, it is extremely difficult to get a live person to talk with. Sincerely, Betty Lee

                    I just purchased lenovo flex 2 14 touch. i upgraded it to licence version of windows 10. then listed problems started to occur : 1. touch keypad missing suddenly. 2. it is being restart by itself any time. 3. folders are being deleted by itself anytime. 4. touch is not working properly. 5. while playing media file: some error occurs and media like vlc player stops. i have pics and videos as the proof of above complaints. pls solve it. its urgent.

                      Hi I have purchased on Flipkart.com, a lenovo K3 Note mobile, which i received on[protected], with Order OD[protected], On[protected] i got several problems with the phone i.e. majorly touch screen not working properly, Mobile getting heated very often and charging pin on the mobile not correctly fixed. So on[protected] went to service center in Hyderabad "T Touch", which is located at begumpeta they took the mobile told it will take other 15 days to get it repair, handed over the same to them with Job sheet no: SRIN[protected]. I don't know why so with in a span of i month these kind of problems are coming with Lenovo phones can some one help to resolve the same, if this kind of situation raises no one in this world will trust to buy lenovo brands Thanks & Regards Ravi [protected]@gmail.com

                        Since 1 Month ago I purchased Lenovo K3 Note from www.Flipkart.com, Since then there is no issue in mobile all well. but since 10-15 days I found touch problem while I'm pressing touchpad and I have to touch thrice and four times than after the proper key will choose as touch.                           I have purchased a Lenovo laptop and has paid Rs1998/- under Lenovo BTC offer for 2 year extended warranty and 1 TB hard disk drive. I have received the extended warranty confirmation details but the 1 TB Hard Disk drive has still not been delivered to me. I have followup up with the Lenovo BTC team but there is no response from them over mails, even no one picks up the call at the specified phone numbers. I finally want the 1TB Hard disk drive to be delivered to me as per the payment made. My Lenovo BTC offer ticket no. BTC66295.                             I have purchased Lenovo K3 note on 15-07-15 and my phone's touch started hanging to a situation where i am not able to swipe for attending a call.So i approached a service center on 17-08-15 at Calicut and service have entered.i Waited for 1 month and they said the spare of Touch has not yet reached and suggested to consult another service center in Calicut itself.So i met 2nd service center in Calicut and service have entered on 21-09-15.Again i have waited for another 15 days and till date the spare Touch has not reached.I have not even used that new set for 1 month after purchasing

                              We have purchased a Lenovo S860 TITANIUM Model on 18/01/15. 2 issues in the mobile within the Warranty period have come up. First time they repaired it but again another Issue Cropped up just within 3 months of repair. We are not getting any updates on the progress of the repair.(C[protected]. As the mobile has failed twice to function in Warranty period we have requested for Mobile replacement. They have not agreed to replace the mobile, nor have they repaired it.

                                Lenovo Smart Phone Model: P780. Out of warranty. At the start of Aug 2015, I faced frequent switching off of my lenovo mobile, so I submitted my mobile at the Pune service center. They repaired the mobile and called me to collect the mobile. I collected the mobile on 17th Aug after paying the amount 1650/- and again faced the same problem. I submitted the mobile again at service center on 18th Aug, this time they said battery problem. But I never faced battery problem, it always worked for 2 days after full recharge. Since then till now I haven't received my mobile from the service center. Whenever I am calling the service center they are telling that they have ordered some part for replacement in my mobile and it is not yet received. If my mobile cannot be serviced soon, please provide me a temporary replacement mobile for usage till the time my mobile is repaired. Or please give me a new replacement mobile.

                                  I have purchased (Order No- OD[protected] the Lenovo A6000 plus before four month ago on 19.05.2015 thru Flipkart. After some days i am facing heating problem regularly.
                                  The issues are

                                  Maximum time requires for charging
                                  Battery get discharged even data connection on off mode (100% get discharged to 15% in 1.Hrs)
                                  More heating while charging & calling
                                  I have also updated new version but still there is no improvement in Battery life.

                                  Major problem is at night if battery percentage shows 40%, it get discharged in morning & mobile get switched off.late charging maximam 9.Hrs complite 100%.

                                  Please resolve the issue

                                    i have purchased your phone Lenovo K3 note on July 8 from Flipkart.com. After using it for just 2 and a 1/2 months mobile normal call duing just 1 min over heats . I visited the service centre in my area whose address is as follows: VINAYAKA COMMUNICATION, 49/62 A 7th street, TATABAD, 100 feet road, coimbatore ..tel[protected], [protected], - They kept my phone for[protected] just mobile flashing then giving me you r mobile u r moblie is ready but i have that day no change same problem then give the mobile[protected] accept the complent but they number not accept my calls last 2 days .. my mobile status i don't no ple home to service center is distens is 22kms ...What I want is that you repair my phone as soon as possible or at least refund me my money or I will complaint in the consumer court.                                         I am really fed up with your product as the mobile again got damaged as the net work signal is not working now. i never expected such a pathetic performance by Lenovo mobile and regret now for purchasing such a mobile. on the day of 10th sep 2015, i made a call at around 20:30 to my friend and kept on my table. that was my last call for the day and i slept off. when i got up on the next day and i tried to make a call it was found that the network is unavailable.i thought it may be service provided issue and waited for sometimes. but unfortunately the problem exist still. then i checked all my way and later took mobile to Vodafone center. the expert advised me that the issue is with my mobile but not with the network. i had no other option as i have to make many call and no other mobile with me to use. finally i had to depend your 'AUTHORIZED' service center though i am not at all interested to visit there. upon checking they advised me that the mobile 1 year warranty has got expired on 9th sep 2015 whereas my mobile went out of network on 10th sep. now i strongly suspect that either the complaint was well planned during my last service or you have not used the original mother board during last service. though i do not want to service my mobile from your service center, i had no other option because aforementioned part will be available only from you service center. M/S ICON technologies, the service center representative have had no time to talk neither to me nor to any other customers who coming there. the person also told me that it takes a month time to get it repair as this is out of warranty. he also told that he has nearly 1000 mobile to be repaired and all will be done according to the sequential wise. my question here is:- is this your so called AUTHORIZED service center...? it is understood that the said service center is having contract with more than 5 different mobile companies. also to note that there are only two technically qualified (hope so) to attend all these brand customers. can any person wait for a long one month time to get it repaired. not all person can afford to have 2 mobile at a time. is this the quality of the representative that very very unprofessional approach to all customers. the moment i said that the mobile is not working, the reply was "your all data will be lost and takes time to repair.take out your memory card and we will call you once repaired". we as a layman does not know what happened to my mobile and i believe we have all rights to know about the complaint. once the warranty is expired then do you just kick out your customer..? because the service center told me that they give important to warranty customers and if time will do for non warranty customers. now i need a favorable replay from your side also an action about my mobile. also wanted to know how did it happened immediately the day after warranty period. there is no structural damage as you used to say(customer indulged damage.) i will wait for your replay, and delaying the process will led in to publicity in social media and legal consequences as i am really fed up with the SERVICE part from the great LENOVO. regards Shahin C +91 [protected]
