I have purchased (Order No- OD[protected] the Lenovo A6000 plus before four month ago on 19.05.2015 thru Flipkart. After some days i am facing heating problem regularly.
The issues are

Maximum time requires for charging
Battery get discharged even data connection on off mode (100% get discharged to 15% in 1.Hrs)
More heating while charging & calling
I have also updated new version but still there is no improvement in Battery life.

Major problem is at night if battery percentage shows 40%, it get discharged in morning & mobile get switched off.late charging maximam 9.Hrs complite 100%.

Please resolve the issue

    i have purchased your phone Lenovo K3 note on July 8 from Flipkart.com. After using it for just 2 and a 1/2 months mobile normal call duing just 1 min over heats . I visited the service centre in my area whose address is as follows: VINAYAKA COMMUNICATION, 49/62 A 7th street, TATABAD, 100 feet road, coimbatore ..tel[protected], [protected], - They kept my phone for[protected] just mobile flashing then giving me you r mobile u r moblie is ready but i have that day no change same problem then give the mobile[protected] accept the complent but they number not accept my calls last 2 days .. my mobile status i don't no ple home to service center is distens is 22kms ...What I want is that you repair my phone as soon as possible or at least refund me my money or I will complaint in the consumer court.         I am really fed up with your product as the mobile again got damaged as the net work signal is not working now. i never expected such a pathetic performance by Lenovo mobile and regret now for purchasing such a mobile. on the day of 10th sep 2015, i made a call at around 20:30 to my friend and kept on my table. that was my last call for the day and i slept off. when i got up on the next day and i tried to make a call it was found that the network is unavailable.i thought it may be service provided issue and waited for sometimes. but unfortunately the problem exist still. then i checked all my way and later took mobile to Vodafone center. the expert advised me that the issue is with my mobile but not with the network. i had no other option as i have to make many call and no other mobile with me to use. finally i had to depend your 'AUTHORIZED' service center though i am not at all interested to visit there. upon checking they advised me that the mobile 1 year warranty has got expired on 9th sep 2015 whereas my mobile went out of network on 10th sep. now i strongly suspect that either the complaint was well planned during my last service or you have not used the original mother board during last service. though i do not want to service my mobile from your service center, i had no other option because aforementioned part will be available only from you service center. M/S ICON technologies, the service center representative have had no time to talk neither to me nor to any other customers who coming there. the person also told me that it takes a month time to get it repair as this is out of warranty. he also told that he has nearly 1000 mobile to be repaired and all will be done according to the sequential wise. my question here is:- is this your so called AUTHORIZED service center...? it is understood that the said service center is having contract with more than 5 different mobile companies. also to note that there are only two technically qualified (hope so) to attend all these brand customers. can any person wait for a long one month time to get it repaired. not all person can afford to have 2 mobile at a time. is this the quality of the representative that very very unprofessional approach to all customers. the moment i said that the mobile is not working, the reply was "your all data will be lost and takes time to repair.take out your memory card and we will call you once repaired". we as a layman does not know what happened to my mobile and i believe we have all rights to know about the complaint. once the warranty is expired then do you just kick out your customer..? because the service center told me that they give important to warranty customers and if time will do for non warranty customers. now i need a favorable replay from your side also an action about my mobile. also wanted to know how did it happened immediately the day after warranty period. there is no structural damage as you used to say(customer indulged damage.) i will wait for your replay, and delaying the process will led in to publicity in social media and legal consequences as i am really fed up with the SERVICE part from the great LENOVO. regards Shahin C +91 [protected]

          My lenovo A 6000+ i bought 29.06.2015 and than i give 02 times to lenovo care at Rajkot Gujrat But every time that problem (Suddenly Mobile over hit and battery discharge ) found after service. the service center rajkot is not been good job.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Lenovo K3 note through Flip Cart with OD[protected] on date 09.09.15 Invoice No .del[protected] Product Handsets/VL37043 /Lenovo ("[protected]", " [protected]") . It was seen that it hangs occasionally and reverse/back button did not work occassionally. I have on line customer care complained on date 03.10.15, Complain no INCIDENT ID[protected], and all the said act done what said by customer care such as Factory reset, rebooting etc . Inspite of this all in vain . Hence you are requested to please change the existing hand set . as it is defective piece. Thanking you for early response & action please.

                  First time service station changed keypad and they told us there is no problem we told them this is hangup laptop and manufacturing fault with speed and all multiple problems they people finished second time i have registered same complain they agree now this is manufacturing fault problem so they agreed to repair again then also i agreed to repair but this is not fair new laptop has lots of problem and they people not agree to replace new product last complain detail service station name :- lenovo truvision and so no:- [protected] model:- g50-70 serial no:- yb07011480 about this product first time they people told us this is not india product so we r not ready to repair and now they people agree to repair

                    Respected Sir, I Ketan Ghule had purchased your phone Lenovo A 6000plus on June 16 from Flipkart.com. After using it for just 3 and a 1/2 months it is giving hardware problems. I visited the service centre in my area whose address is as follows: Vision Tech Enterprise, Shop No. 24, Venkatesh Market, Pimpri, Pune-17. Contact No. [protected];[protected] The service was very pathetic and i was frustrated.I have attached the service record. They kept my phone for 10 days and yet they did not repair it.Their customer approach is ridiculous as they do not treat customers well. What I want is that you repair my phone as soon as possible or at least refund me my money or I will complaint in the consumer court.                         I purchased Lenovo Desktop in Sep which is delivered two weeks back. However, no one has come for installation even after repeated reminders. They sell through To-Do-Store who do not have any contact no. only one mail ID is given and every time a mail is sent to them, a new ticket no. is given. Even their India Service Head Mr. Ghosh does not respond to any complaint. Pl take up with Lenovo for installation or provide any contact no.

                          Refer to my communication, I have already changed handset because of heating issue & other.

                          Now its touch pad is not working & service center is asking for fill up of form & deposit some money for rectification work if any.

                          Please suggest me the way forward. Because I got the replacement on 29.08.2015, and in only month of time its touch pad is not properly working & service center is asking for repair cost, such type of warranty you are offering to customer.

                            Complaint no-1: Not able to receive and make calls nor message when data swithched on in sim1.
                            ADR TECHNOLOGIES SERICE CENTRE: Issue will go when software gets updated & i gave them for doing there service.
                            Compalint VISIT no-2: Within 15 days my phone got comple off
                            Service centre : Need to replace board, will take 10 days.
                            Complaint VISIT no-3:I got replace my mother board with lesser RAM & 8 GB internal memory instead of 2 GB RAM & 16 GB internal memory.They replace with some other fellows board.
                            Complaint VISIT no-4: Battery charge getting lost within minutes & touch complaint.
                            Please I request to do something at the earliest.
                            Now my phone is at service centre(01/10/2015)

                              Purchased a new desktop Online from Lenovo Mumbai. Same is delivered about 10 days back. But in spite of repeated requests, even at the level of ED, India Service head, Mr. Mukherji, no one has come for installation. They do not respond to any complaints.
                              If you see the resolved status is 1%..My mistake i purchased a product for such company..

I got email from them to make payment but the payment link was not opening. Still no reply no call from their end as well as the number mention in their email are not working at all. So if you want your product send them a legal notice!

                                  My name is Vinod Khemchandani. I am one of your customers and I am hoping you may be able to help resolve a problem facing by me. After seeing so many products finally I purchased a Smartphone Lenovo A6000 Plus from Flipkart as Lenovo website go through me to Flipkart.com on 19/05/2015 and its delivered within 10 days. Within two weeks phone gaining too much battery so I complained to Flipkart and they are ready to replace but they will not give hand to hand replacement so I avoid it. Then after I reset my phone. Then it will continue going good for some time. But from now since this month 09/2015 my Smartphone is irritating much. As its heating very badly and gaining full battery within 2 hours and its hanging very much and automatic use internet without any surfing or downloading. Its unbelievable to knew that I put internet on and do not download anything or surfing but it takes 300 mb per day. Although I go to service center they will upgrade my phones 2 times but just after upgrading they also see same problem of hanging and heating. Then they will suggest me to flashing but they tell there is no new files available by company for flash. So we will send it to company and you will come after 10 days. But I do not give phone there because it takes 10 days and company will not provide me any temporary phone ? and within 4 months it have soo many problems . So please do helpful for me.

                                    After 40 days of buying Lenovo K3 Note smartphone from Flipkart, my phone started having problem in touch screen and I gave to Service center in Adyar, Chennai. Now its about a month and they are not returning neither they are repairing it. Even they are not picking up the call. I have mailed to customer care but I didn't get any reply from them. I am calling Lenovo Customer care @[protected] and the number is not in use. I am frustrated now. How come such a brand name is having so bad service! They have no rights to cheat customers like this. Some action has to be taken. One suggestion for everyone. Please don't buy Lenovo products.

                                      I am purchassing the one tablet in surat croma stores, date 12/4/2015 some how no physicall damaged, just put tablet in my bag next day we show the tablet is display was broken, i am ensure you no body tablet is drop in our hand or by mistake, i have visited company service center, he say no warranty claim in physically damage, but display is broken, so you will pay 3800/ so i will repaire you, so i will given the writing the company service person suresh tambul, he is not consider in warranty so you just pay to the part charge, writing matter is there so kindly do to need full how to go this matter

                                        I have purchase a smart phone A319 from snap deal . i have recive this 23 augest 2015. after 10 days 1st september 2015 it has not worked. then after i submitted it service center. after 7 day they call us & return phone & tell it is ready because we chage its motherboard. but after 5 hours it came its previous position. then i again submitted service center but i have no recive after 1&half months what can i do?
