My Lenovo Smart phone Vibe X -2, Purchase from online via Flipkart.com on[protected] Rs.19999/-. I was having a touch screen problem on my phone and I went to service center on[protected] for repair. I was received phone on 14-07-15, On at a time of repaired delivery the battery of phone was discharge so i can not check at that place. So i was check at my office after charging battery. I found that touch screen problem was ok but new problem create in service, that i was found that one of the sim slot was not working in dual sim card slot. I went to immediate to service center very next day morning on[protected] for a complaint regarding this new created problem. They told me that we were resolved this take 15 days. I was asking so many time at service after 15 days but i received reply from them that one of the phone's parts was defective and company sent 2-3 times this parts but we received faulty parts from company. So i was first mailed on[protected] to company's provided email ID regarding service related unsolved issue so many times. But i was get only assurance that it will be resolved as soon as possible. But still today on[protected] there are same answer from company. But my concern is that since 15-07-15 my phone is lying at service center, after 68 day, I was demanding for Replacement of phone or Full amount of Rs19999/- refund from company. But they are just giving assure for speedy solve the issue. So Why i am taking back phone which is lying at service center since[protected], 68 days(actually since[protected] from first problem) days? I fully disappoint from Lenovo and service center and after so many days company is fail to repair my phone, so i have no trust on company and your service center and on your phone. Also i have lost my 3 months of warranty and i don't know how many months of i have lost warranty because i don't even service center don't know that when parts will reach at service center. also i have lost Trust from lenovo's mobile after this issue.i don't know and don't trust for when i receive phone that it's working or not or receive with a new problem.also i have lost my money and time also. This is a serious matter. This is a Rs.20000/- bucks and for me its use amount. My all business in on this phone and i really facing a problem due to issue. I request to Company for a replacement of phone or Refund full amount of Rs.19999/- of the purchase price of my Lenovo Vibe X2 mobile phone. Complaint by Name Bhadresh parmar Mob.     Dear sir i have perchesed one lenovo A6000 imei [protected] mob set from mobile world gorakhpur on 11th sep 15 afterusing three days mobile touch pad is not working properly i was went out of station .on 19th sep15 i was went to lenovo mob service centre m/s agarwal computer shahi market gorakhpur and deposit the set to service centre. service centre sent replacement request for replacement of mob set and told to meet us on 21st .when i was meet on 21st sep15 he told me that replacement request SRIN[protected] is rejected because replacement can be only possible before 7days from the perchasing date it was over so service centre can be repair only . as s customer i do not know the term & condition of the company neither shop keeper told me about this so you are requested to replce my mob set as soon as possible your answer is required in written also. regards rajesh mishra gkp [protected]

      Recently I update Lenovo A600 plus from kitkat to lollipop upgrade version. But it faces some issues like contacts not sync into Whatapp application and even call logs are not showing contact name even I save the contacts name .Sometime phone is phone is strucking .

          Really worst smartfon ever manufactured product is still under guarantee yet was giving tons of prblms I gave it to lenovo repair centr and they nevr respond to my calls its been 3 weeks Very poor customer support I giv lenovo a 0 out of 10 in there overall customer assistance and my smartphones performance which went dead within 4 months from date of purchase

            I have purchased a Laptop - G50-80 series, from Lenovo Store in Bangalore on 15th of August 2015. I have registered for Lenovo BTC Offer on 16th of August itself by uploading all the required documents like INVOICE COPY and SCREENSHOT OF LAPTOP SERIAL NUMBER. However I received a mail on 25th August telling that the Invoice copy is missing and I need to submit the same within 28th of August. I have mailed the invoice copy again as per the requirement on 26th of August itself.

            Even after submitting the invoice copy multiple times, I got a mail on September 3rd 2015 telling that I am not eligible for this offer since I did not submit the invoice copy on time.

            There is an absolute improper response from the customer care executives when we try calling them.

            Please let me know if I can contact any other proper contact person regarding this or let me know how to proceed in this regard to avail this offer.

            I am fed up following them up calling customer care.
            Not even getting proper mail responses.

            Pls help..!!

            Expecting a reply from any Lenovo executive if you see this complaint.

              My order ID no OD[protected].On 19.09.2015 I got an SMS "pay using credit/debit card". But delivery man simply denied for credit card payment and pressurizing me for cash only and lastly they have delivered me by attempting 4 times. they are taking undue advantage from customer and pressuring for cash delivery which is very annoyed to us.
              Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                I had purchased one Lenovo Laptop from M/s Absolute IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. Panvel on 4th May 2014, Model No- S Series S 510P 59411351, Serial no. WB14315060. In my Laptop White dot is appearing. This happens very frequently and the current complaint is pending for more than 5 months. Initially Wi-Fi Card and Panel (white dot in Panel was observed)changed and Problem was solved, After 2-3 Month same problem re-occurred, again call was logged and mother board and panel was replaced this time .Again after 2 month White Dot Occurred in Panel. complaint was logged the complaint after 4 months the panel was changed, but replaced panel was found defective (Blu dot show), This Complaint pending for Last More than 5 Months I have incurred a loss of more than 1 lac due to this and I had to go thru mental agony. There is no response from the customer care centre. Please help resolution of this compliant immediately by replacing the laptop with a new one and compensation of Rs. 50000/= else I will be forced to approach legal people for compensation Rupesh Gawand Mob-[protected]

                  Have been calling to lenovo customer care asking to send Svc Engg at my place but they simply refuse that we cant send engineer without troubleshooting the problem via remote desktop. If my internet is not working then how will they be giving me online support. They are not ready to send svc engg but have given me Extended warranty for 3 yr. What is the use of such warranty if support is like this. This is my business laptop and i am loosing my business because i cant work anything on this.

                        I purchase a lenovo mobile s650 imei-[protected] which stop working after 15days then take the mobile to the service center in Nagpur which is b2x in jhansi rani square Nagpur and even after 45days I didn't get my mobile back and the service center gets closed without any reason and not any response from the emails which sent to customerservice lenovo. worst worst worst worst service of lenovo.never buy any product of lenovo.

                            Sir, We Had taken lenovo a 6000 mobile Mobel No. Lenovo A 6000 dt. 11/02/2015 vide bill no. GHZ[protected]. and due to some problem my mobile Charging Connector (PCB) got damaged. Mobel No. Lenovo A 6000 dt. 11/02/2015 vide bill no. GHZ[protected]. Regarding above mobile complaint in done for against your complaint register no. SRIN[protected] DT. 09/09/2015. and we call after one week. When I went One week later dt. 16/09/2015 but say your service center counter reception of Agrawal Computers, Sahi Market Cinema road, Gorakhpur (U.P.) 273001 after looking If your hand set do not repair due to reason consider of found water lock problem. But I said then why we not inform they did not provide any correct information at this time of register complaint and they dont know how to handle customers and they even dont have minimum common sense while replying to customers . So I request you to kindly clarify me whether warranty period start 11/02/2015 liable repair for above product and our problem solve earliest.                               I bought a Lenovo A6000 Plus 2 months ago in the first flash sale through flipkart. But after using it for about 2 weeks, the phone's touchscreen started behaving wildly. Some areas do not respond on touching while some others keep responding without touching. So, I replaced my phone via flipkart's 30 day replacement policy. But after using it for a month, the same problem started again. I went to an authorised service center and got my screen replaced. But after a months use, the problems began as usual. The same cycle has been repeating 2 times. Kindly suggest me a remedy for this or refund me my money because my phone is mainly in the service center more than it is with me.

                                Hello sir/ madam i purchase a laptop from vajir pur market delhi on 20/06/2015, after two month laptop not work properly after that i call the lenovo customer and i told him my laptop serial no isYB04088169, after checking detail he said me you buying a expairydate laptop, after that i called the dealer shop he said me you will come to my shop then i will check detail about the laptop then i will do something, but my thinking is why should i go to his shop because when i purchase laptop he said to me if you face any problem in this machine you don;t come to my shop you will called the lenovo company after that he note your problem then he will send repair boy to your home so why i will go to saler shop

                                  I had taken lenovo a 6000 plus mobile and due to some problem my mobile screen got damaged. So I contacted with customer care for repair which was taken only two months back, Mobile cost is R's 7499/- and they said service cost will be Rs 5000/- andalso they didnot provide any correct information and they dont know how to handle customers and they even dont have minimum common sense while replying to customers . Please dont buy any lenovo products and get fooled like me.dont buy lenovo product because of the following reason 1.worst product 2.worst response from lenovo care executives 3.price of parts replacement is too high like for example screen replacement it costs about Rs .5000/- but new mobile cost is Rs 7499/- flipkart is a trusted online retailer thats why so many people are buying this lenovo product .but lenovo is not a branded company like samsung, sony etc.because it is poor brand and also poor lenovo care.that's why i am requesting once gain .please think once before buying any lenovo product.                                     I gave my lenovo g50 on 1st September 2015 to repair my keyboard which is under warranty and first time service for my laptop. But its almost 2 week they didn't respond no mail no calls. When i call they said complaint is register wait for a part. I will blame lenovo for late service or i will blame service centre for registering mt complaint lately or may be they didn't register complaint yet cause I didn't get any order no' in my mail which suppose to come after register complaint or request for service. Its very disappointing.

                                        Dear Sir, I have purchased Lenovo laptop in the month of March and after using few months, there was issue with WI-FI connectivity so i have submit if for repairing. After one week i got it from Service Center with Changed mother board but they forgot to registered Mother Board serial number so its making issue again. After few days i have again submit is for repair and i got it again after 15 days but till now its not working properly. Its my official laptop and since one month barring lose dew to unprofessional service of Lenovo service center. please take the necessary action as soon as possible so solve my problem.
