Dear all,
This update is for those customers who are using lenovo handsets presently.

I had got a rebooting issue (LENOVO A 6000+) which primarily owing to battery issue bcoz using battery of same other handset its working absolutely fine.

But this customer service centre changed the on off switch button. And now when I m there to collect my phone, these people handover switched off mobile and when u checked it. The phone again went off.

These illiterate and useless engineers doesn't do a check before giving back the handsets. They want the phone to be submitted to them but so lazy and ridiculous in their attitude to work on them

This service centre located at parsvnath Arcadia ground floor sec 14 gurgaon.

Lenovo company should realise that selling the phone is not the ultimate goal. There should be a proper after sales service and this service centre is totally useless. Insane staff has been hired to play with our handsets.

      Hello guys, I have given my lenovo G560 laptop for repair @ authorized service center in kalyan, 421306 Initially laptop was having shutdown problem after 20-30 min when we start the laptop now its completely dead, service person had cross connected IC in different place in motherboard .I already post too many complaints but no response from company someone please guide me now what should i do next ? I Register Complaint Regarding Poor Service & Uneducated staff of Lenovo Service Center they Mentally Harassed me and Misbehave with me .I Purchase Lenovo S660 Gold on Dated 11/06/2015 from Anmol Watches & Electronic Pvt Ltd. Dated (23/08/2015) My Mobile set got a problem it was unable to switch on i visit nearby Lenovo Service Center ( Sec-20, Chandigarh) for Check my Mobile . They check my Mobile and Replied that Mobile Set Mother Board get faulted and need to Replace it will take 15 Days to Replace .After 15 Days when I take my Mobile back to home it giving me problem in Call in Sound after that i visit again to Lenovo Service Center and they Repair it again . After some time when i get back to my home again i noticed complaint regarding Power Switch . i again visit to Lenovo Service Centre to Fix the Mobile Complaint. Dated (28/09/2015) I notice a problem in Front Camera not working properly . I visit again to Lenovo Service Center they Replied again it will take more 15 Days to Fix the Complaint and Mis-behave with me . Now I request to Refund my Mobile Payment Rs. 8550

          I have purchase the Tab of Lenovo which was found malfunctioning in month only. it was given for repair to service centre but it was not repaired and every time getting excuse that spare not available. After tremendous follow uo with lenovo i got confirmation for Refund from lenovo within 15 days. Now one month passed and i didnot get any refund nor getting any response form lenovo. This material was taken to fulfill my office requirement.

            Sir, i ordered a lenovo k3 Note on 25 sept 2016, and the deleivery date of product is 28 sept 2016 ... but this product has not been dispatched till date... so in which mean you can deliever it on time. its a fraud with the customer. kindly resolve it with in a specified time. and please give me a satisfatorily answer till evening .. otherwise i am going to buy it from store and going to give NEGATIVE recommendation of flipkart to my belongings...

              Highly pathetic after sale service from lenovo india:

              I bought my yoga 500 - 14ibd laptop (Ideapad) on 8 / 6 / 15 and its screen started flickering in 3 months and my trackpad started to come out.
              And since then i have gone through the ordeal of highly unproffesional, slow and painful service of lenovo

              1. My complain was registered on 26 / 8 / 15 with complain no. [protected]. Then they took their own sweet time to process it generating my order no. With so: [protected] on 1 / 9 / 15 (After 1 week). Service team emailed that engineer will come and check the machine, he did not……. Then they tell me the parts are not available (Probobly have to shipped from other part of the world)…… and give me a date 28 / 9 / 15…… delay it further to 2 / 10 / 15…………. Its then that i start shouting and give email reminders…..So finally the golden day comes when your engineer arrives with the spare parts on 24 / 9 / 15 after a month of my complain
              2. Now to add to my ordeal they send a screen which does not support full hd i. E. (1920x 1080)……… the engineer very conveniently fixes a screen which has max. Resolution of (1366x 768).In spite my constantly pointing out the differance he is admant in making me a fool and tells me my mother board does not have drivers. It is only after i insist on attaching my old flickering screen that he agrees that mine was full hd supported.
              3. Plus after engineer’s changing and rechanging my screen multiple times... It has started to black out additionally to the flickering plus he broke the locks. Which according to him were already broken. Highly incompetant staff that lenovo support team has.
              4. Plus i had send picture of my track pad coming out on 26 / 8 / 2015 as asked…… and then send upper case after i month…….. Which is the wrong part!!!... Engineer tells me uppercase is fine we need to order trackpad again and clicks the same picture that i had mailed one month back.
              6. Their engineer confesses that coming out of trackpads is a very normal complain for them…. Which occurs in most of their laptops.


              Lenovo has the poorest and slower than the slowest service i have experienced.
              Now they are giving no respose to my complains and i plan to go to consumer court as no other option is left.

              Never ever by lenovo……. Their laptops are just attractive to the eye but turn out to be.

                Sir, I recently purchased Lenovo Smartphone model: A2010 through online shopping Flipkart.com. The Flipkart online has given specification that the said smartphone is a 4G network compatible. But, upon the enquiry with Airtel, the Airtel company is stating that the said handset is not 4G compatible. I am shocked. Please enlight me on the same.

                    Sir, i had purchased lenovo mobile A6000 now its not working . battery is not charge and after charging it will be low in very fast . for a one day i must have to charge 3 or 4 time. service center not ready to change my mobile. bcs they said that if you purchased from flip kart then contact them.                       I purchased a laptop lenovo Z51 in offer catagory which was giving 2 years extended warranty and a Lenovo 1TB hard disk. As per their instructions I have paid the amount of 499/- to their account. I got extended warranty confirmation and they promised to give the goodie within 21 days. But its too late. It already took more than a month. And I am not getting anything from their contact no. Its really a fake offer. not receiving the calls. not responding to emails. took more than a month to respond for warranty extension..

                      send them legal notice.. then they will notice your emails and will send you the describe product. I got email from them to make payment but the payment link was not opening. Still no reply no call from their end as well as the number mention in their email are not working at all. So if you want your product send them a legal notice!

                        I am PRAFFUL KUMAR SAHU from durg chhattisgarh actually i was participated in your BTC offer and i was buy a lenovo G50 lappi and i i was chosen a 1tb hard disk and i was payment at a time. the company send a mail in my mail i.d they delivered on 21 days but today is 50 day but no any product provide to me. i want my product very soon please note my complain and do some thing to this
                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I have also purchased a Lenovo laptop under this scheme (ticket no.BTC66295) but haven't received the 1 TB Hard disk drive till now.
                        Have done multiple follow ups over with the BTC team but they do not respond over mails at all.
                        Very pathetic and poor service.

                            I have lenovo S850 from last year, and i am unable to download apps in the Mobile form last 15 days .so for resolve the problem i will visit to service center at F1, sector 08 noida. and the center not solve my problem, she told me it is third party problem, we can not accessed you.and i know that is the problem with mobile not form operator, they are not doing his job properly. i will request to lenovo kindly change the service center or deply some good person for public dealing.
                            i will never suggest to purchase lenovo mobile. they dont provide good service.

                                    Dear, I have purchased Lenovo A6000 mobile phone on 11.03.2015 - since purchase there was no issue with the mobile for five months and suddenly there was a issue with battery draining - On 03.09.2015 I have consulted Lenovo service centre and expressed my concern regarding the same and they have advised to update the software - accordingly I have deposited my mobile with them on 09.09.2015 I got a call from service centre and they have updated software - after software updation also the battery was draining quickly - again I have visited service centre on 19.09.2015 and they have registered my compliant and kept my my mobile under observation for 5 days - on 24.09.2015 I got a call from service centre and mobile was ready - when I visited service centre they replaced with new battery. Even after new battery the problem was remain same - without using mobile instrument (no running apps) the battery was draining quickly as stated above. Request you to please help me in this regard and let me know the solution. Satya.
