Lenovo - Lenovo BTC Offer not received up till now


My ticket no: BTC50079 As per the criteria I should receive a 1 TB HD and 2 year Extended warrenty paper within 21 working days of payment received. On 31 July 2015, I got a mail that they have successfully received the amount of Rs 499/- for the offer. Till now there is no confirmation/status regarding the dispatch of my offer....
