    I purchase a lenovo mobile s650 imei-[protected] which stop working after 15days then take the mobile to the service center in Nagpur which is b2x in jhansi rani square Nagpur and even after 45days I didn't get my mobile back and the service center gets closed without any reason and not any response from the emails which sent to customerservice lenovo. worst worst worst worst service of lenovo.never buy any product of lenovo.

      I just purchase lenevo 600plus mobile after second day i try to hear music its not working i just try many headphone after i understand its mobile jack problem i start process return 1st day flipcart costum support agent call me and say install smart check and i did connect with then they believe its faulty mobile but still they process still not start they saying wait wait it will start its my email id:[protected]@gmail.com pls resolve issue

        Sir, We Had taken lenovo a 6000 mobile Mobel No. Lenovo A 6000 dt. 11/02/2015 vide bill no. GHZ[protected]. and due to some problem my mobile Charging Connector (PCB) got damaged. Mobel No. Lenovo A 6000 dt. 11/02/2015 vide bill no. GHZ[protected]. Regarding above mobile complaint in done for against your complaint register no. SRIN[protected] DT. 09/09/2015. and we call after one week. When I went One week later dt. 16/09/2015 but say your service center counter reception of Agrawal Computers, Sahi Market Cinema road, Gorakhpur (U.P.) 273001 after looking If your hand set do not repair due to reason consider of found water lock problem. But I said then why we not inform they did not provide any correct information at this time of register complaint and they dont know how to handle customers and they even dont have minimum common sense while replying to customers . So I request you to kindly clarify me whether warranty period start 11/02/2015 liable repair for above product and our problem solve earliest.           I bought a Lenovo A6000 Plus 2 months ago in the first flash sale through flipkart. But after using it for about 2 weeks, the phone's touchscreen started behaving wildly. Some areas do not respond on touching while some others keep responding without touching. So, I replaced my phone via flipkart's 30 day replacement policy. But after using it for a month, the same problem started again. I went to an authorised service center and got my screen replaced. But after a months use, the problems began as usual. The same cycle has been repeating 2 times. Kindly suggest me a remedy for this or refund me my money because my phone is mainly in the service center more than it is with me.

            Hello sir/ madam i purchase a laptop from vajir pur market delhi on 20/06/2015, after two month laptop not work properly after that i call the lenovo customer and i told him my laptop serial no isYB04088169, after checking detail he said me you buying a expairydate laptop, after that i called the dealer shop he said me you will come to my shop then i will check detail about the laptop then i will do something, but my thinking is why should i go to his shop because when i purchase laptop he said to me if you face any problem in this machine you don;t come to my shop you will called the lenovo company after that he note your problem then he will send repair boy to your home so why i will go to saler shop

Please dont buy any lenovo products and get fooled like me.dont buy lenovo product because of the following reason 1.worst product 2.worst response from lenovo care executives 3.price of parts replacement is too high like for example screen replacement it costs about Rs .5000/- but new mobile cost is Rs 7499/- flipkart is a trusted online retailer thats why so many people are buying this lenovo product .but lenovo is not a branded company like samsung, sony etc.because it is poor brand and also poor lenovo care.that's why i am requesting once gain .please think once before buying any lenovo product.                 I gave my lenovo g50 on 1st September 2015 to repair my keyboard which is under warranty and first time service for my laptop. But its almost 2 week they didn't respond no mail no calls. When i call they said complaint is register wait for a part. I will blame lenovo for late service or i will blame service centre for registering mt complaint lately or may be they didn't register complaint yet cause I didn't get any order no' in my mail which suppose to come after register complaint or request for service. Its very disappointing.

                    Dear Sir, I have purchased Lenovo laptop in the month of March and after using few months, there was issue with WI-FI connectivity so i have submit if for repairing. After one week i got it from Service Center with Changed mother board but they forgot to registered Mother Board serial number so its making issue again. After few days i have again submit is for repair and i got it again after 15 days but till now its not working properly. Its my official laptop and since one month barring lose dew to unprofessional service of Lenovo service center. please take the necessary action as soon as possible so solve my problem.

                      Sir i have bought lenovo laptop b50-70 series i have updated my window 8.1 to 10 but here is many problems in this & now they are saying that they will charge rs 1900 to window backup but every laptop company is providing window free within warranty now they are not providing any software ( as they are saying that thay have not any updated software as also in service centre) & sir there is much heating problem in my laptop as (wifi, bluetooth & hotspot etc nothing is working) & now plz do something as i cant use my laptop as it is heating much more hoping for an instant and favourable step

                        after i posted my issue on facebook and other websites.yesterday one call came for me saying that we are calling from flipkart

                        finance department .we approved your refund.so give me your details.i will tranfer your refunded money to you.i told i will give

                        my bank details.but he asked particularly card details only.so i got a doubt then i called to flipkart customer care and told what

                        he said to me .then flipkart executive told we will never ask card details.of customers to refund money.flipkart customer care

                        told that he is fraud person .then again i call to fraud person and asked what are the details you want.he asked card

                        number.expiry date .cvv number and account number, ifsc code and also balance in account.then i came to know that he is

                        fraud person .


                        so please be carefull while giving information

                              I Jinesh Solani from Morbi. Gujarat. I have bought Lenovo Vibe X2 mobile phone just 3 months ago. Firstly there was a problem in ear speake and second sim problem. I had contacted lenovo care and they took 20 days to repair. Now again my phone has sim problem and also battery indicator problem. Right now battery indicator not works. At time it shows 100% and next minute its get switched off. I have contacted flipkart but they are not responding properly. And lenovo care will take another 20 days to repair. It's harrasing me. How can I afford this?? please guide me.

                                  I had purchased Lenovo flex 2-14 laptop with S/N-WB15105903 on 6th October 2014 . My laptop is not working since 1st august'15 and since then I had called Lenovo several times. After few days they replaced motherboard later their technician diagnosed fault and after few days replaced powerboard. Even then my laptop didn't power on so he ordered another part on 22nd august. Since then Lenovo has not provided any further service. Being a computer science engineering student, this major dealy in service resulted a heavy loss in my studies and a major delay in project submission which will be directly affecting my result. I also didn't got a proper response from customer care. One weak earlier they informed me to get serviced hardly by 12-sept'15 and today they informed me that I will surely get serviced by next week. I had conversation with Dasdagir(technical service associate). Kindly help me to get my laptop replaced as being a faulty piece and do take a strict action them.                                       I tried every one hour and it plays this recorded message.. I just got fed off and written a complaint to Service Head ("[protected]@lenovo.com",

                                        Hello STAR Plus please don't end this show. Badtameez dil is one my favorite shows on star plus don't end the show instead change the time slot. This serial's concept was a bit different and promising and it stands on our expectations.two months time period is not enough to see it's potential.Request u not to end the show so abruptly..please
