Sir i have bought lenovo laptop b50-70 series i have updated my window 8.1 to 10 but here is many problems in this & now they are saying that they will charge rs 1900 to window backup but every laptop company is providing window free within warranty now they are not providing any software ( as they are saying that thay have not any updated software as also in service centre) & sir there is much heating problem in my laptop as (wifi, bluetooth & hotspot etc nothing is working) & now plz do something as i cant use my laptop as it is heating much more hoping for an instant and favourable step

    I had taken lenovo a 6000 plus mobile and due to some problem my mobile screen got damaged. So i contacted with customer care for repair that mobile which was taken only two months back. Mobile cost is 7499 and they said service cost will be 5000 Rs and they didnt provide any correct information and they dont know how to talk to their customers. Please dont buy any lenovo products and get fooled like me.

Please dont buy any lenovo products and get fooled like me.dont buy lenovo product because of the following reason

    1.worst product
    2.worst response from lenovo care executives
    3.price of parts replacement is too high like for example screen replacement it costs about Rs .5000/- but new mobile cost is Rs 7499/-

    flipkart is a trusted online retailer thats why so many people are buying this lenovo product .but lenovo is not a branded company like samsung, sony etc.because it is poor brand and also poor lenovo care.that's why i am requesting once gain .please think once before buying any lenovo product.

    after i posted my issue on facebook and other websites.yesterday one call came for me saying that we are calling from flipkart

    finance department .we approved your refund.so give me your details.i will tranfer your refunded money to you.i told i will give

    my bank details.but he asked particularly card details only.so i got a doubt then i called to flipkart customer care and told what

    he said to me .then flipkart executive told we will never ask card details.of customers to refund money.flipkart customer care

    told that he is fraud person .then again i call to fraud person and asked what are the details you want.he asked card

    number.expiry date .cvv number and account number, ifsc code and also balance in account.then i came to know that he is

    fraud person .


    so please be carefull while giving information

" - reply from your office I am unable to use the mobile set which I have purchased. After full charging, battery backup is for one hour only. I request you earlier to replace the set with a good one but your person over phone dictated something but it's in a vain. Please ring me in this new cell no.           I Jinesh Solani from Morbi. Gujarat. I have bought Lenovo Vibe X2 mobile phone just 3 months ago. Firstly there was a problem in ear speake and second sim problem. I had contacted lenovo care and they took 20 days to repair. Now again my phone has sim problem and also battery indicator problem. Right now battery indicator not works. At time it shows 100% and next minute its get switched off. I have contacted flipkart but they are not responding properly. And lenovo care will take another 20 days to repair. It's harrasing me. How can I afford this?? please guide me.

              I had purchased Lenovo flex 2-14 laptop with S/N-WB15105903 on 6th October 2014 . My laptop is not working since 1st august'15 and since then I had called Lenovo several times. After few days they replaced motherboard later their technician diagnosed fault and after few days replaced powerboard. Even then my laptop didn't power on so he ordered another part on 22nd august. Since then Lenovo has not provided any further service. Being a computer science engineering student, this major dealy in service resulted a heavy loss in my studies and a major delay in project submission which will be directly affecting my result. I also didn't got a proper response from customer care. One weak earlier they informed me to get serviced hardly by 12-sept'15 and today they informed me that I will surely get serviced by next week. I had conversation with Dasdagir(technical service associate). Kindly help me to get my laptop replaced as being a faulty piece and do take a strict action them.                 I have purchased Lenovo K3 Note online sale by flipkart on 13.07.2015. last one month very good work. But 20.08.2015 i have update OS online. then my mobile mic not work. My sound not hear any receiver. My Patna service center name is Graphic Line. The service Center Staff was very rude voice. My Service Center Serial No.[protected]. Please check and repair immediately.

                  I took Lenovo A7000 Model Smart Phone from FlipKart. From Day one i was facing touch Issue therefore i called Customer Care on this number[protected] all the time one recorded message play that is "All of the our Executives are busy, Serving Other Customers"

                  I tried every one hour and it plays this recorded message.. I just got fed off and written a complaint to Service Head ("[protected]@lenovo.com",

                    Hello STAR Plus please don't end this show. Badtameez dil is one my favorite shows on star plus don't end the show instead change the time slot. This serial's concept was a bit different and promising and it stands on our expectations.two months time period is not enough to see it's potential.Request u not to end the show so abruptly..please

                      I (Gautam Kumar Jha, Ph [protected])had purchaged Lenovo 6000 Plus from Flipkart which got delivered to me on Fri 19, june 2015. It got stopped working on 31/08/2015. Earlier, the problem got started with heating ( mobile used to get unbearable heat even without using). I cconsulted service centre twice, they did not solve it. Finally, when mobile stopped working on 30th August, I went to service centre and handed over to them. The location of service centre is Luxmi Nagar, New Delhi (B2X-004 Vanishika Electronics. Phone no.[protected]. Since 10 days passed, I went there again they needed 10 more days to get repaired. I am unable to imagine that In Delhi, Service centre require a month to get repaired and Flipkart is equally responsible for selling defective products. My mobile did run for 2 months and it got stopped. It is some sort of harassment and breach of trust that will always hover in my mind while buying product from Online. This is mine sincere request to flipkart to refund it or get me another mobile.

                        I purchased a Lenovo u4170 laptop. I wanted to purchase the two year extended warranty along with Bluetooth speakers in a related offer. However, there were some issues with the input form and I realised that I had actually requested for Lenovo hard disk instead. I raised this issue with Lenovo and asked them to cancel my order so I can place a new one. I underwent a very long procedure for this, it took me 2-3 long weeks. I received an email from Lenovo stating the following: We have solved your query and you will be receiving 2 years warranty and bluetooth speaker as your gift. you dont have to re-register, kindly go ahead with the payment. (This can be verified from the attached image) However, despite all this, the gift that was dispatched to me was the hard disk and not the Bluetooth speakers. This is unacceptable. I paid for this offer after being assured that I'm paying for speakers and not a hard disk. I do not need a hard drive. It is of no use to me. I underwent a very long procedure to order the Bluetooth speakers and made payment only after being assured that I was paying for speakers and not the hard disk from the official Lenovo BTC Offer ID. The hard disk drive has its original packaging intact, kindly arrange for an exchange. The call centre representative was insistent on telling me that she understands my problem but there is nothing that can be done. This is highly irresponsible on their part. I refuse to accept a product that I don't want as opposed to the product that i have paid for. Please get back to me ASAP.

                          I bought a Flex 2, inches(Serial No.WB[protected].There was a manufacturing defect in Mother board and one day while working the laptop screen blanked out and i was left with no other option other than going to the service centre at jankpuri(Sysnet). I sumbmited my laptop on 14august 2015 and till now nothing has been done(Case ID-'[protected]'). I have called up call centre of lenovo endless times and they don't tell anything, they just tell me that part is unavailable and they don't know when will part arrive or anything about how much time will my case take .Most of those people put my call on waiting.Once i waited for almost an hour on phone. This kind of behavior is hopeless Please resolve my problem as soon s possible or i will be compelled to go to consumer court and take help of social media to spread bad name of Lennon.                               Good Afternoon Sir, Iam Bindu Madhavi from Visakhapatnam District, as iam staying in seethammadara, i have been facing the problem with the Lenovo Vibe X2 mobile brought from Flipkart in jan 21st 2015 which is the cost of 17999 INR. The same 1st day when i am starting to use there is a crash sound in speakers and automatically switched off. immediately i called flip-kart customer care they suggested me to update software, i did that immediately then after a week again started same problem, they are suggested to reset factory settings, i did same what they told then it will works normally up to one month. After a month one problem started, mobile rare camera not working and automatically mobile switched off. again i sent a mail to flipkart customer care department, they replied to contact authorized service center. i went service center told clearly regarding the issue. they checked and confirm after a week days mother board failure and they requested to lenovo company to replaced motherboard, after a 25 days i received my mobile from service center. Then after 15 days the same problem... again i walk to service center something they repaired and given back after 10 days. Now again last month same problem repeat mobile totally switched off. Again i went service center they checked and confirmed motherboard failure.its manufacturer defect, they kept and they sent mail to company to rectification. they said it will take 20 days to repaired. in this six months hardly i used mobile 2 months and i loss my money as well as time. i am not sure after repaired this time how many days it will work. Each and every i wrote a mail to flipkart on this issues. and i have all service center job sheets with me. Please advise me to proceed legal action. I am waiting for your quick possitive responce.                                 My trouble with lenovo never seems to end. I from the bottom of my heart regret having bought a lenovo 5070. I enrolled myself for the btc offer, after all the hassle of which you are completely aware of and now my goods, that is a lenovo bluetooth speaker, which i was supposed to recieve a month ago has still not yet been dispatched, innumerable number of mails sent which are not being responded to. One mr sayyed who is being extremely rude. If the customer support doesnt wanto provide assistance what are they doing ? And where are we customers to go for help. They have provided me with four numbers and none of them have been answered nor are the calls returned. And this mr sayyed has the guts to tell me its not my headache, and when i ask him whom am i supposed to call, has the audacity to tell me i will repeat this thing thrice after which i will hang up. If this is how lenovo wants to respond, i dunno whom else i can ask for help apart from lodging complaints after complaints. Please take an action against lenovo customer service because it seems to me like one bunch o[censored]n - professionals are sitting on lenovo desks.

                                  I have purchased a Lenovo All in one system, I have had an initial problem with the keyboard and got it replaced with great difficulty. At the same time i also faced problem with the System where i get the Lenovo Logo and the monitor turns blank, They told me that its an OS issue, They told me to go for One KEY recovery and that didnt work, But i have tried different OS, But still facing the same issue. Its an hardware issue and they are not even responding to the mail. On 08/09/2015 an executive told me that he would sort the issue and made me wait for 40 min on call Need an solution for this because since day one i am facing this problem which clearly states that there is no issue from my side and the issue was with the system that was delivered

                                    I bought my new LENOVO A6000 it has suggested me to upgrade to LOLLIPOP version and i have updated to lollipop there are some bugs issuse MY call log doen't show names and somee call interrupts are going automatically to "doesn't interrupt

                                      The company is taking my grievances for granted, no resolving of issue and no further assistance is being provided after i addressed by software update issue for their product i.e. LENOVO Vibe X2. The product has stop responding and is certainly not useful for my day to day activities. Since I have paid full amount for the product, atleast I can expect a basic functioning of the product. No reply, no responses, and no solution.
