I have a Lenovo A6000+, recently I have updated a phone system update after which the phone contacts are not visible. Thought it exists in contacts, when I receive calls or texts/whatsapp I could only see the number. The entire UI is changed as well. Should I do a factory reset ?

I purchased a lenovo A6000 PLUS from flipkart nd it's not work properly from day 1 of purchased nd i didn't getting any bill of mobile in hard copy or soft copy..lenovo care doesn't support me without bill nd 1 month goes my phone is useless.now i request u to send me a bill on my email id([protected]@gmail.com) otherwise i will register my complain in Grahak Suraksha Kendra so that will be a big issue created for flipkart...here i send my IMEI no of my phone for send me a bill copy on above address... Lenovo - Lenovo BTC Offer not received up till now


My ticket no: BTC50079 As per the criteria I should receive a 1 TB HD and 2 year Extended warrenty paper within 21 working days of payment received. On 31 July 2015, I got a mail that they have successfully received the amount of Rs 499/- for the offer. Till now there is no confirmation/status regarding the dispatch of my offer. Hello, I have bought my lenovo laptop g50 idea pad from lenovo exclusive store on 26 august. I am a graphic designer so have to work on software but it hangs so much while working on it and my work suffers lot. I tried everything to improve it but in vein. I asked lenovo customer care but they said it can change but through long process but this way my work will suffer lot i cant aford this. Kindly help me to settle dispute of process and wanted to return and quick refund so that i can buy new Desktop soon for my work. Thanks Sarita

Bought Lenovo P780 mobile last year & out of 10 months 4 months it was lying in service center in warranty period. Twice mother board has been changed, nothing seems working. Matter was escalated to Executive Director of customer service & the whole team is behaving insensitive.

On 8 Th August, I got a mail that they have successfully received the amount of Rs 1998/- for the offer. Till now there is no confirmation/status regarding the dispatch of my offer. The customer care people for Lenovo BTC Offer department are very harsh on there talking, they are not in a mood to talk to customer. Most of the times they are disconnecting the conversation in the middle. i have given number of mails, and they are not replying to the same also.

Hi, I bought a lenovo laptop (idea ThinkPad) costing me 60K on 2014 January. Last month my laptop was suddenly not starting.and So i went to lenovo service center Bangalore (LAPTOP STORE Sigma Arcade, 3rd Floor Airport road, Marathahalli). I got a call next day saying motherboard is gone and i have to replace mother board. I agreed to purchase the mother board and laptop warranty is also over so it will cost me 10K. I agreed and she said it takes one week. After that i didn't get any call for 2 weeks. I called them after 2 weeks and they said i didnt give permission to purchase the mother board and then later said this motherboard still not available. So i have to check with other service center. But i still have to pay 500Rs as service charge to get my laptop back. My laptop still has the same problem and they didnt fix anything and i have to pay 500 Rs just to get my laptop back with out any service. I dont understand why a lenovo certified service center cant fix a mother board issue for a laptop which cost me 60K (one year old). This is very very frustrating and i called the service help line[protected] and complained. Got a response saying they cannot guarantee the laptop condition or parts after one year. I had submitted my flex laptop for repair which is under warrant to bluecom Mumbai on 22nd Aug, I was informed by them that it would be ready by 29 Aug. On the 29th August I learn from Bluecom the parts are not avail and they would get this ready by 29th Nov. I have found the support team of lenovo useless. I also understand that under warranty cases are not accomodated at the same privilege as non warranty products, as both the company and vendor make more money. This is an organized crime network which will soon brought under the scanner of the Ministry. Just going be the sheer number of cases they cheat people of providing warranty support and making money.

It is regarding to BTC offer recieved from purchasing lenovo laptop. After complaing here the first time, they send me the mail the next day. They told me that my 1TB HDD which i recieved from the BTC offer is been dispatched and they will send me the AWK number(the number of the courier send throught the courier service) within 2 working days from 28th of august, 2015. they deducted even Rs.500 from my account which is the cost of the 1TB HDD offer. but though no any responce. It is been 4 working days still they have not send me any number, not even a single mail. i am really fadeup from the company's service. it is really very bad. even i called many times on the customer number provided by them, but there is no responce on it. please do something.
